Urgency of District Head’s Policy in the Implementation of the Use of Trotoar and Edge of the “Jalan Bj Habibie” In Bone Bolango District of Gorontalo

This article analyzes the right policies to avoid the occurrence of criminalization, traffic congestion, environmental cleanliness that is not maintained and irresponsible behaviour along the sidewalks and curbs of Prof. B.J Habibie, Bone Bolango district. The policy of the regional head in making the function of the roadside and sidewalk useful for the community is a necessity or a necessity to protect the public from the disturbance of security, comfort, and order. No matter how good the existence of roads and sidewalks without being supported by government policies in their utilization, it will not guarantee the comfort of the user community, because, without a policy that guarantees safety and comfort for users and the community, the facilities built will bring disaster to the community and facility users. Increasing Income Through The Karwo Cake Center In Tanggilingo Village, Kabila Sub-District, Bone Bolango District

The aim of this research is to determine the increase in income through the Karawo Cake Center IKM in Tanggilingo Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency. This research method uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and interviews using interview guidelines which were given to a number of informants. Based on the research results, based on several interviews with research informants above, it can be concluded that the human resource improvement program has been running well by involving employees in various training held by agencies such as raw material agents. Even though they have participated in the training, there are still some employees who have not been able to develop their skills because the training was held when they were invited by the relevant agencies. But that doesn't hinder business management at IKM Sentra Karawo. Based on the results of interviews with several informants above, it can be concluded that the current facilities are adequate and are no longer an obstacle to managing the Karawo Cake Center IKM business anymore because the owner and employees work together to optimize deficiencies by collecting personal money to buy the facilities so as not to experience losses. Based on the results of interviews with several informants above, it can be concluded that the role of capital is very important for SMEs. The capital owned by IKM Sentra Karawo is sufficient to meet production needs and does not become an obstacle to managing the IKM Cake Karawo Center business in increasing community income in Tanggilingo Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency.

Education to Strengthen the Economy of the Utilization of Aren Nira Producing Bioetanol in Lonuo Village, Bone Bolango District

This economic education activity for palm sap farmers aims to provide economic strengthening and build awareness among the public, especially palm sap farmers, that palm sap water can be utilized and made into several products with high economic value, for example bioethanol products. Apart from that, it can also minimize the negative impact of the production of alcoholic drinks made from palm sap in Lonuo village. This activity uses educational methods, socialization and community assistance for sugar palm sap farmers. Empowering sugar palm farmers through product diversification is the key to increasing the quality and quantity of sugar palm sap products into various marketable products such as bioethanol. This economic education activity for palm sap farmers has had a positive impact and response from the Lonuo village community. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the community in participating in activities at the village office. The community received education well and smoothly and increased public understanding regarding the use of palm sap into products of high economic value such as bioethanol.

Supportive psychotherapeutic intervention and video directing observed therapy to increase family adherence

To determine the effect of supportive psychotherapy and video-directing observed therapy interventions on family compliance in assisting patients with mental disorders in the working area of the Kabila Health Center, Bone Bolango District, Gorontalo City. Research design quasi-experimental design with a one group pre- and post-test design, where the variables to be measured are family adherence in providing treatment assistance, which are included in the dependent variable. The independent variables in this study were supportive psychotherapy and video-directed observation therapy. The sampling technique used was a total sampling technique with a sample size of 39 respondents. Data analysis was performed using univariate analysis, namely descriptive analysis (frequency, percentage, median, minimum value, and maximum value) and bivariate analysis (Wilcoxon test), with a significance level of <0.05, which was performed using SPSS version 25 software. Supportive psychotherapy and video-directing observed therapy increased family compliance accompanying the treatment of patients with mental disorders (p-value of x1=0.020, x2=0.000, p<0.05). Supportive psychotherapy interventions and video-directed observed therapy have been proven to increase family compliance in treatment assistance, which can improve the quality of life of patients with mental disorders.

Evaluation of the Successful Implementation of the SIAK using the HOT-Fit Model

This study investigates the human, organizational, and technological aspects of successfully implementing the Population Administration Information System (SIAK) in Bone Bolango District, Gorontalo. This study adopted PLS-SEM to test the hypothesis model of the influence of the three aspects on the benefits obtained by users in using SIAK. The hypothesis model was tested on 122 respondents, including staff at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bone Bolango Regency and SIAK operators at each village office in Bone Bolango Regency. The data has been validated using a measurement model to determine internal consistency reliability and convergent validity with Smart PLS. The results showed that system quality, information quality, and organizational structure positively affected SIAK's success. Meanwhile, system usage and user satisfaction still need to be improved. Human factors, such as user expertise and motivation, also significantly influenced the success of SIAK implementation. This study provides recommendations to improve the quality of user training, improve information technology infrastructure, and adjust the organizational structure to support SIAK implementation better. The findings of this study can serve as input for other local governments in optimizing SIAK implementation in their respective implementing units.

Strategy For Achieving SDGs Targets In Bone Bolango Regency Through The SWOT Approach

Bone Bolango Regency is part of the Tomini Bay area which is included in the sustainable development targets based on the SDGs achievement targets. This research aims to determine the strategy for achieving SDGs which will be used as the basis for economic development in Bone Bolango Regency. The research is qualitative research that uses respondents from related agencies who are determined based on purposive sampling. There were 5 respondents who were willing and were representatives of related agencies in Bone Bolango Regency. Data analysis uses SWOT analysis based on data obtained through questionnaires. The research results show that regulatory support (0.432) and priority of the Regional Medium Term Development Plan (0.359) are strength factors, while the weakness factor is institutional support (0.120). The opportunity factor is budget support (.045), while the threat factor is partnership support (0.043), which is still very limited. The SWOT factors found in Bone Bolango district are the basis used to develop strategies for achieving SDGs. The strategy for achieving SDGs indicator targets is based on factors found in Bone Bolango Regency, sorted based on a priority scale, namely regulatory support, RPJMD priorities, institutional support, budget support and partnerships.

Achieving SDGs Targets as a Basis for Economic Area Development in Bone Bolango Regency

The relatively high potential for natural wealth has apparently not been able to overcome the problem of poverty in the Bone Bolango area. The problem of poverty does not only occur in Bone Bolango district but is still a national problem. This research aims to determine the achievement of SDGs targets as the basis for economic development in Bone Bolango Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that uses expert respondents who are related to or know directly the SDGs achievement indicators for Bone Bolango district. Data analysis uses procedure hierarchy analysis (AHP) using expert choice 11 software. The results of the research show that there are six indicators that are problems in Bone Bolango district based on the SDGs achievement categories. Based on the results of the analysis of the answers given by respondents, the values obtained based on importance are: 1) eliminating extreme poverty (0.368), 2) reducing the percentage of poverty (0.240), 3) reducing the percentage of poverty based on gender and age (0.223), 4 ) increasing the proportion of women in parliament (0.075), 5) increasing GDP per capita (0.054), and 6) increasing the tax to GDP ratio (0.040). Achieving the SDGs indicator targets which is a problem in Bone Bolango Regency requires support, so there are five aspects assessed in this research, namely regulatory support, RPJMD priorities, institutional support, budget support and partnerships.

Work Loyalty, Communication, and Supervision Their Influenc on Work Ethic and Performance of Police Members in the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Bone Bolango Police Resort

The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of job loyalty, communication, and supervision on the work spirit and performance of members of the Criminal Investigation Unit (Satuan Reserse dan Kriminal) of Bone Bolango District Police. The population of the study consisted of 127 respondents selected using a census method. The analytical technique used to address the research problem and test hypotheses was Path Analysis, aided by Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) and Lisrel software for data analysis. The findings of this research are as follows: (1) job loyalty has a positive and significant direct effect on work spirit, (2) communication has a positive and significant direct effect on work spirit, (3) supervision has a positive and significant direct effect on work spirit, (4) job loyalty has a positive and significant direct effect on performance, (5) communication has a positive and significant direct effect on performance, (6) supervision has a positive and significant direct effect on performance, (7) work spirit has a positive and significant direct effect on performance, (8) job loyalty has a positive and significant indirect effect on performance through work spirit, (9) communication has a positive and significant indirect effect on performance through work spirit, (10) supervision has a positive and significant indirect effect on performance through work spirit.

Diversity of actinomycetes on plant rhizosphere of karst ecosystem of Gorontalo, Indonesia

Abstract. Retnowati Y, Kandowangko NY, Katili AS, Pembengo W. 2024. Diversity of actinomycetes on plant rhizosphere of karst ecosystem of Gorontalo, Indonesia. Biodiversitas 25: 907-915. The objective of this study was to isolate and identify the actinomycetes associated with the rhizosphere of plants in the karst ecosystem. This study was descriptive-quantitative. Soil sampling was conducted at three locations of the karst ecosystem of Gorontalo, i.e., Bangga Hills at Bangga Bubaa Coastal area of Gorontalo District, Hills around Lake Limboto of Gorontalo District, and Oluhuta Beach Hills at Bone Bolango District. Rhizosphere-soil sample was collected from 15-30 cm of soil depth. Isolation of actinomycetes was performed using the plate method. The screening of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria was based on the ability to solubilize phosphates indicated by the clear zone on the Pikovskaya medium. Identification of actinomycetes bacteria based on morphology and molecular characters. The morphology character included the color of aerial and substrate mycelium. Molecular characteristics based on the sequence of 16S rRNA gene compared to sequence data on the gene bank of NCBI. The phylogenetic tree reconstruction was based on the Neighbor-joining algorithm. The results successfully found six isolates, including three actinomycetes isolates, two non-actinomycetes bacteria, and one yeast. They were isolated from the rhizosphere of Malastoma malabathrum, Chromolaena odorata, Cycas rumphii, Leucaena leucocephala, and Jatropha curcas. The actinomycetes isolate showed plant-growth-promoting potential indicated by solubilizing phosphate and Indole 3-Acetic Acid production activities. Based on the molecular analysis, actinomycetes were closely related to Streptomyces aegyptia (MT505707.1:42-1426), Streptomyces sp. GGCR-6 (MH718844.1:5-1391), and Streptomyces carpaticus strain PES-A23 (MH712039).

Analysis of Unemployment Policy Program in Bonebolango District

This study aims to analyze the unemployment policy program by the Regional Government of Bone Bolango Regency. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews and focus group discussions (FGDs) with experts and practitioners. The results illustrate that unemployment policy programs implemented by the local government of Bone Bolango Regency, including the WUB (New Entrepreneur), TKM (Millennial Workforce), and KUP (Productive Business Group) programs, have not been fully implemented optimally. In the process of implementing the unemployment policy program by the local government of Bone Bolango Regency, several stages of policy program implementation have not been optimally carried out including the relevance of the policy program, consideration of policy formulation, policy implementation, and policy outputs and outcomes.

Analisis Daya Saing Komoditas Jagung di Provinsi Gorontalo

According to the Central Statistics Agency for 2019-2021, the harvested area and area of ​​corn plants according to districts/cities, corn production comes from five districts, namely Bualemo district, Gorontalo district, Pohuwato district, Bone Bolango district, North Gorontalo district and Gorontalo city with a total of 377 432.00 ha in 2019, 304 945.00 ha in 2020, and 334 945.00 ha in 2021. By the end of 2022 it is predicted that 340,500 hectares or 27.38 percent of the entire Gorontalo land area will be planted with hybrid corn with a total harvest estimated at 1.61 million tons. This research uses qualitative methods, with primary data sources and secondary data. Corn productivity affects the net income of corn farmers apart from the selling price, where low productivity causes minimal harvest results, so the farmer's income is also low. Apart from that, fluctuations in corn prices are also an obstacle in increasing net income, when corn prices are high farmers get bigger profits. However, when the price of corn falls, farmers' income will also decrease. To increase the competitiveness of corn commodities in Gorontalo Province, it is necessary to invest in improving agricultural technology, opening wider market access, and providing greater government policy support. In this way, corn commodities in Gorontalo Province can become more competitive in both local and international markets.

Penyelesaian Tindak Pidana Penganiayaan Oleh Kejaksaan Negeri Bone Bolango Melalui Pendekatan Restorative Justice

The existence of criminal cases arises because there are criminal acts handled by law enforcement. Criminal cases always arise whenever there is a criminal process. Criminal acts or crimes are an inseparable part of life in society. The public measures justice not by the word for word formulation of the law, but by what is felt and seen by the decisions issued based on the legal reality witnessed. The aim of this research is to examine the role of prosecutors in resolving cases using a restorative justice approach. To find out the factors that hinder prosecutors in resolving cases using the concept of restorative justice. In this research, researchers used Empirical Law research. And the data feeding technique is carried out using the interview technique. The data obtained by researchers in this study used quantitative and qualitative methods. The results of the research show that the resolution of acts of abuse by the Bone Bolango District Prosecutor's Office through a restorative justice approach has been adopted. The inhibiting factors experienced by the Bone Bolango prosecutor's office were legal factors, human resources, clashes between victims and perpetrators and community culture.

ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PERCEPATAN PENCEGAHAN DAN PENANGGULANGAN STUNTING DAN IMPLIKASINYA BAGI KEMADIRIAN KESEHATAN DI KABUPATEN BONE BOLANGO

This study aims to analyze the policy to accelerate stunting prevention and control in Bone Bolango Regency and its implications for regional health independence in Gorontalo Province. The focus of this research is the implementation of policies to accelerate stunting prevention and the implications of policies on health independence. The population is determined by purposive sampling and purposive sampling. The data analysis used is a qualitative descriptive method, namely identifying related to the implementation of policies to accelerate stunting prevention and the implications of policies for health independence. In general, the implementation of stunting prevention social policies in Bone Bolango Regency has been going well. The stunting prevention and control policy emphasizes aspects of commitment and responsibility of local governments and community participation as the main issues. The Bone Bolango district government is expected to maintain its commitment to overcome stunting problems by improving coordination in all regional apparatuses related to stunting. Public education is needed about the importance of eating nutritious foods with a balanced nutritional pattern. Improvement from the downstream side, namely by increasing agricultural production through intensification and extensification of agricultural cultivation, as well as providing decent jobs for the community, so as to increase people's purchasing power.

PERANCANGAN KAWASAN ISLAMIC CENTER DENGAN PENDEKATAN GREEN ARCHITECTURE

Islam is a religion which Allah has sent down to the Prophet Muhammad as a mercy to all mankind. There are three main aspects to consider, namely the aspects of Aqidah (faith), Shariah (norms and laws), and Akhlak. (moral atau budaya). The need for a container that fully informs Islam and becomes a reference place for activities that breathe Islam that can unite Muslim communities in particular in Bone Bolango district, so it is necessary a place that can accommodate activities that have Islamic nuances in one place. So we need a facility that can accommodate the three, which is an Islamic Center. The province of Gorontalo until now is still in the planning phase by the government, in Bone Bolango district which is now the research site has an area of 2.12 hectares that at the time there is already a mosque used as a place of worship of the surrounding community, Islamic Center has benefits for Hajj Jemaah which in the site planned several supporting facilities for the Hajj jemaah district of Bone bolango, This research uses qualitative methods and observations to meet the needs that exist within Islamic center, for the analysis applied that is micro and macro analysis in order to obtain criteria as initial in Islamic Centre planning. The final result of this research is the application of the concept of Green Architecture in the Islamic Center area, and also the application to the supporting facilities in it, as well as the addition of Islamic center support facilities, this application is carried out according to the appropriate conditions in the Bone Bolango district, in order to create a comfortable area for users.

The problem faced by the village of Oluhuta is that MSMEs in Oluhuta Village still have deficiencies in designing the packaging logo for the products they produce, namely skipjack tuna, so they are less attractive to buyers for transactions. Introduction of cow manure biogas using the HDPE geomembrane model in Pinogu, Gorontalo

Pinogu sub-district is an organic area in Bone Bolango district, Gorontalo province with abundant cattle potential. Behind a large number of cows in the Pinogu area, a new problem arises in the form of cow manure scattered on the streets. One of the technologies developed to overcome this problem is the introduction of biogas as a solution for utilizing cow manure which is environmentally friendly renewable energy. The digester model produced is a tubular HDPE (high-density polyethylene) geomembrane that has the advantages of being cheap, durable, and suitable for construction in the Pinogu area which has shallow groundwater characteristics. The process of constructing the digester was carried out for 10 days at the house of a resident in Pinogu Induk Village with the stages of site survey, design of the biogas installation unit, introduction, and training on constructing the digester to test the flame. Gas can be used after 5 days of filling cow dung into the digester. In addition to biogas, the remaining results of fermentation and degradation of cow dung can be used as liquid or solid organic fertilizer. It is hoped that with the construction of the HDPE geomembrane model biogas, the community will be able to take advantage of the potential of cow dung as an alternative fuel or renewable energy that is environmentally friendly.

PERAN PEMERINTAH DALAM PENGEMBANGAN POTENSI PARIWISATA DI KAWASAN PESISIR KABUPATEN BONE BOLANGO

This study aims to describe the Government's Role in the Development of Tourism Potential in the Coastal Area of ​​Bone Bolango Regency, using a qualitative descriptive method and approach. To obtain data used data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. As for the data validation techniques include credibility tests (extended observations, increased persistence and triangulation), transferability (external validity), reliability, and confimability. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model consisting of reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study show that (1) the government's role as a regulator is not optimal even though there are regulations, but the implementation of tourism has not been well managed. (2) The government's role as a dynamicator is optimal, this is indicated by the existence of programs organized by the Tourism and Creative Economy Office of Bone Bolango Regency which are carried out routinely every year so that they have an impact on improving services for visiting tourists at every tourist attraction in Bone Bolango District. (3) The government's role as a facilitator has been optimal, this can be seen by the existence of various programs including the provision of Information Technology-based tourism marketing facilities, and (4) The government's role as a catalyst in accelerating the development of regional potential even though it has been implemented but has not been optimal. This is caused by the rejection of the business community towards government policies regarding the application of retribution taxes to tourist attractions.

ANALISIS PENGARUH FAKTOR MATERNAL DAN POLA ASUH TERHADAP PSIKOMOTORIK BAYI USIA 3-24 BULAN SEBAGAI SKRINING PENCEGAHAN STUNTING DI KABUPATEN BONE BOLANGO

This study intends to analyze the influence of maternal factors and parenting styles on the psychomotor of infants aged 3-24 months in preventing stunting. The test method with partial and simultaneous logistic regression to analyze maternal factors and parenting patterns consists of: Age at marriage, Knowledge of stunting, and Child's eating patterns, which are then associated with the infant's psychomotor. In 2021 and 2022, Ulantha Village will rank first as a Priority Village in preventing and overcoming stunting in Bone Bolango Regency. Although the stunting rate has decreased, it is not much different from previous years. These insignificant changes prompted research to analyze the influence of maternal factors and parenting styles on the psychomotor aspects of infants aged 3-24 months to determine the potential for stunting as a basis for making Regional Stunting Prevention Policies in Bone Bolango District. The results are based on partial logistic regression testing that the variables Age at marriage, Diet and Knowledge about stunting have a significant effect on children's psychomotor. Through simultaneous logistic regression analysis it is known that age at marriage, Knowledge about stunting and children's diet also has a significant effect on children's psychomotor skills. In conclusion, stunting prevention needs to be done as early as possible by screening children before the golden period ends, namely before the child is 2 years old, one of which is by monitoring the growth and development of children through the psychomotor abilities of children under 2 years of age, so it is hoped that stunting can be prevented and restored.

Identification of Calcium Oxalate in Urine Sediment for Consuming Caffeinated Drinks at Pauwo Village in 2021

This study aimed to determine urinary calcium oxalate sediment in men and women who consume caffeinated drinks in the Pauwo Village, Bone Bolango district in 2021. The method in this study used a qualitative approach with the type of research used was descriptive univariate. The type of data used was primary data and secondary data sourced from questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique using a sample of 30 people consisting of men and women who consumed caffeinated drinks.
 The results showed that of the 30 samples of men and women who consumed caffeinated drinks in the Pauwo Village of Bone Bolango district found abnormal urine sediment as many as 21 people from 30 samples and normal urine sediment as many as 9 people from 30 samples which contained calcium oxalate urine sediment in it. The factors that influence the presence of calcium oxalate in men and women include age, gender, and duration of consuming caffeinated drinks.
