The aim of this study is to assess some indicators of health care for children and school children and youth in Kraljevo in the decade 2001. to 2010. Method: The retrospective analysis using methods of descriptive statistics. The data source is a publication of the Institute of Public, Health Health Statistics Yearbook for the observed period. The use of primary health care in preschool and school children and youth, we looked at the trend in the number of hits, especially in the field of preventive health care (systematic and control), especially in the field of curative health care (the first and again). We have received a declining trend in both areas and both population groups, more pronounced in the curative and in preschool children, average of 4.132 visit per year. Use of health care of children at the secondary level, we analyzed the number of hospitalized children by monitoring the number of visits and specialist outpatient consultation in the period. The analysis showed a slight trend of increase in the number of children hospitalized in the pediatric ward of General Hospital in Kraljevo on average about 30 a year and a growth trend for the average 511 visits per year in the field of specialist health care of children. Total registered morbidity recorded a slight upward trend in this decade by an average of 256 cases per year in preschool children, and 263 cases per year in school children and youth and we note a change in the structure of morbidity in both groups of children.
