Distributed new energy information acquisition model of distribution network based on Beidou communication

Abstract Aiming at the low efficiency of distributed new energy information collection in distribution network and the poor encryption of information transmission process, a distributed new energy information collection model based on Beidou communication is proposed. The new energy information acquisition terminal, data acquisition and transmission equipment, Beidou satellite communication module and dispatching master terminal are designed respectively to form the hardware module of the distribution network distributed new energy information acquisition model. Use Beidou communication to collect new energy information, realize the encrypted transmission of new energy information based on Beidou short message, and complete the construction of distribution network distributed new energy information collection model based on Beidou communication. The experimental results show that the bandwidth allocation effect of the Beidou benchmark station of the model is good, the Beidou communication distance is long, the data encryption can be completed in a small space by using the model, the transmission efficiency of new energy data is high, and the data integrity can be effectively guaranteed.

Real-Time Air-to-Ground Data Communication Technology of Aeroengine Health Management System with Adaptive Rate in the Whole Airspace

To overcome the problem of data transmission of the aeroengine health management system, a multilink communication system combining ultrahigh-frequency communication link, 4G cellular mobile communication link, and BeiDou satellite communication link was proposed. This system can realize the functions such as data receiving and sending, data encryption, and resuming transfer from the break point based on multiple links. When the flight altitude is not high, the communication distance is short, so the UHF digital transmission radio communication link is adopted, which is highly efficient and stable. When the communication distance is long, the 4G cellular mobile communication link can ensure both the communication distance and the communication rate. In the area where 4G signal cannot be covered in extreme terrain environment, BeiDou satellite communication link is used for data transmission. Besides, in order to ensure the communication rate of the link, a multilink adaptive switching technology was also developed. The test verified that the system can perform adaptive switching among multiple links, realize air-ground data communication in the whole airspace, and achieve a good communication rate, which has significative value of engineering application.

Geological disaster monitoring and early warning system based on big data analysis

The existing geological disaster monitoring and early warning system has the problems of large monitoring errors and low accuracy. This paper designs a geological disaster monitoring and early warning system based on big data analysis. The geological disaster monitoring network module monitors the geological deformation and disaster inducing factors in real time through sensors and transmits them to the large-capacity data remote wireless transmission network module in the multi-dimensional heterogeneous monitoring data integration module through the Beidou satellite communication technology. This module uses a multi-sensor data fusion algorithm based on the D-S evidence theory and fuzzy mathematics to realize the integration of geological multi-dimensional heterogeneous monitoring data. Then, it uses cloud computing-based geological abnormal data mining method to mine abnormal geological information and transmit it to the early warning information release module. Geological disaster warning information will be released in the form of text messages and emails. Through verification, the system has high accuracy in monitoring and early warning of different types of geological disasters and provides a basis for timely and scientific deployment of geological disasters.

An Electricity Inspection System of UHV Transmission Lines based on Beidou Satellite Communication

With the construction and development of UHV power transmission projects in China, safety are becoming increasingly important in the line operation and maintenance. The line operators must verify the electricity status of the transmission line before they carry out the work of maintenance. Due to the characteristics of UHV line, the electricity detection device on UHV line is different from the traditional ones. In this paper, an electricity inspection system based on Beidou satellite communication technology is established by means of non-contact Micro-Electro-Mechanism System (MEMS) electric field sensor. The system includes electricity detection device, handheld inquiry device and monitoring center. Experiments at actual transmission line verified the validation of the electricity inspection system.

An Intelligent Wireless System for Field Ecology Monitoring and Forest Fire Warning

Based on Internet-of-Things and multi-sensor technology, an intelligent wireless monitoring system was developed to obtain field ecological parameters and provide forest fire warning in real-time. The GPRS and China’s Beidou satellite communication were selectively used for date transmission in the field with weak cell phone signals. This monitoring system is mainly composed of several field ecological monitoring stations, a cloud server, and online system software. Atmosphere, soil, sunlight and plant parameters of different regions are obtained real-time by sensors stably and reliably. This system has functions such as field ecological data storage, dynamic query, report generation, and data analysis. As an example of typical application, the forest fire weather grade, which was supplemented with the litter layer soil humidity, was calculated to realize the early warning of the local forest fire in this system through continuous experiments at Beijing Jiufeng National Forest Park from March to May 2017 and Inner Mongolia from March to June 2018. The success ratios of data transmission through Beidou satellite were 98.57%, 99.43%, 99.59%, and 98.85%, respectively, in Beijing, and through GPRS were 99.89% and 99.90% in Inner Mongolia. Long-term real-time field ecological monitoring and forest fire warning were successfully realized. This system can be widely used for big data field acquisition and analysis in forest and agriculture regions.

A Petroleum Platform-Based Radar Wave and Tide Information Measurement and Transmission System

In recent years, the ocean observation technology has made considerable progress with the state’s strong support for the marine industry in China. The oil platform has stable power output and reliable structural support. The measurement parameters are transmitted to the data processing control center through radar wave and tide sensor installed on the platform, and the measurement data are transmitted to the marine environment monitoring and forecasting center using the Beidou satellite communication device.

Design of a low-cost oil spill tracking buoy

With the rapid development of offshore oil exploitation, risk of oil spill accidents increases. Environment impact could be reduced if we can locate and forecast the diffusion area of oil slick in real-time for quick accident rescue measurement. We have designed an oil spill tracking buoy (OSTB), which could track oil slick and transfer its latitude and longitude location periodically by Beidou satellite communication system to monitor terminal. Oil slick tracking ability relies on wind/water sail design which based on hydrodynamic equilibrium model and ocean dynamic analysis. Machinery structure is designed for both air deployment and ship deployment. Laboratory test and field experiment in Jiaozhou Bay, Qingdao, China, have proved the spilled oil tracking ability and easy-deployment of the buoy. With novel construction and a total materials cost of about $140USD, this buoy could monitor offshore area oil spill accidents continuously and provide a potential monitor solution for marine activities.

Application of Beidou Satellite Communication Technology in the Landslide Remote Monitoring and Early Warning System

Real-time monitoring and early warning of landslide disaster can be performed by landslide remote monitoring and early warning system, and by use this system landslide disaster losses can also be reduced effectively. In order to improve the monitoring signal transmission, such as the un-interruption and anti-disturbance, Beidou satellite communication technology has been applied to overcome the shortcomings of poor communication network signal and the existence of blind area. The research result shows that the Beidou satellite communication technology can effectively ensure the continuity of signal transmission and eliminating the communication network’s blind area. Hence, Beidou satellite communication technology is an advisable measure to ensure the normal work of landslide remote monitoring and early warning system.

Study on remote monitoring system for landslide hazard based on wireless sensor network and its application

Based on Beidou satellite communication platform, sliding force remote monitoring and warning system was widely used in Lingbao Luoshan gold ore, which had achieved remarkable social and economical benefits. However, there is one monitoring point at every 1 000 m2, and their distribution is so discrete that it will no doubt increase construction and operation cost if every monitoring point was installed a Beidou subscriber machine. Therefore, based on Zigbee wireless sensor network technology, network structure and the nodes, embed wireless sensor node in remote monitoring and warning system, a base platform of local wireless sensor network is formed, and it can combine punctiform monitoring information with planar network and transmit concentrated information through Beidou satellite terminal machine; as a result, this largely expands the transmission distance of monitoring data.
