The purpose and objective of writing this paper is to understand the process of handling ship to ship (STS) dry bulk cargo of coal on MV. Ammar by PT. Peayaran Bahtera Adhiguna Padang Branch and the methods applied are the method (Library Research) and the fied method (Fied Study) by accuratey describing the Ship to Ship (STS) handling process for dry bulk coal cargo on the MV.Ammar which is carried out by PT. Peayaran Bahtera Adhiguna Padang Branch, where first make a Ship to Ship permit letter to the Harbor Master, permission to lift excavator heavy equipment to the Peindo pier and make a work order for the loading and unloading labor cooperative and if everything has been completed with permits for the inaportnet system and the fhinnisi system then Ship to Ship activities can begin. Burnout Sebagai Mediator Dalam Pengaruh Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

This study aims to determine the effect of workload on employee performance with burnout as a mediating variable in employees of Bank Nagari Pasar Raya Branch Padang. Workload is often considered a factor that affects employee performance, while burnout can arise as a result of excessive workload and impact performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0 method to test the relationship between workload, burnout, and employee performance variables. The results of the analysis show that workload has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Bank Nagari Pasar Raya Padang Branch. This means that, as workload increases, employee performance also increases. However, the results also reveal that burnout does not serve as a mediating variable in the relationship between workload and employee performance. This is due to the promising compensation provided by Bank Nagari Pasar Raya Padang Branch to its employees, which allows employees to manage work stress more effectively and prevent burnout that affects their performance. Thus, adequate compensation and good stress management can reduce the negative impact of high workload on burnout and employee performance. These findings provide important insights for human resource management in the banking industry, especially in designing workload and compensation policies that can maximize employee performance without causing burnout.

The Influence of Job Mindfulness on Emotional Exhaustion Through Psychological Distress and Workplace Bullying as Mediation Variables

This research aims to clearly prove the effect of job mindfulness on emotional exhaustion through psychological distress and workplace bullying as mediating variables in employees of Bank Nagari Main Branch, Padang. In the research, 141 people were selected using the census method. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to employees who fulfill the specified selection procedures. The data analysis method used is path analysis which is processed using Partial Least Square (PLS). Job mindfulness and psychological distress have no effect on the emotional exhaustion felt by employees of Bank Nagari Padang Main Branch, while workplace bullying has a positive effect on the emotional exhaustion felt by employees of Bank Nagari Main Branch Padang. In the hypothesis testing stage, it was also found that Job Mindfulness had a negative effect on the psychological distress felt by Bank Nagari Main Branch employees. Apart from that, Job Mindfulness has a negative effect on workplace bullying felt by employees in the Bank Nagari Padang Main Branch environment. In the indirect influence testing stage, it was found that psychological distress did not mediate the relationship between job mindfulness and emotional exhaustion felt by employees of Bank Nagari Main Branch, Padang, whereas in the second indirect influence test, it was found that Workplace bullying was able to mediate the relationship between job mindfulness and emotional exhaustion in Bank Nagari Branch employees at Padang main branch.

The Effect of Transformational Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Organizational Culture on Employee Loyalty of PT Sucofindo (Persero) Padang Branch

This study aims to investigate the influence of transformational leadership, work environment, and organizational culture on employee loyalty at PT Sucofindo (Persero) Padang Branch. Quantitative methods are used to analyze data collected through questionnaires distributed to company employees. The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee loyalty, with the better the application of these two factors, the higher the level of employee loyalty. However, the effect of organizational culture on employee loyalty is not statistically significant although positive. This research provides important insights for company management in understanding the factors that can increase employee loyalty, in the hope that it can provide a basis for developing more effective management strategies in maintaining a positive relationship between the company and its employees. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan di PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cabang Padang. Metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan perusahaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, dengan semakin baiknya penerapan kedua faktor tersebut, semakin tinggi tingkat loyalitas karyawan. Namun, pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan tidak signifikan secara statistik meskipun positif. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang penting bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam memahami faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan, dengan harapan dapat memberikan dasar bagi pengembangan strategi manajemen yang lebih efektif dalam memelihara hubungan positif antara perusahaan dan karyawannya. Hubungan antara Budaya Organisasi terhadap Employee Engagement pada Karyawan BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Padang

This research begins with the phenomenon of behavior shown by non-permanent employees of BPJS Health Padang Branch Office which leads to engagement related to the organizational culture of the company. The purpose of this research is to see how organizational culture is related to employee engagement in non-permanent employees of BPJS Health Padang Branch Office. The type used in this research is a quantitative correlational research method. The research subjects were 35 people obtained through saturated sampling techniques. The data collection tool uses an organizational culture scale consisting of 19 items with a reliability value of 0.919 and an employee engagement scale consisting of 16 items with a reliability value of 0.931. The data was processed using Karl Pearson's product moment correlation statistical technique. The research results with an rxy value of 0.814 with p=0.001 (p<0.01) show that there is a very significant positive relationship between organizational culture and employee engagement in non-permanent employees of BPJS Health Padang Branch Office. This shows that the better the organizational culture, the higher employee engagement among non-permanent employees of BPJS Health Padang Branch Office.

Exploring Business Potential Through the Application of Artificial Intelligence: Impact Analysis on Operational Efficiency, Decision Making, and Customer Experience

This article investigates the transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on business dynamics through multiple linear regression analysis. Using data from PT. Samudera Indonesia Padang Branch, this research evaluates the influence of operational efficiency with the application of AI (X1), decision making supported by AI technology (X2), and efforts to improve customer experience through AI innovation (X3) on the Evaluation of the Impact of AI-Based Marketing Strategy variables (dependent) . The results show a robust model, with an R-square value of 0.783, indicating that approximately 78.3% of the variability in the dependent variable is explained by the AI-driven predictor variables. Each variable demonstrated a positive and substantial impact, emphasizing the importance of AI in improving operational processes, decision making and customer interactions. The high F-square value of 47.342 confirms the statistical significance of the entire model. This study contributes to understanding how AI adoption in business drives innovation and success, providing valuable insights for organizations looking to harness the potential of AI in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

Employee Development Model Through Work Motivation at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Padang Branch

The This research aims to determine and attempt to analyze the influence of competency and work placement on employee development with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. RajawaliNusindo Padang Branch. This research is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS3.0 analysis tool. The population and sample of this research are employees of PT. Rajawali NusindoPadang Branch. The research results found that there is an influence between competency and work motivation. There is no influence between Job Placement and Work Motivation. There is no influence between Competency on Employee Development. There is no influence between Job Placement and Employee Development. There is an influence between Work Motivation on Employee Development. Work Motivation mediates Competence on Employee Development. Work Motivation does not mediate Job Placement on Employee Development.

This research aims to examine and determine the influence of attitude, subjective norms, and behavioral control on the interest of priority customers' deposits at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Padang Branch Office. This research is quantitative in nature. The primary data for this research were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to priority customers at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Padang Branch Office. The population of this study consisted of 272 individuals. The sampling technique used in this research was total sampling, resulting in a sample size of 272 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression and t-Statistical test. The research results indicate that attitude has a significant influence on the interest of customer deposits at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Padang Branch Office, as reflected by the significance value (Sig.) of 0.035, which is lower than < 0.05 (α). Subjective norms have a significant influence on the interest of customer deposits at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Padang Branch Office, as evidenced by a very low significance value, which is 0.000 < 0.05 (α). Behavioral control has a significant influence on the interest of customer deposits at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Padang Branch Office, as reflected in the very low significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 (α). The variables Attitude (X1), Subjective Norms (X2), and Behavioral Control (X3) are able to explain or influence the variable of customer deposit interest at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Padang Branch Office by 74.1%.

ANALISIS SERVICE QUALITY DAN CUSTOMER PERCEIVED VALUE TERHADAP CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MELALUI CUSTOMER TRUST SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI

This research aims to see the influence of service quality and customer perceived value on customer satisfaction through customer trust as a mediating variable at BPJS Employment Padang Branch Office. The population is all BPJS Employment Padang Branch Office participants. The sample criteria is that they have submitted a guarantee claim within the last 6 months. The number of samples in the study was 160 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses one-tailed statistical analysis, the hypothesis is accepted if the t-statistic value is > 1.65 and the significance value is < 0.05. The research results show that service quality and customer perceived value have a significant positive effect on customer trust, and service quality and customer trust have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, customer-perceived value does not affect customer satisfaction. Indirectly, service quality and customer perceived value influence customer satisfaction with customer trust as the mediation.

Pengaruh Motivasi, Kompensasi, dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Padang

This research aims to identify dominant indicators in the variables of employee performance, motivation, compensation, and organizational culture at PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Padang and to see the influence of motivation, compensation, and organizational culture partially and jointly on employee performance at PT. POS Indonesia (Persero). Research data using primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Padang branch on the street. Bagindo Aziz Chan, numbering 78 people. The technique for data analysis uses multiple linear regression, t-test, and F then the coefficient of determination. The research results include (1) The dominant indicator in the motivation variable is the need for security with an average of 4.20 with a TCR of 84.00%. The dominant indicator in the compensation variable is allowances with an average of 4.22 with a TCR of 84.40%. The dominant indicator of organizational culture is performance with an average of 4.10 and a TCR of 82.00%. The dominant indicator of employee performance is work quantity with an average of 4.21 and TCR of 84.20%.

This study aims to test training on employee performance, to test HR development on employee performance. This research was conducted at Bank Nagari, Siteba Padang Branch. Sampling method using a total saturated sampling of 40 samples. Data analysis techniques used were validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, and t test. The results of the study show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And HR development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. So it can be concluded that the training was received and human resource development was received.

The sampling technique used was a proportional cluster sampling technique so that a sample of 79 people was obtained. The data analysis technique used is regression analysis . Hypothesis testing in this study was carried out with the f test and t test. The results of the study show that : (1) Work motivation has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance at PT Telkom Padang branch , (2) Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance at PT Telkom Padang branch .

Android-Based Claim System for Electricity Network Customers of PLN Padang Branch

The Padang branch of the State Electricity Company (PLN) is a BUMN responsible for the electricity aspect. Complaints about various electricity problems are difficult for customers, so it is necessary to have a system that can be used as a place for protests and increase PLN's loyalty to customers. The Android-based Claim System is a new application developed to be used by customers as a forum for complaints about electrical problems to the Padang branch of PLN. The Claim System is made into two parts: a Website-based System for PLN and an Android-based Claim Application for customers. Application development using the OOP concept uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams with the PHP MySql and Android programming languages. The test results were carried out using black box testing with the relevant results. The data of 35 respondents from the assessment questionnaire on the claims system obtained results with an Excellent rating of 78%, a Good rating of 21%, and a Bad rating of 2%. From the analysis results, the Claim System supported by this Android-based Client application can help customers complain about electrical problems quickly and easily.

This study objectives to analyze the comparison of customer satisfaction before and during lockdown at Bank Nagari Main Branch Padang. Samples of this studied were 100 respondens who were customers of Bank Nagari in Padang. Analysis used the paired sample t test with results conclude for the customer satisfaction variable, explain a difference in customer satisfaction before and during lockdown as indicated the value of significancy is 0.000 < 0.05. The customer satisfaction variable can be concluded that there is a difference in customer satisfaction based on the dimensions of tangible before and during lockdown because the value of significance is 0.010 < 0.05. The customer satisfaction variable can be concluded that there is a difference in customer satisfaction based on the reliability dimension before and during lockdown it indicated by a significance of value is 0.040 < 0.05. The customer satisfaction variable that can be concluded there is a difference in customer satisfaction based on the responsiveness dimension before and during lockdown by a significance value is 0.030 < 0.05. The customer satisfaction variable indicated that there is a difference in customer satisfaction based on the assurance dimension before and during lockdown obtained a significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. The customer satisfaction variable can be concluded that there is a difference in customer satisfaction based on the empathy dimension before and during lockdown because the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. Effect of Interest Rate and Inflation on Deposit Amount at Bank Nagari Padang Main Branch

This study aims to determine interest rates and inflation on the number of deposits at Bank Nagari Main Branch Padang. This study uses quantitative methods. The type of data used by the author is time series data. Sources of data that researchers use is secondary data. The secondary data that the author uses is in the form of financial report data for 2016-2020 from the official websites of Bank Nagari and Bank Indonesia through the websites www.banknagari.co.id and www.bi.go.id. In this study, the author uses the method of documenting a company's report. Based on the study results, interest rates have an effect on the number of deposits, inflation has no effect on the number of deposits and interest rates and inflation have a simultaneous effect on the number of deposits.
