Analysis of the implementation of business ethics and strategic management in companies in Indonesia

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of business ethics and strategic management in companies in Indonesia. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques. Data analysis is inductive / qualitative and the results of qualitative research emphasize meaning rather than generalization, namely triangulation (combined) techniques. The results of the study found that the analysis of the implementation of business ethics and strategic management in companies in Indonesia confirms that business ethics is a very important aspect for the survival of the company. Companies that apply business ethics well can build trust from colleagues, the community, and customers, which is an important capital to maintain business continuity. Therefore, companies have a responsibility to maintain and improve standards of business ethics to achieve sustainable growth. On the strategic management side, its role is also very important in achieving the company's long-term goals, adapting to changes in the business environment, and directing human resources. By implementing good business ethics and effective strategic management, companies in Indonesia can better face business challenges and contribute to sustainable economic growth.

Implementation of Business Ethics on Floating Market Traders Lok Baintan, South Kalimantan

The Lok Baintan Floating Market in South Kalimantan is an intangible cultural heritage that is one of the cultural tourist attractions in the city of Banjarmasin. The floating market has existed since the 14th century, although there has been a decline in buyers because infrastructure growth on land has shifted. But currently, apart from buyers from riverside communities, tourists also dominate. The aim of this research is to provide insight into the Islamic business ethics of floating market traders and to increase awareness among floating market traders regarding good business ethics at a time when other businesses are developing rapidly in the modern business era. This research is a descriptive qualitative type of research using field research to provide information, facts, and data regarding the business ethics of Islamic traders at the Lok Baintan Floating Market, South Kalimantan. The population of this research is floating market traders. The sample in this study used a snowball sampling technique, so that 10 main informants were obtained from traders. As for research instruments using observations, interviews, and documentation. Research finds that business ethics is well applied by traders through the principles of unity, free will, equilibrium, responsibility, and benevolence. Although on the principle of free will found ways of forcing approaches and trying to convince buyers to buy, this behavior is just as a strategy of proactive marketing in a customer-seeking approach.

ANALISIS ETIKA BISNIS BERDASARKAN PEMIKIRAN AL-IMAM GHAZALI: STUDI KASUS PADA PERUSAHAAN MINIRAL WATER DAN MBS BAKERY

This research aims to investigate the implementation of business ethics in Mineral Water Companies by referring to the principles that emerged in the thoughts of Al-Imam Ghazali. The case study method is used to gain an in-depth understanding of the business practices, policies and values adopted by the company. The research subjects involved mineral water companies and MBS Bakery, selected based on their good reputation in business practices and commitment to ethical values. Data was collected through interviews, observation and document analysis. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively with a thematic and comparative approach. The research results show that the Mineral Water Company consistently applies the principles of business ethics, including honesty, justice and social responsibility. The implications of this research show that the application of business ethics can be a strategic force to improve company performance, increase consumer trust, and strengthen the company's image regarding environmental sustainability. Recommendations include improved employee training programs, marketing strategies more focused on ethical values, and increased environmental sustainability efforts. Thus, this research not only provides in-depth insight into the business practices of Mineral Water Company but also confirms the importance of business ethics in achieving long-term sustainable success.

ETHICAL BUSINESS IMPLEMENTATION OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE: GOOD CORPORATE REPUTATION

Ethical codes are guidelines of principles that are designed to assist professionals in conducting business with honesty and integrity. Ethical codes may include categories such as business ethics, professional codes of conduct, and employee codes of conduct. Ethical codes are important because it clearly defines behavioral rules and provides a basis for early caution. Therefore, this research is conducted to examine the implementation of business ethics in corporate governance can generate a good reputation. This research used descriptive qualitative approach combined with literature study. The literature study used is collecting data, such as references to journal articles, books, and online documentation related to the application of business ethics in corporate governance as supporting material in writing this research. The main finding of this research is the importance of business ethics in corporate governance, such as integrity, honesty, equity, responsibility and creating good working relationships, which have an impact on improving the company's operational activities in making profits.

Optimizing the performance of domestic companies in Surabaya through the implementation of business ethics in managing companies

This study aims to determine whether business people in carrying out their work apply business ethics, and whether the application of ethics in managing this business can optimize company performance. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using interviews and survey methods with informants. The informants in this study are business people in domestic companies in Surabaya, including among others the ethical behavior of producers, ethical behavior of employees, ethical behavior of suppliers, ethical behavior of company leaders. . The data obtained from the interview results were then triangulated which included triangulation of data, sources and methods, then analyzed. The results of the study found that currently business people in domestic companies in Surabaya have implemented business ethics in their work. This can be seen from the results of interviews with business people who show almost the same answers, that is, on average, in carrying out their daily work, they have applied business ethics. Companies that implement business ethics in managing their business can optimize company performance.

The Concept of Fairness In The Principle of Decency Reviewed From Business Ethics In Business Contracts

Business agreements are often made only for the benefit of one party so that one party benefits and one party is harmed which only continues to put forward the principle of pacta sunt servanda. It is as if freedom in making a contract is final and absolute without anyone being able to intervene in the contract. This research has the basic purpose of reviewing business agreements judged by the implementation of business ethics as a reasonable consideration or not of a business agreement. The research method used in this study is a normative juridical method with a statute approach. Based on the results of existing research, the principle of propriety is closely related to the reasonableness of the contract agreement. Business agreements are basically formed not only based on consideration of legal provisions but also pay attention to business ethics. So business ethics can be applied as an indicator of the reasonableness of a business contract for the achievement of fairness.

TATA KELOLA/TANGGUNG JAWAB SOSIAL PERUSAHAAN (CSR) DAN ETIKA DALAM MANAJEMEN STRATEGIS DALAM PENDIDIKAN

Abstract: The aplication of business ethics is a very important and needs special attention, since a good quality of school service can be obtained if the business ethic applications works effectively. The purpose of this study is to know the business ethics and theacher discipline of the quality of school service. the results of this study suggest that the implementation of business ethics falls at a high category. In addition, the effect of teacher work discipline on the quality of school service is civilised in moderate categories. based of research results, there are several recommendattions needed to improve quality management effectiveness, including continuous improvement and optimizing the total quality management approach. the reseach to discuss how corporate social responsibility must be reunderstood for better education. this suggests that there are mutually beneficial opportunities for national companies and governments to maintain human resources and overcome trade gaps and mismatches. Many companies often train and sponsor individuals to further study for their career advancement. It also indicates that some businesses angage in good behavior to attract prospective workers. In addition, the article argues that the providing of education, professional development and training will increase morale and employee job satisfaction, which in turn may lead to lower staff turnover and greater productivility levels in the workplace.

Implementation of Islamic Business Ethics on Merchant Behavior Sidoarjo Krempyang Traditional Market Chicken Eggs

Ethics is a polite attitude that must be owned by everyone in carrying out various activities, whether trading, teaching, asking questions, including in business we must also prioritize ethics. Ethics are attitudes, knowledge, morals that must be considered in organizing and managing a business. Attitudes that reflect ethics in trading or doing business include being honest, kind, respectful of others, indifferent, responsible, considerate, and so on. Pagerwojo is one of the villages where the majority of the population trades eggs. They usually have horen or free-range chicken farms close to where they live. So they usually sell their livestock chicken eggs to the Krempyang market around where they live. The focus of the problem here is how is the implementation of islamic business ethics in the behavior of chicken egg traders in Pagerwojo, Sidoarjo. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which means research with a qualitative approach is a research procedure that produces descriptive data. The purpose of this research was to determine the implementation of business ethics in the behavior of chicken egg traders in the Krempyang market, Pagerwojo, Sidoarjo. This research discusses at length the stages of human awareness of the application of business ethics in their daily trade from an Islamic perspective. It takes time and process for the chicken egg traders in the Krempyang market to develop ethical awareness in trading or doing business. Related to how the implementation of business ethics in the behavior of chicken egg traders in the Krempyang market, pagerwojo, Sidoarjo. The results of the study show that, egg traders in the Krempyang market, Pagerwojo, Buduran, Sidoarjo have understood islamic business ethics, and have believed that Islamic teachings have regulated all human activities or activities, including in matters of trading or egg business, the sole purpose of which is to gain the blessings of Allah the creator. Egg traders have implemented the principles of Islamic business ethics, namely monotheism, balance, free will, responsibility, honesty, fairness, and so on.

Islam has regulated all aspects of human life, and one of them is e-commerce. During the development, the number of criminals also increases. This is because of a lot of violence in business ethics that is not aware of the five basic principles of life; religion, soul, descendants, logic, and wealth (maqashid sharia). This research aims to determine the implementation of business ethics and the implementation of maqashid sharia in Bukalapak.com. This research is using a qualitative approach. To study the content, the writer analyzed the collected information through some events registered on the website of Bukalapak.com. The conclude this research is the implementation of business ethics has been done well as applied by Rasulullah SAW, as in maqashid sharia with four protection system has been applied to protect the rights of the customers. Implementasi Etika Bisnis Dalam Operasi UKM di Era Digital

When a business is faced with extreme competition, the ability of SMEs to maintain its market is needed in various ways to excel in the competition. Business ethics in a company has a very important role in running its business. A company will succeed based not only on good morals and management but also on good business ethics. The problem is that unethical behavior in business activities often occurs due to the development of digital-based information technology which provides opportunities, weak morals, and awareness of ethics in doing business, making opportunities for business actors to commit acts that violate business ethics. Starting from this problem, the Kwik Kian Gie Institute of Business and Informatics teaching group conducted training and mentoring for members of the Garudayaksa Nusantara Cooperative on the Implementation of Business Ethics in SME operations which was held on July 22, 2022, in Jakarta. The purpose of this training and mentoring is to increase understanding of Business Ethics and general principles of Business Ethics, provide insight into the implementation of Business Ethics in SME Operations, Provide examples of violations of business ethics in SME operations in the digital era, and motivate SME business people to implement Business Ethics. It is hoped that this training will result in the formation of awareness among SMEs about the importance of business ethics in relation to the company's goals for long-term profits, and the development of ethical behavior among SMEs in business operations in the digital.

Implementation of Islamic Business Ethics and Preparation of Financial Statements for Muslim Entrepreneurs in Sidoarjo City

This study aims to determine the suitability between the implementation of business ethics and the preparation of financial statements at the Nursyifa Pharmacy Sidoarjo with Islamic business ethics. This type of research is qualitative with a case study method, data is collected by conducting literature studies, observations and in-depth interviews with informants including owners, employees and consumers of Apotek Nursyifa who are determined using judgment techniques then the collected data is analyzed using qualitative descriptive data analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that Nursyifa Pharmacy implements Islamic business ethics in business activities and financial statement preparation well, although not perfectly. The imperfection of the implementation of Islamic business ethics at the Nursyifa Pharmacy Sidoarjo lies in the employee dress policy applied and the involvement of conventional banks in transactions carried out with distributors that are not in accordance with Islamic law.

Moreover, the paper inspects Emaar’s ethical behavior in several activities, scrutinizes if the company has ever been penalized for any unethical behavior, and provides some essential recommendations for management concerning ethical behaviors.

윤리경영 실행, 상사의 윤리적 리더십의 조직신뢰, 상사신뢰에 대한 차별적 영향력과 이직의도에 미치는 효과

In recent years, corporate ethical issues are attracting attention from all members of society and can be seen as having a impact on the rise and fall of companies. Now, the argument that business ethics regards as a source of sustainable competitive advantage is becoming a practical task, not just a declarative proposition. Therefore, business ethics has a influence on members of the organization, which affects turnover intention according to corporate ethical issues. It has been suggested that trust plays an important mediating variable in the relationship between business ethics implementation, supervisor ethical leadership and turnover intention. In particular, this study classifies the types of trust according to the target, such as organizational trust, supervisor trust, and examines that business ethics implementation, supervisor ethical leadership may have different effects on organizational trust, supervisor trust. Based on the social exchange theory, business ethics implementation can have a relatively higher impact on organizational trust than supervisor trust, and supervisor ethical leadership can have a relatively higher impact on supervisor trust than organizational trust. The data collected from 550 organizational members empirical analyzed the mediating effect of organizational trust, supervisor trust in the relationship between business ethics implementation, supervisor ethical leadership and turnover intention, and empirical analyzed differential effect of business ethics implementation, supervisor ethical leadership on organizational trust, supervisor trust. According to the analysis results, it was found that the business ethics implementation had a positive effect on organizational trust, but not significant effect on supervisor trust. In addition, it was found that the supervisor ethical leadership had a positive effect on organizational trust, supervisor trust. And, the results of the mediating effect, it was found that organizational trust has a significant mediating effect in the relationship between business ethics implementation and turnover intention, but not significant mediating effect of supervisor trust in the relationship between business ethics implementation and turnover intention. In addition, organizational trust, supervisor trust were found to have significant mediating effects in the relationship between supervisor ethical leadership and turnover intention. The results of differential effect showed that business ethics implementation has more positive effects on organizational trust than supervisor trust, and the supervisor ethical leadership has more positive effects on supervisor trust than organizational trust. Based on these research results, the management implications of business ethics implementation, supervisor ethical leadership, organizational trust and supervisor trust on turnover intention were presented.

Analysis of Implementation of Business Ethics and Management Strategies for MSMEs during the COVID-19 Pandemic

During the pandemic, MSMEs faced various problems such as a decline in raw materials and sales, obstacles in the production and distribution process, increasingly difficult capital and a lack of understanding of technology and information. This research appears to examine the application of business ethics and confirm Henri Mirtberg's theory regarding the 5P strategy, namely Plan, Ploy, Pattern, Position and Perspective, that can be used during a pandemic. A qualitative approach was used in research through the interview process in previous studies. The study results indicate that applying sound business ethics and implementing the 5Ps can increase effectiveness and efficiency. Applying these two things during the pandemic can also help MSMEs stay alive.

The Implementation of Business Ethics in Educators to Improve the Quality of School Services

Ethics refers to ordinary human conduct on what is permissible and what is not permissible. Discipline is a particular type or pattern of character developed by the habit of performing those acts, which can be formed by training the desired behavior patterns and expected behaviors in an attitude that leads to living performance. Service quality refers to all economic activities that generate results that meet prime expectations, whether physical goods or services (non-physical). Islamic Business Ethics Implementation Towards Sustainibility Of The Hajj And Umrah Business Travel Agency Of Makassar City

Islamic business ethics implementation could control every business activity. This research was conducted to analyze and confirm how the Islamic business ethics implementation in realizing Hajj loyalty and business sustainibilty of Hajj and Umrah travel agencies in Makassar city. This research was a direct research using a quantitative approach, and used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as analysis tool which is PLS (Partial Least Square) in analyzing the effect of the Islamic business ethics implementation toward business sustainibility. The results of the research found that travel agency managers had implemented Islamic business ethics in operating its operational activities including the oneness, the justice, the responsibility and the truth principle which were quite high so it was able to realize business sustainibility or the existence of a travel agency for Hajj and Umrah Makassar city, especially those whom became sample in this study. The results of this research were very encouraging information for the Hajj and Umrah in Makassar city.

Integrated Reporting: Problems of Formation

The modern management system has a complex, sometimes multi-level organizational management structure and puts forward more and more demands on the quality of the financial information provided. The paper describes an integrated reporting that meets the increasing stakeholders demands. The research methodology is classical by itself and based on the use of situational and dialectical approaches to the object having the method of abstraction, formalization and generalization. A deductive analysis of general scientific, geopolitical factors, economic psychology, economic theory and accounting theories, projected onto the Russian specifics of doing business which leads to the formation of nontrivial conclusions. The latter are interesting in the symbiosis of criticism and constructivism because against the lack of objective reasons for the introduction of integrated reporting in Russia, there are questions raised about the need to generate a unified theory that underlies the functioning of accounting systems as well as the economic consciousness development of our society and implementation of business ethics. The scientific and practical significance of the study is to identify the application features of integrating financial reporting practice at the national level.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of business ethics in traditional markets and analyze the role of al-Hisbah in the implementation of business ethics in the Wonokromo traditional market in Surabaya. This type of research is field research. The data collection methods are observation, interview, and study literature. The research result implies information about the traditional market sellers' understanding of business ethics that very diverse. Although some sellers do not know theoretically about business ethics, they implement the ethical business value because of their obedience to religious values taught by their families. The function of Al-Hisbah in the Wonokromo market has been going well despite some shortcomings that might able to be managed by supervision in terms of price, size/scale, and quality of goods. The implication of this research is its contribution to the development of Islamic Economics science, and input for stakeholders incuding market management and city government who involved in socialization and implementation business ethics at traditional markets.
