THE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF BANK BPD DIY PRE AND POST COVID-19 PANDEMIC

The outbreak of Covid-19 2019 had an impact on the decline in the economy of the Special Region of Yogyakarta and the financial performance of Bank BPD DIY. This study aims to analyze differences in the performance of Financial Performance and ROA values ​​of Bank BPD DIY between 2019, 2020, and 2021. The research method uses the Independent Sample T-Test. The population and sample using monthly financial statements are 36 samples. The results of the study show that in 2019, 2020 and 2021. Bank BPD DIY assets have decreased. The results of the independent test of the t-test sample show that there are differences in the financial performance of Bank BPD DIY between 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Credit Guarantee the National Economic Recovery Program (PEN) for MSMEs: A Case Study of MSMEs for Bank Pembangunan Daerah DIY

In recent months the world has been shocked by a deadly virus, namely Coronavirus Disease 2019 or better known as the COVID-19 virus, which causes a health crisis and an economic crisis. National Economic Recovery or PEN is one of the policies to improve the country's economic conditions due to the COVID-19 pandemic which has a systemic impact. The impact affects almost all sectors, including the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises sector. This study aims to analyze credit guarantees on MSME income in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with UMKM recipients of PEN program assistance through Bank BPD DIY as respondents. The collection technique was through interviews and questionnaires with a total sample of 30 respondents and selected based on the purposive sampling method. The rate of return and the questionnaire that can be processed is 100%. From the results of interviews that have been carried out, it was concluded that in general new working capital credit guarantees help entrepreneurs in recovering MSME businesses due to being affected by COVID-19. The results of this study are in accordance with the Government's target that the assistance in credit guarantees helps micro-enterprises to increase their business income.

Difusi Inovasi Metode Pembayaran Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard oleh Bank BPD Bali

Efforts to diffuse the innovation of the quick response Indonesian standard (QRIS) payment method by Bank BPD Bali as one of the BUMD Banks in Bali Province. The Diffusion Theory of Innovation from Everett M. Rogers provides a novelty of theoretical analysis, especially the Sociology of Communication. The research was conducted using structured interviews, non-participatory documentation and documentation. Research conducted from November 2021 to July 2022 resulted in the findings of the QRIS innovation diffusion process adjusting to customer acceptance, characteristics of merchants and the heterogeneous community in Bali Province. The process of diffusion of innovation starts from the needs, experience and knowledge considering the advantages and disadvantages in determining decisions. The decision to choose or not to use QRIS is determined by the confirmation of the decision considerations. The differences in QRIS adopters are divided into innovators, early adopters, early majority, late majority and laggards.

Pengaruh Pengetahuan Tentang Bank Syariah, Religiusitas, Lingkungan Sosial, Dan Uang Saku Terhadap Minat Menabung Mahasiswa Di Bank Syariah (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa STIE Bank BPD Jateng)

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge about islamic banking, religiosity, social environtment, and pocket money on student in saving at islamic banks. The data used in this study is primary data based on a sample of 133 respondent of STIE Bank BPD Central Java taken by purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data was processed using the Statistical Product Service Solutions (SPSS) analysis tool. By using multiple linear regression anaysis shows that knowledge of islamic banks, religiosity, social environment, and pocket money can explain the variable interest in saving by 79,1 percent. With the result of the analysis which shows that the variables of knowledge about islamic banks, religiosity, and social environtment have a significance of respectively 0,000 < 0,05; 0,012 < 0,05’ and 0,000 < 0,05, which means that the variables of knowledge about islamic banks, religiosity, and social environtment have a significant influence on student’s saving interest in islamic banks. While the pocket money variable has a significance of 0,208 > 0,05, which means that pocket money has no effect on interest in saving in islamic banks.

KARAKTERISTIK PEKERJAAN, KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN BANK BPD DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA CABANG SENOPATI

This study aims to determine the effect of Job characteristic and Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance. The data was collected from all the employees of The Senopati Branch of Bank BPD Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta as respondents through questionnaire, Likert scale 1-5. The Data was analyzed by Multiple Linear Regression. The Results showed that Job Characteristic and Transformational Leadership influenced Employee Performance positively and significantly.

The Effect of Islamic Work Ethics and Affective Commitment on Quality of Work Life and Turnover Intention of Sharia Bank

Maintaining the good performance of an employee must continue to be carried out by the company. This can be done by controlling the quality of work life and intention to leave, both of which are considered to be influenced by Islamic work ethics and affective commitment. Therefore, this study examined the effect of Islamic work ethic and affective commitment on the quality of work life and intention to leave. The object of this research is Bank BPD DIY Syariah. In this quantitative study, data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to employees of Bank BPD DIY Syariah. The questionnaires used in this study were 55 questionnaires that were analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The test results show the positive influence of Islamic work ethic and affective commitment on the quality of work life. It was also found that the negative effect of Islamic work ethic on the intention to leave, while affective commitment had no effect on the intention to leave. Employees with Islamic work ethics and affective commitment show attitudes encouraging them to do their best. Employees focus on self-achievement, the relationship between employees and the company’s achievements. For this reason, bank management is expected to take several steps in order to improve Islamic work ethics and affective commitment to employees, such as incorporating Islamic work ethic values ​​in corporate culture and paying more attention to the needs and desires of employees.

Money waqf is one of the instruments of Islamic philanthropy that plays a role in empowering the economy for the benefit of society. However, not many people have received education about cash waqf and its management. Especially the people in Central Java Province. Based on the results of a survey conducted by the STIE Bank BPD Central Java community service team randomly by conducting interviews with the community and MSMEs, it was found that there were still few people who understood waqf and its derivative types such as cash waqf. Even if they know, it is only limited to waqf for mosques, schools and graveyards. Therefore, STIE Bank BPD Central Java's internal community service was created with the aim of providing alternative solutions for community and MSME empowerment in Central Java province during the COVID-19 pandemic, by creating fintech for the management of cash waqf for community empowerment and MSMEs. The cash waqf management model is carried out by creating a crowdfunding platform-based organization with a waqf contract. The collected cash waqf funds are used for community empowerment andMSMEs in Central Java who have been affected by the COVID19 pandemic with a profit-sharing agreement. Profit sharing from the community and MSMEs is used for fintech operations, crowdfunding of waqf and equitable distribution of income to people in need. Meanwhile, the waqf funds returned from the profit-sharing contract are used for repeated empowerment of the community and MSMEs in rotation

E-WALLET: MAKE USERS MORE CONSUMPTIVE?

This study aims to determine the differences in consumer behaviour before and after having an e-wallet. The unit of analysis is students by taking a sample of STIE Bank BPD Jateng students. The analytical method used is the Paired Sample T-Test to prove whether there are significant differences. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in consumptive behaviour before and after having an e-wallet.

This study describes the Financial Performance Analysis of PT Bank BPD DIY and PT BPD Jawa Barat and Banten Tbk by comparing financial performance in financial statements using analysis of liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, and solvency ratios in the 2016-2018 period. Both are companies owned by Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD). PT Bank BPD DIY is a BUMD managed privately in its capital and share ownership, in contrast to PT BPD Jawa Barat and Banten Tbk, which have "go public" in share ownership managed openly. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements obtained from each company in balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other supporting data. This research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The purpose of this study was to analyze the financial performance of the two companies viewed from the liquidity aspect to determine the extent to which the company could cover its current liabilities using current assets owned by each company. Then measure the performance of the two companies seen from the company's ability to generate profits in each accounting period. From these two aspects, it is also necessary to look at the solvency aspect by measuring the assets owned by the company by comparing it with all assets owned and the capital owned by a comparison of its liabilities. Then, from the two companies' measurements, a conclusion can be drawn. The results showed that the financial performance of the two companies went well from the analysis of liquidity, solvency, and profitability.

Analisis SWOT Pemasaran Produk Qris Ultimate Automated Transaction (QUAT) Pada Bank BPD DIY Syariah

The development of digital technology today must be addressed appropriately by banks, including Islamic banking. Islamic banking must accommodate changes in customer behaviour that currently prefer speed, practicality and updates to technology to survive in increasingly tough competition. Bank BPD DIY Syariah, as the Sharia Business Unit of the Bank BPD DIY, is also required to meet customer needs in transaction services, one of which done through the QRIS Ultimate Automated Transaction Product. This study aims to find how the marketing of QUAT products carried out by BPD DIY Syariah as a strategy to improve services for customers. Implementation of Balance Principles in Banking Credit Agreements (Study of Bank Jateng Purwokerto Wage Market Branch)

Notary is a public official who is authorized to make an authentic deed. Authentic Deed is a legal document that is very important for banks to secure their transactions, in practice the use of a deed under the hand is still rife in banks. This is evident from the still many uses of standard contracts in credit agreements. Credit agreements whose standard forms are unbalanced to provide a strong legal umbrella in providing consumer protection in the financial services sector. OJK issued Regulation Number: 1 / POJK.07 / 2013, with the entry into force of the POJK, clearly stipulated the principle of balance in the credit agreement The method used in this research is normative juridical method. The data used is secondary data. The results showed that the application of the principle of balance in a banking credit agreement (study in Bank Jateng Cabang Pasar Wage Purwokerto), there were differences in the application of the principle of balance before and after the issuance of POJK, it is clear where the debtor's position in the agreement was weak can be seen if there is a change in Government policy in the economic and monetary sectors which causes the Bank to change all lending rates unilaterally not involving the debtor's approval so that it can be concluded that the principle of balance before POJK is not applied, whereas after the existence of POJK Bank Jateng is in accordance with the position of both creditors and debtors in the agreement in accordance with their rights and obligations. The legal consequences of the credit agreement that does not carry out the principle of balance of the deed based on the provisions above, then the credit agreement with not fulfilling the legal provisions as required by legislation, then the agreement is null and void because the formal conditions are not fulfilled, then the business actor financial services, namely banks, which do not meet the protection elements stipulated in the POJK, may be subject to sanctions regulated in Article 53 POJK. Its legal protection for consumers is repressive based on POJK Article 40. Suggestions for supervision from OJK in assessing and verifying the form of credit agreement at the bank, so that the clauses in the credit agreement do not violate the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act and Regulation Number: 1 / POJK.07 / 2013 concerning Consumer Protection in the Financial Services Sector. Do Financial Inclusion, Debt Behavior Affect Business Investment? Study in Small Medium Enterprise Customers of Bank BPD Yogyakarta Indonesia

Bank, financial inclusion, debt behavior, and business investment greatly affect the economic growth of a region industry. The main purpose of this research is to examine the effect of bank behavior, financial inclusion, debt behavior on investment decisions of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises customers at Bank BPD Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The research sample is BPD Yogyakarta customers Respondents as 200 entrepreneurs are customers who are in debt for business investment. The analysis model uses mediation regression with PLS. The results showed that bank behavior had a positive effect on financial inclusion. Bank behavior has a positive effect on debt behavior. Financial inclusion has a positive effect on business investment. Debt behavior has a positive effect on business investment. Financial inclusion, debt behavior mediates the influence of bank behavior on business investment. The implication of this research is that a clear bank behavior and high commitment of banks are needed in offering bank products. It takes commitment and supervision from the Bank in providing credit to customers so that the use of funds is in accordance with investment objectives.

Pelaksanaan Pemungutan Bea Perolehan Hak Atas Tanah dan Bangunan (BPHTB) di Kota Denpasar

Gaining authority regarding buildings and land arises as a result of changes that cover the events and activities of individuals or legal entities as legal subjects who are given the responsibility to have rights to land and buildings by active laws and regulations. The purpose of this research is to reveal the implementation of the collection of Customs for the Acquisition of Land and Building Rights (BPHTB) for the transfer of rights in Denpasar City as well as the obstacles and and efforts to solve problems in the implementation of the collection of BPHTB. The method used is empirical legal research with a case approach. The data collection technique was carried out by field research. The sources of legal data used are primary and secondary, then the data is analyzed systematically. The results of the research reveal that the collection of BPHTB in the city of Denpasar uses an online system that has been regulated in the regulation of the mayor of Denpasar number 17 of 2016 which is contained in Article 5 by depositing the amount of payment to the BPD bank and paying taxes in the city of Denpasar, using a self-assessment system. The Denpasar City Government Regulation in determining the selling value in buying and selling transactions is based on verification and validation in contrast to the self-assessment system, the results of verification and validation often get the selling value set by the Regional Revenue Service which is much more than the actual value.

When Satisfaction Is Not Enough to Build a Word of Mouth and Repurchase Intention

This study aims to measure the impact of service quality on word of mouth (WOM) and repurchase intention mediated by customer satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach: This cross-sectional study was conducted in all branches of Bank BPD Bali in Bali involving 91 Western Union customers at Bank BPD Bali as respondents. The research hypothesis was tested using a second order model processed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques with PLS software. Findings: Satisfaction has "tired" itself as a mediating buffer of quality of service to build loyalty or intention to buy back and word of mouth positive. The evidence shows, service quality has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth and repurchase intention, but satisfaction fails to mediate the effect of service quality on word of mouth and repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction does not affect word of mouth and repurchase intention Practical/implications: Service quality programs must be able to consider other effects besides satisfaction to build word of mouth and repurchase intention. Satisfaction is dynamic and difficult to maintain when competition is getting tougher.

Banking Employee Performance from Sulawesi – A Case Study

This study proposed to analyze and investigate the impact of strategic leadership and job design to improve work motivation and performance of employee in Bank BPD South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi. The analysis was performed using SEM analysis method with 130 respondents. This study suggested: strategic leadership and job design have a positive and significant direct impact on work motivation and performance, strategic leadership and job design have a positive and significant non-direct impact on performance mediated by work motivation.

Faktor-Faktor Pencegahan Fraud pada Lembaga Perbankan

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence the prevention of fraud in banking institutions including the implementation of good corporate governance, the application of the tri hita karana culture and the existence of a whistleblowing system. The location of this research is the Regional Development Bank (BPD) Bali with a population of all staff of BPD Bali Renon branch with a total sample of 96 respondents and using the saturated sample method. The analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression analysis. The findings in this study illustrate that the implementation of good corporate governance, the application of the tri hita karana culture, and the whistleblowing system in the company illustrates a significant positive effect on fraud prevention efforts at Bank BPD Bali.

Effect of Organizational Commitment, Compensation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance Through Organizational Citizenship Behavior In Bank BPD DIY Employees Senopati Branch Office

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the performance at the BANK BPD DIY Senopati branch office. The method in this research is accidental sampling. The analytical method used is the classical assumption test, t-test and Sobel test. Based on the research results, it is known that commitment has a significant positive effect on OCB, compensation has a significant effect on OCB, and satisfaction does not affect OCB, while commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a significant positive effect on performance, job satisfaction has no effect on performance. OCB has a positive effect on employee performance. commitment has a significant positive effect on performance with the OCB variable as an intervening variable, compensation has a significant effect on performance with OCB as an internal variable has no significant effect on performance through OCB As an intervening variable and job satisfaction It is expected that this research can be used to measure commitment, compensation, and employee satisfaction as well as OCB on employee performance behavior

Good Corporate Governance, Motivasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja Karyawan

BPD Bali’s bank is a commercial bank engaged in the banking sector. The achievement of Bank BPD Bali's credit targets cannot be separated from employee performance, because with the maximum performance of employees the target set will be achieved. This study aims to determine the effect of GCG, motivation, and leadership style on the performance of employees of Bank BPD Bali’s in Badung Regency. The populations used in this study were 2 branch offices and 7 sub-branch offices in Badung Regency with the determination of the sample using purposive sampling method, the total sampels was 57 respondents. The data analysis technique is multiple linear analysis. The results of the study showed that GCG, motivation, and leadership style had a positive effect on the performance of the employees of Bank BPD Bali’s in Badung Regency, by implementing Good Corporate Governance, motivation and leadership style will improve employee performance.

PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, PROGAM KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN

The research objectives were to analyze: (1) to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee communication at the Bali Regional Development Bank; (2). To analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee organizational commitment at the Bali Regional Development Bank; (3). To analyze the effect of communication on the organizational commitment of Bali Regional Development Bank employees; (4). To explain the role of communication in mediating transformational leadership to the organizational commitment of Bali Regional Development Bank employees. The sample was determined as many as 51 people with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out by spreading interviews, observations and questionnaires directly to employees of the BPD Bank and analyzed using descriptive statistics calculated average and descriptive statistics in the form of a classic assumption test and path analysis. The results of the data analysis show that the transformational leadership variable has a positive effect on employee communication, the transformational leadership variable has a positive effect on the organizational commitment employees, the communication variable has a positive effect on the organizational commitment of employees, and the communication variable has a positive effect on mediate the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment.

PENGARUH PERSEPSI MANFAAT, KEMUDAHAN DAN KEAMANAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PENGGUNAAN E-WALLET

This study aims to determine the effect of perception of benefits, perception of ease, and security perception on the decision to use e-wallet for STIE Bank BPD Jateng students. The population in this study is the active students of 2016 - 2019 who are in STIE Bank BPD Jateng, amounting to 824 students. The sampling technique used in this study uses snowball sampling and The number of samples selected was 90. Data collection methods with questionnaires distributed online. The analytical tool in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the perception of benefits, perceived convenience, and perceived security have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use e-wallet for students. Variable perception of security has a dominant influence on the decision to use e-wallet for students. Security is indeed the most important in the decision to use e-wallet because someone feels safe and protected.
