DEVELOPMENT OF INTERACTIVE LEARNING MEDIA BASED ON APPLICATIONS ARTICULATE STORYLINE 3 HUMAN COORDINATION SYSTEM MATERIAL

This research is included in the type of research and development or Research and Development (R&D) based on the ADDIE development model which consists of five steps, namely Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate. This study aims to develop learning media, determine the level of validity, level of practicality and level of effectiveness of media. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Takalar class XI Science 1 which amounted to 30 students. Media validity of 3.80 with very valid category. The practicality of the media obtained through teacher responses is 95.31% and student responses are 85.18% with very practical categories. Of the 30 total students, 27 of them obtained scores that were in accordance with the KKM target (90%) and 3 of them obtained scores that did not meet the KKM target (10%). The pretest score of students obtained is 28.13 while the posttest value is 81.33, so that the average N-gain score obtained by students is 0.72 and is in the category (0.7 g ≤ 1), it can be said that the increase in student learning outcomes is high.

The Influence of the Demonstration Method with the Help of Geogebra Software on the Ability to Understand Mathematical Concepts

The background of this research is the inability of students to understand mathematical concepts. The researcher chose the demonstration method with the help of GeoGebra Software to overcome the lack of understanding of mathematical concepts. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of the demonstration method with the help of GeoGebra Software on the ability to understand mathematical concepts. This research is a Quasi-experimental study where the design applied is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population of this study were 79 students of class IX at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Purwokerto. The research sample consisted of 26 students from class IXA which were used as the experimental class and 27 students from class IXB which were used as the control class. The test instrument is used to measure the ability to understand each student's mathematical concepts. The N-Gain test shows that the control group has an average N-Gain of 0.29 which is in the low category, while the experimental group has an average N-Gain of 0.61 which is in the medium category. The average difference in the percentage of pretest and posttest scores on all indicators of mathematical understanding ability in the control class was 9.75% while in the experimental class was 13.68%. From the t test, the value of sig = 0.004 < α = 0.05 means that there is a difference in the average N-Gain value of the experimental class and the average N-Gain value of the control class. The conclusion from this study is that there is an influence of the demonstration method with the help of GeoGebra Software on the ability to understand mathematical concepts in class IX SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Purwokerto.

Peran Metode Mind Mapping Dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar SKI di MTsN Kota Bogor

Learning outcomes are very important in a person's education to determine a learning success that has been obtained after following the teaching and learning process. There are various teaching methods that can be used by teachers to obtain learning outcomes in students. One of them is the Mind Mapping method. Furthermore, this study aims to determine whether there is a role of the Mind Mapping method in improving the learning outcomes of SKI material on Khulafaurrasyidin in class VII students at MTsN Kota Bogor. The research method used is quantitative. Data collection using tests with multiple choice forms. The data analysis technique uses the T-Test Test. In this study there are several findings, namely 1). There was an increase from the Pre-Test results to the Post-Test results in the control class of 11.34. And the Pre-Test results and Post-Test results in the experimental class amounted to 16.94; 2). The average N-Gain Score in the experimental class was 57.0411 or 57.04%; 3). Independent sample t-test output in the Equal Variances Assumed section shows that the Sig value. (2 tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the above findings, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in increasing the value of student learning outcomes, so that there is a Role of the Mind Mapping Method in improving SKI Learning Outcomes on Khulafaurrasyidin Material in Class VII Students at MTsN Kota Bogor.

Problem-based learning utilizing assistive virtual simulation in mobile application to improve students’ critical thinking skills

In a distance learning system, students tend to feel bored and their learning motivation decreases which makes an impact on their critical thinking (CT) being undeveloped. A motivating digital pedagogical infrastructure is needed to empower students' CT skills. The current study aimed at intervening Problem Based Learning (PBL) with PhET (Physics Education Technology) assistive virtual simulation in mobile application and evaluating its impact on students' CT skills. Experimental design (randomized pretest-posttest control and experimental groups) was carried out while the control group was intervened with expository teaching. The research sample consisted of 88 students at the Islamic senior high schools in the Mataram City, Indonesia. They were divided into experimental and control groups. Learning instruments and CT skills tests were prepared to support the research. The measurement of psychometric properties (validity and reliability) of the instrument was carried out to determine whether the instrument was feasible to be employed. The learning feasibility was observed by observers and analyzed qualitatively, based on the feedback from the observers. Data analysis of CT skills used the parameters of the average pretest-posttest and n-gain. Statistical analysis was carried out to prove the differences in students' CT between groups. The results of the learning feasibility assessment showed that PBL with PhET assistive virtual simulation is able to provide a motivating and interactive digital learning environment. The results of the student's CT skill analysis prove the efficacy of PBL with PhET's assistive virtual simulation in improving students' CT skills. This learning is better than expository teaching in improving CT skills.

The Influence of Team Teaching Learning Model by Mind Mapping Method on the Mathematical Problem-Solving Ability

The thing that underlies the implementation of this research is the low level of proficiency of class XI students at MAN Purbalingga in terms of solving mathematical problems. In this study, the researchers decided to apply appropriate learning strategies to foster skills in solving mathematical problems, namely by using the team teaching learning model with the mind mapping method. The purpose of the research conducted by researchers is to see whether there is a significant influence or not from the application of the learning model on students' skills in solving mathematical problems. This type of research is a Quasi-Experimental Design with a quantitative approach method. A total of 394 students from all students of class XI at MAN Purbalingga became the population in this study. Thirty-eight students from XI IPA 5 were assigned to be the experimental class, and 38 others from XI IPA 6 were the control class. The data collection carried out by researchers in this study was by applying an instrument in the form of a test, namely the pretest and posttest, to weigh the students' skills in solving mathematical problems. The results of the N-Gain Test conducted in the experimental class show that the average N-Gain value in that class is 0.58, which means that the class is in the medium category. Then in the control class, it is known that the average N-Gain value is 0.28, which means that the class is in a low category. From the acquisition of the average value, it is known that the experimental class shows results that are classified as superior when compared to the average value of the control class, so it can be concluded that there is an influence with the application of the team teaching learning model with the mind mapping method on the skills of students in solving mathematical problems in class XI MAN Purbalingga.

The Influence of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Approaches on Learning Outcomes of Alternative Energy Subthemes

The purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes in the alternative energy sub-theme by using a two-group design quasi-experimental research method at Selaawi State Elementary School. The subjects of this study were students in class III-A and III-B of Selaawi State Elementary School which consisted of 53 students. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2020/2021 school year. The results showed that there was an influence of the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Approach on Learning Outcomes of the Alternative Energy Sub-theme. This can be seen from the average N-gain value in the experimental class group of 79 in the high category, and the average N-gain value in the control class is 57.77. Thus the results of testing the hypothesis that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted because t_count> t_table is 9.5202 > 2.00758. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that this research shows that there is a positive effect of using the STEM approach.

PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KERJA PESERTA DIDIK BERBASIS PROBLEM BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN MATERI GAYA DAN GERAK

This study is a research and development model of the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) conducted from November to October 2022. This study aims to develop student worksheets (LKPD) based on problem based learning (PBL) to improve understanding of the fourth grade students of SDN Sukasirna 01 with the material of force and motion. The research target is class IV SDN Sukasirna 01 for the experimental class, which consists of 20 students and uses one group pretest-posttest. The instruments used in this study consisted of expert validation sheets, student understanding test questions, and teacher and questionnaire responses of teacher and students to LKPD based on PBL. The results show that 1) LKPD based on PBL can improve students' understanding as indicated by an average N-Gain of 0.61 (medium), 2) the results of expert validation of the quality of PBL-based LKPD can be categorized as very feasible and meet the criteria, 3) teacher responses and students to PBL-based LKPD gave a positive response. 4) Suggestions and recommendations from this research, it is hoped that further researchers will develop PBL-based E-LKPD and be tested widely.

Effect of guided discovery learning model based on lesson study learning community on the chemistry of main group elements topics

According to the students of senior high school SMAN 14 Padang, chemistry is one of the most challenging subjects. It causes the learning process in the classroom to be teacher-centered. Therefore, a suitable learning model is needed so that students are active in finding information to create student-centered learning. One of the appropriate learning models used is Guided Discovery learning with the lesson study learning community LSLC learning system. This study aims to determine the effect of the guided discovery learning model based on LSLC on the chemistry of main group elements on student learning outcomes at SMAN 14 Padang. The type of research used is a quasi-experiment. In this study, two classes were used, namely the experimental and control classes, with a simple random sampling technique. In the experimental class XII MIPA 2, the special treatment was applying a Guided discovery learning model based on LSLC on the chemistry of the main group elements. In the control class XII MIPA 3 without LSLC based. The data analysis techniques used were the N-Gain test, normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis test, and hypothesis testing with t-test. The results showed that in the experimental class, there was an increase in student learning outcomes in the moderate category with an average N-Gain value of 0,6999. In the control class, the average value was 0,6168. It also shows that in the control class, there is an increase in student learning outcomes in the moderate category. The results of data analysis with the normality test and homogeneity test that have been carried out obtained that the data is normally distributed and homogeneous, so hypothesis testing is carried out with the t-test. The learning outcomes of students who apply the guided discovery learning model based on LSLC can be significantly improved than those without LSLC based on the main group element chemical material at SMAN 14 Padang.

BUILDING LEARNERS’ CONCEPTUAL KNOWLEDGE AND DIGITAL LITERACY WITH PBL-BASED E-STUDENT WORKSHEET

The objective of this research was to see the role of the electronic student worksheet based on Problem-Based-Learning (PBL-based E-SW) to build conceptual knowledge and digital literacy. This research used a static pretest-posttest design. The population was students in Padangcermin Public Senior high School, in Pesawaran. Samples were taken by cluster random sampling, and they consisted of 35 students in the experiment classroom and 35 students in the control classroom. The experiment classroom was taught using PBL-based E-SW and the control classroom was taught using worksheet used to teach in the school. The result showed that there was a significant influence of using PBL-based E-SW to build conceptual knowledge and digital literacy of students. Paired sample t-test result was less than 0.05, and this indicated a significant difference in average n-gain scores between the experiment and control classrooms. The average n-gain scores on conceptual knowledge were 0.61 or belonging to a moderate category in the experiment classroom and 0.41 or belonging to a moderate category in the control classroom. The average n-gain scores on digital literacy were 0.89 or belonging to a high category in the experiment classroom and 0.67 or belonging to a moderate category in the control classroom.

Implementation of the Gamification Concept in the Development of a Learning Management System to Improve Students' Cognitive In Basic Programming Subjects Towards a Smart Learning Environment

Rapidly developing technology has produced many inventions that can help facilitate human life in various fields one of which is the field of education which can help teachers and students in the learning process, one of the technologies that helps is the application of a Learning Management System in e-learning, where by This e-learning learning activities can be carried out flexibly by both teachers and students. The role of motivation has an important position in achieving learning objectives, one of which is to improve cognitive, therefore various methods are used to motivate students in the learning process. In this research, an effort was made in the form of applying Gamification which is a learning approach by bringing and applying game elements into the Learning Management System with the aim of increasing students' motivation and cognitive in the learning process using the ADDIE method, towards a Smart Learning Environment. Analysis of the results of the pre-test and post-test using the N-Gain calculation was carried out in both groups, where the average N-Gain score for the gamification group was 26.6111 and for the Non-LMS group it was -19.8889. This explains that the gamification group has more cognitive improvement than the non-LMS group.

In the process of learning language, one of the four language skills, listening is a basic skill that must be mastered by students in learning language before speaking, reading and writing skills. Low interest in listening results in less effective Arabic language learning. The method of delivery using conventional and less varied methods can influence students' interest and motivation to learn listening skills. Thus, researchers decided to use the Total Physical Response (TPR) method. This method contains elements of body movement and visualization to help students understand and remember new vocabulary. This study aims to describe the determine the effectiveness of the Total Physical Response method in teaching listening skills at MTs Al-Munawwaroh Tajinan. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using Test (Pretest-posttest). The results of the N-Gain Score show that the use of the Total Physical Response (TPR) method in the experimental group is quite effective with an average N-gain score of 66.26%. And the control group is less effective at learning using conventional methods with an average N-Gain score of 44.60%. As for the output of the Independent samples Test, it is known that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.003 < 0.05, Therefore, as the basis for decision making in the independent sample t test, it can be concluded that learning listening skills using the Total Physical Response method in grade VIII MTs Al-Munawwaroh Tajinan students is more effective than learning using conventional methods.

Pengaruh Latihan Servis Jarak Bertahap Menggunakan Bola Plastik dan Bola Tenis Terhadap Ketepatan Servis Atas Bola Voli Putri Yunior Provos Pemalang

The background of this research is that participants often do not enter when serving on the opponent's court, lack of accuracy in hitting the ball when serving over, low level of service accuracy. The purpose of this study is to examine how effective concentration and eye-hand coordination exercises using plastic balls and tennis balls are in training the accuracy of serving on volleyball for Putri Junior Provos Pemalang.The discussion of the results of the study was carried out using a quantitative approach to the experimental two groups pretest-posttest design. In this design the sample will be divided into two groups according to the ranking of the initial test from the lowest to the highest by zig-zag or Matched Subject Ordinal Pairing (AB-BA) so that both groups have equal abilities (equivalent).The results showed that 1) There was a significant effect of the implementation of the gradual distance service exercise using a plastic ball on the accuracy of serving on the Pemalang Provos Junior Women's volleyball. This can be proven from the tcount of the experimental group 1 (7.839) with a significance of 0.001 (0.001 <0.05); 2) There is a significant effect of the implementation of the gradual distance service exercise using a tennis ball on the accuracy of serving on the Pemalang Provos Junior Women's volleyball. This can be proven from the tcount of the experimental group 2 (10.633) with a significance of 0.000 (0.000<0.005); 3) Based on the results of the N-Gain Score test, it shows that the average N-gain score for experimental group 1 (plastic ball) is 5.7138 or 25.7%. With a minimum N-gain score of 3.23% and a maximum of 7.9%. Meanwhile, the average N-gain score for the experimental group 2 (tennis ball) was 6.8220 or 6.8%. With a minimum N-gain score of 5.38% and a maximum of 8.8%.The conclusion of the study is that the application of training using tennis balls in a gradual distance service exercise is more effective than using a plastic ball on the accuracy of serving on women's volleyball. My suggestion is that the media in this exercise can be used in the Putri Junior Provos volleyball club in Pemalang.

Keefektifan Pelatihan Teknik Parafrase dan Teknik Sitasi Menggunakan Mendeley Bagi Mahasiswa PGSD untuk Menghindari Plagiasi

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of training in paraphrasing and citation techniques using Mendeley paraphrasing and citation skills for PGSD students, Mataram University. Type of this research is a quantitative research using a pre-experimental design method type one group pretest-posttest. This research is included in the population study because all participants are the research subjects. The instruments used were 10 multiple choice questions and 5 short questions which were used as pretest and posttest questions. The data analysis technique used a normality test as a prerequisite for analysis, paired sample t-test, an effect size test, and an N-Gain test. All data are normally distributed as indicated by the normality test. The paired sample t-test test shows a difference between the pretest and posttest values ​​where the posttest value is higher than the pretest value. Test effect size d = -1.90521 is in the small category because <0.05. This means that training in paraphrasing and citation techniques using Mendeley has little effect on students' ability to paraphrase and cite. N-Gain test with SPSS 18.0, the average N-Gain score was 54.9271 or 55% or included in the less effective category. The conclusion is that training in paraphrasing and citation techniques using Mendeley to avoid plagiarism is less effective in improving paraphrasing and citation skills for 7th-semester students of PGSD, University of Mataram.

Development of Student Worksheet Discovery Model Based on Video Logger Pro Analysis to Improve Problem-Solving Skills of Physics Teacher Candidates

Students are less active in learning, lack motivation, textbooks are full of mathematical equations without detailed explanations, and use conventional methods. LKS can be used as an alternative medium to improve problem-solving skills. This study aims to develop pro video logger-based worksheets based on the guided discovery that is valid and effective to improve problem-solving for prospective physics teachers. The research method used is ADDIE. The research subjects were 36 mechanical engineering students. The research instrument used was a validation sheet and a test instrument for problem-solving skills. LKS is feasible to use if it is valid in the category of high validity and reliability, there are significant differences in the pretest and posttest, and the increase in problem-solving skills in the medium N-gain test category is minimal. The results showed that the LKS is valid with an average validity of 0.88 with a high validity category, the value of R = 0.752 > 0.70 means reliable, the Wilcoxon equation. Sig. = 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant difference pretest and posttest, and the average N-gain = 0.64 in the medium category, minimum and maximum N-gain = 0.087 and 0.640

Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Fisika Berbasis Videoscribe Pada Materi Momentum dan Impuls Untuk Meningkatkan Berpikir Kritis Peserta Didik

Learning media is a container for messages that educators want to convey to students, which aims to achieve an effective and efficient learning process. Along with the development of learning media technology, it is necessary to continue to develop so that the quality of education can get better. One of the media that can be used in learning is videoscribe. This study aims to determine the feasibility, practicality and effectiveness of videoscribe-based physics learning media that have been developed to improve students' critical thinking. This study uses the Research and Development (RD) research method with a development model consisting of define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. Feasibility was reviewed by 6 validators consisting of 3 expert validators and 3 practitioner validators. Practicality is seen from the results of student responses and the implementation of learning. Effectiveness is seen from the results of the trial limited to 1 class at SMAN 1 Alas Barat. The research instruments consisted of videographs, validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and observation sheets of learning implementation and concept understanding tests. Data analysis techniques consist of quantitative descriptive and N-gain test. The results of the study show that learning media is feasible to use with an average of 3.4 with very good categories and research reliability reaches 75% with reliable criteria. This research is also effective because there is an increase in students' critical thinking with an average N-gain score of 60.24 with moderate criteria. The conclusion is that videoscribe-based physics learning media is feasible, practical, and effective for increasing students' critical thinking theory of momentum and impulse

PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN CONNECTED MATHEMATICS PROJECT (CMP) BERBANTUAN GOOGLE SITE TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIS

The purpose of this study was to analyze the ability to understand mathematical concepts of students who were taught with the Google Site-assisted CMP learning model better than those taught with the direct learning model. The next objective is to analyze the ability to improve understanding of mathematical concepts taught with the Google Site-assisted CMP learning model for derived material. This research is quantitative research with quasi-experimental design. The nonequivalent control group design was used as a form of quasi-experimental, by comparing two samples of 44 students from class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 2 Magelang who were randomly selected. From the Independent Sample t-Test test it produces a value of then is rejected and is accepted which means the ability to understand mathematical concepts taught with the Google Site-assisted CMP learning model is better than the direct learning model. Then, the average N-Gain test was 0.38 and proved that there was an increase taught by the Google Site-assisted CMP learning model for derivative material in the medium category. From the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that the ability to understand mathematical concepts taught by the Google Site-assisted CMP learning model is better than the direct learning model for derivative material, and there is an increase in the moderate category.

Development of Interactive E-Modules of PjBL Models to Improve Understanding of Colloidal Concepts

Research on the development of learning media for Android-Based Interactive E- modules on colloidal material aims to produce valid, practical and effective learning media. The floating model used is a 4D development model. The trial of the learning media developed was carried out on students of SMAN 1 Kotabaru for the 2020/2021 academic year. The trials carried out were individual trials, small group trials and limited trials. Data collection techniques used validation sheets, readability questionnaires, response questionnaires and test assessments. Data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results showed that the developed media had met the following criteria: (1) Valid, based on a feasibility test by a group of experts with an average of 91.66% (very valid); (2) Practical, based on individual, group readability tests, as well as student and teacher response questionnaires with successive scores of 3.30 (very good); 3.40 (very good); 3.34 (very good) and 3.70 (very good); (3) Effective, based on the results of a limited trial, it can be seen from the average n-gain score of 0.73 (high). Overall, the e-module developed is able to improve students' conceptual understanding skills and as a form of renewal in chemistry learning

Cooperative learning and group learning: The impact on high order thinking skills in the pythagorean theorem material

This study aims to improve students High Order Thinking Skills through the application of the Group to Group Exchange learning model. The research method used is a quasi-experimental model with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group research design and a sampling technique using Cluster Random Sampling. The results showed that based on the research results obtained during the study, the average N-Gain Score for the experimental group using the Group to Group Exchange learning model was 59% with a minimum N-Gain Score of 51% and a maximum of 67%. While the average N-Gain Score control group with the Direct Instruction learning model is 39% with a minimum N-Gain Score of 34% and a maximum of 45%. This means that the Group to Group Exchange (GTGE) learning model is quite effective compared to the Direct Instruction (DI) learning model to improve students High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS).

PENGARUH MODEL SCIENCE ENVIRONMENT TECHNOLOGY SOCIETY (SETS) BERMUATAN ETNOSAINS TERHADAP PENGUASAAN KONSEP SISWA PADA MATERI LINGKUNGAN

Environmental learning that contains ethnoscience or local wisdom really needs to be implemented in the classroom in terms of culture and science that students can understand, for learning it is necessary to use appropriate learning models, one of which is the SETS model. This study aims to determine the effect of the SETS model on students' mastery of concepts in biology material. This research was conducted at SMAN 13 Pekanbaru in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The population in this study were students of class X with a sample of class X4 as the experimental class (using the SETS model) and X5 as the control class (conventional learning) taken by simple random sampling technique. Quasi-experimental research, with the matching only pretest posttest control group design. Data collection through pretest, posttest and observation. In the research results, it was found that the average N-Gain in the control class was 0.25 (low), while in the experimental class it was 0.51 (medium). The results of the N-Gain t-test showed a significant difference between control and experimental class mastery of concepts. Thus it can be concluded that learning the SETS model.

EFFECTIVENESS OF RADEC-BASED ON IMPROVING LEARNING PLANNING SKILLS AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing, and evaluating students in every teaching and learning process in schools. In the learning process, various skills are needed for the continuity of the learning process, one of which is the skill of making lesson plans. The skill of a teacher in making lesson plans determines the learning outcomes that will be accepted by students. This study aims to analyze the effect of RADEC-based workshop activities in improving the skills of elementary school teachers to make good lesson plans. This study uses the One Group pretest posttest method with a sample of elementary school teachers in Purwakarta Regency. The instrument used is the result of adaptation of the assessment of the learning implementation plan in the PPG program. There are seven indicators used in the instrument used. The results showed that the RADEC model had an impact on teachers in developing learning planning skills. The average n-gain score obtained from this study was 58 which was categorized as quite effective.
