Religious Tourism Development Strategy in Improving Community Economy at Mount Santri, Bojonegara District, Serang Regency, Banten

Religious tourism is an activity that is often carried out by most Muslims around the world, including in Indonesia. Pandeglang is part of the province of Banten, where in this area we find many religious tourist attractions, one of which is the religious tourist site of Mount Santri which is located in the Bojonegara District, Serang Regency, Banten, where this place is visited by many pilgrims, both from pilgrims from Serang, as well as from outside Serang. Serang is one of the districts part of Banten province, where in the Serang Banten area there are many religious tourist attractions including the Sultanate of Banten, Syeh Nawawi Tanahara, Sultan Agung Tirtayasa, Gunung Santri and so on. One of the interesting religious tourism places is Mount Santri which is located in the District of Bojonegara, Serang Regency, this research uses qualitative research.

PENGEMBANGAN WISATA RELIGI SYEKH NAWAWI AL-BANTANI SEBAGAI UPAYA MENSEJAHTERAKAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT DI KECAMATAN TANARA KABUPATEN SERANG

Banten Province is already famous for its history, especially Islamic historical relics, artifacts, sites, mosques, petilasan and tombs, are forms of historical heritage that can be developed into one of the national tourist destinations. One type of tourism that is now developing is religious tourism. Serang Regency is known as the Santri area, in this case the Tanara Subdistrict, which is part of the Serang Regency area. There are relics of the great cleric of the archipelago, Sheikh Nawawi Al-Bantani, artifacts, petilasan and tombs of scholars and old mosques that have historical value. The tombs of the clerics and historic mosques were visited by pilgrims who not only came from the Banten area but also came from various regions from the islands of Java and Sumatra. In an effort to develop the potential of existing religious tourism, it is deemed necessary to conduct a study related to the development of religious tourism in Tanara District. The aims of this study are: (1) to analyze the distribution of religious-based tourism objects that can be developed as religious tourism objects; (2) Analyzing the problems and constraints faced related to the development of existing religious tourism based on; (3) Establish recommendations/policy strategies that need to be taken in the development of religious tourism in Tanara District. This research is a descriptive qualitative type with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with informants who have been selected based on their competence to knowledge of religious locations in Tanara. The results showed that there were 15 religious tours in Tanara District. The obstacles faced are related to facilities and infrastructure, the weak carrying capacity of local resources for the existence of tourist objects, and the lack of tourism marketing with religious themes. To overcome these obstacles, the strategies that can be carried out are the development of tourism facilities and infrastructure, the development of local resources, and the development of marketing

Collaborative Governance dalam Pengelolaan Kawasan Strategis Daerah Banten Lama

Tourism has a high enough contribution to earn foreign exchange, and for this reason the government pays great attention to the tourism sector. Many efforts have been made by the government for the development of the tourism sector, one of which is the development of the Old Banten area as a strategic tourism area located in Serang City, Banten Province. The development of Banten Lama’s tourism encountered an obstacle in its management. There were several interests in the management, including the Banten Cultural Heritage Preservation Agency, the Serang City Government, and elements of the community so that the management of governance and collaboration between stakeholders can be carried out optimally. The purpose of this study is to identify the synergy between the government and the implementation of management of strategic tourism areas in Banten Lama. The Local Government is obligated to participate in implementing programs as such, in accordance with the mandate of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia. This research uses a case study approach with a descriptive method. The implementation of this activity carries Governance Collaboration by involving all parties in the development and tourism of the Regional Banten Lama Strategic Tourism Area. Keanekaragaman Flora Mangrove pada Tingkat Pohon di Cagar Alam Pulau Dua Banten

Abstract. One of the countries that has the largest mangrove forest is Indonesia, the area of mangrove forests in Indonesia reaches 3.1 million ha. Mangroves can live in tropical and subtropical climates, mangroves have so many benefits, one of which is to prevent disasters such as tsunamis and protect beaches from erosion. This research was conducted in the Pulau Dua Nature Reserve in the Banten area. This study uses a linear quadratic transect method by determining the location of the study as many as 2 station points. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively using vegetation analysis. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that the value of the mangrove flora diversity index is classified as low, namely H'<1. The species of mangrove flora were found such as Avicennia germinans, Avicennia marina, Avicennia officinalis, Bruguiera parviflora, and Rhizophora apiculata. The condition of the mangrove forest in the Pulau Dua Banten Nature Reserve is still relatively natural, because it is still very well preserved and the diversity of flora and fauna is still high.Keywords: mangrove, nature reserve, dua banten island

THE TRAINING ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PSAK 71 (FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS) FOR THE ASSOCIATION OF YOUNG ACCOUNTANTS IN THE BANTEN REGION

Accounting as a process for recording, calculating, grouping, and classifying, processing and presenting transaction data. Accounting has many important aspects to discuss, there are even times every year every statement of financial accounting standards undergoes several changes. This Community Service activity aims to provide training on the application of PSAK 71 financial instruments for the Young Accountants Association of the Banten Region, especially students at various universities spread throughout the Banten area in order to understand the essence of PSAK 71 financial instruments, namely there are significant changes in classifying and measuring financial assets. How PSAK 71 makes an estimate for bad debts. The method used is teaching, tutorial and discussion methods. Presentation by explaining, namely participants were given material directly from the speaker about PSAK 71. Then also discussed PSAK 71 in terms of taxation and provided illustrative examples related to calculating allowance for impairment allowances using Expected Credit Loss (ECL). The results of this community service were marked by the enthusiasm and ability of the participants for the presentation of the theory presented, the participants were quite critical and asked many questions. Simulation practice to calculate the benefits of trade receivables and impairment of trade receivables. The results of this community service activity in the form of a webinar are expected to be useful for students of accounting study programs, especially at various universities in the Banten area.

Konsistensi Pemikiran dan Gerakkan Dakwah Organisasi Mathla’ul Anwar di Indonesia

This article discusses the consistency of thought and movement for the Da'wah of the Mathla'ul Anwar organization in Indonesia. Mathla'ul Anwar (MA) as one of the largest Islamic community organizations (ormas) in Indonesia after Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah at the time of Indonesian independence with the Islamic modernization movement to foster a spirit of struggle among the people so as not to be affected by the exploitation of the imperialists, especially the Banten area. . MA organizations to date maintain the complete guidelines of MA organizations, namely focusing on da'wah, education and social activities. The MA combines the madrasa system with the pesantren system, where this system aims to produce professional preachers who have broad insight and have good morals. The MA until now has the organizational goal of prioritizing amar ma'ruf nahi munkar by developing the institution of Mubaligh Mathla'ul Anwar which contains young da'I cadres. The consistency of Khittah Mathla'ul Anwar as a neutral Islamic community organization does not follow any political issues, even though during the New Order era it had lost the consistency of its organizational foundations. The Supreme Court participated in developing young Indonesian da'I cadres and carried out the activities of the Wattabligh fatwa assembly. The author uses an approach with a literature review method and processing descriptive data. This paper is based on the idea of ​​consistent MA in the basic lines of becoming a mass organization and da'wah movement in society.

Regulatory Policy Model for Ecotourism-Based Heritage Tourism Development in the Old Banten Region

The purpose of the research is how is the Regulatory Policy Model for the development of ecotourism-based heritage tourism in the Old Banten Tourism Area? and what is the role of the Government, tourism managers and tourism actors in the development of ecotourism-based heritage tourism in the Old Banten Tourism area?. This research method is using empirical juridical method, which is a research method that uses a juridical approach by analyzing primary data in the form of interviews and questionnaires in the field and secondary data originating from primary legal materials, namely the 1945 Constitution, laws and other regulations in legal studies. . The results of the study are Based on the Decree of the Governor of Banten No. 437/Kep.160-Huk/2018 concerning the Determination of Zoning of the Cultural Heritage Area of the Sultanate of Banten (Banten Lama), based on this decision the model for the development of heritage tourism development based on ecotourism in the Old Banten area refers to the provisions of the Conservation Law. Evaluating The Scheduling of The Development Projects of Rural Electricity Network Distribution Using Critical Path Method

Delay in the completion of a project is a problem that is often faced, it certainly has an impact on the entire project. CPM is one of the control tools to get a working picture of the project. In 2015, PT PLN South Banten Area made a Development Project of Rural Electricity Network Distribution in Banten. This project is held by an electrical installation services company, PT. Z, in June 2015.This project is due 150 days, PT. Z had defined time completion on 143 days, but the completion took 154 days. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with analytical technique CPM approach. This research identified the least project schedule planning. There are three activities in this project schedule which are unlisted yet, therefore it affected the timeline of the project. Based on the CPM calculation, PT. Z could have shorten the work time down to 3 days with the cost of Rp 1.802.386.000

The Role of Anthocyanin Substances from Dragon Fruit Skin Extract in Formalin Content Testing in White Tofu

One of the high-quality processed vegetable food ingredients is tofu. Tofu is made from processed soy milk with a thick texture and molded according to the right nutritional amount. White tofu is the most popular of the various forms of tofu available. Today, tofu producers have taken manipulative actions to anticipate production losses by including preservatives in the mix of ingredients used to make tofu. Most of the tofu production centers provide additional ingredients in the form of preservatives such as formalin to reduce losses from damage to the tofu they produce. The presence or absence of formalin in food can be detected using a unique component found in dragon fruit peel called anthocyanins. The methodology applied in this research is a simple and direct one, with primary data collected in the form of testing samples of white tofu collected from numerous traditional markets in the Banten area (up to ten samples). The aim of the research is to identify formalin in white tofu discovered in numerous traditional markets in Banten using natural component extracts, including dragon fruit peel extract. The results stated that there were two positive samples containing formalin and eight negative samples; the presence of formalin in tofu was indicated by a red color on the tissue. Sellers or customers can detect formalin simply by utilizing dragon fruit, allowing them to avoid formin which is harmful to health, with a simple and low-cost method.

How Taxpayers Behavior takes Advantage in Tax Incentives Policy

Tax incentives Preliminary Refund of Value Added Tax (VAT) is one of the government's tax relaxation facilities in the context of national economic recovery. This study aims to observe the effect of the incentive for the Preliminary Return of VAT on taxpayer behavior in dealing with this tax incentive policy. This is qualitative research using descriptive approach. The data were collected by in-depth interviews with 38 taxpayers in the West Java I Directorate Jenderal of Taxes (DJP) Regional Office and Banten area, which were then processed using the nVivo application. The result shows that several factors contribute to taxpayers' behavior to propose the Tax Incentives Preliminary Refund of VAT. The factors are taxpayers more require tax incentives policy to reduce the tax rate of VAT, or there will not be an examination. The Implication of this research is how the Directorate Jenderal of Taxes (DJP) can arrange other tax incentive policies that can give more easiness to the taxpayers in the future. This research is limited only to the West Java I DJP Regional Offices and Banten. Also, the number of taxpayers interviewed is only a few due to pandemic, so it does not represent the field's facts.

Pendampingan dan Praktik Penghitungan Waris Sesuai Sanad Syekh Hisyam Kamil pada Guru Pondok PM Sultan Hasanudin Banten

The distribution of inheritance rights is a natural thing to do for the heir to the heirs who have been left behind. And the distribution of inheritance in Indonesia uses customary law, civil law and Islamic law (Mawaris). And based on the distribution of inheritance law currently in force in Indonesia, there are three parts, namely; 1) the existence of Islamic inheritance law, 2) the existence of customary law, and 3) Burgerlijk Wetboek. So accompanied by Ustadz H. Mardi Hadi Lc, he provided assistance and practice in calculating inheritance in accordance with Sheikh Hisyam Kamil's chain to the teachers of PM Sultan Hasanudin Banten. With this assistance, teachers are the initial foundation for spreading this knowledge in the community. So this study will discuss further how the mentoring and practice of calculating inheritance according to the sanad of Sheikh Hisyam Kamil at the Pondok Guru Sultan Hasanuddin Banten is carried out. In this study using research with a phenomenological approach or qualitative research. Meanwhile, for the validity of the data in this study, the triangulation technique was used. Assistance in training Mawaris/Faraidh for PM Sultan Hasanudin Banten's teachers. The bersanad ends today after approximately 2 months. The sanad was obtained from Sheikh Hisham Kamil Hamid Musa al-Azhari (Egyptian scholar). Following the Daurah of his own book. Penerapan Metode Waterfall Untuk Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Nilai Pada SD Nature Islam

SD Nature Islam is one of the educational institutions located in the Tangerang Banten area. Its activities are certainly inseparable from the activities of the teaching and learning process. The results of these teaching and learning activities are in the form of grades that are reported in a student learning progress report book or report card every semester. Nature Islam Elementary School uses the 2013 curriculum which is of course based on the Basic Competencies formulated in the curriculum. Thus, it requires teachers and staff to develop perfect assessment techniques. The use of computers is very useful and helps work become better, faster, and more efficient. The use of computers in particular will be very beneficial. in processing report cards at SD Nature Islam. However, in terms of processing report cards, they still use pen counts and calculators. This will take time and teacher labor in the process. For that we need a system that can play an important role to help the field in question run well. Good value data processing will produce report cards as a good evaluation result. To get results from processing good grades data, one of them is by utilizing existing and currently developing technology or in other words making a computerized student value data processing system using one of the methods to develop information systems, namely the waterfall method, in the form of applications web based.

The Reverse Engineering on Golok Banten Slash Type

Making tools such as machetes in the Banten area is still widely done, machetes are produced from the process of forging conventionally using a hammer carried out by a blacksmith. Work as a blacksmith in Banten areas is passed down through generations as a cultural heritage, but over time the machete of traditional blacksmith results began to be shifted with modern machetes. The purpose of this research is to find out the configuration and characteristics of these two types of Banten cultural heritage machetes, devoted to slash-type machetes. Research is carried out starting from identifying problems, interviews, recording configurations, and finding and analyzing the styles that occur in the process of release. The results of this research produced configuration data and characteristics of slash machetes so that the data can be information for the public and companies who if want to make a machete Banten slash type.

Pengembangan Panduan Pelaksanaan Sosiodrama Ubrug Untuk Meningkatkan Komunikasi Interpesonal

The purpose of this study was to develop a guidebook for the implementation of the Ubrug Banten sociodrama as a group building method in order to improve students' interpersonal communication skills. This research was developed based on aspects of interpersonal communication according to De Vito (2011) which includes openness, empathy (empathy), supportiveness, positiveness and equality. The research method uses RD. The development model uses ADDIE which is simplified into three stages, namely analysis, design and development. The data collection technique used is by conducting an expert due diligence on the product being developed. Statistical data analysis techniques for product development feasibility tests quantitatively and qualitatively. Based on the validation results, it is known that the assessment of the media expert's assessment of the ubrug sociodrama guidebook product obtained a total score of 85% with very feasible criteria, while the assessment of material experts on the material contained in the ubrug sociodrama guidebook product obtained a total score of 81% with criteria very worthy. The Ubrug sociodrama guidebook can assist counseling teachers in delivering material on interpersonal communication skills by means of group guidance with sociodrama techniques in an effort to learn and preserve the cultural arts of the Ubrug Banten area and can assist students in improving interpersonal communication skills through exercises from student journals or assignments found in the guidebook for the Ubrug sociodrama.

Exploratory Data Analysis terhadap Kepadatan Penumpang Kereta Rel Listrik

The existence of the Kereta Rel Listrik Commuter Line as the backbone of transportation in the Jakarta - Bogor - Depok - Tangerang - Bekasi - Banten area has a very important role for commuter mobility around Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta. With an average number of 1.1 million passengers per day, Kereta Rel Listrik is one of the factors supporting Indonesia's economy and growth in various sectors. On the other hand, the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world caused restrictions on human movement which resulted in a decline in all economic sectors. The purpose of this research is to obtain optimal train schedule recommendations for the operation of the Kereta Rel Listrik Commuter Line in the Rangkasbitung - Tanah Abang service to carry passengers optimally while adhering to the physical distancing protocol set by the Minister of Transportation to prevent the wider spread of Covid-19. With such a large amount of data that must be processed, Exploratory Data Analysis is one of the choices we take to process the above data to get satisfactory results.

STRATEGI BAURAN PEMASARAN DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP MINAT WISATAWAN UNTUK KEMBALI BERKUNJUNG DI KAWASAN WISATA BANTEN LAMA KOTA SERANG

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the marketing mix strategy in attracting tourists to return to visit the tourist area of Banten Lama, Serang City, either simultaneously or partially. The marketing mix variables used are: product, price, promotion, location, people, process, and physical evidence as variable X. Meanwhile, interest in visiting tourists is an aspect used to explain variable Y. The population in this study were all tourists who had visited. to the Old Banten tourist attraction. Purpossive sampling was used to take samples with a sample size of 100 respondents. Multiple Linear Regression is used as a data analysis method in this research. From the results of the F test, it is known that product variables, price, promotion, location, people, process, and physical evidence can simultaneously influence the interest of tourists to return to visit the old Banten tourism area with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Partially only the Promotion, People and Process variables that influence the interest of tourists to visit again. The process variable has the greatest influence in attracting tourists to return to the tourist area of Old Banten with a large influence of 14.98%.

Pengaruh Kombinasi Terhadap Kekuatan Material Golok Sulangkar Campuran 10% Pegas 90% Baja SS 400

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the mechanical and micro properties of the two types of golok, Banten cultural heritage. The research was carried out from the start of the search for the material, the manufacturing and forging processes and carried out testing. The results of the hardness test show that the value of the spring material is 423.1 HBW, SS 400 steel material 134.18 HBW, combination material or Sulangkar 735.15 HBW then the data results from the tensile test on steel material SS 400, Spring, Combination or Sulangkar are 442.52 MPa, 1334,60 MPa, 522.81 MPa. The results of the data from the impact test on Spring material, SS 400 steel, Combination or Sulangkar, namely 162 J, 34 J, 88 J. The results of automatic microscope testing and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) show the surface of the spring, SS 400 steel and combination materials.

A Creativity Education Model for Coastal Communities Amid the Covid-19 Pandemic

The Covid-19 Pandemic had a significant effect on the way people lived in western Java and how they got an education. This study is qualitative, and the subject of the study is the Tirtyasa community in Serang Regency, in the coastal area of Banten. This study illustrates the non-governmental organizations can influence and facilitate change in society. This research was conducted using a semi-structured interview. This article shows how we can exchange knowledge and experiences during the Covid-19 Outbreak. Company small business preparation can be achieved by good contact with colleagues and the use of appropriate technology.
