Updating the content of the special physical training of cadets of higher education institutions with specific training conditions during martial law

It has been established that the official activity of police officers places increased demands on the level of special physical fitness of personnel. It has been established that a graduate of a higher education institution with specific learning conditions must possess not only a complex of knowledge, practical skills and abilities, but also a formed motivation and psychological readiness for the proper performance of official tasks in extreme situations caused by the introduction of martial law.
 On the basis of a survey of inspectors on self-defense tactics and personal safety of training centers of the State Government of Ukraine (n=27), gaps in the physical fitness of law enforcement officers with up to one year of practical experience were determined, directions for improving the content of special physical training for cadets of higher education institutions with specific training conditions were considered during martial law, the role of general physical fitness of law enforcement officers is outlined. The need to develop a single thematic content of the educational discipline for all institutions of higher education that train police officers has been established; the introduction of practical tasks into the educational process, which involve modeling situations of official activity with the complex application of police coercive measures. Emphasis is placed on strengthening the role of general physical training through the cadet's performance of various physical exercises while in full equipment.
 We see prospects for further research in the development of a set of exercises that will contribute to the development of professional and applied physical qualities of law enforcement officers.

Psychological adaptation of cadets of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia to activity in extreme situations

This article deals with an important topic – psychological adaptation of cadets of higher educational institutions of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the process of preparation for activities in extreme situations. This situations are out of the comfort zone of many people, so it is especially important for EMERCOM cadets to develop skills of adaptation and emotional stability. The article analyzes the problems associated with psychological adaptation, as well as the factors that influence it, considers the actual methods and ways of preparing cadets to work in extreme conditions and offers practical recommendations for their solution. The important role of psychological training in the process of cadets’ adaptation to work in extreme situations is shown, allowing them to develop the necessary skills and abilities required for making complex decisions and managing stressful situations within the boundaries of their professional activity. Psychological training helps cadets to develop psychological resilience, concentration of attention and ability to conduct effective activities in difficult conditions, including extreme ones.

The efficiency of application of the Tabata system in the process of force training of cadets of higher education institutions with specific learning conditions

An important component in the structure of the overall physical fitness of cadets is a high level of strength abilities, which greatly affect the effectiveness of activities in extreme situations. The choice and application of the most effective means and methods of force training is relevant in the process of training applicants in institutions of higher education with specific learning conditions. The purpose of the work was to study the indicators of the development of strength abilities of cadets under the influence of classes on the traditional program of "Special Physical Training" and under the influence of training on the Tabata system. In the process of work, a pedagogical experiment was conducted. The control and experimental groups included cadets (men) of the second year of study, applicants for the educational degree "bachelor" in the specialty "Law enforcement activity". Indicators of the development of strength abilities were researched by tests: complex strength exercise, pull- ups on the crossbar, squats in 20 s, jump up from the place, flexion and extension of the arms in the stop lying in 20 s. The results of the pedagogical experiment showed, that the use of the traditional method of motor abilities development, as well as the use of training according to the Tabat system, allows achieving reliable positive changes in the indicators of power preparedness of applicants for higher education. At the same time, the implementation of exercise complexes according to the Tabata protocol allows achieving a more pronounced improvement.

Implementation of the crossfit system in the educational process in zvo with specific learning conditions

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of the possibility of introducing crossfit into the educational process in higher education institutions with specific educational conditions. On the basis of the conducted analysis, it was established that an important component of the Special Physical Training course is precisely the provision of training of specialists of the National Police of Ukraine with a high level of comprehensive physical fitness, the ability to effectively and with maximum safety for one's own life and health carry out forceful detention of an offender in cases where he commits physical resistance, or when there are legal grounds for the immediate termination of the offense with the use of measures of physical influence (force), as well as to sustain mental, neuropsychological and physical stress without reducing professional capacity. This paper examines the ways of improving the abilities and skills of pupils from the point of view of physical training. We also consider existing problems in the education of quality personnel and offer the necessary conditions for improvement. In addition, this work focuses on the students' interest in studying the subject and paying attention to the necessary conditions for its improvement. In order to achieve the set goals, scientific literature was used in the work, as well as inductive, analytical and systematic methods of analysis were applied. Today's difficulties in Ukraine in special physical training (and not only) are also related to the war. I emphasize the fact that the achievement of the maximum result of training can be achieved under the condition of independent work of the cadets of higher education institutions under specific conditions of study.

Джиу-джитсу як засіб підвищення рівня фізичної підготовленості курсантів закладів вищої освіти МВС України

Purpose: is efficiency research of the use of jiu-jitsu means to increase the level of physical fitness of cadets of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Material and methods. For comprehensive knowledge of the subject of research, implementation of the goal and objectives of the research, a set of methods has been used that mutually complemented each other: the study and analysis of methodical and special literature, curricula, educational programs; synthesis and generalization; comparison; comparison and analogy; pedagogical observation (using instrumental techniques); testing of physical fitness of cadets of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (100 m run; 1000 m run; complex strength exercise; shuttle run 10x10; long jump), pedagogical experiment; mathematical and statistical data processing. 125 cadets of Higher Education Institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine aged 18-20 years were involved in the research, from which experimental (65 people) and control groups (60 people) have been formed. The control group included wrestlers, who practiced according to the standard program. In the educational and training process of the experimental group, jiu-jitsu means have been implemented to increase the level of physical fitness of the cadets. Results: based on the results of the assessment at the ascertainment stage, it has been determined that most indicators of the physical fitness (100 m run, s – 14,40±0,12; 1000 m run, min/s – 3,92±0,05; complex strength exercise, times per minute – 51,50±1,25; shuttle running 10x10 m, s – 29,20±0,87; long jump, cm – 233,32±2,63) of the cadets were satisfactory, in accordance with the exercises and standards approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and needed further improvement. After the implementation of the developed program with the use of jiu-jitsu means, during the formative stage of the pedagogical experiment, the cadets of the experimental group experienced a probable improvement in all indicators of general physical fitness, which confirms the positive impact of the developed program on improving the speed 100 m run, s – 13,52±0,11, р<0,001strength (complex strength exercise, times per minute – 59,74±1,04, p<0,001), speed-strength ( long jump, cm – 253,4±2,42, p<0,001), coordination abilities (shuttle run 10x10 m, s –27,05±0,47, p<0,001) of cadets and endurance (1000 m run, min s – 3,33±0,09, p<0,001). However, in the control group of the cadets, no significant changes have been noted in most indicators, with the exception of complex strength training (55,69±1,01 times per minute, р<0,01) and long jump (241,33±2,31 cm, р<0,05), which underwent significant changes. The comparison of the results of the physical fitness test between the experimental group and the control group at the end of the pedagogical experiment have revealed the presence of probable differences between the groups in all studied indicators. Conclusions. The author's program with the use of jiu-jitsu means to increase the level of physical fitness of the cadets of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine plays a positive role in training the fighting skills and adaptation of police officers, increases the effectiveness of teaching. The pedagogical experiment, which has been conducted to study changes in the physical fitness of the cadets under the influence of classes according to the developed program with the use of jiu-jitsu tools, ensures high work capacity, successful performance of functional duties and operational-administrative tasks.

Determination of The Features of The Formation of Functional Training of The Cadets of The Institutions of Higher Education of The MIA of Ukraine

Determination of the features of the formation of functional fitness of the cadets of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the process of their educational and training classes is extremely important for ensuring the adaptive capabilities of the body and creating optimal conditions for increasing general and special physical fitness. Structural and functional restructuring of the regulation of the human body occurs under the influence of the educational and training process. The prerequisites for the development of the program for improving the physical and functional readiness of the cadets were the determination of the features of their functional state of the cardiovascular, respiratory, and vegetative systems at the beginning of the pedagogical research. The purpose of the study is to investigate the peculiarities of the formation of functional readiness of the cadets of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The object of the study is the functional training of the cadets of the Military Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The subject of the study is the cadets of the Military Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The subject of the study is the level of professional training of the cadets of the Military Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Research methods: theoretical analysis, systematization and generalization of data, methods of assessing the functional state of the external respiratory system, central hemodynamics and autonomic nervous system, methods of assessing the contractile function of the heart, methods of mathematical processing of the obtained results. Study results. In connection with the activity of mechanisms of neurohormonal regulation, changes in heart rhythm were considered as a result of the activity of various parts of the autonomic nervous system that modulated cardiac activity and heart rhythm. The need for a preventive approach to vegetative disorders in cadets of the Military Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine was established, the functional state of the sympathoadrenal system was determined, and the peculiarities of the vegetative regulation of the heart rhythm were revealed. The basis of pre-hospital diagnosis is the assessment of regulation, which made it possible to assess the functional status and reserves of adaptation due to the speed of response. Conclusions. According to the results of the survey of the cadets conducted at the ascertainment stage of the pedagogical research, reduced functional capabilities of the cardiovascular, respiratory and vegetative systems were established, which created the prerequisites for the development of an experimental program for their improvement through the use of means that include the whole body, universal schemes for engaging motility in several planes movements such as the basic elements of Jiu-Jitsu.

Improving the physical state of cadets of higher education institutions with specific learning conditions during the additional sports classes

The article examines the level and dynamics of indicators of the physical state of cadets who engaged in sambo wrestling during their studies at higher education institutions with specific training conditions. 60 cadets (male) of the National Academy of Internal Affairs, aged 19-22, who were studying in senior courses (III and IV years) took part in the research. The cadets who additionally practiced in the sambo wrestling classes were included in the experimental group (EG, n=25), and their peers who did not attend additional sports classes - in the control group (CG, n=35). The study of the physical state was carried out according to indicators of physical development (height, body weight, vital capacity, hand dynamometry) and functional capabilities of the cadets' body (pulse rate, blood pressure, duration of pulse recovery after standard exercise). Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature, pedagogical observation, testing, experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. It has been established that results of EG cadets were significantly better than CG cadets for all studied indicators. At the end of the experiment, the EG cadets had significantly better than those of CG, indicators of body weight - for 2.2 kg, hand dynamometry - for 3.1 kg, pulse rate - for 0.7 bpm, pulse recovery time - for 4,5 s. This testifies to the effectiveness of additional classes in sambo wrestling, not only for the formation of professional skills and abilities in the application of police coercive measures, but also for improving the physical state of future law enforcement officers.

Level of Self-Educational Competence of Cadets of Higher Educational Institutions with Specific Training Environment

Modern times put forward fundamentally new requirements for the qualification of a modern law enforcement officer, his moral maturity, common cultural and intellectual levels. A law enforcement officer must be an educated, highly cultured person, have profound professional knowledge and skills in various fields, and be able to constantly improve his level of knowledge and skills i. e. to possess a high level of educational competence formedness in order to successfully perform his official and civic duties. The purpose of the research is to investigate the current level of the cadets’ self-educational competence formedness in the process of their training in a higher educational institution with specific training environment. The research involved 167 fourth (graduate) year cadets of the National Academy of Internal Affairs (Kyiv). Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, documents and results of educational activities, observations, questionnaires, method of expert assessment, methods of mathematical statistics. The level of the cadets’ self-educational competence formedness was assessed according to four components such as motivational-personal, cognitive-informational, operational-activity and reflexive-volitional. It was found that the cadets’ self-educational competence is an integral part of professional competence and at the same time an indicator of the success of their professional and personal development. It was found that the level of most of the studied indicators of the cadets according to the distinguished components is low. This indicates the need to substantiate and implement pedagogical conditions for the formation of self-educational competence of the cadets i. e. future law enforcement officers in the process of their training in higher educational institutions with specific training environment, as an important prerequisite for effective performance of their professional tasks.

Влияние комплекса ГТО на мотивацию занятий спортом у молодёжи

The article considers the relevance of the introduction of the complex “Ready for Labour and Defence” (abbreviated as GTO in the Russian Federation, analyses how it encourages young people to practice sports. A comparative characteristic of the GTO standards that were in force in the USSR and of those that are in use in modern Russia is carried out. The correlation between the results of passing the standards for physical training and the GTO complex by cadets of education organizations of higher learning of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation is revealed. The importance and significance of the introduction of the above-mentioned complex is proved. A comparison of the attitude of cadets of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and students of technical universities was made, which led to the conclusion that it is necessary to increase interest in passing the GTO complex not only among athletes and cadets of law enforcement institutions, but also among the youth of the country as a whole.
 Based on the results of a survey of one hundred and fifty people aged from 17 to 23 years, a study was conducted to reveal the affect of passing the GTO standards on young people’s desire to practice sports. The results of the survey presented in the diagram allow us to draw a conclusion that the «GTO» complex encourages young people to sport.
 The survey also revealed a number of current problems related to the inability to train and pass certain types of additional standards, as well as ways to solve them.
 The study was conducted to examine the opinion of young people about the GTO complex, as well as to determine the relevance and need to popularize this complex among the younger generation. The importance of keeping a healthy lifestyle and maintaining good physical shape through sports training is highlighted.

Implementation of subject-professional training of University cadets of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations

The article deals with topical issues of improving the level of training of cadets of educational institutions of the State Fire Service of the EMERCOM of Russia for professional activities in the field of fire fighting. The application of the implemented disciplinary approach, which assumes a time-dispersed nature of studying various disciplines in the field of fire fighting, does not allow you to get concentrated knowledge, skills and sufficient experience in performing combat operations to extinguish fires, which affects the professional readiness of graduates for practical activities. The purpose of the study is to form a subject-professional approach that will allow, through the optional hours of the main educational program on the basis of previously formed skills and abilities, to implement through training courses concentrated training in the field of fire fighting to improve the professional readiness of graduates. To increase the level of professional readiness of graduates, the author studied the experience of practical training in the field of fire fighting, analyzed the activities of fire and rescue units in extinguishing, studied normative documents and scientific works in the subject area, has developed a subject-professional approach for concentrated training, as well as the subject-matter and content of training courses, has formed an evaluation tool for students. The author proposes to implement a subject-professional approach through the development and implementation of basic, special and additional training courses, for the formation of which modular, competence-based and contextual approaches were used, aimed at maximum professional orientation of training, courses that allow to increase the competence of graduates in the field of fire fighting. The author also proposes to implement the subjects of the training courses through practical classes based on the game forms of training that increase the educational and professional motivation of students. The author concludes that in order to increase the effectiveness and further development of the subject-professional approach, it is necessary to expand the subjects of training courses and improve them, taking into account the changing regulatory framework, the experience of fire and rescue units in fires, the development of fire extinguishing tactics and the introduction of new models of fire equipment and fire-technical equipment.

Stability of sensorimotor responses of cadets of higher education institutions with specific training conditions that train police officers

The ability to maintain high speed and accuracy of sensorimotor reactions for a long time under the influence of various interfering factors is an important component in the training structure of future law enforcement officers. Improving of the sensorimotor reactions of higher education students in institutions that train police officers takes place in the process of the discipline "Special Physical Training". Methods of general physical training (sports games, competitive methods), as well as, methods of simulating service situations (attempt of the offender to get the weapon, group interaction of police, protection from the threat of weapons, protection from blows with hands and feet) are used to achieve this purpose. We conducted a study of the complex reaction of choice of cadets in the normal conditions and under the influence of interfering factors. The results show that male cadets and some women as a result of two years training significantly improve the resistance of sensorimotor responses to interfering factors (the speed of a complex reaction of choice without interference, with interference, the total number of errors). The results show that the traditional curriculum of the discipline "Special Physical Training" in higher education institutions with specific training conditions, which provide training of police officers, effectively helps to improve the stability of sensorimotor responses of cadets. Improving the efficiency of the training process in the direction of increasing the stability of sensorimotor responses of female cadets requires special attention.

Сurrent state of the organization of physical training cadets of higher education institutions of internal affairs

The purpose of the study to summarize the experience of modern methods of organizing physical training of law enforcement officers and criteria for assessing physical fitness for joining the police. Results. The article considers topical issues related to the organization of physical training of cadets of higher education institutions of internal affairs bodies. Relevant areas for improving the process of psychophysical readiness are the use of priority sports, increasing the adaptation of freshmen to specific learning conditions, the use of pedagogical technologies, the introduction of new technologies for assessing the physical fitness of cadets and methods of physical training taking into account climatic and geographical conditions. Having conducted a detailed analysis of the state of organization of physical training of police cadets, the negative dynamics of physical training of cadets was established. In senior courses, the level of physical fitness decreases. The results of the scientific research confirm that the physical fitness of more than 40% of entrants is low, there is no motivation to improve their physical capabilities. Only 19.1% of respondents are satisfied with their physical shape. The experience of law enforcement shows that the underestimation of the importance of psychophysical readiness of personnel leads to injuries and wounds of law enforcement officers during the performance of official duties.
 The modern tendencies of improvement of physical training of police, and necessary conditions for development of professionally important physical qualities of militiamen are studied. A comparative analysis of Ukrainian and foreign experience of professional selection and evaluation criteria of physical fitness to law enforcement agencies. Conclusions. It was found that the priority issues that need to be addressed are the provision of favorable conditions for adaptation of freshmen to specific learning conditions, revision of criteria for assessing physical fitness, professional selection and the need to develop differentiated programs for psychophysical fitness of cadets.

ПСИХОЛОГІЧНІ ЧИННИКИ ЗАПОБІГАННЯ ЕМОЦІЙНОМУ ВИГОРАННЮ ВІЙСЬКОВОСЛУЖБОВЦІВ В УМОВАХ ДОВГОТРИВАЛИХ ЗБРОЙНИХ КОНФЛІКТІВ

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of emotional burnout of servicemen in the conditions of long – lasting armed conflict. When analyzing the problem of emotional burnout, we can identify a large number of studies of this problem and its causes in doctors and teachers. The phenomenon of emotional burnout of servicemen is also in the field of scientific interest, in particular of the State Border Guard Service (O. Khairulin), cadets of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (L. Pyankivska), and others. However, the problem of emotional burnout in servicemen as a result of protracted armed conflict is poorly understood. The activity of personnel in a combat situation forces servicemen to function at the limits of permissible loads. Excessive exhaustion leads to psychological trauma and emotional burnout of servicemen, which negatively affects their psychological stability and can lead to various negative emotional reactions. An empirical study found that the emotional burnout syndrome in servicemen is largely unformed, but is in the formation phase, which at any time can lead to the development of this factor on a permanent basis, which, in the future, will need to undergo psychocorrection.. The results obtained may also indicate the manifestation of certain signs of emotional secrecy, exclusion and indifference of servicemen. Further active formation of emotional burnout can cause servicemen to feel excessive fatigue, burnout of professional activities, the desire to spend as little time as possible on the tasks facing them, as well as the cessation of any communication, both between comrades and commanders. The application of statistical criteria allowed to single out the personal readiness for change as a factor in the prevention of emotional burnout. The inverse correlation between indicators of emotional burnout and innovative readiness is revealed, which allows to single out personal readiness for changes as a constructive factor of prevention of the studied phenomenon of emotional burnout. In addition, a correlation was found between the indicators of the component of personal readiness for change «Adaptability» and the length of stay in the ATO and OOS, the presence of relationships. The presence of ranks and years of service testify to the importance of taking into account these factors in the development of innovative readiness of servicemen, and hence in the development of a preventive program to prevent emotional burnout of servicemen. Confirms the importance of their consideration and the revealed correlation between the indicators of emotional burnout and these factors; between the indicators of the latter and the component of the viability of the servicemen of the «Control», the degree of satisfaction with daily activities, which are important in the prevention of the phenomenon under study.

ПСИХОЛОГІЧНІ АСПЕКТИ ФОРМУВАННЯ ЛІДЕРСЬКИХ ЯКОСТЕЙ У ПРОФЕСІЙНІЙ ПІДГОТОВЦІ МАЙБУТНІХ ОФІЦЕРІВ-ЛІДЕРІВ

The article considers leadership as an internal state of personality, which is aimed at success, deeply motivated, leads an active life, confident in their decisions and actions. It is established that the leader provides the functions of integration and purposefulness of the team and acts on the principle of direct participation in its life. The need to take into account the peculiarities of the social environment, the specifics of professional activity and the challenges facing the specialist is substantiated in the question of formulation of leadership qualities. Thus, the use of case technology makes it possible to significantly strengthen the system of training officer leaders by integrating theoretical training with professional and practical and research activities, the use of appropriate content (leadership experience), interactive development of professionally important leadership qualities for military leaders. Purposeful formation of leadership qualities in the process of professional training of cadets of higher education institutions (higher military educational institutions) not only ensures the successful exercise of power, but also becomes the basis of socio-psychological impact on the environment and servicemen in the future. It is proved that the process of formation of leadership qualities in cadets of higher education institutions is defined as a set of pedagogical situations that contribute not only to the successful development of leadership qualities, but also to the general self-improvement of the individual. Understanding of scientific sources allows us to state that the leadership qualities of the personality of the future officer-leader are the traits that provide the ability to stand out in a particular case and make responsible decisions in significant situations; use innovative approaches to solve the problem; successfully influence followers to achieve common goals; to create a favourable sociopsychological climate in the military.

Система формирования информационно-правового мировоззрения курсантов правового вуза

The article designs the system to form informational and legal worldview of cadets of the institutes of the National Guard of the Russian Federation (those who are trained in specialty 40.05.01. "Legal support of national security"). The main principles of the designed system are: protopostulates (they form the basis of the hierarchy of the main provisions of the designed system and represent those principles of philosophy that determine and control the course of research in pedagogical science); metapostulates (represent supportive assumptions for educational science); postulates (set the structure of the subject of study and the rules that must be followed in the process of solving the problem). As one of the main postulates of the system, the authors give the provision on the presence of two levels of information and legal worldview. The informational and legal worldview of the first level is interpreted as a subspecies of the professional worldview, and the informational and legal worldview of the second level is interpreted as a subspecies of the professional worldview. The implementation of the system is carried out on the basis of the application of the cognitive-evolutionary approach. The cognitive-evolutionary approach used in pedagogical research for the first time and it is based on the use of the cognitive-evolutionary theory of Piaget in the educational process of a military university. An example of the practical implementation of the system for the formation of an informational and legal worldview when conducting legal cycle lessons for cadets of higher educational institutions of the Russian National Guard troops is given. A feature of the described pedagogical experiment is the use of a cognitive-evolutionary approach in the educational process of a military university, based on the use of scaffolding technology. The application of scaffolding technology is carried out in an organic unity with the case method. The use of the case method, on the one hand, is a reflection of the currently actively developing plot-game paradigm related to topical problems of general and applied ontology, and on the other hand, it organically combines with the idea of identifying three phases in the process of forming an information and legal worldview - phase of prevailing accommodation, phase of choice of a mixed adaptive strategy and phase of prevailing assimilation.

The article is devoted to the analysis of administrative and legal regulation of practical training of applicants for higher education in higher education institutions with specific training conditions that train police officers. Today, practical training is an integral part of the educational process, which allows to ensure the acquisition of competencies and program learning outcomes provided by educational and professional programs. Based on the analysis of the Regulations on practical training of students and cadets of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the authors have identified problematic issues of organization and conduct of various types of practical training. It is concluded that the existing mechanism of practical training of this category of persons and its normative expression needs to be improved, as it does not meet the needs of today, contains provisions that contradict other regulations, outdated terminology, does not take into account the organization of the educational process at the present stage of development. departmental education, etc. In addition, the draft Regulation on the practical training of applicants for higher education in higher education institutions with specific training conditions for the training of specialists for the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the National Police of Ukraine is being studied and is currently being discussed. The authors conclude that its provisions are unconditionally progressive, but make specific proposals to improve the proposed organizational and legal framework. In particular, it is proposed to specify the purpose of practical training, the mechanism of its organization for applicants for higher education by correspondence, persons studying under the program “2 years cadet - 1 year student», the order and grounds for involvement in public safety and order, clear determined their status, given the lack of specification of the rights and responsibilities of this category of persons in such activities.

Researched are some certain issues, related to optimization of departmental education of cadets of the Federal penitentiary service, taking into account ongoing humanization of criminal enforcement policy and law enforcement practice. Noted is, that today gradual withdrawal from criminal penalties, associated with real deprivation of liberty, were naturally led to concentration in correctional institutions persons, who committed serious and heinous crimes with recidivism, to resist unlawful intentions that the young employees of the penitentiary system is quite difficult, as prisoners, using various psychological tricks are constantly attempting progressive involvement of agencies and staff of UIS in their criminal activities. The author reveals the most typical methods, used by a special agent to incite employees of the UIS to enter into off-duty relationships, describes the destructive nature of these actions. Taking into account this problem, the article demonstrates the content of certain pedagogical technologies that are aimed at forming and strengthening psychological stability in cadets of higher education institutions of the Federal penitentiary service of Russia, resistance to manipulative influences from special agents, and the development of skills of constructive communication with convicts. Conclusion is made, that it is necessary to saturate educational and thematic plans for disciplines, implemented within specific specialization with separate topics, aimed at forming psychological stability of students and readiness for everyday constructive interaction with a special agent.

Characteristics of the psycho-emotional state of future police officers during sambo wrestling classes

The specifics of police activities have a number of features that lead to negative emotional states, disorders of mental processes and necessitates the development of future police cadets professionally important psychological qualities. The article is devoted to the study of indicators of psychological qualities and emotional state of cadets of higher education institutions with specific training conditions – future police officers who were engaged in sambo wrestling during studying. The study was conducted at the National Academy of Internal Affairs in 2017-2020. The study involved cadets (male) of the 1st-4th years of study (18-22 years old, n=152). Two groups were formed: experimental group (EG) – cadets who during studying were engaged in the sambo wrestling section of the academy (n=32); control group (CG) – cadets who studied according to the current program of the physical training and did not attend additionally the sports sections of the academy (n=120). The professionally important psychological qualities of cadets-future police officers include: the ability to simultaneously perceive several objects (volume of attention), perform several actions (distribution of attention), focus on one object (concentration of attention), the ability to maintain the required intensity of attention for a long time (stability of attention). Research methods: analysis and generalization of literature sources, pedagogical testing, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. The positive influence of sambo wrestling classes on the level of psychological qualities and emotional state of cadets was revealed. Indicators of situational anxiety and emotional states of EG cadets in the 4th year of study were significantly better than those of CG cadets, which will provide cadets with high performance, and in the future – the effective implementation of professional tasks.

The article considers issues that are related to the development of proposals to improve the efficiency of evaluation of cadets of higher educational institutions of Ukraine during the period of educational reform. The system of evaluation of educational activity and the level of knowledge of research (cadet) has been proposed. It has been proposed to use a person-centred approach to evaluation with the obligatory definition of the ultimate aim and its achievement through the effective technological schemes of education.
