Peran Guru Dalam Meningkatkan Perkembangan Sosial Anak Autis Usia Dini di SLB TNCC Banda Aceh

Autistic children are children who experience growth and development disorders which have an impact on problems in optimal social, communication and emotional development. This research aims to ilustrate the role of teachers in improving the social skills of young autistic children at SLB TNCC Banda Aceh. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The subject of this research was an early-age autistic child who was in the Therapy class at TNCC SLB. Data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of the research show that there is a teacher's role as a facilitator, namely providing a platform for autistic children to improve the social development of autistic children at an early age through playing together as a form of interaction with friends around them at school. Teachers also provide stimulation that suits the needs of autistic children.

Internalisasi Nilai Menghargai Sesama dalam Meminimalisir Perilaku Bullying pada Pesantren Modern Kota Banda Aceh

This research aims to determine the internalization of the value of respecting others in minimizing bullying behavior in modern pesantren in Banda Aceh City (MTsS Darul Ulum and SMPIT Teungku Chiek Dibitai). The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a field research approach. The respondents of this study were the Principal, 4 Islamic Religious Education teachers, 2 Counseling Guidance teachers and 20 students. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman analysis model. The results showed that, (1) there are several factors that cause bullying behavior in students at MTsS Darul Ulum and SMPIT Teungku Chiek Dibitai, namely family factors, peer factors and mass media or social media factors. (2) there are various policies carried out by MTsS Darul Ulum and SMPIT Teungku Chiek Dibitai in living the value of respecting others in minimizing bullying behavior in students through learning activities in the classroom and learning activities outside the classroom, (3) the implementation of internalizing the value of respecting others in minimizing bullying behavior at MTsS Darul Ulum and SMPIT Teungku Chiek Dibitai is carried out through exemplary, (4) the implications of the results of internalizing the value of respecting others in minimizing bullying behavior at MTsS Darul Ulum and SMPIT Teungku Chiek Dibitai include fostering caring and empathetic attitudes towards others, having good manners towards others, and respecting every difference. This research is expected to provide theoretical and practical benefits, especially in dealing with bullying behavior in all educational institutions.

The Effect of The Use of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Learning Model on The Cognitive Value of Students of Elementary School

This study aims to evaluate the impact of the CTL model on cognitive and learning activities of fifth-grade students at SDN 16 Banda Aceh, particularly when their cognitive scores in heat transfer topics in science do not reach the minimum threshold (KKM) of 76. This quantitative research uses a one-shot case study design with measurement and observation sheets as instruments. The analysis shows that the average student score before using the CTL model was 80.76 with 72.73% classical completeness, and after using the CTL model, it was 76.33 with 69% classical completeness. Hypothesis testing indicated t count > t table (2.49 > 1.69), thus H1 is accepted. Average cognitive scores were C1 = 22, C2 = 27, and C3 = 31. The instructor's task average score was 4.74 (very good), and student learning experiences were 85% very good, 9% good, and 6% acceptable. The results indicate that the CTL model positively affects individual cognitive outcomes with an average score of 80.76. However, it does not significantly impact the percentage of classical completeness, which remained at 72.73%, below the required 80%. The CTL model enhances teacher and student learning experiences, making students more engaged and enthusiastic as the learning connects directly to their lives.

KECURANGAN AKUNTANSI: PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI, DAN ASIMETRI INFORMASI

This study aims to influence the effectiveness of internal control, organizational commitment, and information asymmetry on accounting fraud in Banda Aceh City with the census method so that the entire population is sampled. The data in this study were collected using a survey distributing questionnaires. Respondents in this study were structural officials involved in the preparation and implementation of the budget consisting of heads of agencies, heads of finance, and treasurers in 46 SKPK of Banda Aceh City. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of statistical software SPSS version 26. The results showed that (1) the effectiveness of internal controls, organizational commitment, and information asymmetry have a simultaneous effect on accounting fraud, (2) the effectiveness of internal controls affects accounting fraud, (3) organizational commitment affects accounting fraud, and (4) information asymmetry affects accounting fraud.

Empowering Banda Aceh's Productive Vocational Educators: A Principal-Driven Approach to Cultivating Industry-Ready Expertise

This research aims to reveal the principal's scheme for improving the competence of productive teachers at State Vocational Schools in Banda Aceh City. The research method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out using triangulation, data analysis was inductive/qualitative, and research results were emphasized more. The findings of this research show that the principal's program to improve teacher professional competence includes in-house training, educational seminars, workshops, and the use of IT tools for learning. . Additionally, the principal's strategy involves facilitating educational training and seminars to encourage effective lesson plans and provide guidance to less competent teachers. in terms of supporting factors for increasing professional competence, including discipline, appreciation, and infrastructure. Thus, the results of this research can provide a complete and well-organized picture of certain components so that they can provide valid final results.

Comparison of student achievement between digital classes and regular classes in social studies subjects

The learning process in the 21st century has urged educators to be more creative and innovative regarding learning models, methods, and media. One of the approaches to enhance learning effectiveness is the integration of digital technology into the learning process, realized through digital class programs. The objective of this study was to assess student learning achievements in digital classes compared to regular classes and determine any differences in student performance between the two settings. This study employed a quantitative approach with a comparative research design. The population consisted of 190 students, and a purposive sampling technique was applied, considering the equivalence of abilities among regular class students. The sample comprised 31 digital class students and 34 regular class students at State Islamic Junior High School (MTsN) 4 of Banda Aceh City in 2023. The process of data collection involved interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis included normality and homogeneity tests as prerequisites, as well as an independent sample t-test for hypothesis testing. The overall average score for digital class students was 71.17, while regular class students scored an average of 73.16. The difference in average scores between digital and regular classes was 1.99. In the t-test, the calculated t-value was -0.904, with a critical t-value of 1.998 at a significance level of 0.05 and df=63. As the calculated t-value (-0.904) was less than the critical t-value (1.998), the hypothesis in this study was rejected. The findings from the average scores and t-test value indicated that there was no significant difference in student learning achievement between digital and regular classes in Social Science Subject at State Islamic Junior High School (MTsN) 4 of Banda Aceh. This can happen due to several factors such as students’ ability to use digital devices is still limite, so they do not fully understand the subject matter and internet facilities is often difficult to access.

Pengaruh Media Sosial Tiktok dan Lingkungan Sosial Terhadap Gaya Hidup Remaja Kota Banda Aceh

Teenagers as social media users tend not to be ready to choose useful web activities and are also more often affected by the social environment. All of that will have an impact on the lifestyle of teenagers. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of TikTok social media and social environment on the lifestyle of teenagers in Banda Aceh city. This study used quantitative methods, by distributing questionnaires to 269 respondents. The theory used in this research is the Stimulus Organism Response (S-O-R). From the F test analysis, social media (X1) and social environment (X2) has a significance value of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.5, so both of them have a significant influence on the Lifestyle (Y). The t test analysis indicate that the social media variable (X1) has a t count value of 6.055> t table 1.986 and the social environment variable (X2) has a t count value of 3.460> t table 1.986, so that both variables X1 and X2 are proven to have a partial effect on the Lifestyle variable (Y). Then R Square test results show a value of 0.198 (20%), which means that the independent variables contribute as much as 20% to lifestyle variables. Social media variables contributed 0.164 (16.4%) and social environment variables contributed 0.94 (9.4%) to teenagers lifestyle. The results of this study show that there is about 80% contribution from other variables that affect the teenagers lifestyle, which can be investigated as further research. The results of this study give an idea for society about how exactly social media and social environment affect the lifestyle of adolescents.Keyword : Teenagers, lifestyle, social Media, Social Environment, TikTok

PENGARUH BESARAN ANGGARAN DAN SISA ANGGARAN TAHUN SEBELUMNYA TERHADAP SERAPAN ANGGARAN BELANJA DENGAN PERUBAHAN ANGGARAN SEBAGAI PEMODERASI PADA SKPK KOTA BANDA ACEH

This study aims to find out how the influence of the budget size and the remaining budget of the previous year on budget absorption with budget changes as a moderating variable in SKPK Banda Aceh City. The population in this study was all SKPK of Banda Aceh City. This quantitative research employs secondary data in the form of APBD reports and regional regulations on changes to APBD for each SKPK of Banda Aceh City in 2019 – 2021. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA) using the SPSS version 24 application. Research results show that; 1) the amount of the budget does not affect the absorption of the expenditure budget, 2) the remainder of the previous year's budget affects the absorption of the expenditure budget, 3) changes to the budget have not been able to moderate the amount of the budget on budget absorption, 4) changes to the budget can moderate the remaining budget of the previous year on budget absorption shopping.

Relationship between G protein level with left ventricular systolic function in children with acyanotic heart disease.

Heart failure is a pediatric emergency caused by the heart's inability to adequately meet the body metabolic needs and the most common cause is congenital heart disease (CHD). The G protein is the most prominent family of membrane-bound protein known to act in major regulatory events of the cardiovascular system, one of which is heart failure. The aim of this study was to determine the level of G protein and its relationship with left ventricular systolic function in children with acyanotic CHD. A cross-sectional study was conducted in Dr. Zaionel Abidin Hospital, Banda Aceh, Indonesia. The patients aged 0 to 18 years and had acyanotic CHD diagnosis by echocardiography were included. Anthropometry measurement was performed according to standard WHO procedures and G protein level was measured using the ELISA method. The Chi-squared test was used to measure the relationship between G protein level and left ventricular systolic function. Out of a total of 38 children with acyanotic CHD, the mean level of G protein was 36.25 ng/mL and the mean of left ventricular systolic function was 73.1%. There was no relationship between G protein and left ventricular systolic function in children with acyanotic CHD. However, further study with a larger sample size and considering other variables are needed to confirm this finding.

Prevalence of Elevated Blood Lead Levels and Gender Differences Among School Children in Banda Aceh, Indonesia

Lead toxicity is a major health problem in developing countries as lead exposure is widely scattered in the environment. Children are particularly vulnerable to the neurotoxicity of low-level, prolonged exposure to lead. Long-term effects of lead accumulation in children can damage them physically and mentally. We evaluated Blood Lead Levels (BLLs) among school children in Banda Aceh Municipality, Indonesia. A cross-sectional study with randomly selected participants was conducted in 2 junior high schools to determine the prevalence of elevated BLLs and gender differences. Among 130 children, aged 12-15, 32 (24,6%) of them had elevated BLLs based on CDC reference ≥3,5 µg/dl with a mean of BLLs 3,01 ±1.14, and 27 out of 32 (84.4%) with elevated BLLs were males. Male students had 5.62 times higher risk (CI:2.00-15.81) with elevated BLLs compared to female students (p=< 0.001). We concluded that the prevalence of elevated BLLs is high in both schools and there was a statistically significant difference in blood lead levels between male and female students. Other risk factors may affect the difference in blood lead levels among school children.

Analisis Kritis Putusan Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara dalam Perselisihan Izin Pinjam Pakai Kawasan Hutan untuk Pembangunan PLTA Tampur

The aim of this research is to analyze the Banda Aceh PTUN decision Number 7/G/LH/2019/PTUN.BNA which was issued on August 28 2019. This decision granted the lawsuit filed by the Indonesian Forum for the Environment (Walhi) against the Governor of Aceh regarding licensing in publishing Borrow-to-Use Forest Area Permit for the Construction of the Tampur-I Hydroelectric Power Plant (443 MW) covering an area of ​​4,407 Ha in the name of PT Kamirzu in Gayo Lues Regency, Aceh Tamiang Regency, and East Aceh Regency, Aceh Province. The research method used in the article is a case study with a qualitative approach with research using secondary data from several Banda Aceh PTUN decision documents Number 7/G/LH/2019/PTUN.BNA, in the form of journal articles and related news. As a result of this research, the Banda Aceh PTUN Panel of Judges decided that the Dispute Object was invalid, and required the Defendant to withdraw the Dispute Object. The use of forest land for development does not comply with applicable licensing regulations, and the use of forest land for development also does not reflect permits that function in the public interest

Mapping the tree damage index: A case study on the green lane in the urban area of Banda Aceh City

Climate change mitigation efforts implemented by the Government of Banda Aceh by building green lanes with trees. The level of the tree’s ability to absorb carbon is highly correlated with the vitality of the tree itself. The health status of a tree can be known by the tree’s damage level. The aim of the research is to provide information on how much damage to trees and the degree of severity. The research was carried out on green lanes on urban streets in Banda Aceh City as many as 8 lines. The object of research is vegetation with the tree growth phase category, and tree damage index assessment using the forest health monitoring method with indicators of tree damage conditions with parameters of damage location code, damage type code, and damage level code. Based on the results, most of the trees suffered light damage. Of the total number of trees observed, there were 1797 individuals, 252 trees were in good health, 1494 were lightly damaged, 40 trees were medium damaged and 11 trees were heavily damaged. The type of damage experienced was dominated by 46% open wound, 32% cancer, 11% brum (excessive branching) and 11% the rest with other kinds of damage.

A qualitative study to control adolescent smoking behaviour in junior high school.

To evaluate efforts made to help young people curb smoking behaviour. The qualitative study was conducted from January to February 2020 at 3 junior high schools in Banda Aceh, Indonesia, after approval from the ethics review committee of the University of Indonesia. The participants were students in grades 7 and 8. Data was collected through interviews, documentation and field notes. Data was subjected to construct and content validation, and was qualitatively analysed using NVivo 12 Plus. Of the 16 students, 2(12.5%) were from grade 7, and 14(87.5%) from grade 8. Overall, 12(75%) adolescents had smoked. There were 5 themes that emerged: smoking compulsion, adolescent perspectives on smoking behaviour, knowledge of the risks associated with smoking, obstacles to quitting, and smoking control strategies. To curb adolescent smoking, there were 2 themes: barriers to quitting smoking, and smoking control strategies. Efforts to curb smoking should focus on increasing adolescent self-control.

The Existence of Gayo Marriage Culture and Costums in Banda Aceh

Culture and customs are habbits that have prevailed between generation in a society whose existence function as a guideline for thinking and acting in that society. The Gayo community who live in Banda Aceh combines the culture and costums of Gayo marriage with the costoms and culture of Coastal Aceh, so it is necessaary to study how its existence continus today. The purpose of this study was to determine the existence of the Gayo marriage customs held in Banda Aceh, identify the stages or processions of the Gayo marriage ceremony, and determine the influence of other cultures on Gayo marriage customs in Banda Aceh. The subjects in this study amounted to 4 people consisting of 3 people who carried out the marriage procession and 1 Gayo traditional leader. The results showed that the stages of the Gayo traditional wedding ceremony procession in Banda Aceh consisted of: the process of pre-wedding activities consisting of 4 parts: kusik, sisu, pakok, and paden; wedding preparations are divided into six parts: risk, resek, rise, kono, kite and teniron; the implementation of the marriage is divided into eight parts; studying, giving up, bejege, mah bai, beru, ukum deliberation, dalem ceremony and reckoning mas. The ceremony after the wedding consists of 2 parts, mah beru and mah kero. Of all these stages, there are several stages that accompany the Aceh Pesisir wedding customs such as the night of berinai, peusijuk, exchange of batil (betel places), eating besan on the day of the reception (eating with the bride's family), headdresses and aisle colors which tend to be bright colors. The bride and groom have held a traditional Gayo wedding ceremony in Banda Aceh and this happened because of the influence of the culture of the residents with various tribes living in one area.

The Influence of Gadget use on Students' Learning Achievement of Class 8 MTsN 1 Model Banda Aceh

Gadgets are communication tools nowadays, which have become a lifestyle among adults, teenagers, small children, and even the elderly. The research aims to determine the effect of using gadgets on the achievement of 8th-grade students at MTsN 1 Banda Aceh. The researcher used a descriptive qualitative method. According to the references that have been made, the researcher concluded that '8th grade students at MTsN 1 Banda Aceh use gadgets every day. can find interesting ideas''. Grade 8 students at MTsN 1 Banda Aceh can be motivated by using gadgets every day, and also feel confident in participating in learning. The results of this research show that the use of gadgets for class 8 students at MTsN 1 Banda Aceh has no effect on their achievement

Factors Related To The Level Of Knowledge On Clean Living Behaviorand Healthy (Phbs) In Banda Aceh Primary Students

Clean and healthy living behavior is the essence for the sustainability of the program launched by the government as an indicator of sustainable health improvement achievements. The realization of PHBS in school settings needs to be pursued, to increase self-awareness of the results of the target, namely students and school residents and supported by the existence of facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to determine the factors related to the level of knowledge of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in students of SD N 58 Alue Naga Banda Aceh. The type of research used is quantitative with a cross-sectional research design, namely research that studies the correlation between exposure or independent risk factors (level of knowledge, sex, attitude, personal hygiene, and incidence of diarrhea) with dependent effects or effects (PHBS). The sampling technique used was total sampling and obtained 82 students of grades V, and VI.. Data analysis is univariate and bivariate. Based on the analysis using coputerization with the chi-squre test, it was found that there was a significant relationship between the level of knowledge (p-value 0.027), gender (p-value 0.017), attitude (p-value 0.040), personal hygiene (p-value 0.027) and history of diarrhea (p-value 0.018) on clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in students of SDN 58 Alue Naga Banda Aceh. The conclusion of the results of this study is that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge, gender, attitude, personal hygiene, and the incidence of diarrhea on PHBS students of SD N 58 Alue Naga Banda Aceh.

Efisiensi ICU Rumah Sakit Pemerintah Dengan Metode Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA)

Efficiency defined by optimizing any resources which used to produce an output in a maximal level. Since INA-CBG was applied to hospital payment system, hospital was forced to keep the resources that used for producing process is less than the cost of National Health Assurance. Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a ward needed advanced technology. qualified human resources, and high cost. Thus, ICU should be concern about their efficiency. Aim of this study is to measure the efficiency of the ICU at a public hospital. This is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The study was conduct at type A public hospital in Banda Aceh, Aceh Province, Indonesia. We include six units of intensive care such as MICU, CSICU, ICCU, PICU, NICU, RICU. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model is used to measure the efficiency at period 2022. DEA measurement performed by MAXDEA Lite 2.0. Results: ICU, CSICU, ICCU, PICU, and RICU efficiency score was one (efficient), while NICU was 0,87 (inefficient). Conclusion of the study that MICU, CSICU, ICCU, PICU, and RICU are efficient. NICU are not efficient.

Investigating Fiscal Independence across Regencies and Cities in Aceh Province: A Sectoral Competitiveness Analysis

Fiscal independence is an essential aspect of assessing the economic stability of a region. Also, sectoral competitiveness is a vital benchmark in evaluating the superiority of a sector in the economy. The fiscal independence level of districts and cities in Aceh Province indicates that the budget management of all districts and cities in Aceh Province still depends on central government funds to finance regional development. Thus, through a sectoral competitiveness analysis, this study examines fiscal independence across regencies and cities in Aceh province. Using 23 districts and cities in Aceh Province during the 2014-2020 (quarterly data) of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), this study applies shift-share analysis. The results show significant variations in the competitiveness of certain economic sectors in different regions. Nagan Raya Regency leads the agriculture sector, while West Aceh Regency dominates the mining and quarrying sector. Aceh Tamiang district stands out in the manufacturing sector, while Aceh Besar district is the centre of competitiveness in the construction sector. Bireun district showed the best performance in the wholesale and retail trade and repair of cars and motorcycles, while Aceh Utara achieved excellence in the transportation sector. The city of Banda Aceh consistently performs best in the accommodation and food supply sector, the real estate sector, and the other services/tourism sector. In addition, the findings of this study also show that from the perspective of the dominance of the highest sectoral competitiveness value per region, there are 6 (six) dominating sectors out of a total of 9 (nine) sectors observed, namely the industrial sector, wholesale, and retail, trade sector repair of cars and motorcycles, mining and quarrying sector, construction sector and agricultural sector. However, this study's findings also show significant potential for economic diversification, which could significantly improve the region's fiscal independence.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN RELIGIOSITY AND EMOTIONAL REGULATION IN HIGH SCHOOL (SMA) STUDENTS IN BANDA ACEH

Emotional regulation is a way to assess, deal with, manage and express emotions in certain situations. The factor that influences emotional regulation in individuals is religiosity. A person who has religiosity involves religion in behaving and taking action, so that it has an effect on controlling his emotions. This research aims to describe religiosity and emotional regulation, as well as to see the relationship between religiosity and emotional regulation in high school students. Research respondents involved 364 students selected from five high schools in Banda Aceh City. Samples were collected using random sampling techniques with the Slovin formula, data collection used a Likert scale of religiosity and emotional regulation. The research results show that the correlation coefficient (r) between the variables studied is 0.721, which indicates a strong correlation between religiosity and emotional regulation. This finding can be interpreted as the higher the religiosity, the higher the student's emotional regulation and vice versa.
