An effort is made to use supplementary cementitious material as a replacement in cement to improve the environmental friendliness of the concrete industry. In self-compacting concrete, fly ash, GGBS, and microsilica are also used to replace cement as much as feasible. However cement content in SCC is more which obviously causes environmental impacts such as emission of CO2 into the atmosphere is linked up with cement manufacturing and it is causing environmental pollution in terms of Green House Gases, Global Warming and is associated with climatic changes globally. To reduce these effects due to production of cement, introducing high volume mineral admixture or supplementary cementitious materials as a partial replacement to cement minimizes the binder content and improves the comparable properties with conventional self compacting concrete leading to Sustainable development in concrete industry. In the part of the investigation of QBSCC characteristics, steel fibres are added to Reinforced Self-Compacting Quaternary Blended Concrete (QBSCC). It improves flexural behaviour as that of control self compacting concrete for different water binder ratios. The findings shows that the strength of Fiber Reinforced QBSCC were increased w.r.t Control mixes. In this paper, experimental investigations were carried out on Flexural behaviour of Steel Fiber Quaternary Blended Self Compacting Concrete (SFQBSCC) by incorporating mineral admixtures or byproducts from industries such as Flyash (FA), Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS) and Micro silica (MS) with addition of steel fibers from 0% to 1.5% for 0.30 & 0.40 water binder ratios w.r.t SCC. Quaternary blended SCC mixes containing 40% cement, 25%, FA, 25% GGBS, &10% MS with w/b 0.40&0.30 ratios achieved consistency and strength w.r.t SCC of similar w/b ratios.
