The Influence of High Performance Work Systems on Employee Resilience Moderated by Gender Differences in Employees of Pdam Way Rilau Bandar Lampung City

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in an economic downturn, causing changes in work patterns. This has an impact on employee resilience, to improve resilience a high-performance work system is needed. In practice, PDAM Way Rilau Bandar Lampung City implements this system, but there is gender inequality in its implementation. The purpose of this study is to see if there is an effect of a high-performance work system on employee resilience and whether gender differences moderate this effect. The method in this study uses simple linear regression analysis and MRA which is processed by SPSS software version 23. The results of this study support the proposed hypothesis that a high-performance work system has a positive and significant effect on employee resilience and gender differences strengthen the effect of a high-performance work system on employee resilience. Suggestions for PDAM Way Rilau Bandar Lampung City to further consider providing financial rewards based on individual performance. Suggestions for PDAM Way Rilau employees of Bandar Lampung City to share some things with friends, it is hoped that the burden of problems borne by oneself will become lighter, so that it can increase resilience.

Pengaruh Sistem Alat Tapping Box dan Kesadaran Wajib Pajak Restoran Terhadap Tingkat Kepatuhan Pembayaran Pajak Daerah di Kota Bandar Lampung

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing the Tapping Box Tool System on payment compliance in increasing local taxes in Bandar Lampung City and to determine the level of awareness of restaurant taxpayers in Bandar Lampung City on payment compliance in increasing regional tax revenues in Bandar Lampung City. Methods used used in this research is a quantitative approach. The data collection method is a questionnaire with the measurement scale used, namely the Likert scale. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of the Tapping Box Tool System has a significant effect on the level of compliance with regional tax payments in Bandar Lampung City. So this research accepts hypothesis one (H1) which has been proposed and taxpayer awareness has a significant and significant effect on the level of compliance with regional tax payments in Bandar Lampung City. So this research accepts the second hypothesis (H2) that has been proposed.

EMPOWERMENT UMKM BANDAR LAMPUNG MELALUI PROGRAM E-CASM (E-COMMERCE AND SOCIAL MEDIA) SEBAGAI UPAYA PERLUASAN PASAR GUNA MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN UMKM

This activity discusses how MSMEs use e-commerce and social media to market their products. Through this activity, it is hoped that it can create a wider market share so that it can increase the income of MSME players. Apart from that, at the same time, MSMEs are becoming more innovative and creative in developing their businesses. The target of this activity is MSMEs in 7 sub-districts of Bandar Lampung City who are still not utilizing e-commerce and social media and are ready to develop their businesses more widely using digital platforms. The method used consists of 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, process stage and evaluation stage. The benefit of this activity is to provide knowledge to MSME players about the use of e-commerce and social media. This activity will also provide an opportunity for MSMEs to network with other business actors and learn from their experiences. Participants will be given hands-on training on how to use e-commerce platforms and social media to market their products. So the expected output is that participants can better understand the use of e-commerce and the role of digital marketing through social media

EVALUATION OF HEALTH FACILITIES LOCATION TO SUPPORT ACCESSIBILITY TO ESSENTIAL HEALTH SERVICES IN BANDAR LAMPUNG CITY, LAMPUNG PROVINCE, INDONESIA

Health remains one of the most important aspects of every human life, with access to quality healthcare services being a pivotal component of human well-being. In Indonesia, health facility distribution has been characterized by disparities, primarily concentrated on the populous Java Island. This distribution inequity underscores a significant challenge in achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) under Goal 3, which aims to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all. Bandar Lampung, the most densely populated city in Lampung Province and one of Sumatra's most populated cities, experiences an intensified demand for healthcare facilities due to its substantial population. However, the city grapples with numerous infrastructural challenges, including suboptimal road conditions that hinder accessibility to essential healthcare services. These challenges further underscore the urgency of assessing and addressing the healthcare infrastructure within Bandar Lampung. This research seeks to undertake a comprehensive evaluation of health facility availability in Bandar Lampung City, as well as an in-depth analysis of the accessibility of healthcare services in different areas of the city. To achieve this, the study employs the Network Analysis Tool, which leverages road network data to model travel distances and times. In addition to road network data, geospatial population data sourced is integrated into the analysis to gauge the demand for healthcare facilities within Bandar Lampung. This multifaceted approach is essential in comprehensively addressing the complex interplay between supply and demand in the healthcare sector. The combination of these datasets culminates in the creation of an accessibility model that unveils the disparities in healthcare access across Bandar Lampung. The model highlights areas where accessibility to healthcare facilities remains surprisingly low, despite the city's high population density. Conversely, it also identifies regions with high accessibility, potentially serving as templates for improving healthcare distribution in underserved areas. By revealing these disparities, this research contributes valuable insights to healthcare planning and policy formulation in Bandar Lampung and offers a template for addressing similar challenges in other regions with uneven healthcare distribution.

BUILDING A HAPPY HOUSEHOLD: A MODEL OF HUSBAND AND WIFE RELATIONSHIP AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION IN THE FAMILY LIFE OF TABLIGH CONGREGATION.

This study aims to analyze the relationship model of married couples in Tabligh Jama'ah in Bandar Lampung City and Metro City. And to explore the actualization of the rights and obligations of married couples in maintaining family harmony in the tabligh congregation of Bandar Lampung City and Metro City. This field research intensively examines how the husband and wife relationship model in the family of tabligh congregation in Bandar Lampung City and Metro City. Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The research informants consisted of six families. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the husband and wife relationship model in tabligh congregation in Bandar Lampung City and Metro City is that the husband in the tabligh congregation family is absolutely the leader of the household, and this is also by Marriage Law No.1 of 1974 article 31 and Compilation of Islamic Law article 79. And the actualization of the rights and obligations of married couples in maintaining the household. The actualization of the rights and obligations of spouses in preserving family harmony in tabligh congregation Bandar Lampung City and Metro City includes 3 things, namely the fulfillment of alimony which is the right of the wife, decision making which is the right of both worshipers, as well as maintenance and protection.

Patterns of Community Empowerment through Fishermen’s Groups in Improving the Economy on the Pasaran Island of Bandar Lampung

This research is motivated by an interest in the economic empowerment program implemented by the Pasaran Island Fishermen Group, Kota Karang Village, Bandar Lampung City. The purpose of this research is to find out how the pattern of community empowerment through fishermen groups in improving the economy on Pasaran Island, Bandar Lampung. This research uses qualitative methods, namely data obtained by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in an effort to develop the economy of fishermen on Pasaran Island, several strategies are used which include education and training patterns, counseling and mentoring patterns, and fisheries business partnership patterns, with the main strategy emphasized is the provision of assistance from the government for fishermen. Empowerment through fishing groups is able to respond to local conditions because what they do gives very positive results and is able to improve the economy of the community on Pasaran Island.

STRATEGI AFEKTIF DALAM MENGATASI PERMASALAHAN PEMALU PADA AUD: FAKTOR PENYEBAB, PENDEKATAN, DAN DAMPAK PSIKOSOSIAL

The problem of shyness in early childhood cannot be left alone because it will affect their personality. This research aims to find out about effective strategies for overcoming shyness problems, namely including the causal factors, approaches used in overcoming shyness problems, and the psychosocial impact on AUD. This research uses a qualitative case study type approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The main subject of the research was an 8-year-old child in Tanjung Selamat subdistrict, Bandar Lampung city. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman. The results of this research found that the factors that cause shyness problems in children consist of internal factors and external factors. The approach used is a psychological intervention which focuses on developing social skills and increasing self-confidence, such as parents taking their children out of the house to interact with neighbours, introducing children to children their age, role-playing, and encouraging children to play with friends outside the home. , and limit children's use of cell phones so that children do not enjoy being alone. The psychosocial impacts of shy children that researchers found included the impact on social interactions and lack of managing emotions.

State Civil Apparatus Welfare of Public Elementary School Teachers in Bandar Lampung City

Teacher welfare is an important aspect that affects the standard, quality of life, and work of teachers. The components of welfare for the Indonesian State Civil Servant (ASN) are basic salary, allowances, work environment, security aspects in granting civil servant (PNS) status, awards, work-life balance between working hours and workload, and the development of certified teacher professionalism. The study population was ASN SDN teachers totaling 1466 people. Sampling using purposional sampling random method based on the lottery obtained a sample size of 155 people. The research objective was to determine the effect of consumption expenditure, education level, training, work experience, and teacher certification on the welfare of ASN SDN teachers in Bandar Lampung City. The estimation method used Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The findings are that the level of education, training, work experience, and teacher certification have a positive and significant effect on the welfare of ASN primary school teachers in Bandar Lampung City, while consumption expenditure has a negative and significant effect on the welfare of ASN primary school teachers in Bandar Lampung City. In the future, it is necessary to improve education, training, and experience, as well as teacher certification to improve welfare. In addition, it is necessary to maintain the purchasing power of teachers' income so that it is not eroded by inflation which reduces purchasing power.

IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI GEOGRAFIS PEMETAAN LOKASI PEMBUANGAN SAMPAH LEGAL BERBASIS WEBSITE DI KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG

Waste disposal that is not well managed in Bandar Lampung City caused problems with a negative impact on the environment and public health. Lack of related information legal dump sites make things difficult for cleaning crews, leading to dumping carelessness and increasing the risk of health problems. Official local government websites were not yet optimal in providing information, giving rise to the need for more effective solutions. This research aims to implement a Geographic Information System (GIS) for mapping legal waste disposal locations in Bandar Lampung City via its website. The research focused only on legal waste and mapping its location. The data used comes from environmental services and other supporting sources. The results are expected to make things easier for cleaning officers to access information, increase the effectiveness of waste management, assist government decision-making, increase the efficiency of waste management, environmental cleanliness and transparency. With more complete and accurate information, it is hoped that waste management will become more planned and coordinated and provide a platform for data and information related to legal waste disposal locations. Furthermore, community empowerment can be carried out for more sustainable research results in location mapping and integration with others system to improve overall waste management more efficient.

An Examination of Technology Acceptance to Sales Increase Through Marketplace in Bandar Lampung

The Covid-19 pandemic is a global outbreak that has significantly impacted all aspects of life. The occurrence of various policy changes and the emergence of uncertainty pose a threat to MSMEs. Besides that, there are also changes in consumer lifestyle patterns that refer to the lifestyle of staying at home, creating a sense of empathy and social solidarity, switching to digital media, and consumers changing from the top of the pyramid (self-actualization and respect) to the bottom need for food. Based on these changes, MSMEs need to take appropriate steps that can be used as opportunities. Technology acceptance and adoption of marketplace applications are steps that can be taken to maintain sales levels. This research aims to test the acceptance of technology to increase sales through marketplace applications. This research was conducted in Bandar Lampung City by distributing questionnaires in a Google form to 95 Banana Chip MSMEs who had used the marketplace application. This type of research is descriptive quantitative using purposive sampling techniques. Then, the data that has been obtained is processed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this research show that technology acceptance has a significant effect on marketplace applications with a P-Value of 0.000, marketplace applications have a substantial effect on sales levels with a P-Value of 0.000, but technology acceptance has no significant impact on increasing sales with a P-Value of 0.311 and technology acceptance has a substantial effect towards growing sales through the use of marketplace applications with a P-Value of 0.000.

Eksplorasi Persepsi Konsumen Melalui Studi Komparatif Suasana Toko Indomaret dan Alfamart

Indomaret and Alfamart are two of the largest retail chains in Indonesia, competing fiercely in the minimarket sector. The store atmosphere is a key factor influencing customer attraction and loyalty. This study aims to compare consumer perceptions of the store atmosphere between Indomaret and Alfamart in Bandar Lampung city. This research uses the probability sampling method with cluster random sampling technique. The sample size used is 384 respondents from various areas in Bandar Lampung. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive statistics and independent sample t-test. The results indicate no significant difference in attributes such as lighting, sound, layout, temperature, technology, and accessibility between Indomaret and Alfamart. However, there are significant differences in attributes such as color, aroma, staff behavior, and decoration, with Alfamart scoring higher in color, staff behavior, and decoration, while Indomaret excels in aroma. The store atmosphere significantly impacts consumer perceptions and shopping experiences. Indomaret and Alfamart need to focus on enhancing store atmosphere elements according to consumer preferences to increase competitiveness and customer loyalty

SIKAP DAN KEPUASAN KONSUMEN DALAM MENGONSUMSI JAMU KUNYIT ASAM INSTAN SEBAGAI MINUMAN KESEHATAN DI KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG

The purposes of this study were to analyze the decision-making process and consumer attitudes, to observe consumption patterns and to measure the level of consumer satisfaction of Sido Muncul and Herbadrink instant sour turmeric herbs in Bandar Lampung City. This study used the survey method and was conducted in January-February 2023 in Bandar Lampung by distributing the Google Form questionnaires. The number of respondents in this study was 80 people. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, Fishbein's multiattributes and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results showed that consumers consumed instant tamarind turmeric herbal medicine in order to relieve menstrual pain. All consumers were satisfied and agreed to repeat purchases. If the product runs out where consumers tend to buy, consumers would buy elsewhere. Measurement of consumers attitudes toward multi-atribute products resulted Ao score of 89.179 (Sido Muncul) and 86.688 (Herbadrink). The average amount of consumption of Sido Muncul herbal medicine was higher. Both consumers liked the original variant and made purchases every month before menstruation. The level of consumer satisfaction for both brands of herbal medicine was included in the satisfied category in which CSI scores of Sido Muncul sour turmeric was 79.95 and Herbadrink was 79.10.Key words: attitudes, consumers, jamu, satisfaction

Faktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pemahaman Penerapan SAK EMKM pada Pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Di Kecamatan Tanjung Karang Pusat

Purpose: This study aimed to understand the implementation of the SAK EMKM among MSME actors in the Tanjung Karang Pusat District. Methodology/Approach: This study used quantitative research methods with a field study approach. The research population consisted of MSME actors in Tanjung Karang Pusat District, Bandar Lampung City, totaling 4,402 MSME units. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and the use of questionnaires, whose validity and reliability were tested. Results: The results obtained from this research paint a vivid picture, revealing that the effectiveness of SAK EMKM implementation within the ambition of Bandar Lampung City is significantly shaped and influenced by the degree of socialization of these standards. Furthermore, the educational attainment of MSME operators and the duration of their business establishment have emerged as pivotal factors that profoundly impact their understanding and practical application of SAK EMKM. In essence, this research reveals a multifaceted landscape of influences that intersect and converge within the dynamic world of MSMEs, casting light on the intricate relationships between financial standards, educational backgrounds, and temporal aspects of business development in Bandar Lampung City. Limitations: The involvement of MSME researchers in Tanjung Karang Pusat District. Contribution: The researcher’s contribution to factors that influence the understanding of the implementation of SAK EMKM.

One form of entrepreneurship is as a distributor of Multilevel Marketing (MLM). MLM is a modern form of direct selling that can be combined with Communication and Information Technology (CIT) in recruiting members (distributors). Becoming a Tupperware distributor is the choice most in demand by the people of Lampung. In Lampung, the Tupperware distributor has been quite dominant in its spread and also its fluctuating sales. Recently, however, there has been a decline in Tupperware indicating obstacles in developing a distributor’s career. This study aims to determine whether entrepreneurial behavior influences career development and whether Islamic capital moderates the relationship between the two variables. This type of research is quantitative, and the total population of the workforce living in Lampung Province was determined using purposive sampling. The data analysis method uses structural equation modeling (SEM) using partial least square (PLS) and data processing is carried out using Smartpls 3 software. The results show that the higher the entrepreneurial behavior, the higher the Career development and Islamic capital can strengthen the relationship between these variables. The development of the times is constantly changing, marked by the existence of various applications that have online promotion and sales features. competition in online sales is getting tighter, making online business people look for the right strategy to market their products, such as in the TikTok strategy application so that consumers are easy to make a purchasing decision, namely with its latest feature, namely live streaming, which can be seen from direct marketing and trust. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct marketing on purchasing decisions with trust as a moderating variable in an Islamic business perspective. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques in literature review, questionnaires and Likert scales. The population used in this study is generation z in Bandar Lampung City. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used, determined by the formula according to Widianto, amounted to 97 respondents. The data analysis method uses Partial Last Scructural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and data processing using smartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between direct marketing on purchasing decisions. And trust does not moderate the relationship between direct marketing and purchasing decisions. In the perspective of Islamic business direct marketing on purchasing decisions on live streaming tiktok has implemented the principles of Islamic business ethics, including unity, balance, free will, responsibility, and benevolence so that it is something that Muslim business people need to pay attention to.
