The Raman spectra of NaOH water solutions with different concentrations have been successfully obtained at room temperature and normal pressure. The results show that the shift of Raman shifts at different NaOH concentrations is strongly affected by hydrogen bond dynamics. The Raman shifts indicate that the formation of hydrogen bonds exceeds the breaking when the concentration is lower than 4M, and the hydrogen bond strength is enhanced. When the NaOH concentration is higher than 4M, the hydrogen bond relaxation dynamics is opposite to that at low concentration. The infrared spectra of NaOH water solutions with different concentrations are also discussed.
