The invention relates to the production of a hearing aid comprising a shaped body that is adapted to an individual auditory canal. To this end, a casting cavity is created from a number of elements and this casting cavity is filled while inside the auditory canal. After the casting compound cures, said elements, with the exception of one, are removed and replaced by an electronics module (or a module having another function). The elements, which can be joined to one another by snap catches, consist of a central casting space element (1), an outer casting space element (2) and of a canal element (3). The central casting space element (1), which remains on the hearing aid, comprises an outer and an inner ring (1.2 and 1.3) as well as a tubular and extendible membrane (1.1), which extends between both rings and which radially delimits the casting cavity (5) with regard to the exterior. The outer casting space element (2) delimits the casting cavity on the outer face, is matched to the outer ring (1.2) and comprises a casting opening (2.1). After casting, said outer casting space element is replaced by the electronics module. The canal element (3) serves to hold the loudspeaker canal open, is at least partially flexible, can be joined in a fixed or detachable manner to the outer casting space element (2) and is matched to the inner ring (1.3) of the central casting space element (2) in such a manner that it can essentially close the opening of the inner ring (3.1) and can limit the axial mobility of the inner ring (1.3). The shape of the electronics module, which has a loudspeaker (4.4), is adapted to the shape of the outer casting space element (2) in such a manner that, at its location, it can be snapped into the shaped body or into the outer ring (1.2), and at least the loudspeaker output is positioned inside the loudspeaker canal. The hearing aid is characterized by the simplicity of its production.
