Analisis Penyebaran Aspal Buton Berdasarkan Data Bor Di Daerah Lawele

Buton asphalt is a natural asphalt on Buton Island, Southeast Sulawesi. To meet the target of Buton asphalt production, it is necessary to develop an area in the Lawele area as one of the asphalt producing areas on Buton Island. The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution of Buton asphalt and the form of asphalt deposits in the Lawele area, Buton Regency. The research methodology is divided into literature study, data collection, data processing, analysis and discussion and conclusions. The data used in this research is drill data which includes coordinates, elevation, lithology type, thickness, and depth of drill point. Data processing and analysis in this study was carried out through lithological correlation using RockWorks 17 software. Lithological correlation was carried out to determine the continuity of the asphalt layer from one drill point to another drill point. Based on the results of the analysis on the cross-sectional correlation that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the direction of distribution of asphalt deposits in the research area in line 1 and line 3 is from west to east with a tabular morphology of asphalt deposits, while on line 2 is single deposit and asphalt seepage is found.

Factors Affecting the Effectiveness of Regional Health Insurance Services in North Buton Regency

The National Social Security System aims to guarantee the health of all Indonesian people in stages. This study aims to examine the factors that influence the effectiveness of regional health insurance services in the North Buton Regency. The research data collection techniques used three approaches, namely observation, interviews, and documentation which were then analyzed using a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that the facilities and infrastructure as support for health insurance services are not adequate, the internet network is not optimal, and the apparatus resources are not adequate. In general, this study can conclude that the effectiveness of regional health insurance services in the North Buton Regency is not adequate

Proportion of Hypertension Cases by Gender in the North Buton Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province

Hypertension is one of the main risk factors for cardiovascular diseases such as heart attack, heart failure, stroke and kidney disease. This study was conducted to examine the proportion of hypertension by gender in North Buton Regency in the period of 2018-2020. This is a survey research utilizing the health report data of the North Buton District Health Office in the 2017-2020 period, more specifically data on hypertension cases by gender. The research sample is hypertension patients. The type of research data is numerical. The research data is presented in the form of a graph accompanied by a narration. The highest number of cases of hypertension in North Buton Regency for the years 2018-2020 belonged to the female group that spread across 3 health centers namely Lakansai, Kambawo, Kulisusu.

Identification of Environmental Factors of Toddlers Diarrhea Cases in the North Buton Regency

Diarrhea is a disease that has become a world health problem, especially to infants in developing countries which can lead to death. There are many risk factors causing diarrheal disease in infants and toddlers in Indonesia. One of the risk factors of diarrheal disease is environmental factors which include clean water facilities, sanitation, latrines, and wastewater disposal channels. This research is a descriptive study using data from the Indonesian Government Agencies. Diarrhea case data was obtained from the North Buton District Health Office and Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Health Office from 2016 to 2020. The number of diarrhea cases during the last 5 (five) years tends to decrease. The percentage of families with access to proper sanitation facilities (healthy latrines) during the last 5 (five) years has increased. The percentage of villages that implement Community Based Total Sanitation (CBTS) has increased over the last 5 years. This decrease is directly proportional to the increase in the percentage of families with access to proper sanitation facilities (healthy latrines) and the percentage of villages that implemented CBTS.

Identification of Stunting Determinants in Toddlers in Prevention of Nutritional Problems in the North Buton Regency

Stunting is failure to grow in children less than five years old due to chronic malnutrition so the child is slow and short. The determinants of stunting in toddlers include low birth weight (LBW), exclusive breastfeeding, and complete primary immunization. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data used in this study is secondary data on stunting obtained from the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Health Office and the North Buton District Health Office. The population and samples in this study were data on stunting prevalence, exclusive breastfeeding, LBW, and complete basic immunization obtained from the Health Office of the North Buton Regency in the period of 2016 to 2020. The result showed that stunting prevalence in the North Buton Regency in a period of 5 (five) years are volatile with the highest prevalence occurring in 2017 at 44.5% and the lowest occurring in 2018 at 27.2%. The prevalence of stunting and the percentage of exclusive breastfeeding for the last 5 years are directly proportional and the percentage of complete basic immunization for the last 5 years is very high, even exceeding the set target. Compared descriptively, this high percentage is not proportional to the prevalence of stunting in the North Buton Regency.

The Number of Stunting Cases Based on Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) in the North Buton Regency

Household food shortage has detrimental effects on the children. The objective of this study was to describe the number of stunting cases based on chronic energy deficiency (KEK) in the North Buton Regency. This is a survey research utilizing the health report data of the North Buton Regency Health Office for the 2018-2020 period, which include the data for exclusive breastfeeding, infant health services as well as complete neonatal visits (KN3). The type of research data is numerical. The research data is presented in the form of a graph with narration. In the North Buton Regency, the data shows that in the 2018-2020 period the highest number of stunting cases occurred at the Kulisusu Health Center with 205 cases, the lowest in 2019 at the Kambawo Health Center with as few as 2 cases. Related to the cases of caloric energy deficiency, at the Kulisusu Health Center in 2018 there was 6.3%, while the stunting rate in 2019 was the lowest at the Kambawo Health Center with the proportion of KEK at 26.09%.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever Cases by Gender in the North Buton Regency in the 2018-2020 Period

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a public health problem where the number of patients continues to increase year by year. DHF is also endemic and continues to spread in several districts/cities in Southeast Sulawesi Province, including the North Buton Regency. The objective of this study is to describe the cases of DHF based on gender in the North Buton Regency between 2018-2020. This is a survey research utilizing health report data from the North Buton District Health Office in the 2018-2020 period, which includes data on DHF cases based on gender. The type of research data is numerical. The research data is presented in the form of a graph with narration. The conclusion of the study is that the case of DHF in the North Buton Regency for the 2018-2020 periods in the male group was the highest. The highest cases was at Public Health Center Kulisusu with 7 cases of male and 9 cases of female. There was no significant difference between men and women suffering from DHF.

Gastrical Disease Description Using Surveillance Data in The North Buton Regency, Indonesia

Gastritis is a public health problems with a fairly high prevalence. It affects up to 50% of adults in western countries. Gastritis in Indonesia is quite high with a prevalence of 274,396 cases from 238,452,952 inhabitants or 40.8%. This study used various data from the Indonesian Government Agency. Data on gastritis cases was obtained from the Health Office of North Buton Regency from 2017 to 2019. The data was obtained from the annual health profile published by the Health Office of the North Buton Regency. The conclusion is that most of the patients with gastritis are female with a distribution that tends to decrease in cases every year. The cases of gastritis since 2017 have shown a decrease in the cases of gastritis. This shows that health efforts made by health workers have begun to show results even though the prevalence of gastritis cases is still high. On the other hand, the prevention of gastritis cases is starting to show good results.

Diabetes Mellitus Cases by Gender in the North Buton Regency in the 2018-2020 Period

Diabetes mellitus or also called DM is a disease characterized by increased blood glucose levels as a result of the body’s physiological failure to regulate glucose metabolism. The prevalence of people with diabetes mellitus in the world is increasing year by year. Indonesia is ranked with the fourth highest cases of diabetes mellitus in the world. The objective of this study is to identify cases of diabetes mellitus based on gender in the North Buton Regency in the 2017-2020 period. This is a survey research utilizing the health report data of the North Buton Regency Health Office in the 2017-2020 period, which includes data on the DM cases based on gender. The type of research data is numerical. The research data is presented in the form of graphs with narration. The results showed that the number of DM cases in North Buton Regency in 2017 the highest number of DM cases was at the Kulisusu Health Center with 138 cases, in 2018 the highest was at the Waode Buri Health Center with as many as 46 cases, in 2019 the highest DM case number was at the Kulisusu Health Center with as many as 73 cases. In 2020 the highest cases was at the Kulisusu Health Center with as many as 117 cases, where DM cases in women were higher than men.

Toddlers Diarrheal Cases in the UPTD Coastal Areas of the Wadiabero Public Health Center in the Years 2018-2020

The toddler phase is a transition sequence from a baby to an infant. In this phase the toddler needs full support from parents regarding growth and development to prevent them from contracting a deadly disease like diarrhea. Diarrhea is an endemic disease in Indonesia and is referred to as an extraordinary disease which often causes death. One of the regency in Indonesia affected by diarrhea is the Central Buton Regency, especially at the Wadiabero Public Health Center. Diarrhea at the Wadiabero Public Health Center has increased year by year. The diarrhea cases mostly appear at the age of 0-1 years old. The annual survey of nutrition data showed that patients with diarrhea are predicted to not get enough of exclusive breastfeeding during the infant phase.

Epidemiology of Anemia in Pregnant Women in the Coastal Region of the North Buton Regency, Southeast Sulawesi

Anemia in pregnant women is one of the most common pregnancy problems and affects the health of mothers and babies. The objective of this study was to determine the epidemiology of anemia in pregnant women in the coastal area of the North Buton Regency. This research is a quantitative research using secondary data. Data of anemia in pregnant women from 2016 to 2020 was obtained from the North Buton District Health Office. The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in North Buton Regency was very high. Most pregnant women suffer from mild anemia with an Hb value of 8-11 mg/dL. Kulisusu District had the highest number of pregnant women with anemia. The high prevalence of anemia in pregnancy requires urgent intervention to prevent complications to mother and baby.

Malaria Cases Rate by Gender in the North Buton Regency During the 2018-2020 Period

Malaria is a life-threatening disease and causes many deaths around the world. The disease is caused by a protozoan parasite of the genus Plasmodium which is transmitted to humans through the bite of the Anopheles mosquito which also serves as a host for this parasite. The objective of the study is to describe Malaria cases in the North Buton Regency in the 2018-2020 period based on gender. This is a survey research using data from the health report of the Health Office of North Buton Regency for the period 2018-2020 involving data on the malaria cases by gender. The research sample is malaria sufferers. The type of research data is numerical and the research data is presented in the form of a graph with narration. Malaria cases by gender in the North Buton regency showed that in 2018 the highest was at the Kulisusu Health Center with 12 cases, in 2019 the highest was at the Bonerombo Health Center with 7 cases, and then in 2020 the highest was at the Lambale Health Center with 6 cases. The number of cases in North Buton Regency was more dominated by men than women.

The Exclusive Breastfeeding Scope Based on the Coverage of Infant Health Services and Neonates Visits in the North Buton Regency

Breastfeeding is a healthy activity necessary for the babies’ growth and development. The United Nations Children’s Funds (UNICEF) and the World Health Organization (WHO) recommend that children only be exclusively breastfed for six months and continue for up to two years. This study objective is to describe the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding based on the coverage of infant health services and neonatal visits in the North Buton Regency for the 2018-2020 period. This is a survey research using the health report data of the North Buton Regency Health Office for the 2018-2020 period involving exclusive breastfeeding coverage data and coverage of infant health services as well as complete neonatal visits. The type of research data is numerical and the research data is presented in the form of graphs with narration. The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding for infants up to the age of 6 months was the highest in 2019 at the Kulisusu Public Health Center at 92% and the lowest in 2020 at the Kioko Public Health Center at only 43.1%. The highest coverage of baby services was in the year 2018 at the Lakansai Public Health Center at 183% and the lowest in 2019 at the Lakansai Public Health Center at only 0.0%. In 2020 the lowest at the North Wakorumba Public Health Center at only 0.0%.

Neonatal Deaths in the North Buton Regency Based on Coverage of Neonatal Visits

In the neonatal period, babies’ health is vulnerable. In that period, the baby may have the possibility to experience pain. For this reason, a neonatal visit is needed to monitor the baby’s health. Neonatal visits are one of the prevention methods to reduce IMR (Infant Mortality) by making direct contact with health workers at least three times. This study aims to describe the neonatal mortality rate based on the coverage of neonatal visits, both neonatal visit 1 and neonatal visit 3. This is a survey research utilizing the health report data of the Health Office of North Buton Regency in the period 2018-2020, which includes data on neonatal mortality and coverage of complete neonatal visits (neonatal visit 1 and neonatal visit 3). The type of research data is numerical. The research data is presented in the form of graphs with narration. The conclusion of the study is that the neonatal mortality rate is not always in line with the number of complete neonatal visits 3. It is recommended that health workers be more active in offering counseling about neonatal visits to the community.

Pulmonary Tuberculosis Cases Rate by Gender in the North Buton Regency in the 2018-2020 Period

Tuberculosis (TB) is a debilitating chronic infectious disease that affects more than a third of the global population. This study was designed to investigate different peripheral blood parameters and risk factors in TB patients. The objective of this study is to describe the cases of pulmonary tuberculosis by gender in the North Buton Regency in the 2018-2020 period. This is a survey research utilizing data from the health report of the Health Office of THE North Buton Regency in the period 2018-2020, which includes data on the cases of TB by gender. The research sample is TB patients. The type of research data is numerical. The research data is presented in the form of graphs with narration. The number of cases in the North Buton Regency by gender from year to year was higher in males and dominant at the Kulisusu Kambawo Health Center. This is related to the literature where men are at greater risk of developing pulmonary TB disease compared to women. Men smoke and drink alcohol compared to women. Smoking and drinking alcohol can lower the body’s immunity so that they are more susceptible to pulmonary TB disease.

Proportion of Hypertension Cases by Gender in the North Buton Regency in the 2018-2020 Period

Hypertension is a main risk factor of mortality and morbidity which has been connected with cardiovascular diseases (CVD). There are different types of CVD such as atherosclerosis, acute myocardial infarction, and cardiomyopathy. This study was conducted to describe the proportion of hypertension by gender in the North Buton Regency in the 2018-2020 period. This is a survey research utilizing the health report data of the North Buton Regency Health Office during the period of 2017-2020 which involves data on the hypertension by gender. The research sample is hypertension patients. The type of research data is numerical and the research data is presented in the form of a graph with narration. The highest number of hypertension cases by gender in the North Buton Regency for the 2018-2020 period was female, spread across 3 public health centers namely Lakansai, Kambawo, Kulisusu health centers.

Toddler Acute Respiratory Infection Cases by Gender in the North Buton Regency between 2018-2020

A respiratory condition in toddlers that often occur is called ARI (Acute Respiratory Infections), which are usually accompanied by coughs, flu and colds. ARI is an acute infection that attacks one or more parts of the respiratory tract from the nose to the alveoli, including the adnexa. This study was conducted with the objective of describing the number of cases of ARI under five years old in the North Buton Regency for the 2018-2020 period based on gender. This is a survey research utilizing the health report data of the North Buton District Health Office for the period 2017-2020. It includes on the incidence of ARI by gender. The research sample is ARI patients who are children under five. The type of research data is numerical. The research data is presented in the form of graphs with narration. In 2018, ARI cases among children less than five years old in the North Buton Regency were the highest at the North Wakorumba Health Center, with as many as 216 cases in mostly males, the lowest at the Labaraga Health Center with 47 cases. In 2019, the highest was at the Kioko Health Center with as many as 262 cases mostly women and the lowest at the Kulisusu Health Center with 37 cases. Then in 2020 the highest was at the Waode Buri Health Center with 704 cases mostly women and the lowest was at the Boneguru Health Center with 10 cases.

The Proportion of Mental Health Disorders by Gender in the North Buton Regency in the 2019-2021 Period

The development of science and technology and the differences in each region have caused many changes in the aspects of human life, both physical, mental, and social. It can limit people’s ability to achieve satisfaction and well-being in life as it often causes pressure or difficulty. The study objective is to describe the proportion of mental disorders by gender in the North Buton Regency during the 2019-2021 period. This is a survey research using data from the health report of the Health Office of North Buton Regency in the period of 2019-2021, which includes data on the malaria cases by gender. The research sample is people with mental disorders. The type of research data is numerical. The research data is presented in the form of a graph with narration. The number of cases of mental disorders in the North Buton Regency based on gender has a distribution in that men with mental disorders is higher than women.

Analysis of the Transition from Field Rice Farming to Cassava Farming through a Land Optimization Development Program in Eelahaji Village Kulisusu District Buton Utara Regency

This study aims to determine why farmers switch farming from field rice to cassava and determine the income difference between upland rice and cassava farming in Eelahaji Village, Kulisusu District, North Buton Regency. The study was conducted in Eelahaji Village, Kulisusu Subdistrict, North Buton Regency, in November 2021. The research population was all farmers receiving government assistance from the land optimization development program and 35 farmers who changed their farms. In contrast, the research sample was determined using the census method. The type and origin of the data used are primary and secondary data. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research variables include income, cooperation of farmers in groups, farming habits, labor, production, costs, prices, and revenues. Analysis of the data used to answer the research objectives is descriptive analysis. The results of the study share that the reason for farmers to switch their farming is that the economic aspect uses a percentage (25%) in the form of 25% income and the social aspect with a percentage of 75% in the form of farmer cooperation in groups (25%), farming habits (25%) and labor ( 25%). The income of upland rice farming is on average IDR2,285,886/ha/year, while the income of cassava farming is on average IDR12,858,857/ha/year. Thus, it can be seen that there is a significant difference between the income of upland rice farming and cassava farming.

Pelatihan Pengembangan Potensi Wisata Di Desa Waara Kabupaten Buton Tengah

Waara Village, Central Buton Regency, is one of Indonesia's villages with tourism potential that has not been optimally developed. This activity aims to examine the training of tourism potential development in Waara Village and its impact on sustainable tourism management. The training method used in developing tourism villages is a participatory approach, where the community is actively involved in planning and implementing tourism village development programs. Participation and participation of the community and stakeholders are also very important in developing sustainable tourism and preserving the environment and local culture. After identifying tourism potential, the next step is to strengthen the capacity of the community through training and development of tourism management skills that can be done through extensive training by various institutions, such as the government, NGOs, and academic institutions, which can encourage the development of tourism potential and stimulate local economic growth.
