PENDAMPINGAN PENGURUSAN IZIN PIRT UMKM JAMU WR9 DI DESA WRINGINSONGO KECAMATAN TUMPANG KABUPATEN MALANG

Community service activities were carried out in Tumpang District, Malang Regency with partners, namely UMKM Jamu WR9 which is a representative of MSMEs in Wringinsongo Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency. These business actors include the production and sales processes. Community service activities are carried out with the aim of providing understanding to business actors regarding the factors supporting business activities, namely legality and business management factors, in this case PIRT licensing so that business activities carried out are not only profit-oriented, but business activities can continue to develop in the future. by paying attention to and implementing supporting factors for business activities and by providing assistance with PIRT licensing. The activity implementation method consists of three stages. The first preparation stage includes pre-survey, team formation, proposal creation and submission, team and partner coordination as well as preparation of tools and materials to assist PIRT licensing. The second stage is the program implementation stage in the form of assistance which begins with discussion and preparation for PIRT management by providing a sealer machine and stove. The third stage is the evaluation and reporting stage. Evaluation is carried out by comparing the conditions of partners before and after program implementation using interview and observation methods. After that, a report is prepared for subsequent publication. With the implementation of this program, there will be an improvement in society's value order in the field of education, especially in the fields of economics and law. Keywords: PIRT permit, UMKM

REVISION ANALYSIS FACTORS THAT INHIBIT THE DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES IN THE GRAPHIC DESIGN SECTOR (CASE STUDY OF EDUCATED MILLENNIALS)

The graphic design industry is a very promising and very flexible industry along with the development of technology and also the use of social media among the public. Departing from this, it was found that small and medium enterprises engaged in graphic design, especially millennials, caused great market competition. This has resulted in many graphic design businesses that are unable to develop or even regress. But behind the high market competition, there are still many graphic design businesses that are still able to maintain their existence or even develop. Departing from this, the purpose of this research is to determine the factors that hinder the development of graphic design businesses. There are 6 factors that can hinder business development, namely Human Resources (HR) factors, Planning Factors, Marketing and Sales Factors, Business Management Factors, Venture Capital, and Government Assistance. This study used qualitative descriptive analysis method with data collection techniques through interviews. Based on the analysis of results / findings in the field, researchers can conclude that there are 5 factors that hinder the development of graphic design businesses, especially the millennial sector, namely Human Resources (HR) factors, Planning Factors, Marketing and Sales Factors, Business Management Factors, Business Capital While government assistance is considered influential. The results of this study can be used as a basis for taking policies for graphic design business owners specifically for the millennial sector to improve their business development and can also be used as a learning for prospective entrepreneurs, especially in the field of graphic design. Implementation of the Entrepreneurship Capability Improvement Program in the Tourism Sector in Manado City

Tourism and entrepreneurship are related to strengthening the country's economy, income and community welfare. The growth of business actors in the tourism sector needs to continue to be improved in terms of quality and quantity. So various programs have been carried out by the government related to the implementation of programs to increase entrepreneurial abilities. Using a qualitative design, this research was conducted to examine the implementation of an entrepreneurial capacity building program in Manado City. Research findings show that the "human error" factor in business management and less innovative product quality are problems currently being faced. The Manado City Government, through Regional Work Units and in collaboration with the Central Government and the Private Sector, has implemented a program to increase entrepreneurial capacity in the form of socialization, training, mentoring, protection and provision of facilities. There has been an increase in the quantity of business actors but not yet in the quality of business management. Therefore, there needs to be good synergy between the government and business actors in supporting the tourism sector through entrepreneurial activities.

VALIDATION OF AN ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE SCALE IN A MILITARY HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION: IMPLICATIONS FOR RESEARCH AND PRACTICE

The evaluation of organizational climate is a critical factor in business management, and its importance is even greater in military higher education institutions, due to the high motivation and commitment expected from their members. However, research on this topic in Ecuador is scarce. The present study validates a scale to measure organizational climate in Ecuadorian military higher education institutions. The instrument proposed by Hernández, Garrido & Rico (2016) was applied to an intentional sample of 44 Military Engineering School (ESINGM) members. Its reliability was evaluated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, obtaining values above 0.960, indicating high internal consistency. The dimensions of the organizational climate present in the institution were identified, and the results of the first-level statistical validation were presented. It is concluded that the scale is valid and reliable for measuring the organizational climate in this institution. In addition, this study contributes to the understanding of the organizational climate in military higher education institutions in Ecuador and may have implications for the management and improvement of educational quality in the context of higher education in Ecuador.

USAHA KECIL KRUPUK IKAN GABUS DI DUSUN KAUMAN SURABAYA

The purpose of this PPM activity is to help business actors of Krupuk Ikan Gabus SME Partners to provide understanding to business actors about the factors supporting business activities, namely legality and business management factors so that business activities carried out are not only profit-oriented, but business activities can continue to develop in the future by paying attention to and applying supporting factors for business activities. The specific objectives are: so that partners of Krupuk Ikan Gabus Products can earn income from the results of the products they make in order to be able to work on the economy with maximum achievements in accordance with the problems or problems that partners do. Furthermore, in order to be able to raise the level of his life in living his life. The target of this PPM Activity at this Snakehead Fish Product Partner is to make Employee SOPs, training on making Simple Financial reports, Making new Krupuk Packaging, Helping Digital Marketing so that income increases, Coaching and training employees for hygenic product production, training and coaching on management in good inventory and business management, helping to make logos, media banners and pamlets for advertising. The method implemented in this Community Empowerment Program is through business mentoring techniques including partner mindset coaching, business capital assistance online marketing training, training and financial report coaching, product promotion assistance, quality and quality snakehead fish krupuk production assistance, business management training, and training on selecting the most desirable krupuk flavors. The results of the Community Empowerment Program activities significantly increased the income and productivity of this group of community partners higher before, significantly understanding the business knowledge well, starting from good production, very fast sales and digital marketing as well as improvements in hygenic science in the management of these krupuk products.

Faktor-faktor pendukung membuka usaha bagi pekerja pariwisata yang dirumahkan di kota denpasar

 As a result of Covid-19, many countries have closed international airports, this of course has a huge impact on the tourism sector in Bali. Since April 2020, nearly 96 percent of hotels in Bali have closed and laid off their workers. The status of these workers was laid off (taking unpaid leave). Tourism workers who lost their jobs did not just give up, they do everything to make money. Many of the laid-off tourism workers have switched professions to become new seller who use their cars and selling on the side of the main road in Denpasar City. This study aims 1) to find supporting factors in opening a business for laid-off tourism workers during the Covid – 19 pandemic, 2) to find out the most dominant factor which is a supporting factor in opening a business for laid-off tourism workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Research location in Denpasar City. This study used 100 respondents with accidental sampling technique. The data will be analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis and factor analysis. Based on the results of calculations using factor analysis, there are 12 variables grouped into 3 factors, namely business relations and business management factors, internal and external factors, and self-motivation factors which are supporting factors in opening a business for laid-off tourism workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Of the three factors, business relations and business management are the most dominant. Conclusions from this research need to be hold entrepreneurship training activities for laid-off tourism workers so that they have entrepreneurial skills that are very useful for develop their business.

Strategic Planning as an Important Factor in Business Management

This paper’s objective is to present the importance of the strategic planning in business management. Speaking of strategic planning is always speaking in general terms and how to fix paths of behavior will necessarily affect deeply and significantly in the future evolution of the company or organization that adopts it. Today we think of the organization as part of an environment and in terms of options or choices based on what you have, of its surroundings and the opportunities or pathways that can lead to achieving the objective, (Garrido, 2009). For this work the method used was a bibliographical review of relevant articles from a range of authors was conducted. The conclusions were that the be properly analyzed and adapted to the precise conditions and characteristics of the small business or, more generally, to any type of business for which the planning is intended. Strategic planning brings multiple benefits (which exceed its disadvantages) if applied in the right way, however, there are inherent risks, which can be overcome with proper monitoring and control.

Multivariate Data Envelopment Analysis to Measure Airline Efficiency in European Airspace: A Network-Based Approach

In this paper, data envelopment analysis (DEA) is applied to exhaustively examine the efficiency of the main airline companies in the European airspace by using novel input/output parameters: business management factors, network analysis metrics, as well as social media estimators. Furthermore, we also use network analysis to provide a better differentiation among efficiency values. Results indicate that user engagement, as well as the analysis of the position within the airspace-from an operative perspective, influence the efficiency of the airline companies, allowing a more comprehensive understanding of its functioning.

Building Research Framework of Relationship Between Corporate Culture, Working Motivation and Employee’s Loyalty

Corporate culture currently has played very important role of creating intangible asset for determining a sustainable development of firms. Researches on corporate culture in the world have been grouped into two main directions: firstly focusing on managerial characteristics of cultural factor in business management. Second one emphasizes impact of cultural factors on employees of firms, especially firms with multi-culture environment. This paper follows the second direction, which studies effect of cultural factors on working motivation, and employee’s loyalty. Objective of this study is to build a research framework of relationship between corporate culture, working motivation and employee’s loyalty, applying for Vietnamese enterprises.

Management of Knowledge, Innovation and Performance in SMEs

For more than two decades, knowledge management (KM) has been examined in the literature and considered a basic factor in business management. The purpose of this article is to explore the ability of knowledge management to achieve small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) innovation and business performance. Data analysis procedures of PLS-SEM was used to analyze the data based on responses from the owners of 903 companies in industry, construction, services, and trade in the Region of Murcia (Spain) through a self-directed survey. The results show that KM has a significant influence on innovation but the influence on the level of performance of SMEs is insignificant. However, training employees as part of KM showed no significant influence on innovation in SMEs. It is important for leaders and managers to have greater openness to changes in the implementation and proper execution of KM. This work contributes primarily to the development of the literature on knowledge management and its relationship with innovation and business performance.

비즈니스 연속성 확보를 위한 IT 기반 위험관리체계 구축 연구 : 자동차 제조 산업 사례를 중심으로

기업이 경영활동이 세계화되고 글로벌 경영기업으로 탈바꿈하면서 이를 둘러싼 경영적 요소 및 환경도 급변하게 되어 기업이 처한 위험의 유형이나 빈도가 더욱 증가하게 되었다. 특히, 근래에 들어 IT와 산업이 융합되면서 산업의 비즈니스 프로세스에 중추적인 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나, 인터넷 환경하의 정보시스템은 기업 경영의 효율성을 증가시키는 반면 이에 따른 위험의 발생 정도와 그 파급 효과를 더욱 증가시키고 있다. 위험을 인식하고 이를 분석하고 평가하여 관리하는 능력이 뛰어난 기업은 위험에 따른 피해의 확산을 조기에 차단하고 오히려 이를 기회로 이용할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 정보시스템을 기반으로 하는 자동차 제조 산업을 대상으로 비즈니스 연속성 확보를 위한 위험관리체계에 대한 연구를 하였다. 세부적으로 자동차 제조 산업의 비즈니스를 분석하여 정보자산을 식별하고 자산의 위험을 분석하여 평가하였다. 그리고 평가 요소에 따른 위험관리 대책을 수립하고 이에 따른 비즈니스 관점의 위험관리체계에 대한 프레임워크를 연구하였다. Management activities of Business was globalization and had changed to a global management. Under these circumstances, business management factors and the environment has changed rapidly. Accordingly, the number of risk categories in business has increased. Especially in recent years, the convergence of industry with IT has a pivotal role in the industry's business processes. However, information systems in the Internet environment increased the efficiency of business management. Also, it increased the degree of risk and the occurrence ripple effects. In this study, we proposed risk management framework for ensuring business continuity management in information system based automobile manufacturing industry. In detail, we analysis business process in automotive manufacturing industry and identify information assets and we analysis and assess the risk.

Results of a survey to determine demographic and business management factors associated with size and growth rate of rural mixed-animal veterinary practices

To determine potential associations between demographic and business management factors and practice size and growth rate in rural mixed-animal veterinary practices. Cross-sectional survey. 54 mixed-animal practitioners. A cross-sectional survey (96 questions) was electronically disseminated. Responses were collected, and outcomes (number of veterinarians [NV], growth in number of veterinarians [NVG], gross practice income [GPI], growth in gross practice income [GPIG], gross practice income per veterinarian [GPIV], and growth in gross practice income per veterinarian [GPIVG]) were calculated. Bivariate analyses were performed and multivariable models created to determine associations between survey responses and outcomes of interest. Survey respondents were from mixed-animal practices, and most (46/54 [85.2%]) practiced in small communities (< 25,000 people). Study practices had a median ± SD NV of 2.3 ± 1.9 veterinarians, median GPI of $704,547 ± 754,839, and median GPIV of $282,065 ± 182,344. Multivariable regression analysis revealed several factors related to practice size, including the number of associate veterinarians and veterinary technicians in the practice, service fee structure, and employment of a business manager. Typically, practices had positive mean growth in NVG (4.4%), GPIG (8.5%), and GPIVG (8.1%), but growth rate was highly variable among practices. Factors associated with growth rate included main species interest, frequency for adjusting prices, use of a marketing plan, service fee structure, and sending a client newsletter. Mixed-animal practices had a large range in size and growth rate. Economic indices were impacted by common business management practices.
