Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik melalui Metode Problem Based Learning berbantuan Media Video pada Siswa Kelas IV Fase B di SD Negeri 17 Nusa Poring Kab. Melawi

The low learning achievement of students in working together and overcoming subject matter problems related to daily life in Catholic Religion and Character lessons causes the achievement of learning outcomes to be low. The aim of this Classroom Action Research is to: determine the increase in the dimensions of mutual cooperation and learning achievement in learning using the Problem Based Learning Method. This classroom action research is divided into four stages, namely planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection and is carried out in 2 cycles. The research subjects were students at SD Negeri 17 Nusa Poring with a total of 10 students. Indicators for observing aspects of the mutual cooperation dimension are caring, collaboration and sharing. The results of the research showed that there was an increase in the learning outcomes of Class IV students in the material "I Developed My Abilities as a Man and a Woman, namely an increase in the dimensions of mutual cooperation character using the PBL method from cycle I, which was 65% to cycle II, which was 90%. There was also an increase in the average learning achievement in cycle 1 from 70% to 87% in cycle II. Conclusion: The dimensions of mutual cooperation in the learning process using the PBL method are able to increase the achievement target at a proficient level of 90%, proficient 10% worthy of 0%, just developing 0%.

Snakes Ladders Game as an Effort to Improve Mixed Counting Operation Skills of Langenharjo 02 State Elementary School Students

Many students find it challenging to learn Mathematics. Mixed operations are one of the materials that are difficult to understand. Educators must use innovative learning models, including the Snakes and Ladders Game media. Therefore, this study aims to determine the improvement of student learning achievement through learning with games, namely snakes and ladders. The method used in this research is classroom action research (PTK). This research was carried out with three cycles. The subjects of this study were grade VI students of SD Negeri Langenharjo 02, Sukoharjo Regency, with 13 students. A total of 10 items were used in this study to measure student learning achievement. This study's results showed an increase in the average score from cycle I to cycle II. The average produced in cycle I was 27.69. In cycle II, an average score of 73.08 was produced; in cycle III, an average of 96.92 was obtained. The gain score obtained was 0.627, and the percentage increase was 62.7% in cycles I and II. Then, in cycles II and III, there was a gain score of 0.885 with a percentage of 88.5%. These results show an increase in the average learning achievement of SD Negeri Langenharjo 02 grade VI students through the Snakes and Ladders game.

Learning Tools Based on Outcome Based Education to Improve Student Learning Outcomes

Currently, high quality and competent human resources are needed in the world of work. To achieve this, activities must be achieved as early as possible, which can be started from college by applying the Outcome Based Education (OBE) learning method. This research aims to develop learning tools for scientific courses in the form of valid, practical and effective outcome based education semester learning plans to improve student learning outcomes. The learning device development model used in this research is define, design, and develop, by modifying the 4-D model (Four D model). Learning device validity data was collected by a validation questionnaire. Practicality data was collected through questionnaires on the responses of lecturers and students to learning tools, and questionnaires on the implementation of learning tools. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. Based on the research results obtained: (1) the validity of learning devices is in the valid category with a validity value of RPS 3.52, (2) the practicality of learning devices is in the very practical category with value of 3.43, the average lecturer response is 3.71 and student response is 3.54, (3) the effectiveness of learning tools is in the effective category, with an average learning achievement test score of 79.54 and completeness of 88.24%. Based on the findings of the research results, it was concluded that learning tools met the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective in improving student learning outcomes tests, so that they could be implemented in a wider scope.

The influence of using Learning Videos for High School Mathematics Curriculum Subjects with Flipped Classroom Models on Learning Achievement in the UIN Walisongo Semarang

During the current pandemic, students are having difficulty understanding mathematical material; normally, they are taught by lecturers face-to-face, but now online. The obstacle that students face is that they believe that learning is not optimal because the signal is often poor and inconsistent, and they are unable to meet with the lecturer. To alleviate this issue, it is required to create a video of learning material that will be supplied by a mathematics lecturer by the lecturer who teaches, the video is published on YouTube, and the youtube link is given to students to study beforehand for the forthcoming meeting. This is consistent with the flipped classroom concept, in which students are expected to first understand the lecturer's video before being discussed directly by the lecturer.It is expected that students are able to think creatively about video content created by their professors, and students are able to examine material flaws that they have not understood and then clarified by their lecturers at the next meeting. In research on the development of instructional video media for high school mathematics curricular with the ADDIE stage model. This model, as the name suggests, consists of five main phases or stages, namely (A) analysis, (D) design, (D) development, (I) implementation, and (E) evaluation. The Implementation and Evaluation stage was carried out in the second year, with expanded tests carried out at UIN Walisongo Semarang in a fun and enjoyable manner, with posttests and user response questionnaires given with the following results: Based on research at UIN Walisongo, posttest results were processed using tests t results obtained are 0% <5%, then H0 is rejected. This means that we accept H1, which means that the results of learning mathematics using video learning media for high school mathematics curriculars are better than conventional learning models. Looking at the average learning achievement in the mean column, Group Statistics table, the experimental class average is 86.00, while the average -the average control class is 64.74. These results show that the learning outcomes of the experimental class are better than the control class. R Square value of 0.804 = 80.4%. This value means that the influence of virtual lab media on learning achievement is 80.4%, while 19.6% of learning achievement is influenced by other variables outside of the independent variables in this research.

The Evaluation of using Learning Videos for High School Mathematics Curriculum Subjects with Flipped Classroom Models on Learning Achievement in the IVET University Semarang

This research deals with the development of learning video media for high school mathematics curricula using the ADDIE stage model. This model, as the name implies, consists of five main phases or stages, namely (A) analysis, (D) design, (D) development, (I) implementation, and (E) evaluation. The implementation and evaluation phase was carried out in this second year, with an expanded test carried out in the mathematics education study program at IVET University Semarang in a fun and enjoyable way, with a posttest and a user response questionnaire with the following results: Based on research at IVET University Semarang, the results of the posttest were processed using The t-test obtained a result of 0% < 5%, then H0 was rejected. This means that we accept H1, which means that the results of learning mathematics with learning video media for high school mathematics curricula are better than conventional learning models, looking at the average learning achievement in the mean column, the group statistics table, it is obtained that the average of the experimental class was 85.50 while the average of the control class was 70.42. These results show that the learning outcomes of the experimental class were better than those of the control class. R Square value is 0.825 = 82.5%. This value means that the effect of virtual lab media on learning achievement is 82.5%. In comparison, 17.5% of learning achievement was influenced by other variables outside of the independent variables in this study. Effect of the Use of Virtual Reality (VR)-nased Geometry Virtual Lab Media with the Van Hiele Theory Approach to Student Learning Achievement at IVET University Semarang

The existence of technology, especially smartphones, which are now increasingly developing, must be addressed wisely. One technology that can be used as a learning medium is the Virtual Geometry Lab. This research aims to examine the effect of using virtual reality (VR)-based geometry lab media using the Van Hiele theory approach on student learning achievement at IVET University Semarang. This research is a continuation of the results of previous research which produced a valid Geometry Virtual Lab product. This research is an expansion test of the Virtual Geometry Lab Product at IVET University Semarang. This is a development research using the ADDIE stage model which has reached the implementation stage. The research design used is posttest only control design. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with simple regression analysis and independent sample t test using SPSS software. The research results show that using virtual lab media influences the learning achievement of IVET Semarang students by 80.3%, while 19.7% of learning achievement is influenced by other variables outside of the independent variables in this research. Confirmed by the t test, the average learning achievement of the experimental class was 82.35, while the average of the control class was 68.79. This means that the learning achievement of IVET Semarang experimental class students is better than the IVET Semarang control class. Keywords: virtual geometry lab, learning achievement, influence

Analysis of Differences in Learning Achievement Reviewed From Learning Style (Study on Biology Students Batch 2021)

Abstract. Tracking learning style profiles is an important thing to do in an educational institution, including universities, to support the success and learning achievements of students. At the university level, learning achievement is indicated by the achievement index (GPA) at the end of each semester. This research aims to determine the profile of learning styles and learning achievements of students in the biology education study program and to see whether there are differences in student learning achievements in terms of their learning styles. This research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. . The population in this study were students from the 2021 Biology Education Study Program with a total of 108 students. The research sample was 86 students from the Biology Education Study Program Class of 2021 out of 108 students who were determined using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The instrument used in this research is a non-test instrument in the form of a learning style questionnaire. The research results obtained include: the learning style tendencies of biology students in the Class of 2021 are varied, 45% of students tend to have a Kinesthetic learning style, 40% Visual and 15% Auditory. The average learning achievement of the 2021 batch of biology students is in the good category. Hypothesis testing shows that there is no significant difference in learning achievement when viewed from the learning styles of biology students.Key words: Learning Style, Learning achievement, Differences of learning Style, Biology Student

Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Open-Ended dan Make A Match dengan Menggunakan Teori Belajar Konstruktivistik terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa

Learning activities at school are important activities for students, especially learning activities that are held in the classroom. Learning activities between teachers and students must be established in harmonious interactions and relationships, so that in learning activities in the classroom there is a conducive and active atmosphere. This study used three classes, namely Experiment I class (Open-Ended), Experiment II class (Make A Match) and Control class (Descriptive/Exposure). Before giving the treatment, firstly take the value data for the initial data to match the three classes. For initial data analysis, a normality test was calculated with the Liliefors test, homogeneity test with the Bartlett test, and the average comfort test using one-way Anava. After giving the treatment and evaluation tests, the final data analysis calculations were carried out to test the research hypothesis. For the final analysis, it was carried out as the initial analysis plus the t test. The research results for hypothesis 1, there is a difference in the average learning achievement between experimental class I, II and control. For hypothesis 2, the learning achievement of the experimental class I is better than the control class. For hypothesis 3, the learning achievement of experimental class II is better than the control class. For hypothesis 4, there is no difference in learning achievement between experimental class I and experimental class II. So, learning using the Open-Ended model and the Make A Match learning model on Logarithmic Mathematics material is better than the Descriptive/Exposure learning model

Pengaruh problem solving terhadap kemandirian dan prestasi belajar matematika pada operasi bilangan bulat menggunakan metode kolom polamatika

This study aims to analyze the effect of the problem-solving model on independence and achievement in learning mathematics in the material of addition and subtraction of integers using the column pattern method for class VII students of SMP Taman Siswa Medan. This research is quantitative research, with an ex-post facto approach. The population used in this study were all grade VII students of SMP Taman Siswa Medan, with a purposive sampling technique used, so that the total sample was 41 respondents. Based on the research results, the average learning achievement score is 58. The mode value is 32, indicating that the acquisition value for the ability to understand with the greatest frequency is 32. The Problem-Solving Learning Model and independent learning simultaneously affect the mathematics learning achievement of class VII junior high school students by (R2 = 0.53) or 53%. The Problem-Solving Learning Model of students has a positive effect on the learning achievement of students in class VII junior high school mathematics. The independence of student learning has a positive effect on the mathematics achievement of class VII junior high school students.

COMPARISON OF STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES USING TEAMS GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) AND STUDENT TEAMS ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION (STAD) TYPES OF COOPERATIVE LEARNING MODEL

This study aims to obtain related information on the comparison of student learning outcomes using two cooperative learning models: Teams Games Tournament (TGT) and Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) models in Class XI IPA at SMAN 1 Doloksanggul. The research design employed in this study is a type of quasi-experimental research. It was conducted at SMAN 1 Doloksanggul, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, with a population consisting of all students in Class XI IPA at SMAN 1 Doloksanggul. The samples were selected using a random sampling technique. Data was collected through a learning outcomes instrument, which included pretests and posttests. The results of the comparative study on student learning outcomes using the cooperative learning models of Teams Games Tournament (TGT) and Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) at SMAN 1 Doloksanggul are as follows: A comparison of the posttest results between experimental Class I and experimental Class II, using the Independent Sample T-test, yielded a Sig value (2-tailed) of 0.008, which is less than 0.05. Therefore, Ho (null hypothesis) is rejected, and Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted, indicating a significant difference between the average posttest scores in experimental Class I (using the TGT learning model) and experimental Class II (using the STAD learning model). The TGT learning model demonstrated better student learning outcomes, with an average score of 86.14, compared to the STAD learning model, which had an average learning achievement score of 81.91.

 This research is related to academic stress and learning achievement of class VIII D, E and F students at SMP Negeri 3 Magelang during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Coronavirus Disease or Covid-19 is caused by a coronavirus that attacks the respiratory tract, similar to the common cold. Applying the principles of health and safety for families, students, teachers and the community, learning during the Covid-19 period is a distance learning policy, which is applied in schools and universities around the world. However, these various online school requirements trigger academic stress which has an mpact on student achievement. The researcher uses a quantitative research methodology. The results showed that there was a negative correlation between academic stress in the medium category, while the average learning achievement wasi n the high category.
 
 

Effectiveness of Discovery Learning Model Based on Team Games Tournament Assisted with Thematic English Media on Learning Achievement

Learning achievement in learning is very important because the success of learning carried out in teaching and learning activities can be seen from student learning outcomes. Learning achievement is the result achieved by students or someone after carrying out learning activities. Thematic learning achievements at SD N 1 Patukangan class IV in 2018/2019 still vary widely. Not all students' Thematic learning outcomes are high or good. There are several Thematic learning achievements that are unsatisfactory. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using the discovery learning model based on team games tournaments assisted by thematic workshop media on student achievement in class IV SD N 1 Patukangan. The method used in this study was a quasi-experimental method with a research design using Nonequivalent [Pre-Test and Post-Test] Control Groups Design (NCGD). The results showed that the experimental class mean was 82.50, while the control class showed a result of 71.09. This shown that the average learning achievement of students in the experimental class is higher than the average learning achievement of students in the control class. The n-gain results in the experimental class show moderate criteria with an average gain of 0.45 while those in the control class show moderate criteria with an average of 0.30. This shows that there is the effectiveness of the discovery learning model based on team games tournament assisted by thematic workshop media on student achievement. Balanced Literacy Approach-Based Learning Model Containing Thai Core Values for Basic Literacy Learning in Early Grades

This article presents the findings of research and the development of a learning model based on a balanced literacy approach for early elementary school students' basic literacy instruction. Research and development (R&D) research that has been implemented adopts the Borg and Gall version of the development model. The research has been carried out through a preliminary study stage carried out by applying a qualitative descriptive approach; developing prototype learning models, followed by validation of material and learning experts; the evaluation was carried out by testing the implementation of the model in class I, II, and III. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, observation, interviews. Data analysis with quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The developed learning model consists of 4 stages of learning activities, namely stage I exploring sources of information, stage II implementing a balanced strategy, stage III presenting information, and stage IV reflection. The results of the model validation developed from material experts show an average score of 3.6 (very good category) and an average score of learning expert validation of 3.6 (very good category). The results of the trial implementation of the model show that the average learning achievement in class I is 91 out of an average initial ability of 84. The results of the student response questionnaire to the implementation of the learning model in class I showed an average score of 3.3 (very good category), class II showed an average score of 3.7 (very good category), and class III showed an average score of 3.5 (very good category). Overall, pupils are highly engaged in learning since this learning gives a variety of inventive and diverse literacy exercises.

Implementasi Model Problem Based Instruction (PBI) dalam Upaya Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa

The main problem in this study is how to improve student learning outcomes by using the Problem Based Instruction (PBI) learning model. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes on network infrastructure administration material. The results of the initial condition research using interviews, observation and item analysis, class XI students of SMK N 2 Padang City as research subjects, have an average learning achievement score that is below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a procedural model developed by Kemmis and Mc. Taggart is a spiral research model that is commonly used and consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: 1) the planning stage 2) the acting stage, 3) the observing stage and 4) the reflection stage. The number of research subjects consisting of 22 students. From the research results, it was obtained data that the PBI model can improve learning outcomes in network infrastructure administration (AIJ). This is indicated by the value of the results given in the initial conditions, from 22 students, the results obtained were 55% of students who did not complete. After the action was taken in cycle 1, student learning outcomes increased to 50% of students who completed, and continued to increase in the second cycle, with a completeness percentage of 81%.

Penerapan STEAM Project Based Learning “Taman Mini Imun Booster Digital Berbasis QR Code Berbantuan 4DFrame”

The aim of this study was to improve the learning outcomes students in the material of Cubes and Blocks by implementing the STEAM Project Based Learning "Mini Immune Booster Digital Park Based on QR Code assisted 4DFrame". This Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of two cycles with four meetings each, was carried out in the first semester of August 2021. The subjects of this research were class VIII 8 students consisting of 5 female students and 11 female students. The data collection technique used sheets observations, project assignments, learning achievement tests, questionnaires, interviews and photos. From the results of the questionnaire, students' attitudes towards Cube and Block learning by implementing STEAM Project Based Learning assisted 4D frame are mostly good and very good. Knowledge learning outcomes have also increased. The average score of the pre-action learning outcomes test was 69.06 with achievement B study 68.75%. In cycle 1 learning achievement increased to 75% with an average learning achievement test of 75.31 and in cycle 2 learning achievement increased again to 87.5% with an average learning achievement of 81.25. In skills competency, the average project outcome increased to 78.50 in cycle one and increased again to 87.50 in cycle two.

Pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada materi aritmetika sosial terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa

This study aims to determine the effect of problem-based learning models on social arithmetic material on the achievement of mathematics learning for grade VII students of SMP Negeri 2 Lingsar for the 2021/2022 school year. This Quasi-Experimental Design research is designed by The Posttest Only Control Group Design. The population is all grade VII students of SMPN 2 Lingsar, as many as 278 students. Sample determination is carried out by the Cluster Random Sampling technique. Class VII.5 used a problem-based learning model with 31 students as an experimental class, and Class VII.9 used a direct learning model with 30 students as a control class. The data on the achievement of learning mathematics is obtained through the final test. The assumption tests in this study are the normality test and the homogeneity test. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistical analysis and a t-test. The results showed that the average learning achievement of the experiment class was 79,10 greater than the average learning achievement of the control class, which was 70,23. In this study, the problem-based learning model had a moderate influence on 79% of the expectations of mathematics learning achievement of grade VII students

APPLICATION OF THE QUANTUM LEARNING MODEL WITH MIND MAPPING METHOD IN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

This study aims to determine 1) the application of the Quantum Learning learning model, 2) the differences in student interests and learning outcomes using the quantum learning model with the conventional model. This research is a quantitative descriptive type of research. The population of this study amounted to 240 students and a sample of 60 students. The experimental class has 30 students and the conventional class also has 30 students. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Analysis of research data using descriptive statistical analysis, and infrensial analysis. The results showed that the experimental class students' interest in learning tended to be high with 82.97%. Meanwhile, the students' interest in learning in the control class tends to be low, with an average score of 54.85%. And the learning outcomes achieved by students on the subject matter of the atmosphere in the experimental class (taught using the quantum learning model) were in the good category, with an average of 76. The maximum value was 85 obtained and 65 the minimum value. Meanwhile for the control class ( taught by the teacher of the subject concerned using the lecture method) is in the sufficient category, with an average learning achievement of 62.8. Peningkatan Aktivitas dan Prestasi Belajar Penjumlahan Menggunakan Alat Peraga Realia pada Siswa Kelas 2 SD Negeri 3 Gedong Tataan Kabupaten Pesawaran TP 2019/2020

Based on pre-study activities and student achievement of SD Negeri 3 Gedong Tataan, Pesawaran Regency in learning Mathematics is low. The purpose of this research is to increase the activity and learning achievement of Addition Using Realia teaching aids in grade 2 students of SD Negeri 3 Gedong Tataan Pesawaran for the 2019/2020 academic year. The research method uses CAR through the research cycle, data is obtained from tests to obtain achievement data and observation sheets to observe student learning activities and is also supported by observations by observers. The results of the research on learning activities in the first cycle an average of 68.5%, the second cycle an average of 86.5%, the third cycle an average of 99.5% (cycle I to cycle II increased 18%, cycle II to cycle III increased 13 %, student activity increased by an average of 15.5%.The average learning achievement (complete) Cycle I was 22 (completed 73%), Cycle II averaged 25 (completed 83%), Cycle III averaged 30 ( completed 100%). That is, from cycle I to Cycle II increased 10%, Cycle II to cycle III increased 13%, or student learning outcomes increased by an average of 11.5%. Thus, the use of realia teaching aids can increase activity and Learning achievement Summing for Grade 2 students of SD Negeri 3 Gedong Tataan Pesawaran Regency for the 2019/2020 academic year.

Pengembangan Model Perkuliahan PAKDE (Presentasi, Audiensi, Konfirmasi, Diskusi Dan Evaluasi) berbasis Pendekatan Saintifik

This study aims to determine: 1) Knowing the characteristics of the product development model of PAKDE lecture based on a scientific approach; 2) Knowing the effectiveness of the application of the PAKDE lecture model based on a scientific approach in improving student learning achievement; and 3) Knowing the effectiveness of the application of the PAKDE lecture model based on a scientific approach in improving the scientific attitude of students. The procedure in this study adapts the development of a 4-D model device developed by Thiagarajan. Field trials using the Wave class with a pretest posttest control group design. Data collection techniques used validation sheets for feasibility data, observation sheets for implementation data, and multiple choice tests for learning achievement data in the cognitive domain of students and questionnaires for data on students' scientific attitudes. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics to determine the characteristics of the PAKDE lecture model based on a scientific approach, the n-gain score test to determine the increase in learning achievement and the t test to determine the difference in average cognitive learning achievement. The results showed that: 1) The characteristics of the PAKDE lecture model based on the scientific approach that was developed were concluded to be very good; 2) The application of the PAKDE lecture model based on a scientific approach is effective in improving student learning achievement; 3) The application of the PAKDE lecture model based on a scientific approach is effective in improving the scientific attitude of students.

Learning Model with LMS as an Innovation to Facilitate the Implementation of Learning from Home

Learning from home occurs due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Even if it is done from home, learning quality must be maintained. This study aims to analyze the effect of combining learning models with LMS to increase student learning independence and outcomes. This research combines LMS media, in this case, Schoology, blended learning model, and guided inquiry learning model in one package. The study used a pretest and posttest control group design. The control group used google classroom and google meet. The experimental group used a combination of the learning model with LMS. It was found that the average quality of the learning independence of the experimental group was higher than the mean of independence in the learning of the control group. Likewise, the learning achievement of the experimental group obtained a value greater than the average learning achievement of the control class. The combination of learning models with LMS effectively increases independence in learning and student learning outcomes in learning situations from home.
