Challenges of sustainable development of regions and rural tourism in Georgia

The paper discusses the type of rural tourism as an independent direction, especially its importance in the mountainous part of Georgia. This priority direction in regional tourism includes such important aspects as orientation of tourists to the consumption of ecological resources, protection of the natural environment, preservation of traditional lifestyle for the population of peripheral regions. It is confirmed that rural tourism in the modern world is considered by specialists to be the most promising field of employment for the rural population. It should be noted that the development of tourism business in rural areas will contribute to solving socio-economic problems, reducing unemployment and raising the standard of living. The purpose of the study is to reveal the possibilities of rural tourism development in the mountainous areas of Georgia, which will bring the results of sustainable development to the region and the local community.

The trading house: A relational and configurational insight into family businesses

What analytical framework can we employ to conduct ethnographic investigation into family businesses? As sociological and anthropological perspectives increasingly extend their gaze beyond the legal confines of firms to include the kinship groups (household, business family) behind them, no existing integrative concept examines the sui generis organizations formed by these overlapping institutions. Based on fieldwork conducted among shopkeepers in rural France, this article proposes a relational and configurational approach to family business by developing an overarching category: the ‘trading house’. Combining Claude Lévi-Strauss’ analysis of the aristocratic house with feminist-inspired perspectives on domestic economy, the trading house refers to an interdependent group of (re)productive cooperation—comprising, at least, a business and a household—that, directly or indirectly, ensures the management of a transferable symbolic and material estate centered around a market activity. The relational perspective examines boundaries, resources, and interpersonal ties within the house as outcomes of an ongoing relational work, which delineates, blurs, and (dis)connects domestic, business and family spheres, all the while ensuring the historical continuity of the estate beyond its living representatives. The configurational perspective simultaneously draws attention to the (re)productive, monetary, and reputational interdependencies that bind and unite the members of the house across these shifting boundaries. This framework is particularly well-suited for understanding traditional small businesses in rural areas.

A Study of Rural Entrepreneurship in the Khunti District of Jharkhand through the Mukhyya Mantri Anusuchit Jan Jati Gram Vikas Yojna

The Khunti District primarily comprises rural areas with high migration rates due to rural unemployment. In addition, the lack of alternative livelihood options outside of agriculture has contributed to this trend. To address this issue, the government of Jharkhand launched the MMAJJGVY program in 2015, which focuses on promoting entrepreneurship and providing employment opportunities for educated youth and local women. However, traditional small-scale businesses in rural areas need help adapting to an increasingly globalized environment, hindering their growth and development. Obstacles in rural entrepreneurship also drive the unbalanced development of the region. This study examines the nature of entrepreneurship practices and their challenges, offering recommendations for overcoming these obstacles. The future development of the Khunti area is sustainable entrepreneurial opportunities, with rural tourism being identified as a sustainable means of livelihood for the rural population.

Social Capital in the Patron-Client Dimension towards the Sustainability of Seaweed Cultivation Businesses in Rural Areas, South Sulawesi, Indonesia

The system of livelihoods in seaweed cultivation becomes the subject of study because of the factor of production, and the distribution of the output of production requires a strategy of merging between something material and non-material that involves interaction with various actors in society. The social capital awakened by the actors in the seaweed cultivation business through the patron-client dimension is an effort to ensure the sustainability of the business. The study aims to characterize the components of social capital that bind, bridge, and connect in the context of the relationship between actors in seaweed cultivation, including the important role of the combination of these three types of social capital in the sustainability of the seaweed cultivation business. The Research methods use qualitative descriptive approaches. Data is collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed with open, axial, and selective encoding. The results show that actors in seaweed cultivation enterprises combine the social capital components of bonding, bridging, and linking selectively, depending on the interests behind each interaction with different actors. Social bonding capital is owned by seaweed farmers in their interactions to gain access to financial capital (in the form of cash and loans). The patron-client relationship pattern is the most prominent of the reciprocity relationships, where the patron is the provider of corporate capital and the guarantor of subsistence is the cultivator. The social bridging and linking capital is owned in its interaction to gain access to social assistance and political support as well as networking. Mechanisms of sale of seaweed production are dominated by marketing networks using intermediary services (middlemen) through the concept of personalized exchange. In such market trading, the symptoms of “boro” (guarantees) are detected through subscription relationships between sellers and buyers characterized by regular personality contacts and through credit mechanisms known as “take now, pay later”. Therefore, social capital plays an important role in the sustainability of seaweed farming in the countryside. In a situation of economic or environmental change, social capital can help the farmer adapt and survive in his business and household life. We found that social capital plays an important role in the rural habitat system, where access to livelihoods depends on social relationships. Thus, support is needed to strengthen the capacity of social capital in societies because the configuration of the social capital elements can inherit the cognitive social capital, the social structural capital and the social relational capital necessary for the improved social, economic and cultural development of societies.

A Study on Cashless Payments in Retail Businesses in Rural Areas of Kurnool District of Andhra Pradesh

Abstract: In India post demonetization, cashless transactions have emerged as a significant trend in the Indian economy. They are touted for their convenience, simplicity, and enhanced safety compared to cash transactions. This shift is notably affecting the spending habits of rural residents in Kurnool district, Andhra Pradesh. The purpose of this article is to explore rural attitudes towards cashless transactions. A study conducted among 100 respondents revealed that 65% of rural residents engage in cashless transactions, particularly those with higher education levels. However, 35% of respondents still do not use cashless methods. These findings underscore the need for education and awareness programs aimed at rural communities to promote cashless transactions. Such initiatives could play a crucial role in fostering economic development and transforming spending patterns in these areas.

Trade directions of Indian buffalo meat exports and its profitability in Punjab

India is the habitat of about 55% of the world’s buffalo populace. However, the current production and marketing structure of buffalo meat for the indigenous and international market is endowed with multitudinous challenges. At present, there is an elevation in demand for Indian buffalo meat in the global market, especially when processing units in Brazil and Argentina continued to be closed due to the outbreak of the Covid 19. Keeping this in mind, knowledge regarding the performance of Indian buffalo meat export and identification of its profitability is required. The study examined the cost-return pattern in Punjab state. Further, it examined the pattern of trade, fluctuating directions of the buffalo meat trade in India by Markov Chain Analysis, and projected exports of Indian Buffalo meat till 2023 to 2024. The Transitional Probability Matrix found that Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam were the most consistent and trustworthy markets for Indian Buffalo meat, with probability retention of 81.06, 79.58, and 74.75%, respectively. Saudi Arab would be considered an unstable importer. The projections of Buffalo meat export up to 2023 to 2024 showed an increase in Vietnam’s export share. There is a need to popularise and commercialise the buffalo male calf rearing business in rural areas, especially in Punjab. Further, linking these farms to meat processing plants is also crucial. Pertinent inspection of the quality of buffalo meat to meet international market standards is a pressing priority to grab additional share in the global market.

Rural Area Resilience during the COVID-19 Pandemic as Exemplified by Urban–Rural Communes in Poland

The purpose of the paper is to characterize the outcomes of the COVID-19 pandemic for farms and resilience activities performed by farmers in response to the economic crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic in the context of building rural area resilience. Research was carried out in all 87 urban–rural communes in Poland and focused on special determinants of rural resilience such as connections between small cities and rural areas, as well as the location of the territorial unit (peripheral versus non-peripheral). The purpose of the survey was to poll local government representatives on the outcomes of the COVID-19 pandemic for farms and identify resilience activities performed by farmers in response to the economic crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Empirical research was performed from September to October 2021. The results emphasize the significance of the diversification of farms and networks for strategies for coping with the COVID-19 crisis. The research revealed processes wherein farms adapted, even if to a small extent, to crisis conditions. The COVID-19 pandemic brought new challenges, at the same time stimulating innovative responses in communities and businesses in rural areas. This study also confirms the role of ITC solutions in the process of adaptation to the crisis and implies a need to strengthen local links between the rural area and the city, especially those relevant to peripheral areas. Local government authorities play a crucial role in this process.

The 2000–2008 Economic Crisis in Zimbabwe

Between 2000 and 2008, Zimbabwe was hit by one of the devastating economic situations which threatened the lives of businesses and also led to the closure of several businesses. The main purpose of this paper was to trace the survivors of Zimbabwe’s 2000-2008 economic distress and establish the strategies they employ to avert future economic pandemics in the country. A mixed research approach was utilised to carry out the study, with data being collected from a sample of 105 business people and their employees in rural Zimbabwe. A self-designed questionnaire and interview guide were used to solicit data from participants with descriptive and thematic analysis data analysis methods being utilised as data analysis tools. The study revealed that while a significant number of businesses closed their businesses due to the economic downturn some survived and self-rejuvenated and moved on in 2009 when the economy stabilised. The strategies most businesses in rural areas employ to avert effects of future economic distress include among others; 1) diversification, 2) trading in foreign currency, 3) avoiding selling goods on credit, and 4) keeping savings in USD and traditional banks. It was recommended that businesses in rural areas need to manage their businesses in a more professional way so that they do not easily get affected by socio-economic shocks and political upheavals.

Optimized Multi-Scale Mixed Dense Graph Convolution Network for Career Impression Management in College Students Based on Social Network Analysis

It offers a way of social environment analysis based on employment, entrepreneurship of college students in rural areas. This approach comprehends the employment and social environment of college students' rural employment, entrepreneurship as research goal. It thoroughly examines, detects component parts of the college students' rural employment, entrepreneurship environment. In this manuscript, Optimized Multi-Scale Mixed Dense Graph Convolution Network for Career Impression Management in College Students Based on Social Network Analysis (MSMDGCN-CIM-CS-SNA) is proposed. Initially input data are gathered from Xing social network Dataset. To execute this, input data is pre-processed using Distributed Adaptive Cubature Information Filtering(DACIF) and it removes the noise from collected data; then the Pre-processed data are fed to MSMDGCN for effectively categorize Career Impression Management in College Students. In general, MSMDGCN does not express adapting optimization strategies to determine optimal parameters to ensure accurate Career Impression Management in College Students. Hence, the Sand Cat swarms optimization(SCSOA) to optimize Quantum Conditional Generative Adversarial Network which accurately Career Impression Management in College Students based on Social Media.Then the proposed MSMDGCN-CIM-CS-SNA is implemented and the performance metrics like Student Origin; Proportion of Daily Living Expenses, Student’s Graduation Trend, Selection of Career Areas for College Students, Units of College Student’s Career Intention and Computation Time the World are analyzed. Performance of the MSMDGCN-CIM-CS-SNA approach attains 18.75%, 26.89% and 32.57% higher Student’s Graduation Trend; 16.87%, 24.57% and 32.94% lower Units of College Student’s Career Intention and 18.43%, 25.64% and 31.40% lower Computation Time when analyzed through existing techniques like analysis on social environment of college students’ rural employment with entrepreneurship (ASE-CS-REE), recommendation model for college career entrepreneurship projects depend on deep learning (RM-CCE-DL), group relationship mining of college students depend on predictive social network (GRM-CS-PSN) methods respectively.

Mass Media as Catalyst for Business Development in Rural Settlements: A Study of Ogun State, Nigeria

The Mass Media as Catalyst for Business Development in Rural Settlement is a research study that is focused on identifying different challenges faced by rural settlers. Mass media has transformed and will continue to transform our world as it creates avenues to develop businesses at local and international levels. The knowledge of how to manage the mass media process to develop business in rural areas has grown in depth. The aim and objectives of this study is to examine the roles played by mass media in business development of rural settlements, to study the rate at which business developmentin the rural settlements are aided by mass media, to study peoples’ reaction to messages fromthe mass media on businessdevelopmentand to achieve theseobjectives, survey research design was adopted. The study used Media Effects and Cultivation Theories to back its findings while simple random sampling techniques and purposive approach were employed to select six hundred respondents from six different local governments in Ogun State. A well-structured questionnaire was used as an instrument for data collection. Data collected was analyzed with regression analysis. Part of the result is identifying the roles played by Radio and Television which have been identified as significant contributors to business development of rural settlements, ascertaining the high rate at which business development in the rural settlements are aided by mass media amongother findings.

СУТНІСТЬ ТА СТРУКТУРА ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО МЕХАНІЗМУ ТУРИСТИЧНОГО БІЗНЕСУ НА СЕЛІ

The article considers the essence and structure of the organisational and economic mechanism of the rural tourism business, which is a complex of interrelated elements that ensure the effective functioning and development of tourism activities in rural areas. The study covers the analysis of the main components of this mechanism, including organisational structures (identification of key market participants, such as agritourism owners; local communities; local governments; travel agencies and operators and definition of functional responsibilities; roles of each participant and models of cooperation and partnership between participants), economic levers (financial resource planning and budgeting for tourism projects; mechanisms for attracting investment and financing infrastructure development; state support, subsidies and grants; pricing policy, revenue and cost management), marketing strategies (development and promotion of unique tourism products; branding of rural areas and creating an attractive image; use of modern digital technologies for advertising and communications) and the regulatory framework (analysis and regulation of legal aspects of rural tourism activities; licensing and certification procedures for tourism services; ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards). The research is an integrated approach to the study of the organisational and economic mechanism of the tourism business in rural areas, which allows to identify the relationships between its components and determine the optimal strategies for their implementation. The practical significance of the work is to formulate recommendations for local governments and entrepreneurs to improve the efficiency of tourism activities in rural areas. The study confirms the need to introduce a comprehensive organisational and economic mechanism for the development of the rural tourism business, which will contribute to the sustainable development of rural areas, preservation of cultural and natural heritage, creation of jobs and improvement of the welfare of the local population. Implementation of the proposed mechanisms will increase the competitiveness of rural tourism in the national and international markets. This will ensure the stable development of the tourism sector and increase its competitiveness at the national and international levels.

The Influence of Human Capital and Social Capital and the Role of Government on Improving Ground Coffee Business Performance in Rural Area

Purpose: This research aims to analyze the influence of human capital and social capital as well as the role of government on the performance of ground coffee businesses. The influence of human capital and social capital as well as the role of government on the performance of ground coffee businesses in rural areas is an effort to improve the skills of human resources so that they can increase the productivity and income of ground coffee agro-industry businesses in rural areas. Theoretical framework: The focus is to see to how performance of the ground coffee business has a positive impact on the economy by creating jobs and contributing to local economic growth, especially in rural areas. everal concepts, such as: human capital, social capital and role goverment on perfomance ground coffe business to align with the direction of the study. Design/Methodology/Approach: This study which is quantitative. The research location is Tanah Datar Regency. Data collection was carried out through surveys, field observations, and interviews using questionnaires. Respondents are ground coffee owners in Tanah Datar Regency. The number of research respondents was 104 ground coffee owners. Data analysis was carried out using SEM-PLS. Findings: The research results found that the human capital of ground coffee processing businesses has a positive and significant relationship in influencing performance. The social capital of ground coffee processing businesses, it has a positive and significant relationship in influencing performance. The social capital of ground coffee processing businesses does not affect human capital. The role of government has a positive and significant relationship with human capital and has a positive and significant relationship with social capital. Research, Practical & Social implications: This research concentrates on the influence of human capital, social capital, and the role of government on the performance of ground coffee businesses in rural areas. Originality/Value: This research adds value to the body of knowledge because the results show that without human capital, social capital and the role of government, ground coffee business performance will not improve business performance in rural areas. This study determines that the performance of ground coffee businesses has a positive impact on the economy by creating jobs and contributing to local economic growth, especially in rural areas. Tanah Datar Regency is a region in West Sumatra that has the most businesses engaged in coffee processing, namely around 213 businesses.

Entrepreneurial activity in rural areas: opportunities for stimulation

Entrepreneurial activity in rural settlements is the basis for sustainable development of rural areas. Supporting agricultural producers and ensuring food security, the importance of forming a unified complex for production and processing of agricultural products and diversifying the rural economy determine the relevance of the chosen topic. The goal is to show the potential of rural entrepreneurship as a mechanism for the stability of rural areas of the republic. Methods – scientific generalization, classification, systemic and comparative analysis, abstract-logical. Results – the following were noted as key effects. Organizing a business in rural areas has a number of advantages: increasing the level of employment by creating new jobs, increasing cost recovery, increasing the profitability of agribusiness, quickly responding to demand in accordance with market conditions and changes in market behavior of consumers. In villages, there is an opportunity to open facilities of small economic entities for growing crops for the processing complex, in the fields of agro-, eco-, ethno–tourism, and the sectors of craft professions and service provision. In the Concept for the Development of Rural Territories of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2023-2027, special attention is paid to the issues of entrepreneurial initiative of rural residents. An analysis of production indicators of peasant (private) farms, legal entities, and individual entrepreneurs engaged in agriculture was carried out. Summarizing the study, the authors conclude that small business in rural areas will help overcome labor market problems, preserve the rural way of life, culture, social and environmental control of the territory, technological and institutional modernization based on a comprehensive, balanced and targeted implementation of the interests of the rural population and the state.

Factors and Determinants of the Development of Human Capital in Rural Areas in the Conditions of Global Challenges

Abstract The development of rural areas is a complex and dynamic phenomenon, the effectiveness of which depends on food security and the economic activity of the population. The urgency of these issues is exacerbated by unprecedented challenges for Ukraine and the transformation of the legal field under martial law. The study aims to determine the factors and determinants of the development of human capital in rural areas in Ukraine, considering the experience of the EU countries in the conditions of global challenges. It is substantiated that the policy adopted in the state to ensure the development of rural areas based on the principles of inclusiveness should be based on balanced instruments, methods, and levers capable of minimizing external and internal threats to agribusiness. Essentially, people’s opportunities and abilities for economic and social activities, as well as for their own development, are critical. It has been proven that the determining factor in this process should be human capital. The motivation for economic activity in the village is singled out from personal factors. In its absence, all prerequisites for urbanization are formed. In this context, the upward dynamics of the indicator of the share of the urban population in the EU countries, which can become an obstacle to the development of business in rural areas, was analyzed and revealed. Attention is paid to the prospects of small businesses in rural areas. The relationship between the urbanization indicator and the human development index in Ukraine and the EU countries was studied.

Challenges of Women Entrepreneurship and Empowerment in South Africa: Evidence from Rural Areas

This study aims to identify impediments to expanding women-owned businesses in rural areas of South Africa. The study used a quantitative research method to collect data. The study concentrated on 250 female business owners in the rural communities of Hluhluwe, Ulundi, and Eshowe in northern KZN. The study found that the main obstacles to expanding women-owned businesses in rural areas were financial constraints, a lack of education, and inadequate infrastructure. However, these difficulties experienced by women business owners in rural South Africa can be conquered. Overcoming these obstacles could empower women entrepreneurs and stimulate economic growth in rural areas, thus reducing poverty and enhancing the living standards of rural communities. Based on these findings, the study recommends various interventions, such as alternative financing models, targeted education and training programs, and infrastructure development, to support the growth of women-owned enterprises in rural areas. Future research should examine additional issues such as cultural and social hurdles, a lack of access to markets and information, and legal and regulatory restrictions that impede the establishment of women-owned businesses in rural areas.

Development of Small Business in Rural Areas: Socio-Economic Aspect

The article deals with the development of small business forms and the main ways of obtaining state support in the agricultural sector. Small agricultural enterprises play an important role in providing the population with affordable food, are the basis for the preservation of the rural population and rural areas. The purpose of the work is to analyze possible directions of state support for the development of small and medium-sized agricultural businesses in the region. To achieve the research goal several general scientific and special methods: deduction, system analysis and statistical and economic methods of analysis were used. The conducted research made it possible to give a detailed assessment of the agricultural produced goods and analyze the existing ways of obtaining state support for small agricultural businesses. State support for farmers and agricultural cooperatives is implemented in Krasnoyarsk Territory, there is a state program: «Development of agriculture and regulation of markets for agricultural products, raw materials and food», the national project «Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support of individual entrepreneurial initiative», the regional project «Creation of the support system of farmers and development of rural cooperation». State support of small agricultural business is one of the key development tools. Under this programme, the State provides financial assistance, training, counselling and other support to small agrarian enterprises. In general, state support for small agrarian businesses in the Krasnoyarsk Territory is an important tool for the development of the region. Thanks to this approach, many small enterprises have been able to expand their business and improve the quality of life of their employees.

Does Rural Micro Enterprises really grow? Evidence from Growth patterns of the Nonfarm Micro Manufacturing Enterprises in Rural Tanzania

The question on whether micro enterprises grow or not have been a debate among scholars for so long. This study provides an important contribution to this dispute discussion. It sampled and assessed a total of 62 micro manufacturing enterprises in rural Tanzania`. Both primary and secondary were collected for analysis. This study applied trend analysis to examine growth patterns of the rural micro manufacturing enterprises. Sales, employment, value added and gross mixed income were the key variables to determine whether an enterprise grows or do not. Results shows that most of rural nonfarm micro manufacturing enterprises do not grow at expected rate with majority remaining at the same level of growth for so long. This study established that an increased sale has not been substantial and that the rural nonfarm micro manufacturing enterprises has continued to consist only owner. Value added and gross mixed income of the rural micro manufacturing enterprises is declining. The government need to review its policies relating to rural nonfarm sector by ensuring that there is appropriate and suitable institutional arrangement for support. Rural nonfarm micro manufacturing enterprises will be required to be more proactive and capitalize on available opportunities in Local Government Authorities such as the 4-4-2 program in order to cut the rising cost of doing business in rural areas.

Analysis of Business Development Strategies for know Small Business in Kediri

This research is motivated by the fact that internal and external factors in a business are important components in the development of small businesses in rural areas. The main objective of this study was to determine the internal factors that became strengths and weaknesses and external factors that became opportunities and threats in small businesses in rural areas. After knowing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, you can analyze business development strategies for small businesses in rural areas. This study used small tofu entrepreneurs in Tinalan Village, Pesantren District, Kediri Regency, as the sample using Simple Random Sampling on all tofu small entrepreneurs as the population with a determination of 30 respondents. This data is analyzed using the Internal External (IE) Matrix and Market Share Growth Matrix. Based on the results of the research, it shows the following conditions: (1) That the business development that needs to be done to determine the strategy for the small business is an Intensive Strategy that focuses on increasing the competitive position through existing products. (2) Whereas the test results of market share growth analysis show a value above the benchmark, which is 10%. Thus the results of this study can be used as a policy basis in knowing internal and external environmental aspects so that they can analyze development strategies for small businesses in rural areas.

Entrepreneurial competencies and farm management performance of potato farmers in Solok Regency

Solok Regency has excellent potential in growing vegetables and fruit, which significantly contribute to West Sumatra’s economy. Solok Regency is the largest potato-producing area in West Sumatra. However, since 2015 there has been a drastic decline in potato production. The negative growth of potato production was affected by several factors, including sub-optimal farming management. Farmers’ lack of passion and entrepreneurial ability is one of the socioeconomic factors that hinder the development of their potential in managing productive businesses in rural areas. This paper analyses the entrepreneurial competency of potato farmers in Solok Regency and examines the effect of entrepreneurial competency on the farm management performance of potato farmers in Solok Regency. This study finds that the level of entrepreneurial competency of potato farmers is at a moderate level. Moreover, PLS path analysis found that the variables of individual characteristics of farmers, entrepreneurial characteristics, and business environment are a reference in measuring the entrepreneurial competency of Potato Farmers. Furthermore, entrepreneurial competency, individual characteristics of farmers, entrepreneurial characteristics, and business environment positively and significantly affect the farm management performance of Potato Farmers in Solok Regency. Farmer entrepreneurs do not work alone. However, they operate in a complex and dynamic environment. Despite the level of farmers’ competency ranging from moderate to high, it needs support from other parties to give farmers access to superior seeds and better prices for inputs and output.

Stimulating the development of entrepreneurship in rural areas: Theoretical-legal characteristics

The relevance of the study is due to the urgent need to form a qualitatively updated legal field in entrepreneurship development in rural areas as one of the determining factors for the growth of the welfare of the population and the motivation of the economically active stratum to employment in rural areas. The purpose of the study is to define the category “stimulating the development of entrepreneurship in rural areas” and determine the tasks and fundamental principles of this activity. Achieving this goal was made possible by a comprehensive analysis of theoretical sources and provisions of current and future legislation. As a result of the study conducted, the author’s definition of the concept of “stimulating the development of entrepreneurship and rural areas” is formulated through its understanding as a set of measures of legal regulation and national policy. The purpose of these measures is to simplify the procedure for creating business entities and the procedure for conducting business activities within rural areas, which will increase the economic attractiveness of business in rural areas. The expansion of the field of stimulating business activities in rural areas that are not related to the production of agricultural products is considered promising, which is especially important in the realities of finding additional ways to support the population in the conditions of war and post-war reconstruction. The principles of stimulating the development of entrepreneurship in rural areas, on which legislation in this area and the regulation of relevant relations should be based, are defined.
