This study investigated how education service performance affected educational satisfaction, career preparation behavior, and behavior intention for students in the Department of Tourism at a vocational high school. We analyzed 238 valid samples out of 300 responses to a survey. First, the education service performance positively(+) affected educational satisfaction. Second, the education service performance positively(+) affected career preparation behavior. Third, educational satisfaction had a full mediation effect between education service performance and career behavior. Fourth, education service performance positively(+) affected behavior intention. Fifth, educational satisfaction had a partial mediation effect between education service performance and behavior intention. We suggest a learner-centered curriculum, learning environment establishment, and teachers’ ability improvement for education service performance.
