Analisis Kebiasaan cara belajar siswa berprestasi pada mata Pelajaran IPS Terpadu Kelas VII di SMP Negeri 2 Boalaang Mongondow Utara.

This research aims to describe (1) the learning habits of high-achieving students in Integrated Social Science subject for Class VII of SMP Negeri 2 Bolaang Mongondow Utara, and (2) the factors influencing the learning habits of high- achieving students. The research method employs qualitative research, and utilizes observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection methods. The subjects of this research include one key informant and four supporting informants, consisting of the school principal of SMP Negeri 2 Bolaang Mongondow Utara, teachers of Integrated Social Science subject, and Class VII B students. The results indicate that: (1) students have various learning habits; they are highly active during lessons, particularly enjoying reading and writing activities. They take notes when the teacher explains, prefer listening to the teacher, and actively participate in answering questions. High-achieving students effectively manage their study time. (2) Factors influencing students learning habits include physiological factor, where students' health conditions upon arriving at school affect their learning habits. Meanwhile, it also includes psychological factor en which can impact learning habits and social environment factor motivation

Pengaruh Luas Lahan dan Harga Jual Terhadap Pendapatan Petani Padi di Kecamatan Bolaang Uki Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Selatan

This study aimed to determine whether there is an effect of land area and selling price on rice farmers' income in Bolaang Uki Sub-district, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research methods. The data used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to the community of Bolaang Uki Sub-district, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression with SPSS program assistance. The findings indicated that the variables of land area and selling price simultaneously had a significant effect on the rice farmers' income of with a significance value of 0,000. Then, the partial test findings showed that the variables of land area and selling prices had a positive effect on the rice farmers' income, with a coefficient of determination of Adjusted R Square of 0,350, which means that 35% of the variability of rice farmers' income is explained by land area and selling price. Meanwhile, 65% of the remaining value is affected by factors that were not analyzed in this study.

ANALISIS RANTAI PASOK DAN RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM KETERTELUSURAN KOPI ROBUSTA BERBASIS ANDROID

Robusta coffee is the most widely cultivated coffee commodity in Indonesia. In the East Bolaang Mongondow Regency, the problem at the supplier level is limited market information, which makes the coffee beans' quality inconsistent, impacting the price and product quality image. This research aims to identify supply chain structure models and members, added value, and design a traceability system to support product quality validation. Robusta coffee supply chain participants and their interactions were identified at the Modayag coffee plantation in East Bolaang Mongondow. The data were collected through observations, interviews, and field studies. Supply chain analysis was performed using the Vorst method and the added value was calculated using the Hayami method. The traceability system design follows the system development lifecycle method. The findings indicate that the Robusta coffee supply chain in East Bolaang Mongondow Regency includes farmers, collector traders, processing plants, the retail industry, coffee roasteries, and consumers. Farmers profit from selling perfectly ripe wet coffee beans 42-43%, wet mixed coffee beans (8%), and dry mixed coffee beans 63-71%. A traceability system named Kinton was successfully developed and integrated with the Firebase database to store all information.

Penyajian laporan keuangan entitas berorientasi nonlaba berdasarkan ISAK Nomor 35 pada Yayasan Panti Asuhan “Pononiungan” Bolaang Mongondow

A non-profit entity is one that is engaged in community service and has no intention of seeking profit. Non-profit entities obtain their funds from donors or contributors who do not expect a return on their investment. It is crucial that non-profit entities be held accountable, particularly in light of the growing number of foundations and community organisations. Funders and the community must be provided with clear financial reports that explain the entity's performance and resources. This study will determine the presentation of financial statements of non-profit entities based on ISAK 35 at the Pononiungan Orphanage Foundation in Bolaang Mongondow. This thesis employs a descriptive qualitative analysis method. The results are clear: the Pononiungan Orphanage Foundation in Bolaang Mongondow has adjusted its financial statements to align with the ISAK Number 35 standard. This comprises comprehensive income statements, cash flow statements, net asset change statements, and notes to the financial statements.

The Relationship of the Level of Nutritional Knowledge and Fat Intake to Cholesterol Levels in PT Employees Bolaang Mongondow District Tourism Management

Background: The quality of human resources is the main factor required for the successful implementation of business in the company. Labour productivity has a very important role in the development of human resources in the company. Empirical evidence shows that the quality of human resources can be determined by good nutritional status, and good nutritional status is determined by nutritional knowledge, the amount of food intake consumed and a person's physical activity. Objective: The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between the level of nutritional knowledge and cholesterol levels and fat intake among employees of PT Tata Wisata JRBM Bakan, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Study Design: This type of research is analytical with a cross sectional approach. Place and Duration of Study: The research was conducted at PT. Bakan Village Tourism Arrangement, Bolaang Mongondow Regency in November 2023. Methods: The population in this study were all employees of PT. Tata Wisata – JRBM Bakan Regency. Bolaang Mongondow aged 20-49 years, a total of 49 people. The samples in this study were 33 samples which were determined using the Slovin formula.Data collection was obtained from measuring cholesterol levels, fat intake using a 24-hour food recall form and nutritional knowledge by giving questionnaires to the sample. Results: The results of research and data analysis of a large sample with high category nutritional knowledge were 20 samples (60.6%). The fat intake of most samples was in the category above requirements for 18 samples (33%). Most of the cholesterol levels were at the threshold of high cholesterol levels in 14 samples (42.4%) and high cholesterol in 4 samples (12.1%). There is no relationship between nutritional knowledge and fat intake with a p value of (0.629). There is a relationship between fat intake and cholesterol levels with a p value (0.000). There is no relationship between nutritional knowledge and cholesterol levels with a p value of (0.882). From this research it can be concluded that of the 3 variables tested, namely nutritional knowledge, cholesterol levels and fat intake, only fat intake and cholesterol levels have a relationship.

PEMANFAATAN APLIKASI PLICKERS DALAM EVALUASI PEMBELAJARAN IPS TERPADU DI SMP NEGERI 2 BOLAANG MONGONDOW UTARA SULAWESI UTARA

This research aims to determine the process of using the Plickers Application in evaluating Integrated Social Science Learning at SMP Negeri 2 Bolaang Mongondow Utara, North Sulawesi. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive method. By interviewing the school principal, head of curriculum, head of facilities and infrastructure, social studies teacher and 4 class VIII students. The data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation, while the data analysis techniques used included data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The research findings indicate that the use of Plickers application in evaluating Integrated Social Science learning at SMP Negeri 2 North Bolaang Mongondow encompasses several stages, namely the preparation or planning stage, implementing the Plickers application in class, learning evaluation and student assessment results using the Plickers application. In addition, the use of Plickers application in evaluating learning in the classroom will make it easier and shorten the time during the evaluation process. Also, the application makes the evaluation more effective and efficient. Apart from that, this digital application-based assessment model helps students to not get bored easily and are enthusiastic about taking part in the evaluation. This condition is noticeable from several interviews conducted by researchers with several class VIII students. In the meantime, one of the supporting factors needed when carrying out learning evaluations using the Plickers application is the availability of facility and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 2 Bolaang Mongondow Utara. Another supporting factor includes the availability of adequate technological infrastructure such as projectors, computers and stable internet connections can support the use of the Plickers in learning evaluation. Thus, adequate facilities, equipment and infrastructure make it possible for teachers to easily access and use this application.

Strategi Bertahan Hidup Keluarga Buruh Nelayan di Desa Sondana Kecamatan Bolaang Uki, Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Selatan

This study aims to identify the factors, influences, and strategies employed by fishing laborer families in Sondana Village, Bolaang Uki District, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency, to sustain their daily lives. Sondana Village is a coastal area where 15% of the population works as fishermen and heavily depends on marine resources. However, the decline in fish catches and low selling prices have weakened the economic condition of these fishing families. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results reveal that fishing laborer families employ various survival strategies: 1) active strategies, including seeking side jobs and involving family members to earn additional income; 2) passive strategies, such as saving or setting aside part of their income for urgent needs; and 3) network strategies, utilizing relationships with boat owners, the government, relatives, or neighbors to borrow money or receive assistance. This study provides new insights into how fishing laborer families adapt to economic challenges and highlights the importance of social support in their survival strategies.

Management strategies for the potential and value of mangrove forest ecosystem services in the Panango area of south Bolaang Mongondow regency

The Panango area is an area that has mangrove forests in its coastal areas that are used for ecotourism, fisheries, and environmental conservation. Mangrove forests in the area have the potential and value of important benefits to the surrounding community which has been using them for a long time, but data and information are not yet available, so it is necessary to identify and assess the ecosystem services in the area. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential and value of the benefits of mangrove ecosystem services in the Panango area in terms of provisioning, regulating, cultural, and supporting functions, and to determine strategies for managing the mangrove forest in the area. This research uses primary data obtained through field observations, namely observation of research objects, completion of questionnaires, and interviews with respondents. Secondary data was obtained from local government data and other data sources relevant to the research. The research data analysis technique was carried out by calculating the total economic value of each mangrove ecosystem service and SWOT analysis to determine mangrove area management strategies. This study concluded that the economic value of the potential and benefits of mangrove forest ecosystem services in the Panango area in total Rp. 26,259,380,092/year consisting of the value of service providers of Rp. 684,300,000/year, the potential for regulatory services as a wave breaker with a benefit value of Rp. 9,705,300,000/10 years, the potential value as a cultural service of Rp. 15,846,000,000/year, and the potential value as a supporting service of Rp. 23,780,092/year. Strategies that can be used in sustainable management of the potential and value of the benefits of mangrove forest ecosystem services in Panango area are through conservation efforts to protect and manage the area by involving joint participation between local governments and communities and other stakeholders.

The Influence of Implementation and Financial Management on Village Financial Performance (A Study in the Villages of Lolayan Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency)

Several factors impact the effectiveness of financial management in village governments, as stated in Bolaang Mongondow Regent Regulation No. 4 of 2019. These factors include preparation, allocation, execution, oversight, and responsibility. The main objective of this study is to determine whether administration and execution significantly affect the financial performance of villages in the Lolayan District of Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Quantitative research methods, which involve numerical and statistical techniques, were used. Secondary data was collected through surveys, interviews, and literature reviews. A total of 133 samples were used for this study. The applied theory is agency theory, which helps understand the interaction between principals (those with an interest) and agents (those who act on their behalf). The research findings suggest that implementation does not significantly impact the financial performance of villages in the Lolayan District. This may be due to various factors, including a lack of transparency in the allocation of village funds and the treasurer's inability to adjust program implementation according to current regulations. Consequently, many activities funded by the village fund lack the necessary proof documents or receipts.

Analisis Pendekatan Nilai %Ekstraksi Ore North Mainrigde Dengan Metode Bottle Roller Test Di PT. J Resources Bolaang Mongondow

The heap leach method is one of the cyanidation processes suitable for low-grade ore and PT J Resources Bolaang Mongondow uses this method in its processing. Column test is the most representative testwork of the heap leach process, but this testwork requires a long time so a faster testwork is needed and can provide %extraction value even though it is less representative and bottle roll test (BRT) is a solution for this. This study aims to estimate the % extraction obtained in cells by the BRT method. From the experimental results, it was obtained that the %extraction value of HG 01 samples at +12, +6, and -6 sizes was 67.1%, 79.2%, and 92.4%, respectively. for LG 02 samples of 68.3%, 81.5%, and 93.9%, for LG 03 samples of 54.5%, 90.6%, and 89.6%, respectively, these three samples are categorized as med-high extraction. While the LG 04 sample was 67.3%, 66.3%, 84.8% and categorized as low extraction.

Analisis Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di Desa Tombulang Timur Kecamatan Pinogaluman Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara

This study aims to determine the financial management of the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) "Harapan Baru" in Tombulan Timur Village, Pinogaluman District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This type of research is qualitative research that is descriptive in nature. The data sources used in this study are primary data and data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. With the data analysis method, namely collecting data, analysis and conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the financial management of BUMDes Harapan Baru is still simple, the planning carried out by BUMDes Harapan Baru by holding meetings to form RAB, the implementation is carried out by the treasurer with receipts as proof of disbursement of funds, the recording carried out by the treasurer is still general, the accountability carried out by BUMDes Harapan Baru is by providing reports to the BPD and submitted to the community during the village deliberation once a year, the supervision carried out by the BUMDes is appropriate, namely by providing financial reports from the BUMDes to the village BPD, and the BPD has come to supervise.

Peran Kelompok Tani Turi Mania Dalam Usahatani Padi Sawah Di Desa Bunia Kecamatan Bintauna Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara

This study aims to describe the role of the Turi Mania Farmers' Group in rice farming in Bunia Village, Bintauna Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Utara Regency. The research was conducted over a period of 3 months from September to November 2023, based in Bunia Village, Bintauna Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Utara Regency. The data for this study were collected through primary data obtained from direct interviews with members of the Turi Mania Farmers' Group about their roles in rice farming, using a prepared questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from the Bunia Village government office and from online sources such as journals and research theses. The sampling method used was a census method, involving all members of the Turi Mania Farmers' Group in Bunia, from the management to the members, totaling 14 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach, presented in the form of tables. The data obtained were analyzed using a Likert scale. This analysis explains the role of the Turi Mania Farmers' Group based on learning classes, cooperation platforms, and production units. The results show that the role of the Turi Mania Farmers' Group in Bunia Village, Bintauna Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Utara Regency in rice farming is categorized as a learning class with a total score of 121 and a role index of 95.74%, fairly significant as a cooperation platform with a total score of 82 and a role index of 67.74%, and significant as a production unit with a total score of 113 and a role index of 89.68%.

The Influence of Physical Activity, Nutritional Status, Age, and Gender on the Health-Related Quality of Life Among Adolescents in Bolaang Mongondow Regenc

This study analyzed the influence of Physical Activity, Nutritional Status, Age, and Gender on Adolescent Health and Quality of Life in Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This was an analytic study with a cross-sectional approach conducted in junior and senior high schools in Bolaang Mongondow Regency in October 2023 with a total sample of 406. The results of the study found that physical activity and nutritional status had a p>0.05 value in all domains, while the age variable had a p<0.05 value in the psychological and social domains, the gender variable had a p<0.05 value in the psychological domain, then to analyze the most influential variables, the researcher conducted a logistic regression test and obtained the results of the gender and age variables having the most decisive influence on the quality of life of adolescent health in the psychological domain by 8.6%. This study concludes that Physical Activity and Nutritional Status are unrelated and do not affect the quality of life of adolescents in the Bolaang Mongondow district. At the same time, the variables of age and gender influence only the psychological and social domains of quality of life health; gender and age variables have the most decisive influence. This study implies that Physical Activity and Nutritional Status are not the main factors that influence the quality of life of adolescents in Bolaang Mongondow Regency. However, Age and Gender have a more significant influence, especially on psychological aspects.

Community Structure Analysis of The Boroko and Binuanga Mangrove Areas North Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi Province

Mangrove forests are one of the potential coastal and marine natural resources that Indonesia has, as an abundant archipelagic country. The area of mangrove forests in Indonesia is approximately 3,490,000 ha or equivalent to 21% of the world's mangrove forests. This research aims to analyze the community structure of the Boroko and Binuanga mangrove areas, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi Province. The research uses a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach, namely a method of collecting data directly at the research location. The survey method was used to collect data in the form of mangrove identification, species diversity, species evenness and species uniformity in the mangrove area at the research location. The types of mangroves found in the Boroko and Binuanga mangrove areas consist of 7 species, namely Rhizophora apiculata, Rhizophora mucronata, Ceriops tagal, Bruguiera gymnorrhiza, Avicennia alba, Lumnitzera littorea, and Sonneratia alba. The results of the analysis of the diversity index, species richness and evenness of mangrove species in Boroko and Binuanga villages obtained a diversity index (H') value of 1.29-1.34, species richness (DMg) 1.01-1.23 and species evenness (E ) 0.68-0.71. The diversity of mangrove species in Boroko and Binuanga Villages is in the medium category, the evenness index (E) shows that the evenness of mangrove plants is stable and based on the species richness index criteria the two research locations are in the low species richness category.

Designing and Building a Risk Management Model for the Pork Supply Chain in North Sulawesi

This study aims to present a comprehensive model for managing supply chain risks in the pork industry, comprising four primary components: (1) a risk identification (2) a risk assessment (3) a risk mitigation Employing the Snowball Sampling method, the research investigated 30 pig farms across North Minahasa, Bolaang Mongondow, and Minahasa districts, focusing on model identification and risk assessment within farmer and marketing institutions. Findings revealed that supply chain risks within pig farm products are primarily attributed to the perishable nature of the goods, persisting from farm activity processes through distribution channels to final traders. Risk assessment highlighted that farms face the highest level of risk compared to traditional market retailers and supermarkets, with breeders carrying the greatest risk among distributors and retailers. Consequently, identified risks significantly impact production quantity and pork quality, categorizing them as critically important risks. The decline in production adversely affects the income of farmers and distributors/retailers, underscoring the high risk associated with farm-level production activities. In light of these findings, enhancing farm-level performance requires government intervention to regulate the pork supply chain in North Sulawesi.

Factors Influencing Farmers' Decisions to Conduct E-Marketing to Increase Pig Farming Income in Bolaang Mongondow, North Sulawesi, Indonesia

The aim of this study was to determine the factors influencing farmers' decisions to conduct e-marketing to increase pigs in Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi Province. The survey method was carried out on 84 pig farmers in East Dumoga District, which was determined by total quota sampling, then data analysis used a logit model. The results showed that there were 50% of farmers using electronic marketing methods. Factors influencing farmers' decisions to conduct e-marketing to increase pigs are the number of sales, the price of the pigs, the distance between the pigpen and the market, and the ability to use electronic media. Electronic marketing is used by farmers who are already affiliated with pig farmer community groups, through Facebook and WhatsApp social media. The total income of pig farmers using electronic marketing methods is higher than those of pig farmers using other methods of 16.95% per period. Keywords: e-marketing, pig farming, income

Profit analysis of beef cattle business as agrotechnopark development effort in North Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi

This study aims to know the profit gain of the beef cattle business and the influencing factors. It used primary data and secondary data. The former was collected through questionnaires and the latter was obtained from the statistic office of North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The sampling village was first selected using a purposive sampling method, then 30 respondents were randomly selected. Data analysis applied a cost-benefit analysis and regression model to detect the profit-influencing factors. Results showed that the mean profit of the beef cattle farmer per year was IDR. 2,241,893. Feed, calve, and labor simultaneously significantly affected the profit of the calve farmers in North Bolaang Mongondow Regency (α = 0.01).

Community structures of bivalves in the coastal area of Lungkap Village, Pinolosian, Bolaang Mongondow Selatan District

This research aims to identify the structure of the bivalve community on the coast of Langkat Village, Pinolosian, South Bolaang Mongondow District. Sampling was carried out from December 2020 to January 2021 at three stations, namely seagrass beds (station I), tourist attractions (Station II), and mangroves (Station III), using the quadrant transect method, where each observation station made a line transect from the mainland towards the sea. Line transects are placed at each station, while the distance between line transects is 50 m. Observation results show that the bivalves at the research location consist of five families (Arcidae, Asteridae, Cyprinidae, Cardiidae, Ostreidae) an six types of bivalves, where the diversity index is low and the uniformity index is moderate, indicating that the distribution of each type is relatively even.Keywords: Bivalve; coastal; community structure; Lungkap
