In the present study, a multiphysics formulation coupled among thermal, dynamically elastic and electric effects was proposed in consideration of strain gradient and electric gradient. Some two-dimensional curvilinear structures of a smooth circular disk with and without a corrugated outer were analyzed under the applied temperature or pressure by finite difference method using boundary-fitted method. Dynamic behaviors under a stepped pressure and a constant temperature at the outer perimeter were examined for the verification of the proposed scheme. Compared the obtained results with the analytical solution, they show a good agreement and the shape effect of curvilinear structure was multiphysically discussed.
