Abstract

College English teaching is under reform, and building a smart teaching model can provide a feasible path for upgrading college English teaching methods. This study starts with analyzing the necessity of smart teaching models under the background of informatization, and then constructs a basic, interactive and cooperative model of smart teaching for college English from the perspective of the learning community. Based on the smart teaching platform, this smart teaching model takes students as its center and treats teachers as the teaching organizer (and learning partner). Finally, it explores its operating mechanism from the three teaching stages of pr-class, in-class, and after-class, providing reference paths and ideas for the reform of college English teaching.
