The career maturity of graduates determines their success in working according to their education. Career maturity conditions can show that students have reached career maturity according to the stage of career development. Career maturity is important for students to plan studies and careers that suit their abilities, interests and talents This research aims to find out what factors influence career maturity in students. This research uses a literature study which uses 9 scientific articles with themes related to student career maturity. From the research results, it is known that the factors that influence student career maturity include the dimensions of student attitudes such as work ethic, level of student knowledge and understanding, knowledge of talents and interests, student willingness to compromise regarding the future, student self-confidence, efficacy students themselves, as well as work experience and strength evaluations can predict student career maturity. Furthermore, factors that are considered not influential are student gender and activeness in organizations. The research conclusion is that student career maturity is generally in various categories starting from low to quite high career maturity categories which can be influenced by various factors that influence it. The implications of this research can be used by students as a reference for developing their careers in the digital era

Dukungan Sosial Guru Bimbingan Konseling terhadap Kematangan Karir Siswa di Sekolah Menengah Atas

The aim of this research is to determine the social support provided by Guidance Counseling Teachers (BK) on the Career Maturity of High School Students or equivalent. The method in this research is library research which uses 9 scientific articles related to social support, guidance and counseling teachers, and career maturity of high school students. The results of this research show that BK teachers provide information services to students who really need services so that they can maximize their learning process and be enthusiastic about achieving their dreams or desired careers. Through career guidance, it can be a bridge for students to get closer and get to know the world of work and the things that must be prepared so that students are able to plan the careers needed in the era of society 5.0. The BK Teacher's efforts include providing individual counseling services, developing group guidance, providing support to students, completing facilities, providing systematic and sustainable training that suits the potential needs of students at school. Additionally, before deciding on an academic or non-academic career path, it is important for students to complete an interest test. The conclusion of this research is that social support from guidance and counseling teachers can support the career maturity of high school students. The implication of this research is that students can use the services of guidance and counseling teachers to support career maturity for the students' future

STUDENT CAREER MATURITY: THE ROLE OF SELF-EFFICACY AND INTERNAL LOCUS OF CONTROL

Vocational High School (SMK) as a bridge between prospective graduates and jobs, through education makes individuals more competent in working than other education. However, SMK graduates are the largest contributor to the percentage of unemployment based on education, namely 10.38% in 2022. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence between Self-Efficacy and Internal Locus of Control on the Career Maturity of Students at Public Vocational High Schools 40 Jakarta. The method used in this study is quantitative using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS version 4. The probability sampling technique, namely simple random sampling and the Slovin formula, is used to determine the sample with a 5% error rate, namely 138 students. Data collection was obtained through a Likert scale questionnaire. Based on data calculations, the results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between Self-Efficacy and Internal Locus of Control on Students' Career Maturity both simultaneously and partially. It is hoped that schools can increase activities related to the world of careers and individuals can further improve their preparation for their careers.

The Relationship between Internal Locus of Control and Peer Social Support with Career Maturity among Vocational High School Students

This study aims to analyze the relationship between internal locus of control and peer social support on the career maturity of Vocational High School (SMK) students in Wonocolo District, Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative method. The population in this study consists of all SMK students in Wonocolo District, comprising 3 private SMK and 2 public SMK, with a total of 6,873 students. The research sample was taken using the Quota Random Sampling technique based on the Krejcie tabel, resulting in a sample size of 364 students. The data collection instrument uses scales that have been tested for validity and reliability. The measuring instruments used in this study are the Career Maturity Scale, the Internal Locus of Control Scale, and the Peer Social Support Scale. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression tests to determine the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that peer social support had a significant effect on the career maturity of students, meaning the hypothesis was accepted. Peer social support has a positive and significant relationship with the career maturity of students. The stronger the peer social support that students have, the higher the career maturity they achieve. On the other hand, internal locus of control did not show a significant relationship with students' career maturity, meaning the hypothesis was rejected. The belief of students in their internal control did not have a significant impact on career maturity.

저소득층 장학금수혜 대학생의 자기주도학습능력이 진로성숙도에 미치는 종단적 효과

The purpose of this study was to understand the trajectory of career maturity changes in low-income college students who receive scholarships, and to examine the influence of self-directed learning on changes in career maturity. To achieve this, data from a longitudinal study on educationally disadvantaged children and adolescents provided by the S Foundation from 2019 to 2023 was analyzed for 395 students (151 males and 244 females) who were in the early years of university (1st and 2nd year) in 2019. The results are as follows. First, by examining the trajectory of changes in career maturity, it was confirmed that the career maturity of low-income college students significantly linearly increased with grade progression. Second, when analyzing individual differences using self-directed learning abilities as a time-varying covariate, the immediate effects of self-directed learning were significantly presented, but the delayed effects were not significant. Based on these results, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed.

Abstract
 This research aims to improve the career maturity of students of SMK Yosonegoro in Magetan Regency, East Java. Career maturity is the readiness of individuals to face the tasks of career development according to their stage of development. However, some students of SMK Yosonegoro face challenges related to career maturity. To overcome this problem, the researchers conducted community service activities that included several stages, namely: interviewing BK and 2 students to obtain initial data on the problems faced by students; giving a career maturity scale consisting of 33 items to 16 grade 12 students as a sample to measure their level of career maturity before and after participating in psychoeducation; providing psychoeducation on career maturity that contains material on career maturity strategies and raising awareness about careers in the future for students; and analysis of post-test data using Excel to find the average and standard deviation to determine the category range of low, medium, and high on the post-test results. From the results of the post-test data analysis, it was found that most students (12 people) had a moderate level of career maturity, only one person had a low level of career maturity, and three people had a high level of career maturity. This shows that the psychoeducation given has a positive impact on increasing students’ career maturity.Thus, it can be concluded that this community service activity successfully helped students of SMK Yosonegoro in improving their career maturity according to their stage of career development.

Pelatihan Perencanaan Karir Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Kematangan Karir Pada Siswa Madrasah Aliyah (MA)

Madrasah Aliyah (MA) students. The method used in training is through lectures, discussions, assignments, questions and answers. The presenter delivers psychoeducation about careers to open up insight into the benefits and importance of careers for students, self-awareness to increase self-awareness, Johari window to increase knowledge about oneself, set the goals using the SMART method, reveal one's potential through SWOT analysis, and personality analysis through the RIASEC test to determine the suitability of personality with the desired career. Measurements were carried out twice. The first measurement (pre-test) is carried out before implementing the program to determine the initial conditions for student career decision-making. The second measurement (post-test) is carried out after students receive career training. Next, the results of the pre-test and post-test data were statistically analyzed using a paired-sample t-test using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results of the PKM activities carried out show that career planning training is able to increase the career maturity of MA students. Students' understanding of themselves will help them determine their career plans in accordance with their interests and talents.Keyword : career maturity; career training; students

직업카드를 활용한 진로교육 프로그램이 지적장애 초등학생의 진로성숙도와 직업지식에 미치는 영향

This study aimed to examine the effects of a career education program using job cards on
 career maturity and career knowledge of elementary school students with intellectual disabilities.
 This study involved 20 students with intellectual disabilities in grades 4 to 6 that are attending
 special education classes at elementary schools in Gwangju Metropolitan City, with 10 in the
 experimental group and 10 in the control group. The career education program using job cards was
 implemented across 12 sessions during creative experience activities. A pre-post test control group
 design was employed to examine the effects of the career education program. To examine the
 intervention effect on students with intellectual disabilities, career maturity was analyzed with two
 independent sample t tests and career knowledge was analyzed with the covariance analysis(ANCOVA).
 The results are as follows: First, the career maturity of the experimental group was significantly
 improved compared to the control group, and not only the overall score, but the scores of each
 sub-area of career ability and career attitude were improved as well. Second, the career knowledge
 score of the experimental group was statistically significantly improved compared to the control
 group. The significance of this study lies in its application and exploration of the systematic career
 education program to elementary school students with intellectual disabilities based on the
 curriculum.

PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA POWTOON TERHADAP KEMATANGAN KARIER SISWA KELAS X

This study has the aim of developing a powtoon media on student career maturity. In this study using the Research and Development (R&D) method using a model from Brog and Gall. The subjects in this study were students of class X. The results of the study were 1. Product development stage a) Phase I Preliminary study. b) Phase II includes product design, product validation, product revision, product testing. 2. The eligibility of material experts, media experts, and practitioners gets a score in the "Very Eligible" category. 3. Responses from students in the limited and broad trials got scores in the "Very Eligible" category. 4. Product feasibility from material experts, media experts, practitioners and students that powtoon media is very feasible and can be used. It can be concluded that the powtoon media on the career maturity of class X students is very feasible and can be used.

아동의 그릿이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향에서 학교적응의 매개효과

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between children's grit, school adjustment, and career maturity, and to verify the mediating effect of school adjustment on the path from grit to career maturity.
 Methods For this purpose, we utilized longitudinal data from 2,150 children, measured from the 11th wave (4th grade in elementary school, 2018) to the 13th wave (6th grade in elementary schoo, 2020) of the Korean Children's Panel Study (KCPS). The collected data were analyzed for mediating effects using SPSS 28.0 and PROCESS Macro v4.0.
 Results The research results are as follows. First, children's grit showed a positive correlation with school adjust-ment and career maturity, and school adjustment showed a positive correlation with career maturity. Second, children's school adjustment was found to partially mediate the static relationship between grit and career ma-turity while controlling for important covariates such as children's gender, parents' educational background, and employment status.
 Conclusions These results can serve as foundational data to provide practical implications for the development of educational approaches and programs aimed at enhancing the career maturity of upper elementary school students.

특성화 고등학교 학생들의 학년 변화에 따른 진로활동 유형별 인식과 진로성숙도와의 영향관계 분석

Objectives In this study, the relationship between career activity types and career maturity according to the grade change of students from Vocational high schools was analyzed.
 Methods For this purpose, data from the 7th year (2016: 515 persons), 8th year (2017: 479 persons), and 9th year (2018: 462 persons) of the Seoul Education Longitudinal Study 2010 were used. In addition, three career activity types were set as independent variables and career maturity was set as dependent variable. Based on the set independent and dependent variables, descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis by grade were conducted.
 Results As a result of descriptive statistics, the perception of career activity types and career maturity of students from vocational high schools were maintained at a moderate level. In addition, students from vocational high schools were positively aware of counseling with their parents in the analysis of career activity types, and the level of self-understanding was relatively low compared to other factors in the analysis of career maturity. Next, as a result of multiple regression analysis, the career maturity of students in vocational high schools was influenced by counseling activities and information acquisition activities in the order of the first year of high school, in the order of information acquisition activities and counseling activities during the second year of high school, and in the order of information acquisition activities and counseling activities in the third year of high school. The timing was influenced only by the participation activity.
 Conclusions Based on this, it was suggested to check the contents and qualitative aspects of career activities, the need for parent training, consider ways to strengthen self-understanding, and apply career education stages according to the analysis of influence relationships.

Relationship of Internal Locus Of Control To Career Maturity Through Self-Efficacy

This research aims to determine the relationship between internal locus of control and career maturity through student self-efficacy. The sample used was active students at Semarang State University 2017. The sampling technique in this research used a random sampling technique with degrees of error using the Isaac Michael table guide. The data analysis technique used is the template/model 4 mediation statistical analysis technique developed by Hayes. The research results show that internal locus of control through self-efficacy does not significantly affect the career maturity of students at the Faculty of Education, Semarang State University. The internal locus of the control variable, which has no significant effect on self-efficacy, can be explained by (β = 0.0937; t(321) = 0.5160; and p > 0.05).

Student Career Maturity: A Study of the Power of Self-Concept and Peer Attachment

This study examines the influence of self-concept and peer attachment on career maturity in Vocational High School "X" students in Ciamis, West Java. The method used is correlational quantitative research. The study population consisted of 576 students, with a sample of 234 students selected using simple random sampling. The data collection instruments used included a career maturity scale (α=0.732) modified from career maturity inventory form c, a self-concept scale (α=0.826) modified from the questionnaire of self-concept 36, and a peer attachment scale (α=0.748) revised from an inventory of parent and peer attachment. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that self-concept and peer attachment have an essential role in determining the career maturity of Vocational High School students. Partially, it was found that self-concept influenced students' career maturity, while peer attachment did not significantly influence students' career maturity. Nonetheless, it should be noted that social factors remain essential in forming students' career maturity, although they were not considerably proven in this study. Therefore, it is recommended that subsequent researchers investigate other external variables that might affect students' career maturity.

Objectives The main purpose of this study is to analyze the variables that affect the career maturity of elementary school students, focusing on executive function.
 Methods Using data from the 13th year of the Panel Study on Korean Children, analysis of variance and regression analysis was performed.
 Results Summarizing the results of the analysis by student characteristics, the average career maturity of girls was statistically significantly higher than the average career maturity of boys in relation to student gender. In the case of the size of students' residences, the average career maturity of students was higher in the order of township area, large city, and small and medium-sized city, but only the difference between the career maturity of students living in large cities and the career maturity of students living in small and medium-sized cities was statistically significant. For each socioeconomic status group, higher socioeconomic status was associated with higher mean career maturity of students, but there was a statistically significant difference in career maturity among primary school students between groups when the socioeconomic status was lower and upper and the socioeconomic status was between the middle and upper levels. Summarizing the results of the regression analysis, the gender of the students, difficulty in planning and organizing, parental achievement pressure, and the number of students per class had a statistically significant negative effect on the career maturity of elementary school students. On the other hand, variables such as student grit and student participation in club activities had a statistically significant and static effect on elementary school students' career maturity.
 Conclusions Based on the results of the study, policy proposals and follow-up research were made to improve the career maturity of elementary school students and revitalize career education.

<p class="06IsiAbstrak"><strong><span lang="EN-GB">Leveraging the Career Cards as Career Guidance Media Through Group Guidance Services for Islamic Junior High School’s Student.</span></strong><span lang="EN-GB"> The purpose of this research is to to get the product result for helping the student through</span><span lang="EN-GB">the career card development process; determine the feasibility of career cards and determine the effectiveness of career cards as a medium of career guidance through group guidance services. The method used in this research is Research and Development which was developed by Borg and Gall. The development phase involved research and information gathering, planning, product development, material and media expert validation tests, revisions and trials. Product eligibility criteria include aspects of feasibility, accuracy, attractiveness and usability carried out by the material expert validator and media expert validator. Validation by material experts obtained a score of 90.06% in the very feasible category and validation by media experts obtained a value of 89.47% in the very feasible category. Based on these results, the career card as a medium for career guidance through group guidance services is appropriate to use. The results of the analysis of the paired sample T test showed that the career card had a significant effect on student career maturity with a t value of 10.48 and a significant value of 0.00. So it can be concluded that the career card as a medium of career guidance through group guidance services has an effect on the career maturity of class VII students.</span></p><strong><span>Keywords:</span></strong><span> Career Guidance; Group conseling; Career Card.</span>

The Influence of Experiential Learning in Field Trip on Career Maturity of Students

The aim of the research to determine the relationship between experiential learning through field trip with career maturity of vocational school student. The research uses quantitative correlation method. The population of research are 10th students of SMK Teuku Umar Semarang consist of 197 students and the sample consist of 120 students with simple random sampling. Data collection method used is the psychological scale and questionnaire.Validity and reliability test use product moment formula and alpha formula. Data were analyzed using descriptive techniques percentage and product moment correlation. Based on the descriptive analysis of the percentage and the product moment correlation indicates that (1) experiential learning in the field trip the students in the high category (2) career maturity of students included in the high criteria, (3) there is correlation between experiential learning through field trip with career maturity of students. Obtained correlation coefficient (rxy) > r table (0,517 > 0,176) with significance = 0,000 and coefficient of determination (R2) or R Square 0,267 = 26,7%. In experiential learning it does not only emphasize thinking processes but also brings together affective and psychomotor experiences through active student learning events.
