Comments on a single separable potential with attraction and repulsion

Tabakin's recent nucleon-nucleon potential overbinds the triton by 300 MeV. This unfortunate result is is attributed to existence of an undesired zero-width resonance in this potential. The potential provides insight, however, into the 3-boson bound-state energy spectrum.
