Dynamic Approval Matrix Application Design for Technical Department Document Change Request Application

This study discusses problems on the website of the NPPS companywhich will also be used by its branch company, namely NPPSLK.While the website currently only supports one company, it isnecessary to develop the website to become multicompany. If thewebsite is made multicompany, then the applications in it areautomatically adjusted. One of the applications on the website is anapplication with systematic approval, namely the Dynamic ApprovalMatrix (DAM). DAM was developed to be able to supportmulticompany, support flow management features, status, andapproval actions for each company. So, a multi-company configuration is carried out on one system, and using the waterfall method with steps. Advance Dynamic ApprovalMatrix (ADAM) was created as multi-enterprise support DAMdevelopment. So, it can be used by multi-company. ADAM is madeusing waterfall method using Odoo with Python, XML, andPostgreSQL. The app contains forms to manage related apps, approvalflow settings, multi-company, status settings, and Call-to-Actionbuttons to facilitate document approval. The ADAM application has been tested on the TDCR application using black box indicator with the conclusion that website results aremore effective and efficient because it can be used by multicompany,and administrators can freely adjust according to company needs.

CURRENT ACTIVITIES OF TRANSNATIONAL BANKS IN THE GLOBAL ECONOMY

The article defines modern trends of transnationalization in the international banking sphere. The prerequisites for the formation and development of globalization processes in the financial and banking sphere are considered: economic factors, technological and international legal factors. The general definition of a transnational bank is substantiated, the essence of which can be considered in the context of quantitative and qualitative aspects of its definition. A general definition of a transnational bank is provided as a bank that carries out operations in more than one country. The most characteristic trends in the development of transnationalization of the international banking business are outlined, which include the universalization of bank activity, the growth of competition in the banking sector, the liberalization of banking operations, and the growth of innovative activity of banks. The negative consequences of the development of international banking operations are also determined. The characteristic trends of transnationalization in the banking sphere were studied and the leading transnational banks were selected by the level of market capitalization. The peculiarities of the development of the domestic banking system, which is considered as an attractive host area for transnationalization processes, are evaluated. The influence of transnational banks on the economy of the host country and its banking system is considered from the point of view of the consequences of financial liberalization of the world economy as a whole and the development of the domestic financial sector. Identified obstacles on the way to the formation of Ukrainian transnational structures: the instability of the economic and political situation in the state; underdevelopment of the legislative framework in matters of the status and activities of transnational corporations; strong competition from existing global multinational corporations; lack of an appropriate innovation base that could compete with the technologies of foreign multinational corporations; relatively low level of management; high «tinization» of the economy; high level of inflation, etc. The main reasons that caused the changes in the banking sector in modern globalization conditions are proven: the unification of the activities of the real sector of the economy and the financial system of the countries of the world, convergence of the rules for regulating internal and external operations; formation of a network of branches of transnational companies; transformation of the international capital market into an independent factor in the development of the world economy; increase in the share of international operations of banks in the total volume of operations. On the basis of the conducted analysis, suggestions are provided regarding the further development of the activities of transnational banks in the world economy.

Resource Conservation as the Main Factor in Increasing the Resource Efficiency of Russian Gas Companies

The complex modern trends in the growth of the consumption of raw hydrocarbon materials around the world, and as a consequence their accelerated depletion, have forced oil and gas industry enterprises to identify progressive resource-saving methods and technologies. Such methods could enable the environmental and technological effects of production processes to be achieved under conditions of sustainable economic development and with a policy of balanced consumption and resource provision. This research is devoted to the improvement of the scientific and methodological foundations and the development of predictive and analytical tools for assessing the efficiency of resource use in gas industry enterprises. With the application of the proposed instruments, we carry out simulation modeling of the efficiency of natural gas production, processing and pipeline transportation companies. In the course of a comparative analysis of the efficiency indicators for Russian gas companies, a resource-efficient variant of their development is selected and the most promising business projects are identified. Three branch companies of the Russian gas industry are accepted as the objects of the research in this study. As a result of the conducted approbation process, it is revealed that the existing practice of assessing consumption and resource provision in companies in the industry, as well as the use of methods and approaches to resource conservation, does not have a single and complex character. The methodology proposed by the authors makes it possible to approach industry companies with the same set of indicators, systematize and calculate them, identify existing unused reserves for resource conservation and identify promising resource-efficient projects.

The present paper focuses on the U.S. direct investment in European countries. To date Europe attracted 60 % of the total volume of US global investment. These ties become more complex, covering a growing number of different fields of activities. The study of this issue implies the analysis of the modern features of outward FDI fl ows and the main directions of their placement in Europe. New technologies have made noticeable changes in the usual investment pattern. A global presence without significant FDI is becoming the most important trend in the international activities of companies. However, 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act which fi rst turned capital outfl ows negative, and hen resolved the tax liability overhang on overseas assets, which have contributed to a jump in cross-border M&A purchases by United States MNEs. Thus, FDI fl ows have received a powerful impetus, including investment growth opportunities in European countries. The top countries receiving US FDI: аre Great Britain (identical US business conditions), Luxembourg and the Netherlands (minimizing tax bills), Ireland (export platform). France and Germany are also joining these countries. The most important directions in the industrial structure of US FDI are the information, the service sector, the chemical industry, including pharmaceuticals. The increased role of intangible assets forces branches of American companies to increase their attention to R&D. Europe remains one of the most competitive regions in the world in terms of scientific and technical potential.

JOB BURNOUT AND FLEXIBLE WORKING ARRANGEMENT ASSOCIATIONS ON EMPLOYEE WELLBEING WITH PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT AS MEDIATOR: A STUDY DURING PANDEMIC

This study investigated the association between job burnout and flexible working arrangement on employee wellbeing with perceived organizational support as a mediator. The study is conducted on 127 employees of an Indonesian telecommunication company. The data is obtained between November 2021 and January 2022 using an anonymous online survey. We employ the partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method to analyze the data. The result finds that the level of employees' job burnout is in a low category. In addition, the employees have a positive view of the FWA implementation. As for POS, the employees perceive adequate POS. The findings also reveal that the employees have a sufficiently good well-being level. Furthermore, the statistical analysis shows that the POS variable is influenced by JB and FWA variables; and has a positive and significant effect on the EW variable. In addition, JB and FWA variables have a positive and significant effect on EW, either directly or mediated by the POS variable. Note that this research was conducted at the branch of the telecommunication company at a province level. Hence, the result might not represent the employees throughout Indonesia. Moreover, the variables of interest were limited to job burnout, FWA, POS, and employee wellbeing, making a relatively limited number of operational variables. Finally, the research findings contribute to the HRM to improve the organization through employee wellbeing management.

Managing Strategic Changes in Personnel Resistance to Open Innovation in Companies

The aim of the work is to develop theoretical, methodological, and applied foundations and practical recommendations for managing strategic changes in personnel resistance to open innovations in companies. The following special methods were used in the research process: Comparative and economic-statistical analysis—to assess the level of unique, threshold, and average opportunities for resistance to changes in open innovation; ranking—to assess the development of corporate culture. The main method of study was expert evaluation through questionnaires. The experts were middle managers of five branches of international car companies in Poland: Fiat, Opel, Toyota, Volkswagen, and Volvo. The reason for choosing these companies is that they collectively occupy 85% of the Polish automotive market. Resistance to open innovations usually arises at the individual level of personnel and is addressed through informational and motivational measures. According to the study, the threat to strategic change management in companies is system resistance for Opel and Toyota. This allowed us to draw a conclusion on the development of a predominantly fiduciary corporate culture, which minimizes the resistance to open innovation in companies. Approbation of the approaches of the companies under study proved that in the current conditions, there is a combination of different types of strategies. Recommendations regarding the choice of change strategies are substantiated for all the companies under study.

Organizational Commitment Boost Up In Human Resource Point of View

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, work environment, motivation and career development on organizational commitment. Research was done in one of the Indonesian mail company branch located in Jakarta. The population in this study was 531 employees. The sample used was 84 employees. Data collection method is using a survey with questioner as research instrument. This study proves that the transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The work environment has no significant effect on organizational commitment. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment.

Improving The Web Services for Remittance Company: Express Remit as a Case Study

For centuries, remittance services have played a critical role in the economics of numerous countries. Expess Remit is a Malaysian remittance company that provides remittance services via wire transfer and electronic network system, with the goal of becoming one of the world's leading remittance service providers. The company's processing system is highly fast and secure, but the data integration between the company's branches and its correspondent banks and agents has to be improved and fully connected. This report will aid us in determining whether the web services we intend to install in the organization will aid in data process integration.

Controlling Supplier Supply Stability with High Demand During the Covid-19 Pandemic at PT PQS

<p class="02abstracttext">COVID-19 with a snap into a very influential factor in all sectors of the economy worldwide. The decrease in demand is also strongly felt in the manufacturing sector in Indonesia, even there are some factories were forced to have to lay off thousands of employees because it is not able to pay the salaries of employees. The opposite condition was experienced by PT PQS Indonesia, which experienced an increase in demand by 40% compared to the average demand for 6 months before COVID-19, because some of the company's branches in other countries had stopped production because they had to follow local government policies. Eventually all orders were sent to be produced at PT PQS Indonesia. The increase in demand does not mean that PT PQS Indonesia did not experience obstacles during the COVID-19 pandemic, the problem faced was the decline in delivery performance from suppliers, which impacted on the reduced stock of raw material stock and could even lead to production stops. This is because the suppliers were affected by Covid-19. This is a challenge because PT PQS has dozens of suppliers at home and abroad. To repeat this so that production does not stop, PT PQS Indonesia added a feature to help control supplier delivery performance. In 2018 the average delivery performance is only 60% — 70%, and the management target is 90% for local suppliers and 85% for overseas. This “Supplier Delivery Performance” feature really helps the procurement team to control the arrival of goods and provide information to suppliers related to their delivery performance, as well as being one of the index KPIs to evaluate supplier performance for one year before the Annual Vendor Meeting is held. To create a “Supplier Delivery Performance” index, PT PQS must also create SOPs or standardize them so that all relevant suppliers and procurement teams can easily understand them.<strong> </strong></p>

Turnover Intention in a Conventional Bank: How is it Related to Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, and Hijrah?

Every company activity is carried out by human resources, a valuable asset for the company. If a company has competent, loyal and tough employees, then, of course, the company’s progress can be seen more quickly. The turnover phenomenon is one of the problems that are often faced by companies, including those faced by the management of Company XYZ, a branch of banking company in West Sumatra. Thus, it is necessary to know the factors influencing turnover intention, including job satisfaction, job stress, and moving from conventional banks. This study aims to measure and analyze the effect of these three variables on employee turnover intention and analyze the critical factors at Company XYZ. Quantitative research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the population with 99 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart-PLS software. The study results found that job satisfaction had a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention. Furthermore, work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. The last variable is hijrah from conventional banks, a critical factor that positively influences turnover intention with a t-value of 6.350.

DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES AS MODERN INSTRUMENTS OF THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN THE ENTERPRISES OF THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY

From the point of view of business efficiency, digitalization is focused on integrating artificial intelligence, software products into the production process and the process of effective management decisions to solve current situations and solve problems based on ready-made decision algorithms based on real performance indicators. By adapting software resources to the work of enterprises and ensuring not only our own economic security, but above all, we form an unprecedented value to the consumer, assessing their needs and personally meeting their requirements, standards and wishes. This approach helps to increase the level of competitiveness of the enterprise in the market, which is extremely important especially for the hospitality industry, where you need a personal approach to each client. Often, hospitality companies carry out several activities, and the management of the entire production process should be organized in a single technological cycle, for the convenience of the client. It is with the help of software products that it becomes possible to combine completely different technological processes of separate divisions or departments of the enterprise into a single system with the ability to differentiate each type of work and evaluate the results of their activities and individual business processes. Modern software products make it possible to ensure the synergistic effect of the work of separate structural units or even branches of companies. The rapid development of software products encourages companies to move to an innovative type of development, trying to be the first to adapt new tools to their own business. By linking all systems into a single mechanism, we have real-time analytical data that allows us to: track the strengths and weaknesses of the business; understand the economics of the whole process of providing services and be able to quickly correct situations; focus on those channels from which users are most converted to real customers. Therefore, it is important to explore the basic tools of digital technologies that can be effectively used in the process of doing business and increase its competitiveness.

The Correlation between Motivation and Performance for Supervisory Roles

In a knowledge-based organization, the employees, as holders of intangible knowledge, play a particularly important role in these organizations, as they can foster productivity, creativity, and innovation that ultimately leads to high performance. The scope of our study is to see if a higher intrinsic motivation, tracked by using Charles Handy’s four “E” factors: effort, energy, excitement, and expenditure, is related to a higher organizational performance for supervisors in the Romanian branch of a multinational company. We have used a quantitative method, by administering a questionnaire, with Likert scale questions, to a sample of 57 supervisors, then correlating their score with the performance score they have obtained from their direct supervisor. The results revealed that there is undeniably a connection between the importance that employees are self-imposing on the “E” factors when they are in pursuit of achieving organizational goals, that is, bringing a higher organizational performance.

MANAJEMEN RESIKO PADA PENGUJIAN ROV DI PT. SAMUDERA OCEANEERING

PT. Samudera Oceaneering is a branch of Oceaneering International Incorporated with main focus on the oil and gas industry. As a branch company of ROV, PT. Samudera Oceaneering always ensures that the ROV that will be sent for underwater works is in top notch condition and has been tested prior to the project to ensure all the functions are working properly and meet the specifications set by the client. In this internship the author takes a specific topic of risk management on ROV testing at PT. Samudera Oceaneering. Hazard identification is carried out in detail on the ROV testing process using the JSEA method. The risk assessment in the ROV testing process was obtained with the majority of the testing process being at high risk level. Based on the results of the risk assessment, the recommendation for risk control on the potential hazards that exist including installing a barricade in the test area, using the right PPE and tooling that is in good condition, ensuring that each item used has passed the test and is certified.

Relational norms and satisfaction with interorganizational cooperation

Purpose This study aims to analyze the effects of interorganizational cost management and opportunism on the reflexes of relational norms on satisfaction with interorganizational cooperation in franchised companies. The collective synergy arising from these relationships mainly seeks to increase competitiveness and commercial development. Windolph and Moeller observed that interorganizational cost management increases satisfaction in the relationship with partners, while relational norms attenuate the negative effect on supplier satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach A survey was carried out with managers of franchised companies in the food industry. The managers were identified on the social network Linkedin. After that, an invitation was sent to participate in the research. A total of 88 valid responses were obtained. The questionnaire consists of 40 extracted assertions. A pre-test was carried out to verify the comprehensibility of the wording of the assertions. Structural equation modeling with partial least squares (PLS-SEM) was used for data analysis. For analysis, validation and adequacy tests of the model were carried out, and executed in the software SmartPLS. Findings Survey results reveal that interorganizational cost management increases franchisor relationship satisfaction. Relational social norms mitigate the negative effect of opportunism on satisfaction with cooperation. And interorganizational cost management plays an important role in the relationship between relational norms and satisfaction with cooperation between franchisor and franchisees. Research limitations/implications However, limitations resulting from the methodological design of the research must be considered in the interpretation of the results, at the same time that they provide opportunities for new research. As for the methodological aspects, the study cannot be generalized to other branches of companies, because it is a sector with franchises with specific characteristics. It should also be considered that the study was limited to investigating the proposed model, but other constructs can be observed in the literature. Finally, to empirically assess the constructs of the theoretical model, research instruments from studies other than those considered here can be used. Practical implications This study contributes with relevant literature and the management practice of interorganizational cooperation by empirically demonstrating the importance of interorganizational cost management as a management control mechanism and to mitigate the effects of opportunism between franchisor and franchisees. Social implications It also contributes to the inclusion of social norms in the relationship between franchisor and franchisees with a view to increasing franchisee satisfaction with their franchisor, which also aims to mitigate the impacts of opportunism in this relationship. It contributes to the social order, as they reveal ways to mitigate possible conflicts between franchisor and franchisee and generate greater transparency in the relationship. Originality/value This study is justified by the fact that it investigates relational aspects of cooperation between franchisor and franchisees, a form of interorganizational cooperation that is growing in the market. It is also justified by highlighting the importance of interorganizational cost management as a means of mitigating the opportunistic effects between franchisor and franchisees, proving to be an important management mechanism. Research is especially important because interorganizational strategies have been spreading in corporate environments (Dekker, Ding & Groot, 2016) and the maintenance of the relationship is dependent on satisfaction with cooperation.

Use of Economic and Mathematical Modeling Tools in Planning Investments in Fixed Assets

In order to maximize the effectiveness of fixed assets use it is necessary to assess the impact of organizational factors on capital productivity of fixed assets, and also to assess the feasibility of capital investment in fixed assets. The purposes of the study are to design an economic-mathematical model that makes it possible to predict a value of capital productivity knowing the values of different factors, as well as to calculate the effectiveness of capital investment in fixed assets on the example of the regional branch of Tatarstan Energy Company. During the correlation and regression analysis of the Tatarstan energy company branch, the authors found that the cost of the active part of fixed assets has the greatest impact on the capital productivity of fixed assets, so the company is recommended to increase the active part of fixed assets. The proposed approach to scenario forecasting of capital investments in fixed assets allows to assess the prospects for changes in the company's financial performance as a result indicator of the company's performance.

PT. Prada Bangun Persada is a branch company that has a headoffice in the Jakarta area which is engaged in the field of SportsEquipment which has staff that must be managed properly. In thismanagement, the company makes an annual performance report,one of which contains a report on staffing. PT. Prada BangunPersada has several sections in the organizational structure, one ofwhich is the general responsibility section and the finance section.The general responsibility department and the finance department inthis company do not yet have an efficient personnel informationsystem application and are still processing data manually, resultingin various obstacles. Constraints experienced by the general personin charge are still using paper forms in making employee data andsubmitting employee letters so that they are less efficient and alwaysprovide paper forms. Then the storage of these letters still uses theirrespective folders based on the type of letter so that it is difficult toaccess and search for employee data and it is not safe if the storageis still using a folder and sometimes its validation is not handledproperly. Then in the finance department in the employee payrollprocess, which still calculates and saves with Microsoft excel formatfiles which causes low security and confidentiality of employeepayroll data at risk of file damage if exposed to a virus andemployees can easily access the file. This Personnel InformationSystem uses a 2-step method. First, the data collection method wascarried out in three ways, namely the observation method, theinterview method and the literature study. Second, the systemdevelopment method that will be used is the waterfall systemdevelopment method, and uses UML (Unified Modeling Language)notation as tools.

Assuming that there is a significant correlation between the dimensions of relationship marketing and the value of the customer, and a significant effect of the dimensions of relationship marketing on the value of the customer, the Master Card Palm Company was chosen, being one of the leading companies in the field of providing marketing and financial services to the beneficiary customers, as the research sample amounted to (50) male and female employees. They work in the branches of the company in question in the city of Baghdad. The descriptive and analytical approach was used for the main research variables, and the extraction of correlation and regression relationships, and a number of conclusions were reached, the most important of which were: Relationship marketing works to provide marketing and financial services to customers who benefit from the company's services in an orderly and integrated manner, which would be reflected in raising the value of the customer. Penerapan Algoritma Rivest Shamir Adleman Untuk Meningkatkan Keamanan Virtual Private Network

Data and information security of an organization or company is very important. Data in an organization or company has important information for the sustainability of a company, as well as PT Karya Gemilang Plasindo. In order to increase the productivity and speed of information data, a VPN (Virtual Private Network) technology was built to connect the branch company and some employees who work on a mobility. But in practice there is a gap in the VPN (Virtual Private Network) technology used, the management of devices and users is irregular because the connecting process is only a username and password. The solution is to increase security in VPN (Virtual Private Network) technology by changing the VPN (Virtual Private Network) protocol and adding a certificate to limit devices that can connect to the intranet network. Previously, VPN (Virtual Private Network) technology used the PPTP (Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol) protocol. These deficiencies are solved by changing the protocol to SSTP (Secure Socket Tunneling Protocol) and creating a certificate as the identity of a device while limiting the devices that can connect to the intranet network. The design in this study used RnD (Research and Development) and the results were tested using the Validity Test and Reliability Test with the KR 20 technique (Kuder Richardson). This test is tested using a questionnaire about the level of security of the latest technology to users. The test results to be achieved are the increased security of VPN (Virtual Private Network) on the designed intranet network that is considered to be able to maintain data and information security at PT Karya Gemilang Plasindo

An Investigation to the Industry 4.0 Readiness of Manufacturing Enterprises

The visions of what constitutes Industry 4.0 is an industry based on gains in efficiency and productivity enhancements supported by integrated, smart information systems. This has caused information systems strategic misalignment that present a severe barrier to national and organizational aspirations. This paper studies the readiness of manufacturing companies for Industry 4.0 by using a case study of Chinese multinational enterprise in the aluminum production sector. The research design follows a rigorous grounded theory approach, which consisted of 41 semi-structured interviews in 7 different company branches. Based on this case study, the paper proposes an IS strategic misalignment model that identifies three levels of misalignment that need to be resolved before the vision of the smart industry can be realized. Six main categories of causes and five main categories of consequences of IS strategic misalignment are presented. This study contributes to the IS alignment literature and provides important implications for the achievement of Industry 4.0 in practice.

Implementation of the learning civic community model in financial accounting learning process continuation: Economic education college student

This study aims to determine whether the Civic Community Learning model that uses the Citizenship Economics approach, which can improve the acquisition of learning outcomes and student learning activities in the Advanced Financial Accounting course, is right on the topic of accounting for branch companies in Economic Education Studies Program. The approach used in this research is qualitative. The method used is action research. Researchers are the key instrument. Data collection techniques are carried out through learning outcomes tests and rubrics for assessing student activities, data analysis is inductive, and qualitative research results emphasize meaning rather than generalization first. Establish performance indicators for the success of each given action. The data sources in this study were students in the third semester of the 2020/2021 academic year majoring in social studies education, economic education study program. This study involved 33-semester 3rd students of the economics study program for the 2020/2021 academic year. This study shows that the acquisition of student learning outcomes and student learning activities taught with the Learning Community learning model in the subject matter of Advanced Financial Accounting, Corporate Accounting Branch has increased.
