The Banjarnegara Regency One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service (DPMPPTSP) is one of the units inthe region that organizes Online Single Submission. However, the implementation has not been maximized, so I wantto know what obstacles occur in the industrial business permit process in Banjarnegara district. The purpose of thisstudy was to identify and analyze the efforts of the One-Stop Integrated Investment and Licensing Service inimplementing the granting of electrical industrial business permits. And knowing the obstacles that occur in theprocess of implementing industrial business permits in Banjarnegara Regency. The method in this research is usingthe normative juridical method. The data in this study were obtained through library research, namely a series ofreading, recording, and citing books as well as using secondary data or information and explanations through datarequests from relevant agencies based on the objectives. study. The results of this study indicate that the livestockindustry business licensing process online through the Online Single Submission there are obstacles faced by theOffice of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services such as incomplete data provided by the applicant in theindustrial business permit process, besides that there are also obstacles to the community such as the type of businessfields in the Online Single Submission that are not yet complete.

Indonesian capital market laws are regulated in Law Number. 8 of 1995 explains the notion of the capital market is an activity related to securities trading and public offerings between actors and issuers. Securities are financial instruments with a certain value that reflect the ownership of a person or business entity in an asset. An alternative term for securities is securities. The Intersection of the Progressive Law Theory and the Self-Declaration Concept of MSEs Halal Certification

The self-declaration by Small Micro Enterprises (MSEs) for obtaining a halal logo has both advantages and disadvantages. Proponents argue that self-declaration makes it easier for MSEs to acquire a halal certificate, reduces the submission period, and streamlines the certification process. However, opponents argue that self-declaration violates certain laws, such as the UUJPH and the Consumer Protection Act. The Omnibus Law (UUCK) conceptually includes halal in the licensing cluster to facilitate business, but the Constitutional Court has deemed UUCK formally flawed and conditionally unconstitutional. Self-declaration simplifies the licensing process for obtaining a halal certificate specifically for SMEs. It waives certification fees, reduces processing time, and simplifies aspects of business licensing. MSEs can obtain a free certificate through self-declaration if their products meet certain conditions, including not being at risk, being made from natural ingredients, being halal, having a simple production process, having assistance with Halal Production Process (PPH), and being supported by an MUI fatwa. Progressive law recognizes that the law is not absolute or final, but an evolving process aimed at achieving justice and improving human lives. This article explores the intersection between self-declaration and Satjipto Raharjo's progressive legal theory. It highlights the shared objectives of realizing justice, assisting MSEs in obtaining halal certification, humanizing the law, facilitating licenses for MSEs, and adapting regulations to societal changes. The approach encourages breaking and making rules to create progressive laws and involves business actors and companions in the halal certification process, making the law responsive and participatory.

PROVISION OF CREDIT FACILITIES TO SUBSIDIARIES BY THE PARENT COMPANY IN VENTURE CAPITAL COMPANIES

The Governmentin developing and improving companies in BUMN by establishing several stategies, one of which is in the form of a BUMN Holding Company which has a strategy in a corporation, in which companies in the context of BUMN Holding are engagend in the same business activities, under one holding company that oversees the companies. Through a holding company is considered to provide more economic benefits compared to a single company. The parent company's business activities will usually determine the type of business license that must be fulfilled by the parent company. One of the BUMN holding companies that becomes a financing institution in increasing added value in a sustainable manner for Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises and Cooperatives (UMKMK) which is based on the principles of good corporate governance (GCG) or good corporate governance. The method of research is normative legal research. Result of the research is during the Covid-19 pandemic, of course, extra funds were needed to meet the company's finances where subsudiaries experienced delays in making loans due to the Covid -19 pandemic, so subsidiaries needed to borrow funds from the holding company.

Timeline Analysis of Corrective and Prevention Action of Completion by Pharmaceutical Wholesalers in the Framework of Good Distribution Practices Certification Year 2020-2022

The mandatory implementation of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) for Pharmaceutical Wholesalers can secure drug distribution channels from counterfeiting and misuse of drugs by the public. One of the important things in accelerating the GDP Certification process is the stage of completing Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) by Pharmaceutical Wholesalers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the timeline for the completion of CAPA by Pharmaceutical Wholesalers in the framework of GDP Certification in 2020 – 2022 so that an overview of Pharmaceutical Wholesalers’ ability and readiness to implement the GDP Certification policy as a business licensing standard is obtained. This study used a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis methods, using GDP Certification data from the Indonesian FDA. The results showed that the fastest average time to complete CAPA by Pharmaceutical Wholesalers was in 2022, which was 31 working days with 3 submissions, followed in 2021 by 41 working days with 4 submissions, while the longest CAPA completion time was in 2020 for 71 working days with 5 submissions. In general, this has met the provisions of the Indonesian FDA Regulation Number 25 of 2017, but if you refer to the latest regulations, namely Government Regulation Number 5 of 2021 and the Indonesian FDA Regulation Number 10 of 2021, the average time for CAPA completion by Pharmaceutical Wholesalers in 2020-2022 still does not meet the requirements. The recommendation from this study is that it is necessary to carry out training, technical guidance, or assistance to improve the ability and readiness of Pharmaceutical Wholesalers so that the implementation of GDP certification according to the latest regulations can be fulfilled immediately.

Pendampingan Pembuatan NIB UMKM melalui Sistem Online Single Submission (OSS) di Kelurahan Karangtengah

Legality is the identity of a business to legalize a business so that it can be recognized by the public. Business legality is very important for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) because it can provide many benefits. To obtain complete and legal business legality, MSMEs must fulfill all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. The Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKNT) activities for MSMEs in Karangtengah Village involve several MSMEs that have been recorded and surveyed. The purpose of this community empowerment program itself is so that business actors can better understand the importance of NIB and can take advantage of government programs that can facilitate online legality permits. After registering business legality, it is hoped that business actors will consider the importance of licensing business entities, there needs to be more attention to training and socialization of business licensing in Karangtengah Village.

Penguatan UMKM Melalui Seminar E-Bussiness dan Digital Marketing Di Desa Tambakrejo

Tambakrejo Village is one of the developed villages thanks to MSMEs. However, the business development and marketing methods applied by MSMEs there are mostly still traditional where marketing is only at outlets or around, and it is rare to find sales there utilizing digitization and the many businesses that do not have permits such as PIRT, NIB, and halal certification. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to optimize e-business and digital marketing in Tambakrejo village so that MSMEs there are more developed along with technological developments. This PKM activity was carried out intensively for 1 month in February 2023 with a schedule agreed between the writing team and the fostered partners. From the results of the intensive activities that have been carried out, it is possible to obtain satisfactory results, the community is able to develop their business and have social media in order to increase their product branding and with assistance from the Social Service their businesses have business licenses such as PIRT, NIB, and halal certification. From the results of the PKM activities that have been carried out, it is hoped that this program can be continued by the local village government so that the fostered partners will develop further.

Legal Aspects of Investment in Business Licensing in Indonesia

Along with the development of the digital-based era, licensing has also undergone a revolutionary evolution with the holding of an electronic licensing system to facilitate licensing management. This is expected to provide convenience to the business community to be more enthusiastic in managing permits so that with the increasing number of business actors who take care of permits, it will also be easier for government supervision efforts so that business activity does not cause negative effects on the community and the environment. Business Actors through an integrated electronic system as stipulated in Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 concerning Electronic Integrated Business Licensing Services. With the issuance of PP No. 24/2018, all laws and regulations are hierarchically lower than Government Regulations. Researchethode is a type of normative legal research or research using the rules in existing laws and regulations and research carried out by collecting data directly in the field from competent parties related to the object studied because it is in the form of secondary data such as legislation and literature books. Restructuring is carried out in the service system, and regulations in accordance with the demands of the business world, technological developments, and global competition. The rearrangement of the service system is carried out mainly in the One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP). This is because based on Article 25 paragraph (4) of Law Number 25 of 2007 concerning Investment, investment companies that will conduct business and/or activities must obtain licenses in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations from authorized agencies unless otherwise stipulated in the law.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the urgency of criminal prosecution of perpetrators who carry out mining business activities without a business license, law enforcement in decision Number: 517/Pid.B/2021/PN.Lbp regarding criminal acts of mining without a business license, and the factors that cause the occurrence of criminal acts. mining crime without a business license in Deli Serdang Regency. The type of research used is normative legal research supported by field data through interviews with investigators at the Medan Metropolitan Police. Data analysis in this study was carried out by selecting secondary data from library research and field research data analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study are, the urgency of criminalizing business actors who carry out mining businesses without a permit in Indonesia, namely to avenge criminals' mistakes is also intended to protect the public, by creating order in carrying out mining business activities. Law enforcement against business actors who carry out mining business without a mining business permit in decision Number: 517/Pid.B/2021/PN.Lbp is not optimal and does not reflect a sense of justice. Factors causing the occurrence of cases of mining without a mining business permit in Deli Serdang Regency are divided into 2 (two), namely, internal factors and external factors. Internal factors consist of educational factors and economic factors. On external factors due to the lack of socialization related to mining business licenses and the complicated management of mining business permits.

The Influence of Government Policies and Economic Factors on the Growth of Entrepreneurial Activities in Khartoum, Sudan

Understanding the influence of government policies and economic factors on the growth of entrepreneurial activities is considered a step towards successful entrepreneurship in Sudan. The goal of this article is to explore the government policies and economic factors which influence the growth of entrepreneurial activities in Khartoum Locality, Khartoum State, Sudan. The research was conducted on a sample of 400 national potential entrepreneurs, and data were collected using a structured questionnaire and personal interviews. Respondents are asked 43 questions to assess their perception of the main factors influencing the growth of entrepreneurial activities. The study adopted an analytical descriptive methodology whereby the data were processed by the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). Percentages, frequencies, and hypothesis tests were used to analyze data. The study revealed that one major problem for entrepreneurs is the high tax fees which hinder the progress of entrepreneurship. Also, not everyone could get a business license. Furthermore, they tend to enter the field of entrepreneurship due to limited government employment opportunities. Entrepreneurs considered entrepreneurship as one of the best solutions for their unemployment problems. Through business incubators, entrepreneurship may expand and flourish in Sudan. Microfinance programs may contribute to the development of entrepreneurial activities, although entrepreneurs face obstacles in such programs, for example, the inability to pay back and the failure of their projects. Credit and loan policies towards entrepreneurs in commercial banks in Sudan need to encourage new ideas and innovations. Self-finance and family finance are important sources for getting money to execute entrepreneurial activities. The study recommends that government agencies should provide financing facilities for entrepreneurs in a way that may contribute to the development of entrepreneurial activities. The government of Khartoum State needs to concentrate more on entrepreneurial training as it is necessary to improve entrepreneurship. It is very important to decrease tax fees because it is a large obstacle facing entrepreneurs. The authorities must facilitate the provision of business licenses to those who have the ability and desire to establish a business. Commercial banks need to strengthen microfinance programs to help entrepreneurs to enter the entrepreneurship field.

Online Single Submission (OSS) Izin Usaha pada DPMPTSP Kabupaten Nagan Raya

This article aims to discuss the Online Single Submission (OSS) for Business Permits at DPMPTSP Nagan Raya Regency. The research was conducted in Nagan Raya to see how acceptable Online Single Submission (OSS) as a solution for obtaining business permits was accepted by service users. OSS is then analyzed using the Technology Acceptance Model/TAM to see which constructs are most influential in the process of accepting this technology to replace conventional service processes. A total of 73 research respondents were involved in this study taken from entrepreneurs who use business license processing services at DPMPTSP Nagan Raya. All constructs of research variables were tested using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method and the results obtained showed that behavior intention occupies a position as the dominant construct affecting technology acceptance behavior.

The high difference between liabilities and assets is an accumulation of losses due to the sale of products similar to a saving plan. PT. X sells fixed yield products that are not matched by the company's ability to obtain returns from managing its investments. these conditions were engineered by PT. X so that the financial statements are not in accordance with actual conditions. So that the OJK ordered a stop to the marketing of products similar to a saving plan, imposed a warning sanction and then a restrictive sanction so that the OJK revoked the business license of PT. X on December 05, 2022. So from this the author is interested in discussing dispute resolution related to the rights of customers of PT. X which has experienced losses in terms of the Consumer Protection Act.

The impact of e‐government services on customer satisfaction in the private sector: A case study of the Kingdom of Bahrain (SIJILAT), an online commercial registration

AbstractCountless e‐government program initiatives have been introduced to profit each section of society in the Kingdom of Bahrain: citizens, residents, government entities, and workers' business ventures. It is getting more important to have e‐Government systems to supply services to businesses that use them (e‐G2B). To improve the Kingdom's national economy, the Information and Government Authority (IGA) has launched a virtual one‐stop solution available through multiple channels offering a unified service where citizens and Commercial Registration holders can use a single streamlined form to apply, renew or terminate multiple licenses concurrently; this is the Business License Information System (SIJILAT). This study aims to assess Bahraini customers' satisfaction with the SIJILAT service. A quantitative method is followed with a questionnaire to gather data; six factors: accessibility, information, security, reliability, trust, and perceived ease of use found to effectively affect service quality, and, in which it affects positively and enhances customer satisfaction. The theoretical contribution of this research will enhance the theoretical literature and knowledge related to its topic. The current research will contribute to the few studies conducted in Bahrain and the Middle East on e‐government and customer satisfaction with these services. A key outcome of the research will be the ability of e‐government officials who make decisions to determine the significant factors that play a role in G2B success, particularly ones to which they should pay attention to obtain the maximum return on their technology investment.

Devolution of forest management to local communities and its impacts on livelihoods and deforestation in Berau, Indonesia

Law 11/2020 on job creation has changed a partial forest business license to a multi-purpose forest business and devolved some authorities in forest management to local communities. Studies on common-pool resources demonstrate that devolution of common property is one of the most important factors for sustainability. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence reducing deforestation and focuses on two different village forest organizations in East Kalimantan: first, village forests under the management of the Forest Management Unit of Berau Barat -forests managed by a provincial government (Long Duhung and Merapun village forests), and second, devolution of village forest managed by a local village institution (Merabu village forest). Recent evidence from these study sites indicates that the devolution of forest management associated with village forests has not consistently reduced forest cover loss. There was a complex interaction between the passage of robustness of the institutional settings and economic preferences linked to deforestation. The forest governance systems, including rules that determine property rights, can promote forest conservation when people's interests are served by forest land use. Conversely, economic preferences also control deforestation. This study confirms that the institutional robustness of forest governance systems and actors' economic preferences play an important role in controlling deforestation. This study suggests the devolution of rights for forest management and incentivizing economic alternatives for using forest resources to reduce deforestation.

Problems Encountered in the Implementation of the Citizen’s Charter: The Case of 4th District, Camarines Sur, Philippines

Stakeholders’ feedback is one contributing factor in the attainment of an organization’s objectives. It clearly identifies strengths and weaknesses and other corrective measures to improve the implementation of public policies and programs. The study delved into the problems encountered in the implementation of the Citizen’s Charter and recommendations for the improvement of its implementation in the 4th District, Camarines Sur, Philippines. Using thematic analysis, three themes were generated from forty-five (45) interviewees composed of frontline service providers and users from the Local Treasury, Business Permit and Licensing Office, and Engineering Office of LGUs Tigaon, Goa, and Lagonoy, Camarines Sur. These themes are 1) Knowledge/Attitude, 2) Clarity of procedures/flow of transactions, and 3) Structural barriers. Specifically, the findings revealed that service users are not aware of the Citizen’s Charter, lack understanding of its purpose and procedures, the procedures in the Citizen’s Charter are not followed during actual transactions, there are delays in the flow of transactions, problems in the queuing system, and structural designs hamper the clearness of instructions from the frontline service providers. The study recommends that LGUs, CSC, and other line agencies sternly monitor the Citizen’s Charter implementation vis-à-vis, conduct awareness programs and capacity building, implement procedural innovations, address structural barriers, and conduct continuous research and extension activities of academic and field practitioners.

Business management strategies for MSMEs Melati Cake's

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are essential in employing the community to improve the economy and productivity. Kuningan Village is a village whose residents run many MSME businesses. Partners still need help improving their business development, especially in operational, digital marketing, and financial aspects. Universitas Prasetiya Mulya has supported groups in the Community Development program to assist partners in developing their businesses. The group has re-branded logo packaging and provided education on digital marketing to reach potential customers on a larger scale. Second, improvements have been made to cash flow recording so that all financial flows are more controlled. Third, equipment purchases, business licensing realization, and SOP implementation have been done. With group assistance, partners have succeeded in increasing sales profits, increasing awareness of potential customers, increasing productivity, and making partners adaptable to technological developments.

KEWENANGAN PEMERINTAH DAERAH DALAM PENYELENGGARAAN PERIZINAN BERUSAHA

The authority to administer business licenses in the regions and the authority of the regional government in administering business licenses using the Online Single Submission (OSS) system are matters that will be studied. The research method used is normative legal research. The results of the research and discussion show that the authority to administer business licenses in the regions is a concurrent authority owned by the regions. Where the authority of the regional government must follow the norms, standards, criteria and procedures set by the central government. The implementation of Business Licensing in the Regions is carried out to improve the investment ecosystem. The improvement of the investment ecosystem and business activities includes Risk-Based Business Licensing, basic requirements for Business Licensing, and sector Business Permits and ease of investment requirements. The implementation of Business Licensing using the Online Single Submission (OSS) System by the regional government is limited to operating the system while the Central Government through the OSS institution carries out the implementation. The OSS system does not mean taking over the authority of the regional government in the licensing process, because the regional government continues to oversee investors' commitment to business licensing.

Quality Service of Agricultural Business Permit Process In One Stop Service The Ministry Agriculture

This study examines the quality service of business license process at the Ministry of Agriculture and explores aspects that hinder their service for agricultural business license process (PTSP) at the Ministry of Agriculture's. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods with interviews and documentation studies are used to collect data. This study uses data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy along with indicators. The results showed that the quality of service for the business license process at the Ministry of Agriculture still needs to be improved, especially in the aspects of process speed, information disclosure, and responsiveness of service officers. Especially related to (1) Implementation of application-based service quality that has not provided convenience for business actors and lack of comfortable and clean facilities. (2) Strengthen the service officer's role in responding to any complaint of the service not in accordance with the wishes of the community regarding the timing of completion. (3) There are still low number of reliable employees in serving and assisting business actors. (4) There is no certainty of timely services and fees charged as well as those known by MSME business actors. Therefore, the Ministry of Agriculture needs to improve the quality of services by improving processes, increasing transparency and responsiveness of officers, and adjusting service costs to the quality provided.

Sosialisasi Perizinan Berusaha Berbasis Risiko dan Merek Terhadap Pelaku Usaha Mikro Desa Bunder Pademawu Pamekasan

Based on the previous research, it is known that the micro-enterprises in Bunder, Pademawu, Pamekasan, do not yet have a business license. Moreover, since 2021 there has been a new licensing regulation known as a risk-based permit, so it is necessary to provide literacy on norms, standards, procedures, and criteria in obtaining such permits. In addition, the products of this micro-enterprises do not yet have a trademark. To help overcome these problems, socialization was carried out to micro business actors. The socialization is related to risk-based business licensing and intellectual property rights-based product registration. This activity consists of identifying potentials and problems as well as licensing and trademark socialization activities. This socialization was carried out at the Bunder Village Hall, attended by about 25 micro-enterprises and attended by employees of the Cooperatives and Micro Business Office, Village Heads and Apparatus, as well as BUMDes Management. At the end of the socialization activity, assistance is provided to micro-enterprises so that they can register for a license to obtain a Business Identification Number and micro business actors obtain proof of trademark registration at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
