Compared with the glass surface, the photoluminescence intensity of CsPbBr3 quantum dots excited by 1200 nm femtosecond laser on the surface of Au island fiber film (AIF) is significantly enhanced. On the other hand, the photoluminescence intensity decay of CsPbBr3 quantum dots on the AIF surface shows a fast decay of the average photoluminescence lifetime. The Photoluminescence enhancement effect of CsPbBr3 quantum dots was analysed by photoluminescence spectrum, transmission electron microscope, absorption spectrum and photoluminescence decay. The spectral changes of CsPbBr3 quantum dots on the AIF surface are related to surface plasmon resonance. The enhanced photoluminescence of CsPbBr3 quantum dots on the AIF surface can be used in optical communication and quantum information communication.
