HUBUNGAN SIKAP SOSIAL SISWA DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR DI SD BINA BUDI MULIA MALANG

This research aims to determine the level of social attitudes at SD Bina Budi Mulia Malang, to determine the relationship of social attitudes to learning achievement. The research using census research design with quantitative descriptive methods. The data obtained from the questionnaire distribution analyzed using a Likert scale and Pearson correlation coefficient with t-test and document data in form of values. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between social attitudes and learning achievement. From the results of the study obtained a significant value of responsibility attitude with 85%, honest attitude with 86%, discipline attitude witSh 85%, caring attitude with 64%, polite attitude with 91% and self-confidence with 84% achievement. The correlation coefficient value of the relationship between social attitudes and learning achievement is 0.619 so it can be concluded that there is a significant linear relationship between social attitudes (X) and learning achievement (Y).

Association Between Cognitive Function and Balance Among The Elderly In Jakarta

Introduction: The world is entering an aging population. With aging comes many challenges due to changes of the brain structure that affect both cognitive function and balance. The amount of cognitive function and balance impairment cases in the elderly are rising. If left unattended, it can cause numerous adverse effects in the elderly, eventually leading to the loss of the ability to perform activities of daily living. Studies have observed the relationship between cognitive impairment and balance in Indonesia, but only a few were conducted in Jakarta, specifically among elders in the nursing home. This study is aimed to observe the association between cognitive function and balance in the elderly.Methods: This is a secondary analysis using a previous study conducted in PSTW Budi Mulia Jakarta in 2016. Demographic data, cognitive function, and balance were assessed using the demographic questionnaire, Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), and Berg Balance Scale (BBS). Statistical analysis is conducted using IBM SPSS Ver 22.Results: Most respondents were female, aged 60-69 years old, had low education level, good MMSE score (53,3%), and a normal BBS (90,7%) score. We found a significant relationship between cognitive functions and balance (p=0,045).Conclusion: Cognitive function is related to balance impairment in the elderly.

MELANSIA: PEMBERDAYAAN LANSIA ANTI-STRES DI PANTI WERDHA DENGAN METODE BERKEBUN TANAMAN HERBAL

Health care for elderly must be aimed for maintaining a productive and healty life. Unfortunately, most of the activities carried out by the nursing home are restricted, it's causing the elderly being less activities. Planting is one of the activites that can be overcome the issue. Planting activities can be used as an intervention technique and connection to nature that is used as a therapy and rehabilitation program. The aimed of this program is to empower the elderly for stay healthy and productive through the planting of herbal plants. This program was carried out at the Tresna Werdha Social Home, Budi Mulia 3, South Jakarta which was held from June to September 2021 by blended (offline : online = 60 : 40). This program includes 10 series of activities that is consist of planting herbal plants, education, and nutrition consultation. This program was followed by 16 participant which is 13 female and 3 male elderly and including nursing home staff. Based on the results of the activity, there was a significant increase in the proportion of the elderly with a high level of spiritual well-being up to 88%. It can be concluded that Melansia is a solution in anti-stress training for elderly during the pandemic through farming herbal plant activities that are proven to reduce stress levels in the elderly, and can increase the level of spiritual well-being and physical activity of the elderly.

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SCORE STRATEGY IN TEACHING READING COMPREHENSION

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which Score Strategy may increase students' reading comprehension and the factors that improved students' reading comprehension at Grade XI of the Office Administration Program of SMK Budi Mulia. This research was classroom action research. The subject of this research was the XI students of the Office Administration Program at SMK Budi Mulia. The instrument of this research was a test, observation, field note, and interview. The research was conducted in two cycles which included plan, action, observe, and reflect. The finding of this research showed that the students reading comprehension at the XI student of SMK Budi Mulia had significant improvement after using the SCORE Strategy. The improvement was influenced by several factors; teaching material, media, classroom activities, classroom management, teacher’s strategy.

The Effect of Yoga Gymnastics Against insomnia among Elderly in Social Institution Tresna Werdha Budi mulia 2 Cengkareng West Jakarta

The prevalence of sleep disorders in the elderly is high at around 67%. where 1 of 4 at the age of 60 years experienced serious difficulty sleeping. Sleep disorder is constituted suffering for the Elderly because it deals with a sense of pleasure, happiness, and quality of life. One of the non-pharmacological therapy that could potentially reduce the rate of insomnia is doing yoga. Yoga movement can help patients with insomnia to sleep well because it gives you peace of mind and ultimately help to sleep. This study aims to identify the Effect of Gymnastics Yoga Against Elderly Insomnia in Social Institution Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 2 Cengkareng West Jakarta. The study design was Quasi Experiment with the design of Pre Test and Post Test One Group Design. Subjects were elderly who have insomnia in Social Institution Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 2 Cengkareng West Jakarta as many as 13 people with a Total Sampling Technique. The statistical test used is Paired T-Test. The results of the analysis obtained Mean Pre-test 28.62 and after the yoga exercise obtained Mean Post-test 20.15 with paired T-test obtained sig (2-tailed) with p <0.001. The conclusion of this research that there is a significant difference between the Insomnia Pre-test and post-test. It showed the effect the of gymnastics yoga against insomnia among elderly in Social Institutions Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 2 Cengkareng, West Jakarta. For the next study is suggested to develop an experimental method in the intervention and control groups. Keywords: Insomnia, Elderly, Yoga Gymnastics.

The Effectiveness of Hypnotherapy on Arthritis Pain in The Elderly

Most of the elderly have arthritis pain. One of the non-pharmacological treatments for arthritis is hypnotherapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of hypnotherapy on the reduction of arthritis pain in Budi Luhur and Budi Mulia Harapan Kita Nurseries and Saturday Studies, Triwikaton Village, South Sumatra Province. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study without control group design. The sample used was a total sampling of 30 people. Arthritis pain was assessed from the results of the pre test and post test. The results of the Wilcoxon signed rank test showed that the initial and late arthritis pain in the group had a significant difference (p = 0,000). Statistically there was effectiveness of hypnotherapy on the reduction of arthritis pain in the elderly.

29. THE ASSOCIATION BETWEEN HYPERTENSION AND DEPRESSION IN AGED NURSING HOME RESIDENTS IN INDONESIA

Background: Hypertension is one of the most common diseases to affect the elderly. With Indonesia currently facing a demographic shift to an ageing population, the prevalence of high blood pressure within the elderly is steadily increasing. Hypertension has been known to disrupt the psychosocial wellbeing of the elderly and cause depression. Besides the stress of dealing with hypertension, anti-hypertensive drugs reportedly may also cause depression as a side effect. Depression in turn can also cause hypertension through the activation of the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Adrenal axis. Objective: The purpose of this study is to determine the association between hypertension and depression in the elderly. Method: This cross-sectional study sampled 138 elderly residents aged 60 years and above from the Tresna Budi Mulia nursing home in Jakarta. The blood pressure of the respondents were measured using a sphygmomanometer and a stethoscope, while depression was evaluated using the Geriatric Depression Scale. The collected data were then analyzed using SPSS version 22. Result: Out of the 138 respondents, a total of 21 elderly men and women experienced depression with hypertension. The number of respondents who experienced depression without hypertension was 30 (22%), while the number of respondents who experienced hypertension without depression was also 30 (22%). A chi-squared test was performed to observe the association between the two variables, and the p value obtained was 0.468 (p ≥ 0.05). Conclusion: There was no association between hypertension and the occurrence of depression in the elderly residents of the Tresna Budi Mulia nursing home in Jakarta.

IMPLEMENTATION OF HOTS-BASED LEARNING AND PROBLEM BASED LEARNING DURING THE PANDEMIC OF COVID-19 IN SMA BUDI MULIA JAKARTA


 The implementation of the 2013 curriculum requires teachers to change their views in implementing learning process in schools. Learning strategies are no longer teacher-centered learning but learner-centered learning. Teachers are required to organize creative and innovative learning as stated in the Lesson Plan. Teachers must master various methods to improve higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) of students. In this context, Problem Based Learning (PBL) is the appropriate model in developing students' thinking skills. The 2013 curriculum has adopted Bloom's taxonomy which was revised by Anderson starting from the level of knowing, understanding, implementing, analyzing, evaluating and creating. Because the demands of the 2013 Curriculum must be at the level of creating, students must be continuously trained to produce something new. This study aims to describe the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning method as a model of effective way to build critical and creative thinking skills of students at SMA Budi Mulia Jakarta. This study also explains HOTS-based assessment as a logical assessment of PBL learning.

Hambatan Pengimplementasian Kurikulum 2013 Pada Proses Pembelajaran Universalime Islam (PAI)

This study aims to analyze the problems in the learning process of the Islamic Universalism (PAI) subject and the challenges in implementing the 2013 curriculum. In addition, this study is useful as a reference in finding solutions to problems in implementing the 2013 curriculum in the learning process of Islamic Universalism (PAI) subjects) at SMA Budi Mulia Dua Yogyakarta. This research method uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. The data collection techniques used was interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of data collection are then compared to become material for analysis. As a result, the implementation of the 2013 curriculum on the subject of Islamic Universalism (PAI) was carried out by involving the principal, teachers, students, learning resources, and related infrastructure. The implementation of the 2013 curriculum in the UI/PAI subjects encountered obstacles, namely because the school was a school that combined the Cambridge curriculum and the national curriculum, it needed students who were able to meet the standards of the two curricula, while a case was found in the field that there was a gap in student readiness in reading and writing Quran. The Effectiveness of Group Counseling Based on Islamic Value to Reduce The Late Behaviour of Students

Discipline is a positive and constructive force in shaping children's character related to the environment; the application of disciplinary values must be carried out continuously, to achieve all expected goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Islamic value-based group counselling to reduce students' late behaviour. The instrument used in this study was a late behaviour questionnaire. The research was conducted at one of Budi Mulia Utama Senior High School in East Jakarta, with 8 students as the research subject. The design that will be used is one group pretest-posttest design. The results of the t-test data analysis showed that Islamic value-based group counselling was effective in reducing students' late behaviour. The findings in the field show that students' late behaviour has decreased after being given group counselling services. Group counselling is carried out by internalizing Islamic values related to discipline in service content at each stage of its implementation. Cultivating Islamic values builds children's awareness of discipline and values time and forms a responsible character.

ANALISIS EVALUASI FORMATIF PADA MATERI PERSATUAN DAN KESATUAN BANGSA MATA PELAJARAN PKN KELAS IV DI SD BUDI MULIA CILEDUG

The purpose of this study was to analyze formative evaluations on the nation's unity and unity subject matter in class IV PKN subjects at SD Budi Mulia Ciledug. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive qualitative research design. The population that researchers took in this study were all students of grade IV Budi Mulia Elementary School consisting of 2 classes with a total of 40 students. Class IVA was selected as a sample because most of the students' learning outcomes were low on PKN lessons. Data collection tools obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. The findings generated in this study that with formative evaluation can increase student learning activities on PKN subjects and can improve learning outcomes, and students become active in working on the problems given by the teacher. Part of the students already understand the material because at the end of each lesson always given formative evaluation by the teacher. The evaluation used is multiple choice because it is more effective. Formative evaluation can increase student learning activities, this can be seen from the activeness of students when learning takes place and students always collect assignments on time.

Quality Analysis of Islamic Education Problem Based on Higher Order Thinking Skill Class V SDS Budi Mulia Medan

The purpose of this study was to analyze the theoretical quality of the subjects of Islamic Education class V SDS Budi Mulia is based on Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) based on aspects of material, construction, language and based on HOTS based on Bloom's Taxonomy of cognitive domains. This research was conducted at SDS Budi Mulia Medan Tanjung Mulia Hilir District Medan North Sumatra Province and the subject and object of research are Islamic Education teacher class V and Islamic Education questions in semester I Class V. The research method used is to use a qualitative approach and use the instrument of semester I Islamic Education questions and interviews with Islamic Education teachers to theoretically analyze the quality of items based on material, construction and language aspects and based on quality analysis of HOTS-based items. The results of the study of 35 multiple choice questions obtained the following results: (1) based on the analysis of the item quality aspects of the material feasibility of 91.42% (32 questions) worth using, there are some questions that do not meet the criteria such as material that is not in accordance with the composition, answer choices which is not homogeneous and logical and the existence of questions that do not have the answer key, (2) based on the analysis of the quality of the aspects of the construction feasibility of 88.57% (31 questions) are suitable to be used, there are some questions that do not meet the criteria such as the subject still gives clues to the answer key and the length of the choice of money answers are not the same, (3) based on the analysis of items about the aspect of language worthiness of 42.85% (20 questions) worth using, there are some questions that do not meet the criteria such as using language that is not in accordance with Indonesian language rules, and the choice of answers repeat the same word / group of words, and (4) Based on an analysis of the quality of items according to the Bloom domain's taxonomy cognitive can be concluded from 35 multiple choice questions obtained that there are 17 questions (48.6%) including the LOTS questions category with details C1 (remembering) = 8 questions (22.8%), C2 (understanding) = 3 questions (8 , 7%), C3 (applying) = 6 questions (17.1%). While the rest included in the HOTS questions category, however all of them were in the C4 criteria (Analysis) = 18 questions (51.4%) while none of the questions were in C5 and C6.

Systems Analysis of Food Service Management and Correlations of Food Acceptance, Food Intake with Nutritional Status of Elderly

Elderly in Indonesia who lived in urban areas, especially those living in institutions that were in malnutrition is 28.3% weight less, weight 6.7%, obesity 3.4% and ideal weight 42.4%. The purpose of this study was to analyze the system of food management, acceptance power, food intake against elderly nutritional status in social institution Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 01 Cipayung. The type of research used in this research was Observational with Cross-Sectional approach. Population in this research was all elderly in Social House Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 01 Cipayung. Sampling in this study was taken using Purposive Sampling method, with a total sample of 31 people. The data analysis was descriptive analysis, univariate and bivariate analysis using Chi-Square statistical test. The results showed that there was a relationship between food acceptance and nutritional status of the elderly and there was also a relationship between food intake with nutritional status of the elderly. Humanistic Learning of Social Studies at Junior High School of Budi Mulia 2 Yogyakarta Indonesia

The humanistic learning was done by emphasizing student-centered learning on natural and social phenomena. Unfortunately, only a few schools can realize humanist learning due to a variety of reasons and considerations. Budi Mulia 2 is one of the schools in Yogyakarta, Indonesia that realize humanistic social studies learning by providing a wide opportunity for students to seek information and reconstruct knowledge independently. The research aims to investigate the implementation of humanistic learning at junior high school in district of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The study was directing the survey method with sample of 63 students of 8th grade. Sample selection done by purposive sampling, because the social studies learning in its class carried out by humanists. Data analysis techniques were carried out with descriptive statistics to find the central tendency. The humanistic social studies learning at Budi Mulia 2 supported by the school’s vision and mission which view each individual as a unique personality. In that context, teachers use learning methods that place students as the subjects, thus allowing them to learn, explore and seek information independently. In general, Budi Mulia 2 students feel that the school has provided adequate facilities to support their learning activities. Teachers have given serious attention by providing support, motivation, and serving the students as well as possible.

ICT-based talent scouting in the 21st century

This article is based on research data in elementary schools (SD). This research is focused on a program called Talent Optimizing Program which is intended for students with special needs at Budi Mulia Dua Elementary School Yogyakarta. This school is one of the formal educational institutions with inclusion program facilities. This school implements inclusive education where education for normal children and children with special needs is held simultaneously regardless of their condition. Qualitative approach is used in this study by collecting data through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Informants choosing is done with snowball technique. For checking data credibility, it is done by using triangulation technique. The results of the study show that this school believes each individual is unique, hence respect and tolerance for differences must be made. These are the learning bases available at Budi Mulia Dua Elementary School Yogyakarta. This school provides services for students with special needs through adaptation of school curriculum, learning, assessment, and infrastructure. This school is a means for students with special needs to develop their talents and interests. Educators and education staffs in this school strive for making innovation continuously so students with special needs can take part in learning activities by adjusting to their conditions, developing their talents and interests through Talent Optimizing Programs.

GADGETS PLAYING BEHAVIOR OF STUDENTS IN INDONESIA

Purpose of the study: This study aims to describe the behavior of playing gadgets on Budi Mulia Dua Junior High School students in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, find the score of gadget playing behavior on Budi Mulia Dua Junior High School students in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, and find the dominant factor of gadget playing behavior on Budi Mulia Dua Junior High School Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
 Methodology: The method used in this study mix method research design with an exploratory mix method approach. The research subjects were students of Budi Mulia Dua Junior High School in Yogyakarta, Indonesia with a sample of 151 students, 7 teachers, 3 educational staff, and the head of Budi Mulia Dua Junior High School Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Research data were collected through observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation.
 Main Findings: The results of this study indicate that the gadgets playing behavior of students in Budi Mulia Dua Yogyakarta, Indonesia are included in the good category, which is in the range of scores between 379-492. The score of the gadgets playing behavior was 484.3.
 Applications of this study: The students still have emotionally stable and controlled when using gadgets, have self-control over the use of gadgets, still pay attention to personal health in the use of gadgets, and discipline in the selection of gadget usage.
 Novelty/Originality of this study: The novelty of this research confirms that the physical-motor condition in gadget playing behavior is the most dominant factor for creating good behavior for students in playing gadgets because the physical-motor becomes a reference in playing gadget behavior because physical-motor can reflect in a complex way how Student cognitive knowledge about gadgets. and their use, as well as how students are social-emotional when using gadgets.

Apakah Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja dan Kualitas Tidur Mempengaruhi Kelelahan Kerja pada Perawat di Rumah Sakit?

Background: Work fatigue is a feeling of fatigue and a decrease in alertness. The word fatigue indicates a different state of the body but all of them result in a decrease in work power and a decrease in the body's resistance to work. Work fatigue factor, contributes 50% or more to work accidents. This study aims to determine the correlation between workload, job stress and sleep quality with work fatigue on nurses in The Regional General Hospital of Bitung City and Budi Mulia Hospital Bitung City. Method: This study used cross sectional design. Respondents in this study were nurses who worked at Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Room and Inpatien Room in The Regional General Hospital of Bitung and Budi Mulia Hospital Bitung North Sulawesi Province. The instrument of this study used questionnaire. Results: The results showed there was correlation between workload (p = 0.000), job stress (p = 0.000) and sleep quality (p = 0.002) with work fatigue. Multivariate analysis showed that the variable most correlated to work fatigue is job stress (β=0.370). Conclusion: The conclusion in this study there was a correlation between workload, job stress, sleep quality with work fatigue on nurses in the Hospital. Job stress was the most correlated factor to work fatigue on nurses in the Hospital.

THE ROLE OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION IN REALIZING SOCIAL INTERACTION BASED ON MULTICULTURALISM AMONG STUDENTS OF DIFFERENT RELIGIONS IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS

this research seeks to reveal the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI)in realizing multiculturalism-based social interactions in elementary schools.PAI is one lesson in the national curriculum that is taught at each educationalinstitution. Islamic Religious Education is very appropriate to be carried out torealize harmonious social interaction among students of different religions basedon multiculturalism. This research was conducted at Taman HarapanElementary School and Bina Budi Mulia Elementary School Malang City, aprivate school that has multi-ethnic and multi-religious students. The problemsraised in this study are how is the role of PAI in realizing multiculturalism-basedsocial interaction among students of different religions in elementary schools?The research method used is qualitative and the research approach isphenomenology. The Researcher collected data through observation, interviewsand document review. Interviews were conducted with school principals, PAIteachers and students. The research results showed that Taman HarapanElementary School and Bina Budi Mulia Elementary School strongly supportedthe harmonious interaction of students of different religions in the schools. TheConducive social interactions occur in two forms, namely interactions within theclassroom, and social interactions outside the classroom. The social interaction inthe classroom takes place by working together, learning together, discussing andhelping each other. While the interactions outside the school take place inextracurricular activities such as sports, religious holidays, arts performances,outbound, and friendship interactions in the school environment.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE USE OF GADGET AND EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN

ABSTRACT Emotional development among preschool children is influenced by several factors. Preschool children are often exposed to gadgets. This study is intended to investigate the relationship between the use of gadgets and emotional development of preschool children. This research used analytic observational design with cross sectional approach. Sampling technique used probability sampling by cluster sampling which amounted to as many as 104 respondent with two research sites at Al-Fitroh and Budi Mulia kindergarten in Surabaya. The research instrument was questionnaires assesment both the use of gadgets of which validity and reability test has been under taken. Emotional development as measured by SDQ (Strenght Difficulties Questionnaire) questionnaire. The result of the research intensity and attitude use of gadget in preschool children were mostly found to experience in the moderate category. Emotional development is mostly in the borderline category. Based on the result of the Spearman's Rho test, which obtained a р value = 0.000 (ρ<0.05) with OR value = -0.363 which means that use of gadget and was less related with emotional development of preschool children. Use of gadget among preschool children should be controlled and assisted. Parent can by distract the children by introducing traditional games. FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENYEBAB TERJADINYA PENELANTARAN TERHADAP ORANG TUA YANG DILAKUKAN OLEH ANAK DALAM KAJIAN PASAL 5 UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 23 TAHUN 2004 TENTANG PENGHAPUSAN KEKERASAN DALAM RUMAH TANGGA (STUDI KASUS PENGHUNI PANTI SOSIAL TRESNA WERDHA BUDI MULIA 2 JELAMBAR TAHUN 2018-2019)

Many problems occur regarding the negative of parents by their children, intentionally or unintentionally, due to certain factors. Children should look after their parents by sending them to nursing homes, so that they can spend more time with their children. This obligation regulated in the Article 5 of Act/Law No. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence, thus it is not carried out in the applicable law by the community. The government currently only provides protection for the victims, but does not take action against the perpetrators of neglect. Most people are not aware of the government regulation about neglect of family members, the community also does not provide reports to the authorities in the event of neglect, that leads perpetrators keep increasing every year and not deter for doing it. The author, about this issue using empirical normative research. The object of research is Social Institution Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 2 Jelambar in the year 2018-2019.
