Реализация модульной программы подготовки воспитателя в рамках сетевого взаимодействия вуза и ДОО: опыт, проблемы, перспективы

The article presents the testing results of new modules of the basic professional educational bachelor program, «Psycho-pedagogical Education» (preschool teacher) training direction, which is part of the modernization project of teacher education (Government contract # 05.043.11.0028 d.d. 16.06.2014, Federal Targeted Program for the Development of Education in 2011¬2015). Main attention is paid to the analysis of the development of student competencies according to Federal State Education Standard of «Psycho-pedagogical Education» training direction for bachelor students focused on the performance in accordance with the pre-school teacher professional standard. For this purpose, we compared the data obtained during final certification of modules that have already been tested, and computer testing conducted by the resource center for support projects on modernization of teacher education in Moscow State University of Psychology & Education. We identified problem issues and particular errors that may be debatable among professionals. Authors outlines promising ways to improve the modules of the basic professional educational program on the basis of proposals made by subcontracting universities.

Результаты апробации модуля «Организация образовательного процесса в дошкольной организации» в рамках основной профессиональной образовательной программы магистратуры

The article describes the testing results of module "The organization of educational process in preschool organization" in a basic professional educational master program in some universities of Russia. It proves the necessity to develop the program of the educational module "The organization of educational process in preschool organization". We approved its theoretical originality and practical significance and analyzed the module structure as an integrated set of compulsory general scientific and professional subjects, workshops, practical training and research. The article also contains basic educational adjusted results of the module, describes testing results of preparatory and main module stages. We summarized the data of intermediate and summative assessment for the development of modules learning outcomes; the testing results of the module in the universities participating in the project. Finally, we concluded about using the module in an integrated model of professional teachers training for preschool education.

Исследовательская магистратура «Культурно-историческая психология и деятельностный подход в образовании»: апробация новых модулей в Волгоградском государственном социально-педагогическом университете

We analyzed experience in testing new modules of basic professional educational program for “Cultural-historical psychology and activity approach in education” research master’s course at the Volgograd State Socio-Pedagogical University. We reviewed the features of the educational environment of the Faculty of Psychology and Social Work that define the initial conditions of the project and the experience of competency and activity approaches. Organizational features of educational process in the testing modules, the specific use of educational technology and assessment tools are described. Using the subject of "Methodological bases of cultural-historical psychology and activity approach to the study of problems of education and contemporary childhood" as an example we have shown the peculiarities of the educational process and its results. Some of the possible directions of further improvement of the educational program are presented.

Информационно-аналитические материалы по итогам первого этапа проекта «Модернизация педагогического образования»

The modernization project of teacher education initiated by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation in 2014 and included a number of projects for teacher education modernization at the interregional level, with the participation of 45 universities in Russia. Resource сenter was created for expert analytical support for the modernization project of teacher education. The Resource center basis was made by the project operator Moscow State University of Psychology & Education and joint contractor National Research University Higher School of Economics; project portal педагогическоеобразование.рф. The project participants developed and tested four models of teacher training in the projects applied Bachelor, professional (educational) Master, academic Bachelor and Master research courses; they developed more than 110 new modules of the basic professional educational programs in two years. The new modules have been tested in 13 participating universities and 32 universities, which were project joint contractors. More than 6000 students participated in the testing of the new modules. More than 5000 projects participants and executives developing new modules of basic professional educational Bachelor and Master programs had advanced training according to specified project requirements. 3603 students participated in the testing of an independent evaluation of professional competencies.

Организация учебной практики студентов в исследовательской магистратуре «Культурно-историческая психология и деятельностный подход в образовании»: опыт апробации

The article presents the testing experience of the practical training of research master students in the integrative module of basic professional educational program of “Cultural-Historical Psychology and Activity Approach in Education”, training direction of “Psycho-pedagogical education”. We reviewed the organization of the practical training, its object and purpose, formed competence and educational outcomes, the content and form of organization of activity of students that achieve these results; assessment tools. We discussed the place of introductive training in the structure of integrative module as well as possible risks.

Профессионально-ориентированная подготовка студентов магистратуры в процессе реализации модуля «Педагогический мониторинг освоения детьми дошкольной образовательной программы» в программе магистратуры

The article discusses the content of the module «fundamentals of modern system of preschool education», which is one of the modules of the basic professional educational programs of the magistracy in the direction of training «psychology training» (Teacher). The content of the module developed depending on educational outcomes, formulated in accordance with the labor Standard functions of a teacher. The article reveals the innovation of the module is determined by its practical orientation, provides the educational outcomes of the module. The authors introduce the results of testing module, which was conducted in three universities of the Russian Federation. Methodical aspects of implementation of the module «Fundamentals of modern system of preschool education» is considered by the example of discipline «Fundamentals of preschool pedagogy».

Модели подготовки педагогов в рамках программ прикладного бакалавриата и педагогической магистратуры

The article discusses the main teacher training > models in the Russian Federation and abroad, as well as modernization principles of teacher training models in accordance with professional standards. It presents a system of requirements for the educational results, structure and conditions of applied bachelor and pedagogical master programs in aggregated groups of specialties and areas “Education and Pedagogy“, which could be the basis for the development of fourth-generation of Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education and preliminary basic professional educational programs.

Паспорт общих компетенций обучающихся как системообразующий элемент учебной деятельности в аспекте реализации ФГОС третьего поколения

The paper contains the author’s approach to the development of general competences passport as a result of mastering of secondary vocational education’s basic professional educational program in the aspect of new educational standards implementation. The role and functions of competencies passport have been revealed, the existing approaches to its design are analyzed, and also the author’s own experience related to the passport’s development has been presented. The competencies passport is understood as a reasonable set of requirements to the formation level of competencies which the higher education institution graduates should have after assimilation of main educational programs; it includes classifi cation of common competencies according to their goals, list of common competencies presented in
 the Third Generation Federal State Educational Standards related to secondary vocational education, as well as indicators and disciplines, which correspond to these competencies and have been focused on their formation.

THE BECOMING OF INFORMATION CULTURE IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE FEDERAL STATE EDUCATIONAL STANDARD OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION’S IMPLEMENTATION

This article examines the approaches to the definition of “information culture”, its components, the system of personal values needed to succeed in the information and professional activities, the problem of students’ information culture formation in the modern information society. The analysis of the implementation of the Federal state educational standard of vocational education in "teaching in primary schools" is held. The variable part cycles of the basic professional educational programs is distributed on the base of the local professional community’s research and additional competencies. Such subjects as “Russian language and Speech”, “The cultural world of students”, “Ethics in business communication” are introduced through the variable part of the educational standard. The general amount of hours for such subject as «Computer science, information and communication technology in the professional activity" is increased. The results of the special study reveal the level of information culture of the future primary school teachers. According to the results it can be concluded that insufficient level of information culture’s development is impossible for a successful career and self-fulfillment in the present conditions. The article proposes the directions for the formation of future primary school teachers’ information culture in the implementation of the federal state educational standard of vocational education.
