Development of Clothing Information System base Android Applications of Boutique Modiste Shofi Samarinda

Development of Apparel Information System Applications at Fashion Boutique Shofi Samarinda Based on Android. Modiste Shofi Boutique is one of the boutiques that provide various types of men's and women's clothing for sales such as batik clothes, negligees, party dresses, masks, mokena, and others. The promotion and marketing carried out by the Modiste Shofi Boutique are inadequate so that there are still many people who do not know the existence of the Modiste Shofi Boutique. In addition, sales at the Modiste Shofi Boutique are only conventional where customers have to come directly to the Boutique to buy clothes. The results of this study are to create an application for selling clothes at the Modiste Shofi Boutique in order to promote clothes that are sold widely and make it easier for customers to make purchases without coming directly to the Modiste Shofi Boutique. Based on testing using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) method which consists of testing application analysis and implementation, it can be said that the Development of the Clothing Information System Application at the Android-Based Modiste Shofi Boutique can run smoothly and represent the features contained in the Android Application. Test results on users show that the application of ordering clothes has an adequate appearance (user friendly), the structure of the application is easy to learn, the commands or instructions are easy to use, the time used to process data is relatively fast and the resulting information is accurate.

KARAKTERISASI SIFAT FISIKOKIMIA SABUN CUCI PADAT BERBASIS LERAK (Sapindus rarak DC)

Lerak (Sapindus rarak DC.) is one of the fruits with a main active compound called saponin. Saponins function as natural surfactants with foaming and emulsifying properties. Lerak in Indonesia is widely used as a traditional detergent. Using lerak essence as a detergent, batik washing can be done well without fading colors and is more environmentally friendly. Lerak essence can be applied as an additional component in preparing solid laundry soap. Adding lerak essence is to replace the anionic surfactant Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS). Therefore, the risk of pollution can be lowered, as well as keep batik cloth from easily fading out. This study was conducted using Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two factors, including the concentration of lerak essence (10%, 7.5%, and 5%) and NaOH molecules (0.5 mol and 0.375 mol). This study aimed to analyze the effect of variation in lerak essence concentration and NaOH molecular on the physicochemical properties of solid laundry soap. The results showed that the higher the concentration of lerak essence and NaOH molecules, the more it reduces the water content in solid laundry soap. Concentrations of 10% lerak essence and 0.5 mol NaOH molecules have the highest value for foam stability and the lowest value for moisture content. Among the tensile strength, pH, brightness level and yellowness level, the highest value was in the concentration of 7.5% lerak essence and 0.5 mol NaOH molecules. Treatments of the variation of lerak essence concentrations significantly affect pH, while the treatment of NaOH molecular variation significantly affects pH, tensile strength, foam stability, brightness level (L*) and yellowness level (b*).

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Pemasok Batik Ruzza Menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW)

Batik Ruzza is a batik industry UMKM that was developed in the Pekalongan area, Central Java. The trademark "Batik Ruzza" has been producing batik clothes for more than 20 years. Batik Ruzza in carrying out its activities is very focused on raw materials, quality, completeness, and service. The problem with MSME Batik Ruzza is that there is a defect in the Batik Ruzza product which causes a buildup of clothing products that cannot be sold on the market. This is partly due to the non-optimal selection of raw material suppliers for batik clothes to improve the quality of Batik Ruzza products. The purpose of this research is to determine the right criteria for the company in determining the supplier of raw materials appropriately. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The basic concept of the SAW method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes. The selected criteria attributes are price, quality, completeness, delivery, and service. Based on the calculations carried out, it was found that the best supplier recommendation was the alternative A5 or Tiara which was worthy of being used as a supplier of batik cloth for Batik Ruzza clothing products

Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi pada Rumah Batik Anto Djamil Menggunakan Metode Ward and Peppard

Batik is a work of art that takes a long time to make. The steps of making batik start from the stage of pouring ideas, making sketches, the design process, drawing patterns, the canting process, coloring, melorod, and finally the finishing stage so that it becomes a batik cloth. One example of a batik company that exists, especially in Sokaraja, Banyumas Regency is Rumah Batik Anto Djamil. Rumah Batik Anto Djamil has obstacles in its business processes, the obstacles are Information Systems and Information Technology (IS/IT) that have not been used optimally and IS/IT that have not been integrated with each other. Efforts to overcome the obstacles that exist within the company, an IS/IT strategic plan is needed that is right on target, which is based on the current situation in the company. The purpose of making an IS/IT strategic plan itself is to integrate business operational objectives with IS/IT strategic objectives in the company. The ward and peppard method is used in IS/IT strategic planning to manage obstacles that can hinder the company's operations because ward and peppard focuses on business needs within the company and has clear and precise strategic steps. McFarlan Strategy Grid, Value Chain, PEST, and SWOT analysis are analyzes that will later be used for IS/IT strategic planning in this research. IS/IT strategic planning document is the result of this research. This research also produces a portfolio application for Rumah Batik Anto Djamil within the next five years which will facilitate the business and production processes at the Rumah Batik Anto Djamil

APPLICATION OF THE FUZZY TIME SERIES MODEL IN CLOTHING MATERIAL STOCK FORECASTING

The application of fuzzy time series is used to view the stock of clothing materials. As for the problem so far, CV Duta Express does not have a model for seeing the stock of complete materials in the warehouse, so the process is not optimal. This will have an impact on orders that come in at the same time and in large quantities. to avoid stock shortages, which resulted in the company experiencing losses. The purpose of this study is to make it easier to predict the stock of clothing materials and to be able to analyze every stock management at CV Duta Express with a fuzzy time series model. The variables used are stock needs, the amount of stock of school clothes, batik clothes, and pants. The research methodology in data collection consists of product type data from 2018–2021 at CV Duta Express Aceh Utara. Data analysis needs consist of school clothes, school pants, and clothes. Next, the fuzzy time series process determines the actual data is the type of school clothes, and what is forecast is sales for January 2018–2021 at the end of December. For a value of 1108 A2 fuzzification value, 172 A4 fuzzification value for batik clothes, and 894 pants with an A1 fuzzification value, then the value of the universe set used is U = [26, 323]. The value of forming a linguistic set is based on the length of the interval U3 = [111,153], U4 = [153,196], and U5 = [196,238]. The result of the fuzzification value from historical data for the value of 172 fuzzification is A4, for data of 133 fuzzification is A3. The formation of Fuzzy Logic Relationship (FLR) values for the period 1/7/2021 to 1/13/2021 is obtained from the data range A4=174 and range A3=125 in each period to be related. The results of forecasting with fuzzy time series testing at the end of December 2021 are 196 stocks of clothes that must be optimized in the following month. The test results in this study are to see if the error value using the AFER model is 0.4511% while the RMSE test value has an error value of 5.0199. Batik is the identity and wealth of the Indonesian people in the field of culture, whose existence has been recognized by the world. However, many of the Indonesian people themselves are still unable to distinguish and recognize the motifs found on batik cloth. This is due to the large variety of motifs and patterns that are owned in different batik from each region in Indonesia. Therefore, we need a merchine leraning model that can be used to identify and classify the motifs contained in batik cloth. In this research, the method that will be used is the gray level co-occurrence matrix method which is used as a feature extraction method by utilizing five calculated parameters, namely, energy, contrast, correlation, homogeneity and entopy, as well as using the support vector machine method which is used as a motif classification method. . The batik motifs used are Bekasi batik motifs in the form of tamarind motifs, machete motifs, ondel motifs and mandar bird motifs. In this study, information on batik and the batik motifs used were obtained from a trusted source, namely the Bekasi Batik Community (KOMBAS).

Upaya Peningkatan Pendapatan dengan Diversifikasi Kerajinan Tangan Bahan Batik Lokal Banyuwangi

Batik is an Indonesian cultural heritage that must be maintained and developed, besides the development of batik craftsmen with motifs that show regional characteristics is one of the sources of income for craftsmen. Diversification of batik cloth products is a strategy to increase their sales and income.The purpose of this community service activity is to provide solutions to the problems of batik craftsmen in Banyuwangi Regency with a touch of creativity by diversifying products (handmade) based on local batik produced in addition to batik cloth and clothes (elephant oling, broken coffee, kangkung bundles, gedheg and so on). Several efforts have been made to increase production such as souvenirs, wallets, bags, tissue holders and several other products. Activities carried out in service include training in production, marketing and packaging practices at Batik Banyuwangi craftsmen. Product diversification is carried out by improving production processes, strengthening business through packaging of diversified products, training in the diversification process to produce handicraft products (bags, wallets, sandals, Banyuwangi udeng).

Strategi Pengembangan Bisnis Dengan Metode Product Life Cycle (PLC) dan Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Matriks

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are an important sector because UMKM are activities carried out by the government to help the economy of people who want to open small businesses in the traditional and modern sectors. Batik Very Jelita Batam is one of the many batik cloth entrepreneurs in Batam City and is currently facing tough business competition. Therefore, Batik Very Jelita Batam needs to know the stages and position of its current business in order to get a new business strategy and increase sales by using the Product Life Cycle (PLC) and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Matrix methods so as to produce improvements to the business strategy that has been implemented in order to reach the right stage and position of the business. he method used in this research is descriptive which aims to analyze, understand, and explain the data obtained by the researcher into descriptive conclusions. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and documentation. The types and sources of this research data are secondary data, where data sources that do not directly provide data results to researchers or data collectors, for example through literature studies or documentation that has been processed by the company. The results of the study show that the Product Life Cycle (PLC) curve shows that the business is in a growth stage, namely the stage where the product introduced is already known and acceptable to consumers. Meanwhile, on the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Matrix curve, it is in a question mark position, namely a relatively low market share position, but competitive and a fast-growing industry, at this stage the cash needs are high and cash income is low. From the results of calculations and curves using this method, improvement of business strategy becomes input for the owner and management of Batik Very Jelita Batam.

Dragon Ornaments in The Contexts of Batik Cloth, and The Cultures of Javanese and Tionghoa in Indonesia

This paper was created to discuss an interesting issue, dragon ornament in batik cloth, the value of its aesthetics, and its context to Javanese and Tionghoa (Chinese) culture in Indonesia. This paper attempts to answer several questions including what is a dragon ornament, why is a dragon ornament applied to batik cloth, how is it aesthetic, and how is the relationship between Javanese and Tionghoa dragon ornaments in Indonesia. This issue is approached using interpretation perspective, both specifically in the context of batik cloth and its aesthetics, as well as in a broader context of Javanese and Tionghoa cultures. The interesting findings show that dragon ornaments on classical batik cloth in the form of Javanese dragons and Chinese dragons have their respective characteristics. Dragon ornament is applied to batik cloth due to its visual beauty and meaning as a protector and symbol of power that is identical to the king or emperor. The two Javanese and Chinese dragon ornaments not only adorn batik cloth, but are also applied for the benefit of architecture and other art works. Specific findings indicate that Chinese dragon ornaments are more developed than Javanese dragon ornaments, especially for contemporary batik fashion. Another finding is that the Parang motif combined with the Chinese dragon looks aèng or strange but is favoured by the public. This article suggests that batik producers develop Javanese dragon motifs for contemporary batik (preservation with new functions). For researchers, in studying dragon ornaments, the use of Western and Eastern aesthetic approaches will complement each other and result in more comprehensive findings. Another phenomenon that is intriguing for future research is the presence of batik producers and online shops that offer batik products with a variety of motifs and patterns. It is an interesting phenomenon to be studied in terms of design and marketing.

Semiotic analysis on Malangan Batik for elementary school mathematics learning

Among the cultural richness in Indonesia, one of which is the Malangan batik cloth. The use of Malangan batik cloth is not only for clothing and decoration needs but also becomes part of the subject matter. In elementary school learning, Malangan batik cloth is one of the learning materials for Arts, Culture, and Crafts. In the thematic learning applied in elementary schools, Arts, Culture, and Crafts subjects do not stand alone. However, it must be related to other subjects, one of which is mathematics. The reality, on the ground, most teachers find it difficult to link the two. Bridging the link between these two subjects is carried out through semiotic analysis with its six primary objects. This study aimed to conduct a semiotic analysis of Malangan batik for elementary mathematics learning. The research was conducted in a qualitative descriptive manner with an ethnographic approach. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and interviews with two elementary school mathematics teachers and two Malangan batik makers. The research period is January-March 2022. The results of the study found that elementary mathematics concepts (numbers, algebra, geometry, measurement, statistics, and capital selection) have been identified according to six primary semiotic objects, namely language, problem-situation, concepts, procedures, properties, and arguments. By understanding each semiotic object, Malangan batik has the potential to increase students' mathematical activities that are contextual, interesting, and meaningful for students.

PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DESA POKAK KABUPATEN KLATEN DENGAN BATIK ECOPRINT

This activity was conducted in Pokak Village, Ceper District, Klaten Regency, Central Java. In this area, there are many leaves from trees, and it is a potential to develop for the empowerment of the Pokak village community. The people of the Pokak village can get additional income from the eco print batik industry, which can apply to fabric, leather, paper, and ceramic media. Ecoprint is a technique of giving a pattern to the media using natural materials. The results can be used as raw materials for clothing or other craft items such as umbrellas, fans, book covers, etc. The main problems are society does not have sufficient skills to manage leaves or tree waste (straw, onion peel, etc.), there are no tools used to support production, and human resources to be involved in empowerment activities. Service activities are carried out with training in making eco print batik on cloth media, both for pillowcases and batik cloth. In addition, this service activity provides equipment and supplies to support community empowerment in making eco print batik. Then, the service team also accompanied the recording of assets in the KSM.

Penguatan Merek dan Pemasaran Untuk Pengrajin Batik Tulis Di Kecamatan Sudimoro Kabupaten Pacitan Jawa Timur


 Abstract
 Batik is one of the components of the creative economy in the development sector that continues to be improved because it has promising market prospects and considering the trends in batik products. Batik is a national cultural heritage that is designated as the cultural heritage of a country and this has been recognized and confirmed on October 2, 2009 by UNESCO as the cultural heritage of the Indonesian state. Batik is an asset owned by the Indonesian people, which is a culture that becomes identity and also national identity. Batik is able to express meaning and high aesthetic value as well as in symbolic form, both in very diverse patterns and colors, not only that, batik also has another uniqueness, namely reflecting as a culture of the Indonesian nation which has distinctive characteristics of differences from other nations. Considered philosophical values ??as well as local wisdom of Indonesian cultural traditions in the specialty of batik art. Written batik in this era has an indicator of a very large problem, namely how to maintain the existence of a work of art so that it does not fade little by little due to intense competition against the batik industry. This community service activity is carried out to help written batik business partners to strengthen brands or establish brand awareness and create marketing strategies that can help partners to compete in the competitive market for batik cloth.

Ekstraksi Zat Warna dari Limbah Kulit Kakao sebagai Alternatif Pewarna Batik guna Meningkatkan Produktivitas Masyarakat Agribisnis Desa Banjar Sengon, Kecamatan Patrang

Cocoa is commonly found in plantation areas, especially in Patrang sub-district. The Community Service Program, Faculty of Engineering with partners, namely the people of Banjar Sengon Village, aims to overcome partner problems, the increasing cocoa husk waste. Utilization of leather waste is still very limited, where people use cocoa husk waste only as animal feed and compost. Cocoa pods contain cellulose 36.23%, hemicellulose 1.14% and lignin 20 -27.95%. In addition, the presence of anthocyanin pigments in cocoa peel is a potential use of cocoa peel extract as a dye for the batik industry. The implementation method of extraction process is by: (1) socializing about the management and processing of cocoa peel waste, (2) Extracting natural dyes from cocoa peel, (3) socializing the use of natural dyes for batik cloth, (4) activities using natural dyes for batik cloth, and (5) marketing of natural dyes from cocoa peel. The result of this community service program is an increase in the usability of cocoa peel waste which is marked by the people of Banjar Sengon Village being able to process cocoa peel waste into natural batik dyes independently and continuously.

Cost Leadership Strategy and Differentiation Strategy Mediate the Effect of Entrepreneurship Orientation on the Performance of Batik Lendah SMEs

Batik SMEs in Lendah District are facing business challenges during the pandemic. The challenge is the decline in sales of batik cloth. The decline in sales of batik cloth has an impact on the performance of Batik SMEs in the Lendah District. Performance is the achievement of specified organizational goals. The purpose of this research is to look at cost leadership strategies and differentiation strategies as a mediation of entrepreneurial orientation and performance in Batik Lendah SMEs, Kulon Progo. This research includes quantitative research with a survey method to 55 owners/managers of Batik SMEs in Lendah District. Data collection using a questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results show: 1) entrepreneurial orientation had a significant positive effect on performance, 2) entrepreneurial orientation had a significant positive effect on cost leadership strategy, 3) entrepreneurial orientation had a significant positive effect on a differentiation strategy, 4) cost leadership strategy had a significant positive effect on performance, 5) differentiation strategy has a significant positive effect on performance, 6) entrepreneurial orientation and performance can be mediated by the application of cost leadership strategy, 7) entrepreneurial orientation and performance can be mediated by differentiation strategy.

Rancangan Storyboard Aplikasi Pengenalan Isen-Isen Batik Berbasis Multimedia Interaktif

Culture is a wealth that must be maintained and preserved by the people of Indonesia. One of the Indonesian cultures that is still growing and developing today is the art of batik. Batik is a cultural heritage that has been designated by UNESCO since 2009 as a human heritage for oral and non-material culture (Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity). Batik has its own beauty, a variety of color patterns and curves of lines strung together into a beautiful unit that is written on the cloth. Adding aesthetic value in the form of isen is a very appropriate thing to beautify batik cloth. In every design, patterns and motifs contained in the fabric, of course it has its own meaning and philosophy. The aesthetic value in batik isen is an addition to the soul of batik, this is because isen is only used to add decoration to enrich the motif as well as to build a certain meaning that the creator wants to convey. Designing technology in the form of interactive multimedia applications as outlined in a storyboard is one of the important steps that must be taken in developing applications for introducing batik isen-isen. The results of the research carried out are, a storyboard design that has been completed has been implemented into an interactive multimedia application to introduce isen-isen to the public. The results of tests carried out using a black box test, it was found that the application was running according to the function and design of the storyboard that was made.

Classification of Geometric Batik Motif Typical of Indonesian Using Convolutional Neural Network

Batik is a world heritage from Indonesia which is a characteristic of Indonesian culture. On October 2, 2009 batik has been awarded as a cultural heritage from UNESCO. Indonesia has 5.849 batik patterns from Aceh to Papua. The ability to recognize batik cloth patterns is certainly quite difficult and only owned by certain people who have expertise. One way to identify batik patterns is by using a pattern recognition classification method based on quantitative measurements of the main features or characteristics of an object. Deep Learning is one solution to detect batik patterns automatically. One of deep learning methods that can classify patterns of batik patterns is Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). CNN is able to group and detect objects in the image automatically by accepting input data with a size of m×n. CNN uses image input through a convolution layer and be processed according to the specified filter. Each layer produces a pattern from several parts of the image that facilitates the classification process. This study uses the CNN method and obtains the average value of 96% accuracy, 96,78% precision, 96,74% recall, and 96,74%.

Therefore, the author makes an application for selling batik cloth that aims to break the chain of batik cloth sales, so that craftsmen can get greater profits because they directly sell their products to consumers without going through a batik seller sorum. The final result obtained in this study is an application for selling batik cloth which is expected to help batik craftsmen in Trusmi village in selling their batik cloth directly to consumers without having to go through the center of batik sellers.

Antibacterial Activity and Potential Of Natural Textile Dyes From Sea Water Bacteria

This research aims to determine the potential of bacterial isolates from Marina beach seawater to be used as natural textile dyes and to test their antibacterial ability. The media used for culturing bacteria is a zobel synthesis medium with a mixture of seawater. The results of the isolation and extraction of color pigments obtained a red color with a characteristic wavelength of 535 nm and has a variety of chemical content results. Pigment immersion trials using 3 types of fabric, namely cotton, primisima and dobby fabric. The results of immersion with ethanolic solvent obtained optimum results for 12 hours and with the addition of mordant (Fe.H2O4S.7H2O), the color of the fabric is strong enough to withstand washing with detergent and sunlight. From the results of the study, data showed that the dyed primisima fabric gave a reduction or inhibition of the growth of E. coli bacteria by 9% while the inhibition of S. aureus bacteria was 116%. The pigment has the potential to be used as a dye for batik cloth with the provisions of optimizing to find the right reinforcement or mordant. This study has implications for the discovery of red pigment-producing bacteria from the isolation of seawater at Marina Semarang beach.

Optimalisasi Proses Produksi Kerajinan Batik Kampoeng Batara Banyuwangi

Abstract – Batik is one of the arts and crafts products that are full of customs and culture of the people in Indonesia. The batik art of Kampoeng Batara UKM has existed and developed in the last two years. The limitations of technical facilities are an obstacle to batik production on a mass scale. Through this community service activity, technical support is provided in the form of production facilities for dyeing, boiling and washing media for batik cloth in the form of 10 drums with a capacity of 200 liters. Some of the drums are modified according to production needs with the capacity required by partners. The results of the activity show that the provision of technical support has given partners confidence to increase the capacity of batik products on a larger scale.

Implementasi Metode Double Exponential Smoothing pada Prediksi Jumlah Penjualan Kain Pantai

Y2K Batik is an SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) engaged in batik. Y2K Batik produces and sells beach wear with various motifs. One of the important things in business is inventory of merchandise, inventory of merchandise is a factor in determining the success of a trading company to achieve its goals, because the goods sold affect the level of income to increase company profits. With these considerations, it is necessary to analyze the production of beach wear for the availability of merchandise in fulfilling customer orders. Based on the above background, the scope of the problem in this study is master data collection obtained from records of selling beach batik cloth periodically from time to time. By utilizing the existing data and applying certain methods, a sales forecasting prediction can be made using the Double exponential Smoothing method. From the results of calculations and testing of forecasting data on the Mandala Motif Beach Fabric variable with the most optimal value using = 0.9 of 2127 with an error value of 19.46% and an accuracy rate of 80.54% (Good). The Canting Motif Beach Wear variable with the most optimal value using = 0.9 of 3174 with an error value of 3.61% and an accuracy rate of 96.39% (Very Good). Double Exponential Smoothing is the most widely used method to determine the trend equation of the second smoothing data through a smoothing process. The programming language uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 and the DBMS uses Microsoft SQL Server 2012. The purpose of this research is to create a system that can simplify the process of analyzing the production of beach wear in order to meet the availability of goods ordered by customers.
