Research on the Evaluation System of Practical Teaching Quality of Engineering Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges in China under the Background of Informatization

In the latest "Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Comprehensively Improving the Quality of Higher Education" (Jiao Gao [2012] No. 4), the Ministry of Education points out the need to further improve the quality standards system for talent cultivation and formulate and implement national standards for the teaching quality of undergraduate and higher vocational specialties .The goal of talent cultivation in Chinese higher vocational colleges is to cultivate technical personnel who are capable of meeting the needs of frontline production, construction, management, and service. Therefore, in order to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to establish a teaching quality evaluation system that is in line with the laws and characteristics of higher vocational education. This paper aims to study the construction and innovation of teaching evaluation system under the background of information age based on the development status and existing problems of practical teaching quality of engineering major in higher vocational colleges, and put forward targeted and original suggestions to provide strategic reference for the further development of curriculum teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.

A Survey and Research on The Expression Ability of Vocational College Students under The Background of Informatization

The cultivation of expression ability among vocational college students is an urgent problem that needs to be solved in current vocational education, and the course of College Chinese is an important way to cultivate the expression ability of vocational college students. Through a survey and research on the expression ability of vocational college students, the article finds that there are many problems in cultivating students' expression ability in vocational colleges, such as outdated teaching methods, unclear course positioning, and unclear teaching objectives. In response to these issues, the article proposes the use of the "TADI" smart teaching model to enhance the speaking and writing abilities of vocational college students and emphasizes the importance of teachers updating teaching concepts, optimizing assessment methods, and fully utilizing information technologies and practical activities such as artificial intelligence.

College English teaching is under reform, and building a smart teaching model can provide a feasible path for upgrading college English teaching methods. This study starts with analyzing the necessity of smart teaching models under the background of informatization, and then constructs a basic, interactive and cooperative model of smart teaching for college English from the perspective of the learning community. Based on the smart teaching platform, this smart teaching model takes students as its center and treats teachers as the teaching organizer (and learning partner). Finally, it explores its operating mechanism from the three teaching stages of pr-class, in-class, and after-class, providing reference paths and ideas for the reform of college English teaching.

The Inheritance and Development of Ethnic Folk Dance in Dance Teaching under the Background of Informatization

Abstract With the arrival of the informationization era, the inheritance and development of ethnic folk dance in dance teaching faces new challenges and opportunities. This paper discusses effectively inheriting and developing ethnic folk dance under informationization. The research methodology includes the Analysis of folk dance movement characteristics, movement capture and feature extraction based on Kinect acquisition technology. The results show that the dancer’s movement data can be accurately recorded by Kinect capture technology, and the error of capture coordinates can be minimized up to 1.115. The study also finds that the dance movement features can be effectively extracted using Gaussian Mixture Model Background Subtraction and Median Filtering preprocessing techniques. In addition, the “Trinity Teaching Assistive Technology” proposed in this study can improve teaching quality. The application of information technology not only promotes the scientific and standardized teaching of folk dance, but also helps improve students’ skills and creativity.

Discourse Practices and Identity Remodeling of Hosts on Live Streaming Platforms under the Background of Informatization

Abstract In the age of informationization, webcasting has gradually become an essential form of media. On the live broadcasting platform, hosts transmit information through discourse practice and continuously reshape their identities, a phenomenon of great significance in both academic and practical fields. Qualitative and quantitative methods analyze the host’s discourse characteristics and identity construction process. It is found that the moderator’s discourse patterns are mainly affectionate, humorous, simple and commonplace, and the role of discourse practice in the construction of identity is revealed through Foucault’s discourse theory and the SMCR communication model. The empirical analysis shows that the hosts’ discourse themes in beauty and fashion account for up to 20% of the total, and enhance the communication effect through multimodal discourse (visual and auditory). The study also found that hosts reshape their identities through live discourse, such as transforming traditional TV anchors into online KOLs, to portray a pro-people and professional image. Hosts realize effective identity reshaping on live broadcast platforms through discourse practice, profoundly impacting emerging marketing models such as live bandwagon.

Innovation and Practice of Public Management Mode in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Informatization

Abstract This study addresses the challenges faced by traditional public management in universities due to advancements in educational information technology and the growing scale of higher education institutions. We propose a novel public management model for universities that leverages “Internet+” concepts, aiming to enhance internal audit systems and the competencies of management personnel. We use the AHP-TOPSIS fusion algorithm to assess the model’s impact on campus infrastructure and services management, selecting a central Chinese university for empirical Analysis. The findings reveal substantial improvements in campus road and landscape management, with weight values of 0.785 and 0.736, respectively, and a 74.67% satisfaction rate among students regarding cafeteria services. The success of this model demonstrates its effectiveness and introduces a forward-thinking approach to university management.

Research on the Digital Innovation and Inheritance Path of Southwest Lu Drum and Blow Music under the Background of Informatization

Abstract In this paper, we build a web crawler through the Scrapy framework to obtain the digitized data of Luxinan Drum and Blow music according to the demand, and construct the feature word vector and corpus of Luxinan Drum and Blow music by using the word2vec model. Using the three operations of pre-emphasis, frame-splitting and windowing, the digitized music of Lunan drums and dulcimers is digitized, and the Fourier transform of Lunan drums and dulcimers is used to obtain the cepstral coefficients of the Mel frequency, the fundamental frequency and the resonance peaks. The research object is selected, the questionnaire about the research of digital inheritance of the south Lu drum and blow music under the background of informationization is designed, and according to the initial data obtained for the research and analysis, the statistical analysis method is used to carry out the empirical analysis of the digital inheritance of the south Lu drum and blow music under the background of informationization. The results show that from the perspective of the inheritance value dimension of the Southwest Lu drum and blow music corpus, its mean and standard deviation are 2.11 and 0.958, respectively, indicating that many young people are increasingly concerned about the digital inheritance of the Southwest Lu drum and blow music. This study focuses on the analysis of the dilemma of inheritance and innovation in the new period and puts forward some feasible, innovative development paths to help this excellent national intangible cultural heritage to be inherited and developed.

Analysis of Integration Path in English Education and Teaching in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Informatization

Abstract For colleges and universities, it is imperative to actively respond to the current new teaching mode and to put information technology into English teaching in the new situation. This paper improves the random forest algorithm by using the sparrow search algorithm to calculate the Gini index score of each evaluation index feature. By addressing the impurities of nodes in the tree, the importance of each index in the forest can be ranked. Further, the improved random forest algorithm is combined with convolutional neural network to construct the obtained English teaching evaluation method to explore the practical effect of the informationized English teaching integration path established in this paper in teaching. The results show that the average scores of the five colleges and universities’ average scores of “technology-enabled teaching” and “awareness and attitude” indicators are high, respectively 4.27 and 4.16. In contrast, the scores of “social support” indicators are low. The average score for “social support” is low, only 3.24. After the teaching practice, the number of “excellent” scores in teaching expansion increased by 15. This paper’s integration path for informationized English teaching has precise results, a certain degree of universality, and serves as a reference for future exploration of the path.

The intertextuality of news headlines in the context of digital media based on the material of the Russian and Chinese languages

The article is devoted to clarifying the general patterns of intertextuality of modern news headlines in Russian and Chinese leading media against the background of globalization, informatization and digitalization. The subject is the intertextuality of digital media news headlines. The material is the headlines of the Russian and Chinese media leading digital information portals for 2023. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that for the first time a comprehensive comparative study was conducted on the main manifestations of intertextuality of world news headlines in modern Russian and Chinese leading digital media. The relevance of the research is due to the fact that digital technologies, hyperlinks, search engines, etc. have created a new unexplored textual reality in which news headlines form links with other texts in the context of the global digital Internet. The main research methods are functional-semantic, interpretative, linguistic and cultural analysis. The method of linguistic commenting was used to explain the headline texts of world news, the culturological method was used to explain the traditions of society reflected in the titles of online news articles. The contrastive method was used to identify common features of the news headlines of leading Russian and Chinese online media publications. The result of the study: intertextuality is characteristic of the news headlines of Russian and Chinese online publications, six main attributes of intertextuality of the headline texts of world news of Russian and Chinese leading digital media have been identified, such as citation, precedent, uncertainty, hypertextuality, polymodality and rhizomaticity. These attributes are widely used in the news headlines of Russian and Chinese digital media. The obtained research results can be the basis for the following studies and used in the practice of teaching university courses in such disciplines as linguistics, communication, cultural studies, political science, etc. The conclusions of the study are that the intertextuality of online media news headlines, as a concentrated manifestation of textual phenomena in the digital age, is characterized by rhizomatic diversity, entanglement, nonlinearity, polycode, openness and dynamism not only at the level of semantics, but also the form of the news headline text.

Leadership Evaluation of David Brailer: Insights From Health Informatics and Public Service

This study assesses the leadership style and impact of David Brailer, the former United States National Health Information Technology Coordinator, renowned for his contributions to health informatics. The study employs several methodologies: an examination of both positive and negative leadership attributes, an analysis of his leadership style, and an exploration of his vision-defining abilities. Central to this investigation is the analysis of organizational leadership, undertaken through an innovative leadership theory and guiding principles, which are designed to uncover strategies for enhancing leadership in a rapidly evolving society. Brailer’s extensive background in health informatics, coupled with his tenure at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, provides a rich foundation for this study. In 2004, President George W. Bush appointed him as the inaugural Health Information Technology Czar, marking a historic moment in advancing electronic health records and the digitization of healthcare information, health informatics and public service.

How can college teachers’ information literacy empower their innovative teaching behaviors under the background of informatization?

The innovative teaching behaviors of college teacher are of positive significance for promoting the construction of educational informatization in China and realizing the high-quality development of higher education. Based on the theory of social cognition and theory of behavioral change, the paper explores the influential mechanism and its boundary conditions of college teachers’ information literacy on their innovative teaching behaviors during the new era of educational informatization. Through the investigation of 280 college teachers, it is found that: (1) information literacy and its dimensions of information knowledge and information capability have a significant positive effect on innovative teaching behavior; (2) Creative self-efficacy plays a mediating role between information literacy (information knowledge and information capability) and innovative teaching behavior; (3) College innovation climate significantly moderates the positive relationship between information literacy (information awareness and information knowledge) and creative self-efficacy; (4) College innovation climate significantly moderates the mediating effect of creative self-efficacy between information literacy (information awareness and information knowledge) and innovative teaching behavior. Therefore, colleges and universities should focus on enhancing teachers’ information literacy level and their creative self-efficacy, creating an excellent atmosphere for innovation, and encouraging college teachers to actively carry out their innovative teaching practice in the new stage of educational informatization.

ANALYSIS OF FKIP UNSIKA WEBSITE BASED ON HUMAN AND COMPUTER INTERACTION PRINCIPLES

The website of the Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Unsika functions as a platform for FKIP Unsika students to access information related to lectures. The purpose of analyzing the FKIP Unsika Website is to understand the relationship between system functions based on the principles and paradigms of Human and Computer Interaction (HCI). In analyzing the Website interface design, the author uses a heuristic evaluation method that evaluates human, technological, usability, and ergonomic aspects. The data used in this research was obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents who have experience in designing and creating websites, and have a background in informatics. The results show that the rules in the heuristic evaluation method used, such as Visibility of system status, Match between the system and the real world, User control and freedom, Consistency and standards, Recognition rather than recall, and Flexibility and efficiency of use, have not been fully met because there are still problems that need to be fixed.

Exploration of Computer Teaching Reform in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Informatization

Abstract Computer teaching in colleges and universities under the background of informationization is developing rapidly, but the teaching mode still has more serious problems, and computer teaching reform needs to be emphasized. This paper first proposes solutions to the problems of computer teaching in colleges and universities. Secondly, it uses hierarchical analysis to construct a computer teaching evaluation system model, then carries out educational information data mining through the DMOTE method, and uses C4.5 to optimize the model of DMOTE. Setting up a controlled experiment to analyze the students’ performance after receiving teaching reform, most of the students in the experimental group scored in the two segments of 80-89 and 90 or more, accounting for 60%, and the number of students scoring less than 60 points was less, only 6%. After the reform of the computer model, the students’ performance improvement is more obvious, and the reform effect is good.

On the peculiarities of investigating criminal offenses related to illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues or precursors in modern conditions

The article examines the peculiarities of carrying out certain procedural actions during the investigation of criminal offenses related to the illegal circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues or precursors, in modern conditions. The author states that in today's conditions, against the background of global informatization of society and the active introduction of the latest technologies in all spheres of human life, the forms of sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues or precursors are also changing. Criminals, using the assets of modern technologies, constantly improve their criminal activities, change directions of interaction with the aim of committing offenses.
 In Ukraine, as well as in the world in general, drug crime is actively carried out through smartphones and the Internet using messengers and special applications for the distribution of psychoactive substances, narcotic drugs and their analogues.
 The author researched the peculiarities of ensuring the prosecutor fulfills the tasks of criminal proceedings during the investigation of criminal offenses in the sphere of trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues or precursors: the prosecutor's exercise of powers aimed at ensuring the completeness and comprehensiveness of the investigation of the circumstances of the criminal offense and the correct application of the norms of the criminal law, and as well as the specifics of conducting investigative actions in criminal proceedings on the facts of trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues or precursors.
 The author concludes that the effectiveness of pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the facts of illegal sale of substances excluded from free circulation using the Internet and other telecommunication technologies is complicated by the need to identify the user under a pseudonym.

Research on Intelligent and Innovative Teaching Mode of Dance Discipline in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Informatization

Abstract In this paper, we first count the dance action motion information and compute different lengths of dance action videos through the threshold of segmentation as the input of a convolutional neural network. Combined with the two-layer level optimization function, the dance action trajectory values can be solved. The dance action trajectory values are compared with the standard action in terms of point distance, which suggests the location of the error for dance teaching assistance training. Finally, based on the three-dimensional data capture to establish a three-dimensional dance teaching model, the dance student’s various parts of the movement error results only between 0.25-2.21, the movement trajectory and the Kinect standard movement trajectory curve is highly fitted, and the dance amplitude, dance strength, dance consistency, dance standardization degree of performance is excellent.

The Study on the Strategy for Education Management Innovation in Primary and Middle Schools under the Background of Informatization

Since entering the 21st century, the rapid development and wide application of information technology have changed people's habits of life and cognitive habits, and China's "2010-2020 Education Informatization Planning Outline" has made it clear that "information technology has a revolutionary impact on the development of education", which means that informatization also puts forward new requirements for the innovation of education management in primary and secondary schools. This means that information technology also puts forward new requirements for the innovation of education management. As an important stage of compulsory education, primary and secondary schools are developing towards informatization, technologization and diversification.

Survey of clinical informatics fellows graduating 2016-2024: experiences before and during fellowship.

To describe experiences and activities of Clinical Informatics (CI) fellows since the first fellowships were accredited in 2014. We performed a voluntary and anonymous survey of 394 alumni and current clinical informatics fellows from the graduating classes of 2016-2024 in the summer of 2022. We received 198 responses; 2% declined to participate. Most were male (62%), White (39%), 31-40 years old (72%), from primary care specialties (54%) and nonprocedural specialties (95%), and without prior informatics experience or any careers before medicine. Most fellows (87-94%) participated significantly in operations, research, coursework, quality improvement, and clinical care activities during fellowship. Women, underrepresented racial and ethnic minorities, and procedural physicians were underrepresented. Many incoming CI fellows did not have an informatics background. During CI fellowship, trainees earned Master's degrees and certificates, were exposed to many different types of CI activities, and were able to spend most of their time pursuing projects that supported their personal career goals. These findings represent the most comprehensive report to date of CI fellows and alumni. Physicians without prior informatics experience who are interested in CI should be encouraged to apply because CI fellowship provides a strong foundation of informatics knowledge while supporting fellows' personal career goals. There remains a lack of women and underrepresented minorities in CI fellowship programs; efforts to expand the pipeline are needed.

Research on the Flipped Classroom Teaching Mode of Design Education under PBL Theory

Design is a subject with strong practicality, and how to combine theory with practice is a very important content in design education. In design education, the PBL-based flipped classroom teaching model is a typical teaching mode of reconstructing the learning process, which is very suitable for the teaching of art design courses. Based on the PBL theory and the advantages of the flipped classroom, this paper analyzes the role requirements and tasks of teachers and students in the flipped classroom of design education. On this basis, it mainly discusses the classroom technology innovation, the project teaching method innovation and the social extension innovation under the background of informatization. From above three aspects, the paper studies the innovation of the teaching mode of the design education flipped classroom, and promotes the development of design education reform in China.

Research and Practice of a Blended Teaching Mode based on Small Private Online Courses Under an Informatization Background

With the continuous development of information technologies, the pace of education informatizationis accelerating increasingly. The traditional classroom-teaching mode cannot fully meet students’learningdemands. Due to the emergence of new teaching forms in the post-pandemic era, rapid development of ITapplications, national education-informatization policies and deployment, and the plight of the traditional teaching mode, there is a need to explore new ideas and patterns of integrating information technologies and teaching approaches. With the course of Heat Transfer as an example, this study expounds a blendedteaching mode based on small private online courses (SPOC) on course aims, teaching contents, teachingmethods, and evaluation approaches under the background of informatization. The results showthat this teaching model can enhance students' learning ef ect and comprehensive ability ef ectively. The rules of blended teaching were explored to guide teaching improvement.
