Analisis Strategi Persediaan Bahan Baku Buah Pala Untuk Meningkatkan Efisiensi Rantai Pasok CV Cielofood Pratama di Kota Bogor

CV Cielofood Pratama is a beverage processing business with nutmeg raw materials, located in Bogor City, West Java. The company produces syrups with varying sizes of packaging. The multi-stage production process does not rule out the possibility of irregularities that could cause the product to no longer meet the quality standards we set. In general, business units have a profit goal for business sustainability, by seeking efficiency in operations in order to obtain profitable profits. Analysis of the data shows the difference between corporate policy and the results of the EOQ method. The company usually orders 25 kg of raw materials with a frequency of 120 times per year. However, the EOQ method recommends ordering 144 kg with a frequency of 36 times per year. In addition, there is a significant difference in the total cost of supplies, which is IDR 30,900,000 according to company policy and IDR 10,392,000 according to EOQ method. This study aims to analyze strategies in raw material supply as an effort for supply chain efficiency. Using the Economic Orders Quantity (EOQ) method Reduce storage costs, save space on both storage and workspaces, resolve problems and reduce the risk that raw material supplies may pose.

Satisfaction Analysis Of The Bogor Pulo Armyn Community Health Center Website Users Using The End User Computing Satisfaction Method

One of The health centers in Bogor City are: Public health center Pulo Armyn Bogor City, where Public health center the using the website as a media provider information related service Public health center . For know level satisfaction user end to a website, then need did it study about analysis level satisfaction user end from that website. Researcher do analysis related level satisfaction user at the end of the website using the End User Computing Satisfaction Method with 6 indicators in the his that is regarding Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, Timeliness. Data collection is carried out with spread questionnaire to employees and residents who live there place live in the Bogor City area, distribution questionnaire done for 2 weeks with total respondent data namely 107 users . Data obtained tabulated with compile to in table and calculated magnitude percentage its , validity test and reliability test his with using Rstudio tools. Result of research that has been done showing that 57 users feel satisfied with amount percentage 53.3%. Followed with 34 users feel No satisfied with percentage 31.8 %, 14 users feel very satisfied with amount percentage 13.1% and 2 users feel very not satisfied with amount percentage 1.9%. THE INFLUENCE OF STUDENTS' RELIGIOSITY ON FUJOSHI BEHAVIOR

Religiosity is a person's level of knowledge and understanding of the religion he adheres to. Therefore it is very important for students to have religiosity. But not a few students who have religiosity but still do things that are forbidden by Allah SWT. As is the case in today's era, namely the rise of shows or readings about homosexuality. In fact, the average perpetrators of reading and watching are teenagers who are students. This study aims to determine the effect of students' religiosity on fujoshi behavior. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a field research approach. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Bogor City from September 2022 to February 2023. The population consisted of 175 class X students and a sample of 45 was selected by means of probability. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire totaling 30 items with a validity value of 0.850 and 0.000 as a result of normality. The results of the study show that the fujoshi performers are not affected by religiosity. This means that students who are still undergoing worship such as praying five times a day, fasting and reciting the Koran but cannot make students stop being fujoshi where they are still doing fujoshi behavior such as reading and watching boys love.Keywords: Religiosity, Learners, Fujoshi BehaviorAbstrakReligiosity is a person's level of knowledge and understanding of the religion they adhere to. Implementation of Public Service Policy through Online Media and Drive Thru at the Bogor City Population and Civil Registration Office

The implementation of public service policies through online media is a service to facilitate the public in managing population documents. With this service, people do not need to queue at the Bogor City Disdukcapil office. This service policy is a form of application of presidential regulation number 95 of 2018 concerning online-based government systems. The purpose of this study is to determine the process of implementing service policies through online drive thru media at Disdukcapil Bogor City and the impact resulting from this policy. This research uses qualitative methods. Data was collected by interviews, observation and documentation. The data is then analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the process of implementing public service policies through online drive thru at the Bogor City Disdukcapil which was seen from the dimensions of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure had been carried out well. However, there are obstacles in the communication dimension, this is because there are still quite a lot of people who do not know and do not understand about the use of services through online drive thru media. On the other hand, this policy has had a positive impact. This can be seen from the fact that there are also many people who use services through online drive thru media. The implications of research on the implementation of public service policies through the online drive-thru media Disdukcapil Bogor City are theoretically good, but the resulting impact has not been maximized.

Education Deserts Mapping of Public Middle Schools in Bogor City: A Step Towards Educational Equity

Limited access to educational resources, stemming from geographical remoteness and transportation challenges, creates education deserts that impede equitable access to quality education. Recognizing these education deserts is crucial for pinpointing areas where students may face academic setbacks and for crafting specific strategies to enhance educational accessibility. This research employs bivariate choropleth maps to delineate education deserts in public middle schools in Bogor City, Indonesia, integrating data on school accessibility and student demographics. The maps highlight education desert areas in the darkest shade, revealing the top five areas characterized by low school accessibility and high student demographics. The insights derived from mapping education deserts in Bogor City contribute to the development of targeted strategies, ensuring that all students, irrespective of their location or socioeconomic background, enjoy unimpeded access to high-quality education, thereby advancing educational equity.

Identification of Bogor City Square Tourist Attraction Facilities As An Indikator Of Visitor Satisfaction

The title of this research is the identification of facilities in Bogor City Square as an indicator of visitor satisfaction. Research on the identification of facilities in Bogor City Square as an indicator of visitor satisfaction has a significant impact on the management and development of these tourist destinations. In the era of fierce competition in the tourism industry, a deep understanding of the factors that influence visitor satisfaction is the main key to the success of a tourist attraction. This research directly contributes to efforts to improve service quality in Bogor City Square, which in turn can increase the competitiveness and attractiveness of the destination. The place of this research is in Bogor City Square. The research method uses qualitative research. The data used are primary and secondary. The results showed that the diversity of facilities, involving a variety of attractions, activities, and services, provides a richer tourist experience and suits the needs of various visitor segments. Such diversity proved to be a key factor in creating an inclusive atmosphere and flexibility for visitors to customize their visit. The diverse facilities in Bogor City Square make a positive impression and motivate visitors to plan repeat visits and give positive recommendations to others.

Pengembangan Instrumen Asesmen Literasi Digital dalam Pembelajaran untuk Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

This study aims to develop a digital literacy instrument for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers that serves to measure the extent of teachers' digital literacy. This research involved 166 teacher respondents in MI in Bogor City. The research method used is the Plomp Model, also known as design research, which has stages such as preliminary research, prototyping phase, and assessment phase in the development process. The instrument developed in the form of a questionnaire that has been made is first validated by 2 expert validators (material and evaluation), after being declared valid by expert validators, the questionnaire is then carried out a limited test to calculate the level of validity and reliability of each question item. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale with 4 categories of answer choices (often, rarely, ever, never). The results of the study can be concluded that The question items that can be used as data collection tools on the digital literacy questionnaire instrument are 50 question items and are categorized as valid and can be used as a teacher digital literacy evaluation tool. Based on the validity calculation, it can be seen that 78% of the question items can be used as data collection tools with high and sufficient validity categories. While the other 22% can be used by making improvements first with low validity. Based on reliability criteria, the digital literacy questionnaire shows very high-reliability criteria (0.860) with a reliability level greater than 0.7.

Implementation of STEAM-Based Project Learning Model to Improve Elementary Student’s Learning Outcomes

This research aims to determine how the implementation of the Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics-Based Project-Based Learning Model affects the learning outcomes of students in the sub-theme of project-based activities and literacy. The research method used was a quasi-experimental two-group design at Bondongan Public Elementary School in Bogor City. The subjects of this study consist of 63 students of fifth grade. This research was conducted in the first semester of the academic year. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the STEAM-based project-based learning model had an effect on student learning outcomes in the sub-theme of project-based activities and literacy. This is evident from the N-Gain score in the experimental group of 69, while the control group obtained an N-Gain score of 39. The hypothesis testing results state that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted because t-count (14.56) is greater than t-table (1.9996). Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the STEAM-based Project-Based Learning Model effectively improves student learning outcomes in the sub-theme of project-based activities and literacy. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide new knowledge about how the implementation of innovative learning models can improve the learning outcomes of students in elementary school.

The Implementation of Inclusive Education Policy at the Elementary School Level

Inclusive education in Bogor City is the main focus of achieving equitable and quality education for all, including children with special needs (ABK). Although there are currently inclusion regulations, their implementation is still faced with challenges. The purpose of this study is to describe how inclusion policies are implemented in primary schools. This research uses qualitative methodology with field studies at SDN Perwira, SDN Batutulis 2, and SDN Pakuan. Research informants totaled 14 people who were determined using purposive sampling techniques. Data was collected through observations, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis takes place according to the stages of Miles and Huberman, which include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion-making. Research findings show that implementing inclusion policies faces challenges such as uneven distribution of students with special needs and limited resources. Nevertheless, there is commitment and support from local government implementers and regulations. There needs to be improved coordination and better policy structuring to improve performance at the school level.

Evaluating spatial analysis of tuberculosis prevalence to identify priority districts or municipalities that need policy attention in West Java

Purpose: This study assesses the spatial autocorrelation of tuberculosis (TB) with population density, poverty, personal hygiene and environmental sani- tation (perilaku hidup bersih sehat, PHBS), and housing quality to identify critical areas for targeted TB management in West Java. Methods: This ecological study analyzes secondary data from all TB patients across 27 regencies/cities in West Java Province for 2022. Spatial patterns were examined using the Global Moran's Index and Local Indicators of Spatial Association (LISA). Results: The analysis revealed significant clustering of TB prevalence with population density (p-value = 0.001) and PHBS (p-value = 0.047). At the same time, dispersion was noted with poverty (p-value = 0.355) and a non-significant clustering with housing quality (p-value = 0.270). Notably, ten regencies/cities exhibited significant local spatial autocorrelat- ion, indicating priority areas for intervention. Conclusion: TB prevalence in West Java show a positive spatial correlation with population density and PHBS, indicating clustered patterns that necessitate focused policy attention. The absence of a spatial correlation between poverty and housing quality suggests different intervention strategies may be required. TB intervention should be prioritized in areas like Bekasi Regency, Bekasi City, Bogor Regency, Bogor City, Cianjur Regency, and Depok City, where TB prevalence is significantly associated with key spatial factors.

Influence of Attractions, Accessibility, and Facilities on The Image of The Peak Batu Roti Ciampea Tourism Object

Puncak Batu Roti is a tourist attraction in Bogor Regency. The lack of diversity in tourist attractions causes fluctuations in the number of tourist visits. This title was chosen because Batu Roti Peak Ciampea is the specific location that wants to be researched, and this research tries to understand the factors that can influence the image of tourist attractions at that location. Batu Roti Peak is located on the Ciampea Limestone Mountain, Bogor. This peak is one of five peaks in the area, which also include Galau Peak, Lalana Peak, Arca Lima Peak, and Karang Gantung Peak. The location is about 17 km from the center of Bogor City. This research aims to see how tourist attractions (x) influence visiting interest (y) at the Puncak Batu Roti Tourist Attraction. Tourists who come to the Puncak Batu Roti Tourist Attraction are the objects of this research. Quantitative descriptive data analysis was used in this research. Data collected from the questionnaire was used for simple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the tourist attraction variable is in the good category with a percentage of 68.33% and the interest in visiting variable is also in the good category with a percentage of 2%. This result has a significant positive value, indicating that the more tourist attractions there are at the Puncak Batu Roti Tourist Attraction, the greater the interest in visiting. Researchers advise managers to develop new tourist attractions such as limestone educational tourism for elementary, middle and high school students by utilizing the property of local residents in the Puncak area. They also suggested building a Tourist Information Center (TIC) to provide information about all aspects of the Puncak Batu Roti Tourist Attraction for tourists.

Empirical Study Using Analysis Techniques Pathways for RM Bumi Aki Employees in Bogor City and Surroundings

This study examines the influence of servant leadership style and personality traits on employee performance through the mediation of work motivation at Bumi Aki Restaurant in Bogor City. A quantitative approach using path analysis technique was employed on a randomly selected sample of Bumi Aki Restaurant employees. The results indicate that both servant leadership style and personality traits have a significant positive effect on work motivation, and work motivation mediates the relationship between these variables and employee performance. The implications highlight the importance of developing servant leadership style and positive personality traits to enhance employee performance, providing insights for human resource management in the restaurant industry, and suggesting avenues for further research to deepen the understanding of these dynamics.

OVERVIEW OF FOOD CONSUMPTION BEHAVIOR AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLE PATTERNS IN MODERN COMMUNITIES OF BOGOR CITY

The increasing level and lifestyle of society accompanied by the modernization of food industry technology has caused people to move away from natural foods and prefer fast food. Fast food is considered very practical, fast and easy to obtain so that it supports the lifestyle of modern society. This study aims to determine the description of food consumption behavior and healthy lifestyles in modern society in Bogor city. The method used was descriptive quantitative approach with data collection through interviews with questionnaires, the number of respondents was 200 people. Related to food consumption behavior, the results showed that most respondents, 62%, often consume fast food because it is practical and easy to obtain, 73.5% consume vegetables and fruit regularly and as many as 67.5% drink 8 glasses of water a day. Regarding a healthy lifestyle, 51% of respondents exercise regularly, 74% cook their own food, 76.5% rarely read labels when buying packaged food products, 54% have sufficient knowledge to distinguish healthy and unhealthy foods, 86% of respondents agree to pay attention to nutritional intake in daily consumption, and 76.5% rarely search for information related to healthy food. Despite exercising regularly and regularly consuming vegetables and fruits, frequent consumption of fast food can cause nutrition and health problems in the future. Self-education related to healthy food accompanied by concrete actions in daily food choices is needed to maintain health and quality of life.

Capturing Millennials' Attention: Investigating Influential Factors on Purchase Intention at Halal Restaurants in Bogor, Indonesia

This research aims to explore the factors influencing consumers' purchasing intentions at halal-labeled restaurants, especially among Millennials in Bogor. By adopting the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as a conceptual framework, this study is limited to a sample scope involving 222 respondents aged 20-39 who practice Islam, including both students and private sector individuals residing in Bogor City. This study used the SEM-PLS method in analyzing the data. It is conducted in two stages, the evaluation of the measurement model (outer model) and the evaluation of the structural model (inner model). The Path Coefficients method has been employed to assess the direct effects of an exogenous latent construct or variable on an endogenous latent variable. The research results show that attitude variables and halal labels have a significant influence on consumer buying interest in halal restaurants, while knowledge and price variables do not have a significant influence on buying interest. The implications of this research are highly relevant for halal restaurant industry owners and practitioners. Strategic recommendations include enhancing information about the halalness of products and services and strengthening halal certification and labels. Restaurant owners are encouraged to seek a balance between competitive pricing and high-quality service. Focus on improving consumer knowledge about the halal status of products, enhancing brand image, and emphasizing the halal label as a positive differentiator.

Utilization of Frequency Ratio and Logistic Regression Model for Landslide Susceptibility Mapping in Bogor Area

Java Island holds the highest record of landslide events in Indonesia. In 2021, the Bogor area, consisting of the city and regency of Bogor, recorded the highest number of landslides. These events further impact the fatalities, damage, and loss to society. Landslide mitigation should be considered to reduce the risk caused by landslide hazards. In this regard, a landslide susceptibility analysis is one of the fundamental steps in mitigation measures that can support policymakers in response to landslide disaster risk reduction. The location of landslide possibilities can be identified by mapping landslide susceptibility. Therefore, this study aims to produce a landslide susceptibility map (LSM) using a statistical frequency ratio method and logistic regression. The number of landslide inventories used in the model is about 822 events. To apply the model, the present study evaluates 13 influencing factors consisting of elevation, slope angle, slope aspect, slope curvature, Topographic Wetness Index (TWI), distance to river, lithological, distance to fault, soil type, annual rainfall, Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), land use land cover (LULC), and road distance. The model performance is further evaluated using Area Under the ROC Curve (AUC). The frequency ratio (FR) and logistic regression (LR) models produce satisfactory results and have high predictions of future landslide occurrences with a score of 0.8317 and 0.8817, respectively.

The Influence of Islamic Financial Planning in Buying Life Insurance

In Indonesia there is still a big opportunity to develop the sharia industry in Indonesia, especially sharia life insurance. This is based on the penetration rate of life insurance in Indonesia in 2018 only reaching 1.3%, which shows a decrease from the previous year which was 1.4%. Therefore a strategy is needed to increase the penetration of sharia insurance through research on the factors that influence a person's interest in participating in sharia life insurance. This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy, Islamic life insurance knowledge, Islamic financial planning, and financial behavior on interest in participating in Islamic life insurance. This research is a quantitative research. Primary data was obtained through a survey that obtained 140 respondents aged over 17 years and domiciled in the city of Bogor. The analysis uses the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that the variable knowledge of sharia life insurance and sharia financial planning has a significant effect on interest in participating in sharia life insurance. On the other hand, the variables of financial literacy and financial behavior do not significantly influence interest in participating in sharia life insurance.

“Sekolah Ibu Program”: Women Resilience Program or Gender Blind Policy?

This article analyzes the Gender Blind Policy phenomenon in the “Sekolah Ibu Program” in Bogor City, Indonesia. This article aims to see whether there are gender gaps or inequality in the “Sekolah Ibu Program”. The “Sekolah Ibu Program” was created to reduce the divorce rate in Bogor City, Indonesia. The divorce trend in Bogor City has increased in the last three years. Therefore, the Bogor City government created a program to suppress divorce cases. In the “Sekolah Ibu Program”, there are learning modules such as parenting patterns, family health, family resilience, and others, so women are expected to have more knowledge about family resilience. The method used by the author in this research is Cresswell's qualitative case study approach. The author uses Naila Kabeer's Gender Blind Policy theory, which uses four indicators to determine the phenomenon in the program: participation, benefits, control, and access. These four indicators used to see the inequality and the gender gap in this program. The result shows that there is still a gender gap, such as what occurs in the “Sekolah Ibu Program”, where there are still limitations between women and their participation in the program.

Analisis Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan Syariah, Religiusitas, Inflasi Terhadap Minat Beli Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk pada Gen Z Kota Bogor

This research investigates the influence of Sharia financial literacy, religiosity, and inflation on the purchase intention of Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) among Generation Z in Bogor City. Using a questionnaire and Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square analysis, primary data were collected from 263 respondents. The results show that Sharia financial literacy and religiosity have a significant positive influence on the purchase intention of CWLS, while inflation also has a significant effect. This indicates the importance of understanding Sharia finance and levels of religiosity in enhancing the purchase intention of CWLS among Generation Z. These findings underscore the need for Sharia financial education and better religious understanding to support the growth of investments in Sharia financial instruments in the future.

Analisis Besar Potongan Harga Discount Treatment Melalui Bauran Komunikasi Pemasaran di Klinik Kecantikan the Alfein

The beauty industry continues to grow rapidly throughout the world, triggering increasingly fierce competition among beauty clinics. Promotional strategies, especially offering treatment discounts, are key in maintaining and increasing market share. This research investigates the major price discount strategy through the marketing communications mix at The Alfein Beauty Clinic in Bogor City. Qualitative research methods were used through in-depth interviews and direct observation. The results show that the size of the price discount, the promotional period, and the type of product offered influence the success of the promotional strategy. Social, cultural, individual, and psychological factors also play a role in consumer purchasing behavior. In conclusion, a deep understanding of these dynamics is important in developing effective marketing strategies. The size of the discount, the promotional period, and the type of product must be considered carefully. Understanding social, cultural, individual, and psychological factors helps design responsive promotions. This research provides valuable insights for the beauty industry in facing competition and increasing consumer satisfaction.

Pengaruh Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Rohis (Rohani Islam) terhadap Tingkah Laku Siswa di SMPN 1 Kota Bogor

The purpose of this research namely: (1) to determine the extracurricular activities of rohis at SMPN 1 Bogor City, (2) to determine the behavior of students at SMPN 1 Bogor City, (3) to find out whether there is a significant influence between extracurricular activities of rohis on the behavior of students at SMPN 1 Bogor City. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire by distributing data to students who take part in extracurricular activities at SMPN 1 Bogor City, for the method used, namely surveys. The results of this study show that: (1) rohis extracurricular activities are included in the category of quite high, (2) student behavior is included in the fairly high category, (3) there is a positive and significant influence between extracurricular activities on student behavior at SMPN 1 Bogor City with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 then indicated by (R) which is 0.559 which is in the medium or sufficient category, because it is located between 0.40-0.60. The percentage of influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable called the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.313 or 31.3%
