Penguatan Legalitas Usaha Melalui Pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha di Sentra Wisata Kuliner Penjaringansari

Business legality is the main thing that business people need to do when starting a business. With business legality, the business being run can be said to be feasible to operate where legality is a license to run a business given by the authorities. Penjaringansari Culinary Tourism Center is one of the gathering places for business actors engaged in the culinary field who are experiencing problems related to the lack of awareness of the importance of legality in a business. This activity was carried out at the Penjaringansari Culinary Tourism Center which aims to provide education related to making a Business Identification Number and providing assistance in making a Business Identification Number. The method of implementing this activity is divided into three stages, including: the observation and interview stage, the stage of providing education, and the implementation stage. The target of this activity is business actors who do not yet have a Business Identification Number at the Penjaringansari Culinary Tourism Center, namely 13 business actors. The result of this activity is that the desire and awareness in developing the business being run is increasing because it already has a business license that is protected by applicable law.

Public Value Of Business Legality Number (NIB) Through Online Single Submission (OSS) System

This study aims to analyze the Public Value of Business Legality Business Identification Number (NIB) through the Online Single Submission (OSS) System, Obstacles or Constraints that often occur in the registration of Business Legality Business Identification Number (NIB) through the Online Single Submission (OSS) System, and also to analyze Efforts made to overcome obstacles or constraints in Business Legality Business Identification Number (NIB) through the Online Single Submission (OSS) System in Cirebon Regency. The analysis method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the Public Value of Business Legality Business Identification Number (NIB) through the Online Single Submission System was still not formed because only two aspects of the Strategy Trilogy (a strategic triangle) were effective, namely Legitimacy and Support and Subtantively valuable. Meanwhile, the Operational Capabilities aspect is still not effective.

IMPACT OF HALAL COMPLIANCE ON CONSUMER SATISFACTION IN THE COSMETIC INDUSTRY

This study investigates the impact of halal certification, business legality, and brand image on consumer trust and satisfaction in the cosmetic industry. With a focus on female consumers in Indonesia, the research employs a quantitative approach using purposive random sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed via social media and analyzed using SmartPLS. The findings indicate that halal certification, business legality, and brand image positively influence consumer trust, which in turn significantly affects consumer satisfaction. Moreover, halal certification and brand image directly enhance customer satisfaction, underscoring the importance of these factors in fostering positive consumer perceptions and experiences. This research highlights the critical role of religious compliance, legal adherence, and strong brand identity in building consumer trust and achieving high levels of satisfaction in the competitive cosmetic market. Limitations of the study include its geographical focus on Indonesia and the reliance on self-reported data, suggesting avenues for future research to explore these relationships in different cultural contexts and using diverse methodologies.

Pemahaman Tentang Pentingnya Legalitas Usaha pada UMKM Kecamatan Gayungan, Surabaya

Business legality is an important document that every business owner must possess. Business legality serves as the business identity that can provide protection from the government. With the ownership of business legality, business actors can benefit from the facilities provided by the government for businesses with legal status. However, many business owners still do not understand the importance of business legality, citing the complexity of the process as a reason. As a result, many of them do not have business legality. The aim of this activity is to provide understanding to MSMEs regarding the importance of business legality and to offer assistance to MSMEs in processing business legality in Gayungan District, Surabaya. The results achieved are evident from the increased knowledge, understanding, and willingness of MSME stakeholders in Gayungan District, Surabaya, to maintain the legitimacy of their businesses.

A country's economic growth can increase because of the important role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are productive economic enterprises that were born as one of human activities to fulfill their daily needs. This research discusses the role of the Business Identification Number (NIB) in the context of business legality to support the business growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The focus of this activity is the UMKM Semen Tape Bu Suwarti, a tape producer in Semen Hamlet, Musir Kidul Village. This MSME assistance work program is carried out using several methods including surveys, observations, interviews and discussions, as well as mentoring. The stages in this activity begin with socialization regarding the importance of NIB ownership for business legality and assistance in making NIB. The existence of NIB can help to increase transparency in the business world by making it easier for the government to monitor and enforce laws related to business licensing and regulations. In this way, NIB not only simplifies the business process, but is also an important step in supporting the growth of MSMEs as a sector of the Indonesian economy.

Pendampingan UMKM Tape Semen Bu Suwarti Dalam Pembuatan NIB & Branding Untuk Meningkatkan Daya Saing

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs have an important role in the economy in Indonesia. Business legality that is officially recognized by the government, such as a Business Identification Number, is the main prerequisite for gaining consumer trust and access to various other business opportunities, including financing and partnerships. The aim of this activity is to provide assistance to Bu Suwarti Semen Tape MSMEs regarding NIB creation, starting from the registration process to NIB processing so that the business is recognized as legal by the government, and by developing branding for the Bu Suwarti Semen Tape product, it can increase the attractiveness and competitiveness of its products. on the market. The MSME assistance work program is carried out using several methods including surveys, observations, interviews and discussions, as well as mentoring. This assistance is carried out in two stages, namely assistance in creating a Business Identification Number which starts from the registration process to processing the NIB so that the legality of the business is recognized by the government. Next, the second stage is assistance with MSME branding through creating a visual identity which aims to increase the attractiveness and competitiveness of this tape product on the market.

Dissemination of Micro and Small Business Licensing to Increase Awareness of the Importance of Business Licensing

The low level of ownership of business legality is caused by the lack of knowledge of MSE actors regarding the benefits and importance of ownership of business licenses as well as limited information regarding procedures for managing business legality. To overcome the above problems, it is necessary to support and assist the development of UMK in Bulak village. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge, awareness and skills of stakeholders in Bulak Village on the importance of the Business Identification Number (NIB) for MSEs in increasing the economic resilience of the region. Service activities are carried out through focus group discussion, counseling and question and answer methods. The results obtained in this study indicate that many MSEs do not have business legality, because they do not understand the importance of a business license and how to manage it. So it takes escort by the closest stakeholders or the relevant government in providing information about the benefits of having a business license (NIB), why you have to have an NIB, how to get an NIB, and motivating stakeholders to encourage MSEs to get business permits.

This article provides a comprehensive comparison of commercial dispute resolution mechanisms across Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Egypt. With the increasing globalization of business and the growth of foreign investments in the Middle East, an effective and efficient legal framework for dispute resolution is critical. The primary goal of this study is to provide a comprehensive comparative analysis of commercial dispute resolution mechanisms in Jordan and key Middle Eastern countries, with the aim of understanding their impact on the business climate and investor confidence in the region. The research employs a comparative analysis approach, drawing on a variety of sources including legal texts, case studies, and interviews with legal experts and business professionals from Jordan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Egypt. This comparative analysis examines the similarities and differences in the dispute resolution frameworks of these four countries, focusing on judicial processes, arbitration practices, and the adoption of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods. All four nations share a common legal heritage influenced by Islamic Sharia law and have adopted international standards such as the UNCITRAL Model Law to modernize their arbitration systems. Each country has established specialized commercial courts to expedite the resolution of business disputes and is a signatory to the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards, facilitating cross-border enforcement of decisions. However, there are distinct differences shaped by local legal and economic policies. For instance, the UAE features a dual judicial system that includes Sharia-influenced local courts and common law-based courts in its free zones, which are absent in the other three countries. The study highlights the strengths and weaknesses of each jurisdiction's dispute resolution mechanism and discusses ongoing reforms aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of legal processes. This analysis not only aids in understanding each country's approach to dispute resolution but also serves as a guide for international businesses and investors considering operations in these regions.

The goal of this initiative is to support business development at UMKM by identifying existing problems and providing alternative solutions. After conducting observations, several issues were identified at UMKM, including the lack of business permits, the absence of a business profile, vision, mission, and organizational structure, the desire to create a new business logo, an inadequate business banner, the lack of a business stamp, the absence of simple financial bookkeeping, the lack of an online shop account, the business location not being listed on Google Maps, and ineffective marketing strategies.To address these issues, several business development assistance programs were formulated, including: Obtaining business permits such as the NIB (Business Identification Number), Creating a business profile, vision, mission, and organizational structure, Designing a new business logo, Creating a business banner, Creating a business stamp, Designing new product labels, Implementing simple financial bookkeeping, Calculating the cost of goods sold (COGS), Setting up social media accounts like Shopee store, Listing the business location on Google Maps, Producing various videos for production and promotion. After analyzing and implementing these assistance programs, the UMKM experienced positive impacts. These included obtaining business permits such as the NIB for legal business status, having a business profile, vision, mission, and organizational structure for complete business documentation, and more.</p>

Nagari Kinari is a village located in Bukit Sundi District, Solok Regency which was developed into a natural tourist destination, one of which is the tourist attraction “Batu Barajuik”. This condition is a good opportunity for the community to improve the economy through local-based Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs in Nagari Kinari in selling their products require business legality or Business Identification Number (NIB), Home Industry Food Production Certificate (SPP-PIRT) and Halal certificate. So that the product produced can be marketed widely and provide a guarantee of safety for consumers. Business Identification Number (NIB) is the identity of the business license issued by the OSS (Online Single Submission). The Department of Agricultural Industrial Technology conducts a community service program to provide wider knowledge to the community and assist in making NIB which is then carried out by handing over NIB documents to the community of MSME. The method implemented is training in making NIB based on OSS, discussion, and submission of NIB. The result of these activities is the issuance of NIB documents, which are then delivered by the Head of the Department of Agricultural Industrial Technology to business actors.

Sosialisasi Legalitas Badan Usaha dan Pendaftaran Merek Dagang Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Penjualan Produk UMKM di Wilayah Banyumas

This article evaluates the effectiveness of the socialization of business entity legality and trademark registration to increase sales of MSME products in the Banyumas region. The main problems MSMEs face in Banyumas are the low level of business legality and the need for awareness of the importance of trademark registration, which impacts low consumer confidence and limited market access. The research method used was qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation and documentary studies. The results showed that the socialization of MSME actors in business legality and trademark registration increased the knowledge and awareness of MSME actors about the importance of business legality and trademarks. The dynamics of the mentoring process showed the strengthening of MSME networks and collaboration and the emergence of local leaders who play an active role in the community.

This research explores the vital role of business legality in supporting the growth and sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Through a combination of interview and direct observation approaches, we investigate the challenges faced by MSMEs in obtaining appropriate business legality and its impact on market access and financing. The findings indicate that a lack of understanding of the importance of business legality, complex licensing processes, and the need for specific requirements are major obstacles for MSMEs, especially those operating at the micro and small levels. Furthermore, we conclude that complete and legally valid business legality forms a solid foundation for the growth of MSMEs, enabling broader access to formal markets and financial resources. The approach of mentoring in obtaining the Business Identification Number (NIB) emerges as an effective solution in assisting MSMEs in overcoming challenges related to business legality. Comprehensive mentoring programs, ranging from education about the registration process to practical assistance in gathering required documents, provide much-needed support for MSMEs like Bu Siti in navigating complex registration processes. Evaluation and feedback, as well as effective information dissemination, also prove crucial in increasing MSMEs' awareness and understanding of licensing procedures and the benefits of having complete business legality. Thus, collaborative efforts from various parties can help create a more conducive environment for the growth of MSMEs in Indonesia.

The acceleration of the Digital Era began with the spread of the COVID-19 virus, which caused the national economy to grow 2.5% in 2020, or down 5% from 2019. The lockdown policy was a factor in the slow turnaround of the economy. Another impact is digitalization in all aspects, including the financing sector and the formation of rules to regulate financing. Financial technology is an instrument that is experiencing accelerated growth because it is based on the internet of things (IOT). With the birth of the concept of crowdfunding securities, which has become an alternative funding source for business actors such as MSMEs, Initially, MSME funding activities in the crowdfunding cycle were limited to equity based on POJK 37 of 2018, then the regulation developed into POJK 57 of 2020 and became POJK 16 of 2021. These regulatory changes changed the funding mechanism, which was initially equity-based and then developed to be based on sukuk and debt securities. These regulatory changes became the focus of research after examining the impact of these regulations on the funding of MSMEs and legal business entities in Indonesia. Mas}lah}ah theory became the knife in analyzing these regulations using normative legal research methodology as the research method and descriptive analysis as the analytical method. The use of this theory is based on the impact of existing regulatory developments, which have reached funding worth $1 trillion and contain 481 business units, with funding sources coming from 160,368 investors. This funding achievement is a challenge to carry out comprehensive supervision regarding the distribution and use of capital by service-provider companies and the Financial Services Authority by paying attention to the principles of GCG, CSR, and open disclosure to guarantee and protect the rights of parties participating in related funding.

Carrying out business development cannot be completed in one activity in one feature, users must return to the new application menu to continue the business development process and make updates. And user errors often occur such as entering information or not following the correct procedures when filling out forms. The licensing system seeks to be integrated electronically, aiming to cut bureaucracy and improve public services. This research measures the quality of the OSS system for issuing nibs based on the perceptions of 100 gardatransfumi assistants, using the McCall method . Measuring the quality of OSS systems using McCall's theory is important for understanding product quality attributes from the perspective of users and the software itself. There is no legal basis that covers the existence of BUMDes in villages, considering that BUMDes are businesses that are able to support the economy in the village. It is necessary to know the development of existing regulations in Indonesia that underlie the existence of BUMDes. The research method used is normative juridical using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results show that the first development started from the birth of Law Number 8 of 2005 concerning amendments to Law Number 32 of 2004 concerning Regional Government, as mandated in Chapter VII, part five, which states that Village Governments can establish Village-Owned Enterprises in accordance with village needs and potential with the hope of increasing community and village income. As a follow-up to the implementation of the establishment of BUMDes, based on article 78 of PP 72 of 2005 concerning Villages, it is explained that the Regency/City Government needs to establish Regional Regulations (PERDA) concerning Procedures for the Establishment and Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 39 of 2010 can be interpreted as the main thing that provides direction on how to form and manage BUMDes so that they can be in accordance with the expected objectives in order to support village income and contribute to the welfare of the village community within it. Government regulation number 46 of 2014 concerning Implementing Regulations of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, as well as determining the legality of BUMDes through village regulations. This regulation does not imply that the BUMDes must be a legal entity. However, in development there is not a single regulation that regulates BUMDes as village-owned business entities with legal entities, both before and after the issuance of government regulation number 46 of 2014 concerning Implementing Regulations of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. The enactment of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation means that the legal status of BUMDes is a legal business entity and Government Regulation Number 11 of 2021 concerning Village-Owned Enterprises, was issued to implement the provisions of Article 117 and Article 185 letter b of Law Number 11 of 2020. 2020 concerning Job Creation.

Mixue's presence raises doubts due to uncertainty about its halal status, as it currently lacks the necessary halal certification required in the Indonesian market. This has sparked concerns among consumers, especially given China's majority non-Muslim population. The uncertainty surrounding Mixue's halal status has led to skepticism among a significant portion of the Indonesian population. While some individuals prioritize halal food products, others are indifferent, choosing to buy Mixue products regardless of their halal status. Many consumers feel the need to ensure a product's halal status before making a purchase. This research aims to explore the importance of a Halal Certificate, Business Legality, and Packaging Quality in shaping consumer purchase decisions for Mixue products in Mataram City. The study utilized a sample of 100 respondents who are consumers of Mixue products in Mataram City. The findings reveal that both the Halal certificate and packaging quality have a positive and significant impact on the purchase decisions of Mixue products in Mataram City. However, business legality does not show a positive and significant influence on the purchase decisions of Mixue products in Mataram City. These results indicate that the Halal certificate and packaging quality are effective in enhancing purchase decisions, while business legality has a less pronounced impact on the purchase decisions of Mixue products in Mataram

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important part of the economy of a region or country. Based on the problems faced by MSME business actors, the aim is to provide additional insight to MSME actors in Sumberagung Village about the 7P marketing mix and the importance of business legality for MSMEs, in order to assist MSME businesses in expanding the marketing of their products in order to increase sales and income from the MSME business. The methodology in this research is the implementation of community service activities in the KKN-PPM program using the Community Based Research method, namely the resource person's explanation to partners. The method used in this activity is a meeting or face-to-face meeting between the resource person and partners located in Sumberagung Village, where the resource person plays an important role in explaining material regarding the 7P marketing mix and business legality for MSMEs. Based on observations, it can be seen that the problem is that many micro and small business owners do not understand the science of the marketing mix and business legality, which has an impact on the difficulty of expanding the marketing of their products. As a result, this affects the way they expand marketing and increase revenue from their products. MSMEs in Sumberagung Village need to be educated about the importance of the marketing mix, trained and assisted in obtaining NIB for marketing purposes, in order to expand markets and income. Apart from that, obtaining business legality and trademarks can help MSMEs become more competitive and competent in the markets.
