The research stage starts from the design of a system that has been built using a Use Case Diagram that has three actors including admin, boarding house owner, and tenant/user. Each of these actors has different roles and access rights. At the implementation stage of the system creation process using the android studio application, then the system is tested using the BlackBox method. Based on the results of system tests that have been carried out obtaining good results or in other words the system can run as expected.

Currently the internet has become an important and effective means of communication to obtain various sources of information. The internet has also been proven to provide benefits to the community, one of which is in the business of providing residential services or boarding houses. Due to limited information about facilities, prices, locations and availability of boarding rooms, it is difficult for people to come directly to the location to survey the boarding house.The methodology used is Waterfall which has five stages, namely, Requirement Analysis and Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, and Operation and Maintenance. At the analysis stage, data collection and needs analysis were carried out. At the design stage, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) are made. At the implementation stage, the system was created using PHP and JavaScript as the programming language, and MySQL as the database server. The testing method used is the Blackbox Testing method. Boarding seekers can view the location, route, boarding information, filter data, and see the panorama of the boarding house and can book a boarding house in the city of Palangka Raya. The boarding house owner can use this system as a place to promote his boarding house.

A survey was conducted of 12 boarding houses spread across Ciwaruga, West Bandung Regency to investigate their current maintenance practices and property management functions. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the Implementation of the Hotel Tax Collection on Boarding House in Depok City within 2018-2020. The method used in this study is the qualitative method with descriptive research. The result indicates that the Implementation of hotel tax collection on boarding houses in Depok City within 2018-2020 has not yet been implemented well due to the awareness of the taxpayers is still low, the counseling, education, and socialization that has not yet maximum, and the lack of human resource amount who can handle the hotel tax collection on the boarding house.

Evaluation Of Serang City Regional Regulation Number 17 Of 2010 Concerning Local Taxes in Serang City (Case Study of Hotel Tax on Boarding Houses)

The focus of this research is the evaluation of Serang City Regional Regulation Number 17 of 2010 concerning Local Taxes, especially Hotel Taxes on Boarding Houses in Serang City. In this evaluation, there are several problems in the implementation of the policy, such as the number of boarding houses with more than ten rooms not recorded by the Regional Revenue Agency (Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) Kota Serang, which makes boarding house owners with hotel tax categories not registered as taxpayers; Low level of awareness of hotel taxpayers on the boarding house of Serang City; The weak role of the government in approaching the taxpayer or going directly to the field; and the lack of socialization carried out by Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) Serang City. The theory used is the evaluation theory developed by Daniel Stufflebeam consists of four stages of evaluation aspects, namely CIPP. The qualitative descriptive method provides an overview of data analysis techniques using the Irawan model. The result of this study is that the implementation of the hotel tax policy on boarding houses in Serang City has not been running optimally. The hotel tax rate onboarding houses at a rate of 10% is still felt objection by the hotel taxpayer on the boarding house to make the taxpayer in arrears to pay the local tax. The lack of human resources, which is an important element in the success of policies that have data collection, registration, reporting, and evaluation of hotel taxes on boarding houses, is still experiencing a shortage. The available facilities and infrastructure are still inadequate. This study examines the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty boarding. It is proven that customer satisfaction and loyalty are influenced by service quality and boarding facilities. Customer satisfaction is affected by the variable boarding facilities and boarding services significantly and both variables affect simultaneously by 63.9%. Customer loyalty is not significantly affected by the variable costing facilities, but is significantly affected by the variable costing services. Simultaneously, customer loyalty is influenced by these two variables by 72.5%. Customer satisfaction regression formula Y1 = 1.379 + 0.423 X1 + 0.500 X2 and customer loyalty regression formula Y2 = -3.178 + 0.204 X1 + 0.775 X2. Researchers propose improvements with the QFD method and obtain a ranking of improvement priorities that have been evaluated for their level of competitiveness with competitors of the Blue Residence boarding house. Information systems have helped humans, one of which is website-based information technology. This research was conducted in the Tampan District, Pekanbaru City from April 25, 2021 to April 29, 2021. The population used in this study was 67 boarding houses spread across the Tampan District. The subject of this research is the owner of the boarding house. Collecting data using observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The method of testing carried out in this study is a direct test method, namely by black box testing. Based on the results obtained from a series of research processes regarding the Information System for Searching Boarding Houses in Tampan District, Web-Based. This study aims to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, taxpayer knowledge, tax sanctions and tax service services on tax compliance. This research was conducted in the city of Kupang, descriptive statistical research method through a quantitative approach. The population in this study are taxpayers who carry out business activities for boarding houses in Kupang City. Sampling is in accordance with the provisions of the sample from a certain population that is the easiest to reach or obtain, for example the one closest to the place where the researcher is domiciled. The results of this study prove that a) Taxpayer awareness has no effect on tax compliance of boarding house owners in the city of Kupang. It is proven by a significance value of 0.841 > from a value of 0.05, b) Taxpayer knowledge has an effect on tax compliance of boarding house owners in the city of Kupang. It is proven by a significance value of 0.000 < from the value of sig 0.05, c) Tax sanctions have no effect on tax compliance of boarding house owners in the city of Kupang. It is proven by a significance value of 0.430 > from the value of sig 0.05 and d) Fiscal Services does not affect the tax compliance of boarding house owners in the city of Kupang. It is proven by a significance value of 0.430 > from the value of sig 0.05.

Influence of Risk Preference and Financial Condition on Tax Compliance of Boarding House Tax in Banjarmasin

This study aims to examine the effect of risk preference and financial condition on tax compliance of boarding house owners. The variables of this study are tax compliance, risk preference and financial condition. This study used primary data obtained from the questionnaire. In addition, the respondents of this study were the taxpayers who owned a boarding house in Banjarmasin chosen by using purposive sampling. Furthermore, multiple regression analysis was employed to analyze the obtained data. The results of the study concluded that risk preference and financial condition had positive effect on tax compliance.

The increasing of population number influences waste generation so that it requires proper management to prevent the environmental problems. Waste management will determine the level of environment quality as well as the amenities. This is in accordance with the concept of a livable city, particularly related to the provision of urban facilities. Hence, it is necessary to have an understanding of the concept of a livable city as a form of the government's commitment to improving the quality of the environment and society. The community service team is from the Laboratory of Urban Design and Development, Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Universitas Diponegoro that consist of four lecturers and two students disseminated the concept of a livable city in Bulusan Village through community-based waste management. This is done as an effort to reduce the volume of waste which requires an active role and community commitment. The purpose of this dissemination is to increase public understanding and ultimately realize the importance of playing a role in its implementation. The method used in this activity were identified potentions and problems on waste management, identified the community’s characteristics and analyzed existing waste management, that further arranged the waste management strategies in term of liveable city. The data collection process is carried out through interviews and field observations. The output of this community service is a community-based waste management strategy within the framework of the livable city concept based on lessons learned from best practices and relevant theories through the involvement of students, boarding house owners, and the community in waste sorting, the role of government in bridging with garbage collectors.

This research was conducted by observing and interviewing the owners of the boarding house in order to find out the understanding of the obligations of business owners to their business taxes. The results of the study show that boarding house owners in 2020-2021 cannot pay their tax obligations as usual due to the pandemic, boarding houses have a very strong impact, tenants who are usually workers and students do not use boarding houses during the pandemic. In addition, regional tax revenues have also decreased in almost all tax objects, seen from boarding house taxation, income has decreased significantly so that regional budgets are also affected due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Using Arduino and ESP8266 as controllersand wifi connection with the server. With this system, it is easier for the boarding house owner tomonitor the water usage of each boarding house occupant.

Analisis Pengaruh Tingkat Pemahaman Pajak Kos Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak (Studi Kasus Pada Pemilik Usaha Kos di Kecamatan Umbulharjo Kota Yogyakarta)

ABSTRACT
 Tax revenue is important in increasing tax revenue in Yogyakarta. Tax rates for boarding houses with more than 10 (ten) rooms are set at 5% (five percent). Increase tax revenue which is supported by an understanding of the tax owned by the boarding house owner, so that he complies with taxation. This research is intended to study the level of understanding of taxes for taxpayer assistance.
 This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the owner of a tax business in Yogyakarta's Umbulharjo District which holds 710 people. The sampling technique used is the Slovin technique, which is a boarding business owner in the Umbulharjo District of Yogyakarta City which holds 256 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using the validity and reliability test, normality test, linearity test, simple regression analysis, t test, and the coefficient of determination test.
 The results showed there were significant and significant differences in the level of tax understanding of tax liabilities. This is evidenced through the t test with the results of t count 15.920> t table 1.650 and the regression equation Y = 14.516 + 0.671X. From these results it means that the higher the cost of income tax, the higher the taxpayer approval. This is also supported by a significance value of 0,000, which means this significance value is less than 0.05.

Abstract—The growth of mobile features, especiallySmartphones at this time can be said to be very developed.Judging from the increasing number of mobile users, theavailability of various mobile features is also growing veryrapidly. In line with these facts, the author aims to create amobile boarding application using Location-Based Service(LBS) technology with the application of the Haversinemethod, making it easier for users to find the closest Dormitory to their place of work with appropriate facilities. Thisapplication is not only to search for Dormitory, it canalso place orders online, this is also an opportunity for themanager or owner of the boarding house to promote their Dormitory. Methods of data collection are done by observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The development of this application system uses the Waterfall method. The final result of this research will create an android-based boarding mobile application that can make it easier for boarding house seekers to search and book boarding houses as well as a means of promotion for boarding house owners and managers.

Prediction Of The Accuracy Of Student Boarding House Prices Around Widyatama University Using Neural Network Backpropagation Algorithm

Boarding room rental services are a business that has been around for a long time. One of the target consumers of this business is from students who plan to stay temporarily during the lecture period so that they are close to the campus location where the student is studying. A strategic location such as in the area of ​​one of the campuses in Bandung, namely the Widyatama University Campus, provides added value for boarding owners and also consumers who will rent, but there are several problems in this boarding rental business, namely the lack of knowledge of information on boarding rental prices around the area. campus due to the lack of effort made by boarding house owners in surveying boarding rental price data. In addition, boarding house owners find it difficult to determine the range of rental prices in accordance with boarding facilities. This problem is also experienced by prospective boarding house tenants in estimating whether the rental price offered is ideal and comparable to the facilities that will be obtained. This research conducts trials and predicts the range of rental prices in accordance with the parameters of the facilities that have been defined based on a survey of boarding price data via the internet and predicts how accurate the model used is. The method used is an artificial neural network with a backpropagation algorithm. The results of this study indicate that the 14-12-10-2-1 model with an epoch of 100 produces an accuracy rate of 87.18% and an MSE of 0.0033.

Migrant college student that taking a college on Sidoarjo always left their home to stay in a temporary-permanent place in Sidoarjo. This research intended to helps college student to find proper boarding house and close to their college. A method that used is compiling boarding house data in Sidoarjo and processing that data into information for college student and boarding house owner. The research resulting an information system with geographic based that loads a boarding house data in Sidoarjo and some feature to ease the college student to get a boarding house properly. The benefit of this research for college student is to decrease their effort to get a matching & close boarding house to their college and for boarding house owner is for a marketing media for their boarding house
