WEB-BASED LPG DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM AT PT BOY BAGUS WINDI

PT Boy Bagus Windi is one of the LPG distributors in the Langkat Regency. Because Microsoft Excel is still used to hold distribution data, financial data, sales and purchase data, and personnel data, PT. Boy Bagus Windi faces a number of difficulties managing his data. The problem that businesses run into is that when they need to look for data, it takes a while since they have to access each folder or page in Microsoft Excel individually. Due to the current rapid growth of information technology, many businesspeople conduct their everyday activities online. In order to administer its business management information system, a company is compelled to adopt a web-based information system. Therefore, PT. Web-based Boy Bagus Windi developed a management information system. This system is intended to make it simpler for businesses to search data and handle human, financial, and products data management in one web for a more streamlined and orderly arrangement.
 

Research on Business Management information System under the background of Big data technology

In the rapid development of social economy and science and technology, the integration of network technology and various industries is becoming more and more close, which is both an opportunity and a challenge for the construction and innovation of business administration. Management Information System for Micro Business Empowerment (SIMPUM) Karawang Regency

Micro, small business is one of the businesses that can empower the community in the field of small and micro businesses, but along with the growing number of SMEs in Karawang Regency, support is needed so that business actors can develop the businesses they run, it is hoped that the business actors will not be too immediately to fulfill everyday life. For this reason, the Karawang Regency Government needs to obtain business information that is run by business actors. The author's goal in conducting this research is to make an application for a management information system for empowering micro-enterprises in Karawang Regency. The system development method used is the waterfall method to create a visual design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). With this system, it is hoped that it will be able to publish micro business profile information along with the products or services sold by business actors, so that it can help inform the through online media to the wider community, with the hope of increasing turnover and income and also Making a micro business management information system application will make it easier data management of micro business actors in Karawang Regency which can be used to determine policies for stakeholders.

Development Countermeasures of Business Management Informatization Based on Machine Learning Algorithm

Business management is an important part of social service and governance. With the development of economy and technology, the pressure on enterprises to participate in the market competition is gradually increasing. Therefore, it is particularly important to establish an information-based business management system. However, there are still many problems in the process of informatization development of enterprise business management, which seriously restricts the comprehensive development of enterprises. On the one hand, the existing business management information system lacks effective security and supervision links. On the other hand, there is a lack of professional information technology personnel within the enterprise. Machine learning is a discipline that specializes in how to simulate human learning behavior, and it can continuously learn new knowledge structures to make itself progress and develop. The development of enterprise business management informatization is consistent with the development direction of machine learning itself. Therefore, this paper proposes a business management informatization construction method based on a machine learning algorithm, which aims to further promote the development of enterprises in the direction of informatization and modernization and improve the informatization level of enterprises. Experiments show that with the support of machine learning technology, the level of enterprise business management informatization can reach 82.31%, fully indicating that machine learning can help enterprises innovate management models and improve the level of information management of enterprises.

Development of Electronic Business Management Information System At Trinita Elektro Manado Store

The purpose of the study was to determine the results of the development of an electronic business management information system and to produce a valid, practical, and efficient electronic business management management information system at the Trinita Elektro Store. The type of research used is research and development or Research and Development (R&D) using the Borg & Gall development model whose research and development steps consist of data collection and initial planning, product development (initial product), product validation, product revision. , product trial 1, product revision 2, product trial 2 and (8) final product (dissemination and implementation). The subjects in this study were business owners, technicians, cashiers, and customers at the Trinita Elektro Store. Data collection techniques using literature studies, interviews and questionnaires / questionnaires. The instruments used are expert validation sheets and product trial questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN USAHA J PARFUM

A perfume is a shop that specializes in selling perfume in the city of clay. Processing data on sales, purchases and making reports on J perfume is still done manually, so the process of recording transactions and making financial statements is less efficient. So that in this study aims as an application that can simplify the store in managing all the sales transaction data, purchases and financial reports needed. In this study the data collection methods used were observation, interviews and literary studies, and UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a model that uses the concept of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) to facilitate researchers in building systems and in helping implement this research. With the implementation of this perfume J business management information system, it provides convenience to the store in managing all transaction data and financial laopran and is more effective and efficient.

A study on stakeholder’s satisfaction of using Education Business Management Information Systems (EBMIS) tool in the University of Rwanda

A study aimed to investigate the role of the Education Business Management Information Systems (EBMIS) tool plays in the operation and management of the University of Rwanda focusing on staff and students. We carried out a mixed-method study in five colleges of the University of Rwanda including headquarters targeting students and staff. On the one hand, the study finds out that through EBMIS, timely application and registration online were good services whereby 25.7 % of students and 27% of staff were satisfied with the services respectively. The 10.7 % of students highlighted that Information technology is able to check the history of the payment process of tuition fees and 8.8% were able to access the passing modules. In addition, 55.8% of students failed to use the system during registration and application during holidays. Consequently, students come to the registration offices for assistance by staff in each college, which is costing, and time-consuming. On the other hand, the majority of staff met the difficulties of using the EBMIS to render services in between as well as to the students due to the low skills on the system. Therefore, the students’ big lines in front of offices such as offices of Collegesꞌ registrar and repeatable claims from students are still unavoidable. Hence, the use of EBMIS is not common practice in the whole services of the colleges in University of Rwanda. About, the knowledge gap, 56 % of staff do not know Information Technology System and hence 77% have not been trained at all on Information Technology System, among the trained staff, 55.1 % used at least 20% of EBMIS. The findings of the study showed that the Information Technology System is under exploitation at the University of Rwanda. However, the management of all data information from merged colleges is still critical due to the lack of technical skills and knowledge among users. Although, the University of Rwanda supports students and staff to explore this system through pieces of training in-country and abroad. Yet, there is still a big gap in skills of efficiency using the EBMIS and therefore, its productivity is still sub-standard.

Research on Integrated Management and Distribution Based on GIS Business Information Platform

For a long time, grassroots power supply and distribution of enterprise business management information system is mainly their respective construction, independently running, reaching the job site and then filled out, and came back the relevant information into the computer and stored in the relevant paper materials. In this paper, in terms of configuration, the product value allocation of internal resources, analyzes the advantage of use of management and distribution with the integration and concluded with one based on GIS construction application system platform will effectively improve the distribution network operation and management of business requirements, providing IT support for the operation of the distribution network using modern management tools, which will help improve the level and efficiency of the distribution network operation and management, improve customer satisfaction and customer service levels, improve customer reliability.

Research on the Design and Realization of Supervision and Business Management Information System

The information system of construction market supervision and business management based on Web includes three subsystems, which are construction market supervision, management of bid and tender for construction project, and application of construction project and this thesis adopts the combinative method of prototyping and structured life cycle to develop and study on the information system. First, it integrally plans and lies out by adopted structured method. Then, it analyzes the mode and content of construction supervision, and the flow of construction business and construction project application, gives the prototyping system of them. Then it considers the requirement and function demand of the users, improves the prototyping system, establishes a scientific flow, and analyzes its data flow. And then, it designs the integral structure of the system by adopted system structure based on Web, designs the network structure by adopted three layer B/S distributing system, and gives the detailed design of the code, database, input and output of the system. Finally, it gives the technical demand of the build of the integral network system, gives the demand of the software and hardware system structure, and displays the windows of the main function of the system.

Data Mining in Animal Husbandry Decision Support System

This paper based on the actual needs of the current animal husbandry information management, with reference to the actual development of the situation and the various existing information decision support system for animal husbandry management, animal husbandry production in the existing management information systems, management information systems and other prairie feed business management information system as the basic data sources in order to achieve integrated management of farm animal husbandry information and data mining objectives by using data mining techniques to construct a set of B / S structure of decision support systems. Considering some of today's more popular data mining methods, combined with the actual situation of animal husbandry decision support system to determine the practicality of the system using a prototype development methodology and life cycle the Combination. This development based on a detailed design plan, dividing each module to determine the functional modules. Each functional module with independent design principles, gives details of systems analysis and design features of each module, developed based on data mining animal husbandry decision support system.

A Protocol for Online Case Discussions

A well-conducted case method discussion has an intensity and level of student involvement that few other teaching techniques can match. Given the highly interactive nature of such discussions in the classroom, it is reasonable to wonder if case method teaching can ever be conducted effectively in an online setting. In this brief, a protocol for adapting the case method to online asynchronous discussions is presented. Arkia Israel Airlines' CEO Israel Borovich on strategic alliances and growth

Arkia Israel Airlines was established in 1949 by El AL Israel's national airline, and the Histadrut Labor Federation, the biggest employees' union in Israel. The move was encouraged by the Israeli government to establish an air link between central Israel and the then southern outpost, Eilat. Initially, the company served as a domestic airline only, and engaged solely in aviation. In 1980, Arkia became the first state company in Israel to be privatized, its new owners being Kanaf Arkia and the company's employees. Arkia is presently owned by Knaiaim-Arkia Holdings Ltd. (75 percent), a company that is publicly traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and by its employees (25 percent). Israel Borovich has been president and CEO of Arkia Israel Airlines since 1989. He has a B.Sc. in industrial engineering (1967), an M.Sc. in industrial engineering (1968), and a Ph.D. in operations research (1970). A professor of computers and information systems at the Faculty of Management, Tel Aviv University, he has conducted research since 1987 on the economics and management of information systems. He has been a member of the Tel Aviv University Executive Council since 1998, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzlia. He was a member of the Tel Aviv Council, member of the City Executive Board, and head of the Transportation Division (1993-1998); chairman, Information Association of Israel (IPA); director.
