The Intention of the Arabic Language Learning Process in the Era of Society 5.0: (Interactive Application Based Analysis)

The era of Revolution 4.0 which has recently been replaced by the era of Society 5.0 which prioritizes society to use technology in all its activities, including in the field of education. Arabic, one of the foreign languages studied in various educational institutions, is also trying to keep up with the times. One form of breakthrough made by educators is to divert and work on Arabic language teaching materials which were previously in the form of books, modules, and audio into interactive teaching materials designed with modern applications today. This case raises new ideas for the advancement of the Arabic language learning process, so that various obstacles experienced so far can be resolved properly. This study aims to identify and explain the challenges that will be faced by Arabic language educators in the era of Society 5.0 based on interactive applications to create videos of the Arabic language learning process. This study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach to describe the results of the study at MTs Negeri 1 Bener Meriah. The results of this study are that educators must have special skills to maximize the use of technology in the teaching and learning process, so that more material is created that is understood by students. Can operate video editing applications such as Kine Master, Plotagon, PowerPoint, and other applications

Law Enforcement in Medical Malpractice Cases in The Protection of Doctors’ Rights: Case Study Tonsil Surgery Causing Brainstem Death in a Child Patient

This study aims to determine the regulations related to the protection of the professional rights of a doctor who is often suspected of committing medical malpractice in carrying out health services. In this study, the author analyzes the rules of malpractice based on positive law in Indonesia, then the author analyzes the liability carried out by the doctor’s profession in suspected malpractice in this study the author takes a case study related to tonsil surgery which caused BA’s child patient to experience brain death at the Kartika Husada, Bekasi Hospital. The method used by the author in this research uses normative or dogmatic research methods, which use documents laws, and regulations related to the issues studied and secondary data sources in the form of books and related journals. The results of the research in this case study conclude that there is no single rule that protects the rights of a doctor who is accused of committing malpractice, neglecting these rules only protects the interests of the patient, then the responsibility for the accusation of malpractice must go through the process of proof first, by the provisions of the elements of malpractice both in terms of criminal and civil law, and based on the case study that has been researched by the author, it is concluded that the efforts in dispute resolution made by the family of BA’s child patient who has died, are appropriate with the family by withdrawing the police report and carrying out peaceful efforts in the form of mediation with the hospital.

Peran Mahkamah Konstitusi dalam Penegakan Hukum dan Mempertahankan Keseimbangan Kekuasaan dalam Sistem Pemerintahan Indonesia

This research aims to evaluate the role of the Constitutional Court (MK) in maintaining constitutional supremacy, democracy and balance of power in the Indonesian constitutional system. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data was collected from primary sources in the form of statutory regulations, such as the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and Law Number 24 of 2003 concerning the Constitutional Court, as well as secondary sources in the form of books, legal journals and legal scientific articles. The research results show that the Constitutional Court has an important role in maintaining legal stability, maintaining the balance of power between state institutions, and upholding democratic principles and constitutional supremacy in Indonesia. Through its authority to carry out judicial reviews of laws and government policies, the Constitutional Court functions as the front guard in enforcing the law and maintaining the balance of power between the executive, legislative and judiciary. However, the role of the Constitutional Court often sparks debate regarding the limits of judicial intervention in public policy, showing the complexity in maintaining the balance of power. Therefore, this research contributes to understanding the role and challenges faced by the Constitutional Court in the context of the Indonesian constitutional system.

Proses dan Pelaksanaan Rasulullah Shallallahu `alaihi Wa Sallam dalam Melakukan Kepemimpinan

Rasulullah SAW was sent at a time when pre-Islamic Arab society (jahiliyah) was in a very worrying condition, with various forms of moral, social and political damage. Rasulullah SAW came to bring Islamic teachings which changed the entire structure of social life, eliminated injustice, and upheld justice and equality in society. This article will comprehensively review the concept of leadership in Islam, as well as provide information on the leadership role of the Prophet Muhammad. The research conducted was qualitative research. The data collection technique uses the library research method, namely by observing various literature related to the problems in the research, in the form of papers, books, notes and reports of previous research results. The results of this research are that in his leadership, the Prophet Muhammad demonstrated various principles and methods that are very relevant and applicable today. He practices an inclusive leadership style, filled with wisdom, justice and compassion. As a leader, he not only managed worldly affairs but also instilled deep spiritual values ​​in his followers. This makes his leadership a model that is worth studying and implementing in various modern leadership contexts

Analysis of the Causes of the Decline in Water Production Bid on Fresh Water Generator in Ship MV. Lumoso Karunia II

This study aims to analyze the causes of the decline in fresh water production on the Fresh Water Generator on the MV. Lumoso Karunia II. Researchers conducted this research for 12 months and 5 days conducted on the MV. Lumoso Karunia II which is a type of Bulk Carrier ship which is a ship owned by PT Lumoso Pratama Line Company. This research method uses quantitative methods. Researchers use secondary data in the form of library books, journals and documents related to this research, while primary data in this study is in the form of direct field studies. Data collection techniques in this study are library research, direct and indirect observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the fresh water generator auxiliary aircraft is less than optimal so that what is produced does not match the amount of capacity due to lack of maximum maintenance. With the thickness of scale attached to the evaporator pipe of 1.85 mm, it causes blockage of the evaporator pipe. Thus, there is a decrease in intake in the evaporator. So, the decrease in intake in the evaporator resulted in a decrease in fresh water production of 16 m3 tons in the fresh water generator. As a result of the decrease in fresh water production in the fresh water generator at MV. Lumoso Karunia II is a shortage of fresh water in accommodation and disruption of the cooling process in machinery.

PELAKSANAAN PEMILIHAN PRESIDEN YANG SESUAI DENGAN PRINSIP KEDAULATAN RAKYAT DALAM SISTEM DEMOKRASI DI INDONESIA

This research was submitted to answer two fundamental questions regarding the implementation of people's sovereignty in the direct election of the President and Vice President in Indonesia, namely, what is the ideal ideal of the implementation of the presidential election in accordance with the principle of people's sovereignty in the democratic system in Indonesia. This research is normative. This research is a library research conducted by examining library materials in the form of books, journals, research reports and/or secondary data that discuss the implementation of general elections in Indonesia in relation to people's sovereignty. Application of laws and regulations (legal facts) that regulate the implementation of elections in Indonesia. From this research, the author concludes that in a democracy, people's rights should be respected and upheld. There is no justification for government decisions that can harm people's rights, let alone policies that aim to oppress the people for the sake of the ruler. In this case, by adhering to the basic philosophy of democracy guided by the wisdom of deliberation and representation, the holding of general elections as a means of implementing people's sovereignty in Indonesia must not deviate from the ideals and objectives of the formation of a Government of the State of Indonesia to protect all Indonesian people and all of Indonesia's territory, advance public welfare, improve the life of the nation, and participate in implementing world order based on independence, eternal peace and social justice as mandated by the constitution.

ТЕАТР ӨНӨРҮНДӨГҮ КӨРКӨМ ОКУУНУ ОКУТУУНУН АЙРЫМ МАСЕЛЕЛЕРИ

The article discusses some issues of teaching art education in the theatrical arts. I must say that there is very little research on the great values of the Kyrgyz people, including theatrical art. Generally speaking, we all know that our culture ‒ these are literature, theater, cinema, fine arts, folk art, etc.B. It should be recognized that there are very few works published in the form of special books, except for articles published on the pages of periodicals devoted specifically to this theatrical art. Today, art reading education is in demand not only in the theatrical sphere, but also in various spheres of society, in the field of culture and television. Thus, it is safe to say that by improving the teaching of art education in higher and secondary educational institutions, we will contribute to the moral education of the younger generation, improving aesthetic taste. Creating conditions for solving such research tasks, making efforts, and carrying out scientific activities is a requirement of time.

SULTAN MUHAMMAD BAHAUDIN : KONTRIBUSINYA TERHADAP KESULTANAN PALEMBANG DARUSSALAM

This article discusses the Struggle of Sultan Muhammad Bahauddin and His Contribution to the Sultanate of Palembang Darussalam (1188-1218H/1774-1803 AD). The main problem raised in this research is how the struggle and contribution of Sultan Muhammad Bahauddin to the Sultanate of Palembang Darussalam. The type of research used is qualitative research, namely the type of research that explains the facts between the phenomena under study and to understand the phenomenon of what the research subject experienced by describing and collecting data through primary sources in the form of HIKAYAT PALEMBANG and secondary sources in the form of articles, books and documentation in the form of pictures. Sultan Muhammad Bahaudin's contribution to the Palembang Darussalam Sultanate had a major influence on the Sultanate. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that Sultan Muhammad Bahauddin had a sizeable contribution in fighting for the Palembang Darussalam Sultanate. One of the things we can feel is the development he carried out in the form of Fort Kuto Besak (BKB) to an increasingly advanced economy like Tin and Pepper which was successfully monopolized by Sultan Muhammad besides that the political elite could also be controlled and respected by other nobles, Palembang was also the center for broadcasting Islam in the archipelago thanks to him, besides that Sultan Muhammad Bahauddin also made medical texts about concoctions for knee pain, bone pain or gout is a medical text made by Sultan Muhammad Bahauddin to Sheikh Muhammad Akib.

Elite Islamic Schools in Indonesia: Impact Analysis on Quality and Access to Education

The emergence of leading Islamic schools in Indonesia is highly anticipated by the Muslim community, as evidenced by the enthusiasm of parents to enroll their children in these prestigious Islamic schools. Until now, existing Islamic schools are perceived to lack the highest quality. The emergence of Islamic schools with good quality and readiness to compete is the desire of every Muslim family. However, unfortunately, in reality, these excellent Islamic schools are very expensive, so only families from the elite class can afford to enroll their children in them. As a result, these prestigious Islamic schools are more commonly known as Elite Islamic Schools. This research aims to analyze the phenomenon of the emergence of elite Islamic schools and their impact on the quality and access of education. The research method used in this study is literature analysis, which involves analyzing documents in the form of books, scientific journals, and other literature. The result of this research is the emergence of elite Islamic schools with breakthroughs and new innovations that make them superior and of good quality.

Kontroversi Kurikulum Pesantren dan Tantangan dalam Membangun Standar Mutu Pendidikan : Menemukan Keseimbangan antara Tradisi dan Modernisasi

The Islamic boarding school curriculum is considered not to suit the demands of the modern world. There are also challenges for Islamic boarding schools to improve the quality standards of their education. This research aims to determine curriculum design and improve the quality standards of Islamic boarding school education in achieving a balance of tradition and modernization. The research uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method. Data collection techniques use document studies in the form of journals, books and other sources. Data analysis uses content analysis. Research findings show that there is educational curriculum controversy and challenges to quality standards in Islamic boarding schools. Several solutions were found, namely: Development of an integrated and interdisciplinary curriculum, teacher training and development, use of technology in education, collaboration with other Islamic education institutions, and continuous evaluation. This solution must be implemented with the principle of continuity and change.

Status anak diluar nikah komparasi hukum islam dan hukum positif

One of the legal consequences of the status of a child out of wedlock is the status (position) of the child out of wedlock. In Indonesian legislation, there are several laws that explain the status of children out of wedlock, although there are differences in the law and status of these children between these laws. In Islamic law, children out of wedlock have a different position from legitimate children, biological children, adopted children, and children resulting from adultery. The existence of this position affects in determining guardianship, nasab, inheritance and hadhanah. This research uses a normative study approach, namely comparing the status of adopted children according to Islamic law and positive law. This research is a type of Library Research (literature), the author will present library data in the form of books, journals, research reports, papers and other library materials that are accurate to the object of the subject matter. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that, the status of children outside of marriage based on Islamic law is not the same as biological children, and legal children in Islamic law the status of children outside of marriage in terms of nasab, remains with the mother and her mother's family. According to positive law, Constitutional Court Decision Number 46/PUU-VIII/2010 stipulates that the status of children out of wedlock can only be related to the mother and her family, unless there is recognition from a biological father who can be proven scientifically and technologically. This is different from Constitutional Court Decision Number 43/PUU-VIII/2010 which regulates other aspects of children's rights. This is because the status of extramarital children is only dinasabkan to the mother and the mother's family, so directly from the Constitutional Court's decision stipulates that the position or nasab of extramarital children (either due to adultery or nikah sirri) is to their biological father who can be proven by science and technology.

Bibliometric Analysis of the Development of Publications in the Field of Learning Models and Fine Arts in the Form of Books and Articles using VOSviewer

This study examines the development of books and articles in the field of learning models and arts. The goal is to provide analytical data on the development of research publications in the fields of education and the fine arts. The research process uses bibliometric data review methods with VOSviewer detection. The analysis was retrieved based on the data provided by the keywords "learning model" and "art" in the last 5 years from 2018 to 2023, as shown in Publish or Perish. The results of this research show that the development of research on fine arts learning models is developing and always increasing from year to year. The number of publications in the form of books was 133, while the number of articles was 117. If we compare the number of publications in the form of books and articles, there are more books, which shows that publications in the form of books are more popular with researchers than publications in the form of articles.

A Glance at Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL): A Bibliometric Analysis

Computer-assisted language Learning (CALL) is a learning method that uses computers as auxiliary media to facilitate language learning. This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the development of research in Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL) in the last five years based on the Scopus database. This quantitative study uses bibliometric analysis with the search keyword Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL). The results of this study highlight a significant increase in the number of articles about Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL) indexed by Scopus every year, starting from 142 articles in 2018 and 2023, which increased to 251. The type of publication is dominated by journal articles, followed by conference papers and reviews, and the rest in the form of books or book chapters. The largest source of publications comes from Lecture Notes in Computer Science (including the subseries Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence and Lecture Notes in Bioinformatics) with 29 publications. Our comprehensive analysis reveals a significant downward trend in citations from 2018 to 2023. Furthermore, based on the visualization using VOSviewer shows the use of AI technology in language teaching and the impact of digital media on language learning. The results of this study show that it is essential to continue to review and evaluate the factors influencing the dissemination and acceptance of CALL research. Moreover, it is crucial to reinforce the continuity between technological innovation and practical practice in various areas of life, thereby highlighting the real-world impact of CALL research.

Peran Komunikasi Interpersonal dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Tim Kerja

The purpose of this article is to discuss interpersonal communication in improving performance, work teams. As it is known that the existence of human resources plays a very important role in an agency. Employees as motivated human resources will carry out an activity or task as well as possible so as to provide maximum work results. In an organization or agency, communication activities are one of the most important activities. The type of research used by the author is library research, namely research that only uses library collection materials without any field research. the author obtains data based on the library in the form of books, journals, documents and so on. This research can only be answered through library research and it is impossible to expect from field research data. The results showed that interpersonal communication carried out by the Work Team aims to create a good relationship between one employee and another. This relationship has an impact on the emergence of an attitude of openness and trust obtained from interpersonal relationships in the work environment. In the work environment, an employee's performance will be good when the employee has a good interpersonal communication pattern and vice versa. Interpersonal communication carried out by the work team becomes a practical communication pattern that is useful in establishing relationships with work partners, leaders and fellow employees, as well as managerial levels that require interpersonal communication.

The The Concept Mate in Perspective Tafser Al-Ibriz And Relevance in Endeavor of Designing Mate

This paper discusses about concept of mate by using Perspective of Tafsir al-Ibriz by revealing it in endeavor of design mate to become a contribution of knowledge and scientific tafsir. Because currently it is necessary to have much knowledge about the mate to minimize the level of disputes in the wedding and lower the divorce rate. This paper is included in library research that originated from data collection in the form of books, articles and journal documents related to mate. Through the Maudhu'i approach by collecting verses about the mate and attracted concrete conclusions with the theme of the concept of the mate. The formulation of the problem in this study is what is the concept of a soul mate in the perspective of tafsir al-Ibriz and how relevant it is in the effort to design a soul mate. Based on the results of research, literature data and the set of Qur'anic verses with the keyword zawj answered the formulation of the problem that two concepts of mate were found two concepts of the mate in the Qur'an based on the interpretation of KH. Critical Thinking Skills of Grade VII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Barombong in Science Subjects

The purpose of this study was to determine the critical thinking skills of class VII students of SMP Negeri 2 Barombong in science subjects. The research method used in this study was a quasi-experiment. The sample used in this study was a class or study group. The research sampling technique was used to determine the sample to be used in the study. The results showed that the critical thinking skills of class VII students of SMP Negeri 2 Barombong in science subjects were in the good category. Learning using the PjBL 1 and PjBL 2 models can improve students' creative thinking skills from categories 2 and 3 to categories 4 and 5, as evidenced by students being able to produce projects in the form of posters and pocket books on the material of classification of living things and video projects on the material of symbiosis

The Impact of Educational Resource Management on Teacher Motivation and Job Satisfaction

Educational resource management is the key to success in education management. If education is managed effectively and efficiently, it can be ensured that education can run well in accordance with its objectives. The impact obtained if educational resource management is managed properly will increase teacher motivation and job satisfaction in providing education and teaching to students. This study discusses the impact of educational resource management on teacher motivation and job satisfaction. The research method used is a literature study using content analysis techniques from articles and written works in the form of books that have been collected as research material. Based on the research, the conclusion that can be drawn is that educational resource management in improving achievement is a system approach in an effort to maximise competitiveness through continuous improvement (continuous) to obtain optimal value or quality for services, people, products and the environment by involving all elements and stakeholders of the organisation under a shared vision so that good management encourages motivation for teachers or educators in providing good education to their students.

Development of an Inquiry-Based Social Complexity Science Pocketbook to Enhance Elementary Students’ Critical Thinking Skills

This research problem begins with the results of a needs analysis of students. The research aims to produce a product in the form of a science pocket book based on Inquiry Social Complexity that is valid, practical and effective in order to improve students’ critical thinking skills. The type of research used Research and Development (R&D), following the ADDIE model with five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The population of this studied consists of fifth-grade students from SD Rayon II, Sidomulyo District. The sample was determined used Cluster Random Sampling, aligned with the research objectives. Data collection tools included valid and reliable test instruments. The validation results of the Inquiry-Based Social Complexity Science pocketbook, developed by the researchers, theoretically confirmed its feasibility, with an Aiken’s V analysis yielding an average of 0.87, falling into the “Very Valid” category. Science pocket book product based on Inquiry Social Complexity which was developed to be practical in its application in the classroom. The results of the practicality assessment on educators’ responses had a holistic average score of 88.04 with a very practical interpretation and student responses had a holistic average score of 87.77 with a very practical interpretation. The data analysis technique employed an independent t-test. The calculation result was 0.009, which was less than 0.05. It is indicating a significant difference between the pre-test and post-use of the product in the class groups. This shows that the pocket book used is effective in improving students’ critical thinking skills.

Development of Digital Biology Book on Antioxidant Activity of Red Dragon Fruit Extract (Hylocereus polyrhizus) for Class XI High School Students

With technological advances, digital-based learning resources are needed that can be studied by students independently. The results of the research can be used as a learning resource, one of which is in the form of a digital book. This study aims to determine the quality and feasibility of digital books compiled as learning resources. The type of research is research and development (R&D) which refers to the 4D development model (Define, Design, Development and Disseminate). Data collection techniques with instruments in the form of expert assessment questionnaires and response questionnaires. The research subjects consisted of material experts, media experts, biology teachers and 37 students of SMA N 1 Koba class XI. Product data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively to determine the quality and feasibility of the compiled digital book. The results of research and development (R&D) obtained a Digital Book product for high school students class XI bioprocess material. Product assessment by material experts 88.64% (very good), media experts 86.11% (very good), biology teacher experts 100% (very good). The results of the small-scale test of students were 94.29% (very good) and the large-scale test was 98% (very good). Results Based on this research, digital books are appropriate to be used as a learning resource for class XI cell bioprocess materials.

Prospective Regulation of Private Sector Legal Compliance Audits Through the Draft National Legal Guidance Law as A Manifestation of Good Corporate Governance

Various private-sector legal issues show how the quality of legal compliance is lacking. Legal and business entities have not considered decision-making in business transactions or other actions that risk-reducing investor interest. The massiveness of legal audit problems is an urgency to identify legal deviations from the start to measure legal compliance to avoid criminal, civil, and administrative sanctions. However, reviewing the current implementation of legal audits is limited to asset valuation and financial statements, and even then, it does not require private institutions to carry out audits periodically, so they are carried out by certain companies only. This research uses a normative method that refers to laws and regulations accompanied by literature studies in the form of books, journals, and other literature to find prescriptive ideal ideas. The results show that the implications of legal compliance audits stem from a legal vacuum over the audit mechanism, standardization of honorarium, and legality of legal auditors. The National Law Development Agency (BPHN) must collaborate to formulate a private sector legal compliance audit in the Draft Law on National Law Development to realize Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The author recommends an ideal legal compliance audit model like the Government Accountability Office (GAO) in the United States.
