The article reveals the importance of energy security for the pipe-rolling industry of the Russian Federation, which is strategically important for the state. Energy efficiency of enterprises is presented not only as an important aspect of their functioning, but also as a key factor affecting the economic security of the country as a whole. It is revealed that the introduction of modern technologies and resource management methods allows not only to reduce production costs, but also to withstand new challenges, which is an important aspect for achieving high economic performance and sustainable development. It is disclosed that pipe rolling companies are confronting global climate change, depletion of natural resources and negative impact on the environment through the introduction of innovative approaches to production. The importance of close cooperation between government agencies and business communities to achieve common goals of energy security is shown.

Формирование потенциала развития производственных подразделений уголовно-исполнительной системы в условиях активизации взаимодействия с представителями бизнес-сообщества

The article presents the results of a study of the processes of forming the development potential of the production units of the penal correction system in the context of increased interaction with representatives of the business community. The data on the level of utilization of the average annual production capacity of enterprises producing various types of food products are analyzed. The main elements of the development potential of production structures and their essential characteristics are identified.

Hvordan kan videregående skole forberede elever – som planlegger å bruke lærekandidatordning – for varig arbeidslivsdeltakelse?

The training candidate scheme is an accessway into the Norwegian vocational job market for learners who are unable to complete vocational training in secondary school through the ordinary apprentice scheme. This study examines how secondary school can prepare pupils, who aim to utilise the training candidate scheme. We have interviewed former attendees and (current) staff from three secondary schools that offer special needs education. We find that in particular the pupils’ social competence seems to be decisive for their attainment of lasting employment. Key components of this competence seem to be maturity, dependability, and the ability to ‘keep on working’. A factor that appears to be of particular importance is that a large proportion of the pupils’ education is attained through performing practical tasks, especially where this work is similar to carrying out a regular job. Good teacher – student relations also seem to be crucial, as well as the school’s network in the business community. Four categories illuminate our research questions: social and professional competence; relationships, motivation, and coping expectations; empowerment, citizenship, and coping with life; and preparation for working life. We use Norwegian government documents as well as self-efficacy theory and theories of learning and motivation in the discussion of these findings.

Peningkatan Kepatuhan Pajak Melalui Sosialisasi Perpajakan kepada Komunitas Bisnis Multi-Level Marketing Minyak Aroma Terapi di Yogyakarta

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of tax socialization in improving tax compliance among the multi-level marketing (MLM) business community of aromatherapy oil in Yogyakarta. The research employs a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation methods. The results indicate that despite high participant enthusiasm, there is a gap in tax compliance. Out of 25 participants, 5 individuals did not possess a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), while 15 out of 20 participants with an NPWP had not reported their MLM income. Limited understanding of tax administrative obligations emerged as a key factor. The tax socialization methods employed, including face-to-face and online approaches, had their respective advantages and drawbacks. Face-to-face socialization was perceived as more interactive, whereas online socialization offered flexibility. This study recommends more intensive educational approaches and follow-up mentoring programs to assist participants in comprehending and fulfilling their tax obligations correctly. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for the government and tax authorities in designing more effective tax socialization strategies to enhance tax compliance, particularly among small and medium-sized enterprise segments

Human resource management ecosystem in the context of business digitalization.

In the context of digital economy business is increasingly choosing the ecosystem model of development, which leads to scientific interest in the formation of new approaches to human resource management (HRM). The role of human capital within business ecosystems is growing; both internal and external participants create its value to the organization. Many stakeholders get involved in working out HRM solutions, including managers, employees, HR specialists, ecosystem partners, suppliers and HR services providers. With a view of co-creating value and enhancing business competitiveness in the market, there comes a need for the formation of HRM ecosystems integrating necessary resources. The aim of the research is to determine the characteristic features and structural model of HRM ecosystems in the context of business digitalization. Currently, HRM ecosystems are at an early stage of formation and represent technocratic models in the form of a «marketplace» of multiple HR tools, which constitutes the risk of their overloading and turning into a “patchwork” of digital technologies. The emerging transition towards human-centric HRM ecosystems shifts the focus from technologies to strategic business goals and people’s well-being in the working place. The scientific result of the research is the identification of technocratic and human-centric HRM ecosystems distinctive features as well as the suggestion of a structural model-in transit, comprising humanitarian and technological components. Within the research, there were used general scientific methods of comparison, analysis, generalization, as well as scientific interpretation of the authors’ theoretical and practical experience. The research outcomes may be of interest to scientific and business communities in terms of developing the methodology of the ecosystem approach to HRM in the context of business digitalization.

Integrating Green Management and Economic Development: The Role of Esg Strategies in Regional Sustainability

Green management, incorporating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, addresses the growing need for sustainable economic development amidst environmental degradation and social inequalities. This study examines the integration of green management strategies to balance economic growth with environmental sustainability, focusing on regional implications. Through a qualitative approach, including interviews and case studies, the research explores how ESG principles impact business practices and community development. The findings reveal that while green management significantly reduces environmental harm, enhances economic competitiveness, and promotes community engagement, challenges such as financial constraints, low awareness, and weak regulatory frameworks persist. The study's novelty lies in its emphasis on localized ESG strategies tailored to regional socio-economic and environmental contexts, offering insights into how businesses and policymakers can adapt these principles effectively. Results highlight the importance of aligning corporate policies with regional sustainability goals to attract investment and foster equitable growth. Recommendations include providing financial incentives, enhancing capacity-building programs, and strengthening regulatory frameworks to ensure the widespread adoption of ESG practices. These findings underline the potential of green management as a transformative tool for driving sustainable and inclusive regional development.

Research the Reasons for BiliBilis Success

BiliBili has grown into a successful commercialization and sustainable growth example in the digital l entertainment industry since its listing on NASDAQ in 2018. In this study an attempt has been made to examine the factors that have contributed to BiliBilis success, specifically, the companys unique business model, community centered approach, and e-sports initiatives. The paper went on to a deep analysis of BiliBili's diversity of offerings, including Professional User Generated Videos (PUGV), Occupationally Generated Videos (OGV) and its active user community consisting mainly of Generation Z. This paper identifies the mechanisms that have propelled Bilibili's consistent user engagement, and revenue growth, by evaluating the company's marketing strategies, its unique PUGV+OGV content model, and its content ecosystem. In addition, a SWOT analysis of BiliBili identifies the strengths of diversified monetization channels, as well as challenges and opportunities in the forming market. It turns out BiliBilis forray into e-sports is an area of untapped revenue that drives through innovative ways of using brand sponsorships, player endorsements, event hosting and content production all of which contribute big to its revenue. Renewable energy in chemical industrial buildings for cost performance

Due to their potential benefits for a variety of industries, blockchain technologies have recently attracted a lot of attention from the scientific community as well as the business community. Blockchain provides distributed, secure, permissioned transactional ledgers, that successfully deal with these problems. The purpose of this study is to present a new conceptual framework that combines blockchain technology with building information modeling. This framework is specifically designed for smart contracts and digital transactions in the chemical industry's retrofitting of green buildings. Within this particular context, the main goals are to improve cost-effectiveness, bolster cybersecurity measures, improve information sharing and management, expedite payment transactions, and advance sustainability. In Cilegon, Banten, Indonesia, a chemical facility was the study's location. The study also makes use of partial least squares structural equation modeling.

“We're at the Door of Still Greater Progress”: Historical Narratives, Ethno-racial Conflict, and Place in Gonzales, Texas, at the Turn of the Twentieth Century

Abstract At the turn of the twentieth century, the White business community of Gonzales, a small town in central Texas, envisioned a bright future for the town. It imagined Gonzales as an important town, civilized, progressive, and ethno-racially defined, with the White community—mostly Anglo Texans and German Texans—as protagonists, and African Texans and Mexican Texans as extras. At the time, the region was undergoing major economic, technological, and demographic changes, including the influx of European and Mexican immigrants. Together with a more independent African Texan community, these changes challenged the dominant southern narrative and strengthened both an emerging Progress narrative and several counter-narratives related to historical celebrations such as Decoration Day, Juneteenth, and 16 de septiembre. In this article, I study the White community's efforts to strengthen an ethno-racially defined, business-oriented community. These efforts involved not only specific business initiatives, but also violence against and marginalization of minorities, as well as a substantial rewriting of the narrative that defined Gonzales as a place. Zooming in on Gonzales makes apparent the ways in which the White community had to continuously modify itself and its vision of Gonzales to maintain power. The case study offers insights into broader issues relating to uses of history and place, and how narratives shape, and are shaped by, ethno-racial dynamics.

Application of Sustainable Tourism

The phenomenon of sustainable tourism has become a critical global issue. This research aims to explore the community's level of understanding and implementation of sustainable tourism in Widosari Tourism Village, Yogyakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects in this study were five young people who were actively developing the Widosari Tourism Village in Yogyakarta. The research results show that the Widosari Village community's understanding of the concept of sustainable tourism is quite good. In connection with the implementation of sustainable tourism, the people of Widosari Village have taken several positive actions in managing natural resources, preserving culture, and involving the community in the tourism business. However, challenges remain, especially related to water management, holistic cultural preservation, souvenir sales, and the lack of tourism impact monitoring programs. Joint efforts between stakeholders and village government support are needed to overcome this challenge and ensure sustainable tourism that provides long-term benefits for the people of Widosari Village.

THE GOVERNMENT RELATIONS (GR) CLUSTER IN THE SYSTEM OF BUSINESS AND GOVERNMENT RELATIONS IN MODERN RUSSIA: TECHNOLOGICAL AND PROCEDURAL ASPECTS

In this publication, the author attempts to comprehensively disclose leading GR-technologies and describe the procedural aspect of relations between government and business in the Russian political order. Methodology is based on clustering methods, definition analysis, case study, historical retrospective, legal dogma, comparison and comparison. The author identifies the following ways of participation of the business community in GR-relationships: structural pressure (subordination of decisions of public authorities to the actions of economic actors), including the formal incorporation of business representatives into the state apparatus, instrumental pressure (conclusion of one-time formal and informal agreements), including the “exchange” of funds for preferences from interested officials, financial pressure (monopolization of significant assets or property rights in the hands of large business and/or the establishment of extensive majority control over such resources), the activities of legal business associations, unions, associations and self-regulatory organizations, pressure through saturation of the state budget. In conclusion, obstacles are indicated that impede or hinder the full institutionalization of government relations practices as an independent type of management: the lack of legislative permission to conduct professional lobbying activities, the habit of large managers to the so-called manual management, which pushes them to personal involvement in establishing contacts with civil servants, lack of professional GR-managers with an expert and analytical bias.

Peculiarities of Goods Consumption in Kazakhstan Amidst a Crisis

Object: Consumer behavior in the Republic of Kazakhstan takes the spotlight of this article. While primarily focusing on a period between 2019 and 2022, to give a better idea of the context, the study also pulls data from a wider time interval from 2011 to 2022. This research pays careful attention to inflation, real salaries, and total household consumption. Methods: The article offers various macroeconomic indicators. To level out bias in statistics caused by inflation, we calculated a deflator. Another important aspect taken into question was inflation rate between 2020 and 2022 in the context of various categories of goods. Results: We have revealed a negative trend obstructing the growth of real GDP per capita, making it slower than consumption, which is potentially problematic for the social debt burden and may bring about economic problems on a national scale. This assumption is confirmed by the growth in bank lending. Conclusions: Our results provide valuable insights into consumer behavior in the context of rising inflation and salary changes in Kazakhstan. These findings might prove useful for the entire business community, government agencies, and researchers. Our research can also be used for developing marketing strategies and managerial decision-making.

Does Auditing Impact the Quality of Information on Corporate Sustainability Report: Empirical Evidence from Vietnamese Businesses

The world business community is moving very strongly towards the Net Zero goal on the sustainable business journey. Vietnamese businesses cannot stand out of this race. Facing the requirements of green development and sustainable development, the business community needs to redefine its success, which now does not just lie in financial numbers, but businesses need to connect their long-term success and growth to bring sustainable benefits to the community, society and the environment. Standards of revenue, profit, shareholder benefits or financial numbers are no longer the only measure of business success, but have now expanded the ability to adapt, withstand and recover. before unprecedented formulas in money. Only when balancing the three-legged crown: economy - society - environment can businesses succeed in today's era. This study was conducted to evaluate the factors affecting the process of preparing and publishing sustainable development reports of businesses, on that basis to clarify the role of auditing in this process, from It provides recommendations to improve the quality of published information, and promote the sustainable development of businesses.

AT THE 10TH ST. PETERSBURG INTERNATIONAL FORUM OF UNITED CULTURES

The article contains information about the 10th Saint Petersburg International Cultural Forum, which took place on September 11–14, 2024; since 2023 it has been called the Forum of United Cultures. At this large-scale event, cultural figures, cultural scientists, representatives of the business community and government bodies discuss current issues and development trends in the international cultural environment. In 2024, at the Forum of United Cultures, the results of ethnographic research by the Center for Humanitarian Problems of the Kola Science Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences were presented for the first time in the framework of the section “Cultural Heritage: Traditions and Modernity” at the panel discussion “Traditions and Culture of Trust: the Road to the Future”.

The role of the “third sector” in the political careers of men and women in Russia

Gender asymmetry in the distribution within Russian politics suggests the presence of a "glass ceiling" that does not allow women to fully realise their potential. Thearticle is devoted to the assessment of socio-political activity as social capital that helps women to co-opt into the state governance system and overcome internal restrictions. In world practice, public non-governmental non-profit organisations have come to be viewed as a special segment of the economy - the "third sector”. It plays an increasingly significant role in the development of civil society and influences the political sphere in Russia. The purpose of the study was to assess the third sector as a pool of recruitment to power. Using the method of retrospective biographical analysis of eight hundred successful acting politicians and managers of both sexes, an analysis of their incorporation into the state system was carried out, gender differences between political trajectories were identified. The most effective in structure were all-Russian public organisations with an extensive network of branches throughout the country, which allows them to accumulate social and administrative resources and successfully incorporate their representatives into government bodies. The partyliftfunctions successfully for both sexes. The analysis allows us to conclude that the third sector is a pool of recruitment into the country's political system; vertical mobility has a number of gender differences. For women, the social capital that allows for vertical mobility is a party career, experience in the system of public chambers, participation in the People's Front "For Russia" movement, as well as in professional and charitable NGOs. For them, activity in the public field is an effective way to build a political trajectory to any level of the power pyramid. The business community, through non-profit associations, tries not only to be useful to the state, but also quite successfully uses them to incorporate its members into various branches of government, but thisliftoperates mainly for men.

INNOVATIONAL POTENTIAL OF REGIONS

The country's innovative development guarantees the trustworthy capacity of future periods. In Kazakhstan, spatial development of regional territories is relevant for academic circles and the business community. The basis of this study is whether Kazakhstan has the potential to form a scientific and technical direction of development in the presence of existing opportunities for the dynamic development of regions. In this study, such scientific methods as analysis and synthesis, generalization, as well as an integrated approach, analytical review, abstraction, and logical analysis were used. The analysis showed that not all regions of Kazakhstan have positive changes: the number of research institutes is decreasing, and the number of research specialists performing R&D does not increase. However, we can note a sharp growth rate in the number of enterprises, as well as the implementation of R&D in terms of high investment activity in the country. In this regard, we note that the preparation of Kazakhstan to become one of the best states in terms of competitiveness is based on long-term planning to increase the position of innovation vitality of organizations, upgrade the innovation climate in the country, increase the share of investments in scientific modernization and convergence of business and science. Thus, the main outcomes of this research show that regional differences in economic development illustrate the uniqueness of conditions for each of them, the development of which shows positive dynamics and changes. The innovative trail of development of Kazakhstan is at an early stage. However, the accumulated experience of this country can rightfully be considered an example for many other countries.

Types of organization of communicative management space in the context of the implementation of national projects: regional cross-section

. This article continues a series of studies on the organization of communicative space in the management of regions. The effectiveness of the implementation of certain management decisions may depend on many factors, including a qualitatively built dialogue between interested parties of social management representing the interests of various categories of citizens. The article presents the results of a search study on the identification of types of the communicative management space’ organization in the context of the implementation of national projects in regions with different levels of socio-cultural modernization. The main task was to determine the levels of constructive (balanced) and destructive (inconsistent) interaction between the subjects of three levels – managerial, resource and basic. With the help of secondary conceptualization of data from a mass survey of the population and mass expert surveys conducted in 12 regions of Russian Federation, it was possible to identify typical signs of organized communication between particular subjects in each of the studied areas by analyzing the opinion of experts. The validity of this group of respondents is confirmed by the presence of experience in management practice, education and professional competence. The authors studied the relations between the subjects of management (regional authorities, local self-government, business communities, public organizations, scientific organizations and the population) in each region. There were constructed the types of the communicative management space’ organization of the region by assessing the similarities and differences of communication connections: 1) balanced constructive, 2) with elements of mismatch, 3) inconsistent (unbalanced, destructive). During the analysis, it was revealed that assessment of the interaction of management subjects is related to the assessment of the management style in the region, the agreement with the managerial style of the regional authorities among representatives of the expert community is associated with an assessment of the nature of the constructiveness of relations between regional authorities and the population.

DETERMINANT ANALYSIS OF FACTORS AFFECTING MUSTAHIK WELFARE WITH MEDIATED BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

This study aims to analyze the impact of the application of business capital assistance, training, training, and mustahik work ethic on mustahik welfare through business development. Sampling using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling approach. The sample of this study were 50 mustahik members of the Independent Business Community (IBC) at the Al-Falah Surabaya Social Fund foundation who met the research criteria. This study uses quantitative methods with the PLS (Partial Least Square) approach through a path analysis model. The results of this study indicate the statistical t value for the variables of training, mentoring, and Islamic work ethic, respectively 1.987, 3.341 and 4.011> t table 1.960 so that it is said to have a significant influence on the welfare of mustahik through its business development. While the statistical t value of the business capital variable 0.402 < t table 1.960 does not have a significant effect on the welfare of mustahik through business development. In conclusion, the variables of training, mentoring and Islamic work ethic have a significant effect on the welfare of mustahik mediated by business development. While the business capital variable has no significant effect on the welfare of mustahik mediated by business development.

Pengaruh Kebijakan Tarif Bea Masuk Terhadap Ekspor Porang Ke Negara Jepang

Prior to being hampered by the import regulations of destination nations, Indonesia's export of processed porang, especially from North Sumatra, saw tremendous growth. Examining how tariff regulations affect the competitiveness of processed porang exports to Japan is the goal of this study. Using a SWOT analysis and case study methodology, the study concludes that while Porang exporters have a lot of potential, export growth may be hampered by shifting tariff policy. To address these issues, the report suggests more assertive export tactics. The study demonstrates that one of the elements influencing the competitiveness of Indonesian porang products in the Japanese market is changes in tariff regulations by looking at export data from industry participants. The results have significant ramifications for how the government and business community can develop trade regulations to better encourage porang exports.
