Natural increase of balinese cattle in Tabongo sub-district, Gorontalo district

This study aims to analyze the projection of Natural Increase in Bali cattle in Tabongo District, Gorontalo Regency. This research is a quantitative research, where the data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. While data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and projections using a linear approach. The results showed that the Natural Increase of Bali cattle in Tabongo District, Gorontalo Regency in 2019-2023 amounted to 23.20% with an average growth of Natural Increase over the last 5 years of 11.00%. Then when compared to the value of Natural Increase between males and females, the results showed that the average Natural Increase for males between 2019-2023 was 10.25% and for females between 2019-2023 was 12.95%. Although from the average value of Natural Increase it is found that female Bali cows are better than male Bali cows, when compared to the average growth value, the value of Natural Increase growth of male Bali cows is 17.59% higher than female Bali cows by 7.20%.

Beraksi Learning Model : Improving Early Childhood Education Development Outcomes in Bulukumba District

Early Childhood Development is very important to shape the character, intelligence, and social skills of children that will have a significant impact on their future. The main objective of this study was to measure the effectiveness of the implementation of the BERAKSI model (playing, creative, discussing and cheerful) on aspects of child development, and to identify factors that support or inhibit the implementation of the model. The research design used a quasi-experimental approach with control and experimental groups. This study was conducted in several Early Childhood Education (ECE) in Bulukumba Regency, where the experimental class implemented the BERAKSI model, while the control class used conventional learning methods. Data collection methods included observation, interviews with teachers, and pre-tests and post-tests to measure child development before and after the implementation of the model. Statistical tests were used to analyze significant differences between the two groups. The results showed that the BERAKSI model significantly improved aspects of child development compared to conventional methods. The average growth value in the experimental group was 62.49 higher, compared to the conventional method of 44.17. This shows the effectiveness of this model in supporting overall child development. Therefore, this study explains that the BERAKSI model is effective in optimizing aspects of child growth and development in early childhood education. This model can also be adopted more widely in ECE in Indonesia. The implications of this study are the need for further training for ECE teachers to implement the BERAKSI model effectively, as well as support from the government and the community to facilitate the implementation of this model.

Radial growth of Scots pine and Norway spruce stands as an indicator of soil and environmental conditions

The study presents an analysis of radial growth of Scots pine and Norway spruce trees growing on drained soils formed on varved clays at the sample sites of the Lisino Experimental Forestry (Lisino). Based on dendrochronological studies in Lisino, it has been found that the radial growth of Scots pine and Norway spruce is a sensitive indicator of changes in the soil water regime, climate, and phytocenotic relationships. On the basis of the character of tree-ring width growth, the growth charts allowed distinguishing zones with close to average growth values, as well as with increased and decreased values of radial growth. The cyclical pattern of tree ring width is well expressed in the successive change of zones. The availability of dendrochronological research materials with precise spatial and temporal reference makes it possible to organize monitoring of radial growth of trees as an indicator of changes in climate and habitat conditions.

Different Combinations Of Legowo And Endemic Fish On Rice And Fish Productivity In Minapadi System

Minapadi is a fish rearing system in rice fields that is carried out with rice plants. This study aims to increase the income of farmers with high productivity of rice yields and increase the production of endemic fish. The method used is a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) experiment with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments were: A1B1 (legowo 2:1 and giant prawns), A1B2 (legowo 2:1 and fish exclamation), A2B1 (legowo 4:1 and giant prawns), and A2B2 (legowo 4:1 and fish exclamation). This research was conducted for 90 days in the rice fields of Lango Village, Pante Ceureumen District, West Aceh Regency. Parameters observed were rice productivity, fish growth and business analysis. The results showed that the best treatment was A1B1 (legowo 4: 1 and giant prawns) by producing an average value of rice productivity of 5 kg/plot, and the average value of growth of giant prawns of 3.62 g/head and fish of fish of 37.17 g/head. From the results of this study, the application of the Minapadi system with giant prawns and fish with legowo 4:1 gave a positive impact on the observed parameters (P<0.05) and provided benefits for farmers.

Growth Giant Prawns (Macrobracium Rosenbergii) With Different Stock Densities On The Minapadi System

Minapadi is a fish rearing system in rice fields that is carried out with rice plants. This study aims to increase the income of farmers with high productivity of rice yields and increase the production of giant prawns. The method used is a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) experiment with 3 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments were: P1 = stocking density of 100 birds/plot, P2 = stocking density of 200 birds/plot, P3 = stocking density of 300 birds/plot. This research was conducted for 90 days. Parameters observed were rice productivity and growth. The results showed that the best treatment was P2 = stocking density of 200 birds/plot. by producing an average value of rice productivity of 5 kg/50 m2 and an average value of growth of giant prawns of 4.72%.
 

ANALYSIS OF TOTAL FACTOR PRODUCTIVITY GROWTH IN THE INDUSTRY OF TEXTILE AND TEXTILE PRODUCTS IN INDONESIA

This study aims to analyze the growth of TFP in the textile industry and textile product (TPT) in Indonesia. Productivity analysis is carried out to determine the extent of performance development and how efficient the textile industry in Indonesia. Calculation of the growth value of Total Factor Productivity (TFP) by decomposing the components of TFP namely TEC, TC, and SEC using the Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA). This study uses the type of firm level TPT data in the years 2010-2014. The data used is secondary data which is the result of an annual survey of large and medium manufacturing industry companies conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in the form of raw data. The data is in the form of unbalance raw data which is then selected and adjusted to balance data. With 2 industry groups namely the textile industry (ISIC 13) and the garment industry (ISIC 14). Based on the results of the study showed that the average value of TFP growth in 2010-2014 experienced negative growth or <1, this is due to the average growth value of TEC, SEC, and TC which decreased and tended to have negative values in the study period. This shows that the level of efficiency, use of technology, and scale of efficiency of the textile industry tends to be weak in the 2010-2014 period. The reduced level of industrial productivity can affect the decline in the competitiveness of textile products in the global market. Effect of transplantation media on Pocillopora coral growth rate at TWAL Pulau Weh

Coral reef ecosystems have a vital role in waters so that damage to coral reef ecosystems can reduce ecological and socio-economic functions that can impact environmental imbalances, such as reef fish and benthic communities. This study aims to determine the effect of transplant media on the growth rate of the genus Pocillopora coral and see whether it has a significant effect on the rate of coral growth in TWAL Pulau Weh, Aceh Province. The method used is a purposive sampling method in determining stations, analysis using the ImageJ 1.52 application. The results showed that the effect of transplant media on the growth rate of Pocillopora corals were significant differences between structures given an electric current and those not given an electric current with a 95% confidence interval. The average growth value of Pocillopora corals given an electric current is 25.06 mm/month. The Effect of the Employee Stock Ownership Program and Growth on Return On Equity (Case Studies in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019)

The purpose of this paper to examine the effect of ESOP and growth on financial performance. The financial performance used ROE method with dupont system. Financial performance is a description of Condition Company to assess profitability and return on equity. Financial performance can be influenced by many factors, that is ESOP and growth. The paper includes a conceptual as well as empirical analysis, in which data from a sample of listed manufactur firms for the period from 2011 to 2015. The method of this paper is descriptive and verifikatif, method to describe research variables and explain the relationship between variables with hypothesis testing. Data analysis technique is panel data model, use F test and T test.The result of study are the highest average ROE values ​​were in 2015 and 2016 and the lowest average ROE values ​​were in 2019. The average ESOP growth each year is the same. The highest average value of growth was in 2015 and the lowest average value of growth was in 2018. ESOP and Growth simultaneously have a significant effect on ROE. Partial effect of ESOP and Growth on ROE. ESOP has a significant negative effect on ROE. Growth has a negative and insignificant effect on ROE Future research can examine other variables, such as funding policies, ownership structures, intellectual capital and good corporate governance. Researchers can take samples in other sectors, such as financial and insurance sector, service sector, property sector, or industry sector also.

Growth and Yield of Okra Using Bio-Stimulant of Golden Apple Snails Extracts and Fertilizer on Ultisol

Cultivation of okra on ultisol soils having poor physical, chemical and biological soil properties can be improved by administering a bio-stimulant extract of golden snails and combined with NPK fertilizer. This research objective was to study a combination of bio-stimulant treatment of golden apple snail extract and NPK fertilizer dosage in increasing the growth and yield of okra on ultisol soil. This study used a factorial completely randomized design with two factors. The first factor was Bio-stimulant golden apple snails extract consisting of 4 treatment, and the second factor was levels of NPK fertilizer consisting of 3 treatment. Fertilizers had a significant effect on increasing overall plant growth. The bio-stimulant extracts of golden apple snails contain organic materials that can improve physical properties (increasing aggregation, moisture retention, soil hydraulic conductivity), chemical (increasing soil organic carbon content) and biology (increasing soil microbial biomass). The nutrient content in NPK fertilizers can increase nutrients; the availability of nutrients in the soil is balanced and can be absorbed by plants so that the photosynthesis process in plants can run well and increase on growth and yield of okra. The combination of bio-stimulant extract of golden apple snails of 20 mL/L water and NPK fertilizer of 150 kg/ha (1 g/polybag) had the highest resulted in the average value of growth and yield of okra on the ultisol soils.

Analysis of the Growth of the Liquidity Ratio, Solvency, and Profitability, the objectives are, namely, the first is to determine the condition of the Growth of the Liquidity Ratio of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Indonesia for the period 2014-2018. The second is to determine the condition of the Growth of the Solvency Ratio of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Indonesia for the period 2014-2018. The third is to determine the Growth of the profitability ratio at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Indonesia for the period 2014-2018. And lastly, to determine the condition of the Growth of the Liquidity Ratio, Solvency, and Profitability with a financial performance at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Indonesia for the period 2014-2018. Based on the results of research conducted at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Indonesia it can be concluded that the average growth Liquidity Ratio 2014-2018 period be seen from the Current Ratio approach amounted to 1, 32 %. seen from the average Growth of the Solvency Ratio for the 2014-2018 period of (1) %. And the Growth of the Profitability Ratio for the 2014-2018 period is seen from the average Growth of Net Profit Margin of 140, 04 %. Return On Investment. For an average Growth of 208, 02 %. Return On Equity has an average Growth value of 192, 48 %.

Effect 17<i>α-Metiltestosterone</i> Hormone with Different Dosage to Percentage Male Sex, Absolute Weigh Growth, and Survival to Congo Tetra Fish (<i>Micraleptus interruptus</i>)

Congo Tetra fish is one of the freshwater ornamental fish species which is in great demand because of its high economic value. Male congo tetra fish have a higher selling value than female fish, because the morphology of their bodies looks more attractive, especially their brighter colors and long fins. Sex reversal technology is one technique that can be used to obtain male monosexual offspring.The hormone 17α-methyltestosterone in male fish can increase spermatogenesis and determine secondary sex markers in male fish through the formation of sexual characteristics in fish morphology and body color. The administration of the hormone 17α-methyltestosterone with the right dose can increase the percentage of male sex of Congo Tetra fish. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the hormone 17α-methyltestosterone with different doses on the percentage of male sex, absolute weight growth, and survival of congo tetra fish, to determine which 17α-methyltestosterone hormone dose had the best effect on the percentage of male sex, growth in absolute weight, and survival in congo tetra fish. This research was conducted at the Regional Technical Service Unit of the Fish Seed Center for Ternate City. The time for conducting the research starts from March to May, 2020. In this study, 4 treatment doses of hormones were used, each treatment was repeated 3 times. The treatments tried were as follows: Treatment A: Dose 2 mg/l, Treatment B: Dose 3 mg/l, Treatment C: Dose 4 mg/l, Treatment D: Dose 0 mg/l (control).The results showed that the hormone 17α-methyl testosterone with different doses had a very significant effect on the male sex percentage of congo tetra fish, but it was not significantly different on the growth in absolute weight and survival of congo tetra fish. The highest average percentage of male sex in congo tetra fish was found in treatment C (dose 4 mg/l) which was 86.6%, the highest average value of growth in absolute weight was found in treatment A (hormone dose 2 mg/l) of 1.083 g, and the highest survival was found in treatment D (control) of 90.473%.

Inhibition of secondary metabolite extract of Streptomyces sp. on Plasmodium falciparum in vitro: A study of soil sediment of Papua's Hamadi mangrove forest

Background: Reports about the resistance of antimalarial drugs demand exploration and development of new drugs. Indonesia's vast maritime area and abundance of mangrove forests have the potential for the development and discovery of active anti-cancer substances, antibiotics and antiplasmodial. Studies on the potential of new drugs from this sector are still limited. Objective: The purpose of this study was to see the potential of Actinomycetes genus Streptomyces sp. as an antiplasmodial in the Hamadi Coast of Papua. Methods: Retrieval of mangrove soil sediments to isolate Streptomyces was located in the Hamadi-Jayapura mangrove forest. Selective isolation was conducted by SCA (Starch Casein Agar) selective media. Identification of Streptomyces sp was examined microscopically through observation of colony morphology and gram staining. The results of isolation of Streptomyces were then fermented on FM3 media until finally secondary metabolite extract of Streptomyces was obtained. The secondary metabolite extract of Streptomyces was tested for its inhibition on the development of Plasmodium falciparum. Result: Analysis of inhibition of the secondary metabolite extract of Streptomyces sp on the development of Plasmodium falciparum showed good results because the extract of Streptomyces sp with a concentration of 100 µg/mL could suppress average growth values of Plasmodium falciparum to only 0.66% with an average inhibitory value of 95.20%. This value followed levels of extract concentration by the lowest concentration of 0.01 µg/mL, the average value of Plasmodium falciparum growth which increased to 10.89% with an average inhibition value of 20.83%. IC50 analysis of Plasmodium falciparum in culture for 48 hours was 0.12 µg/mL, and this value was very good because a test of substance has very good inhibitory activity when the IC50 value is = 10 µg/mL. Conclusion: Streptomyces’ secondary metabolite extract from mangrove sediments showed a very good ability to inhibit the growth of Plasmodium falciparum so that it could have potential as a source of antiplasmodial.

Electromagnetic stirring in billet CCM molds and continuously casted billet quality

Electromagnetic stirring (EMS) is one of methods to improve the quality of continuously casted billet. Under EMS impact nonmetallic inclusions are removed out of the solidification area and move to the center of meniscus of liquid metal. Besides, high speeds of convection flows in the liquid metal avoid the remaining of gases at the crystallization border and decrease therefore the number of gas bubbles under metal shell. This mechanism of EMS action in a mold results in decreasing of gas bubbles under the metal shell and impurities in continuously casted billet. Operation of a billet CCM was studied at Moldavsky steel-works, where an EMS stator was imbedded into the mold. Influence of EMS on the quality of continuously casted billet was studied. The work was accomplished in several stages. First, the EMS system with a test mold with electromagnetic stirrer was studied for casting of 135×135 mm billets and 800 mm long, next 125×125 mm billet and 1000 mm long and then 125×125 mm billet and 800 mm long. Main comparative parameters of used EMS systems in the mold presented in the article. All the molds-EMS systems were designed based on existing regular molds so that they could be installed at the CCM without changing the existing oscillation frame and water input and output piping. As a result of templates metal science studies cut out of test and regular metal, influence of EMS in the mold on the billet macro structure was revealed, comparing with a standard strand. The following phenomena were studied: decrease of average degree of cracks and liquation strips along the billet section, of cracks in the billet axis zone, central pore volume and border point contaminations; increase of axis liquation degree (but liquation became more distributed), decrease of carbon axis liquation coefficient in high carbon steels. The average growth values of equiaxed crystal zone at the templates of test heats with EMS amounted for 55% at high carbon steels comparing with regular billet templates, at the middle carbon steels – 48%, at the low carbon steels – 92%. The elaborated EMS system in the mold allows improving considerably the quality of continuously casted billets.

Studi Pemberian Pupuk Majemuk Dan Campuran Tanah Gambut dengan Tanah Mineral Terhadap Pertumbuhan Anakan Durian (Durio Murr)

Study of Effect of compound fertilizer and mixture of peat soil with mineral soil on growth of Durian (Durio Murr) tillers. The aim is to determine the levels of compound fertilizer and the comparison of mineral soil mixtures that have the best influence on the growth of Durian tillers. Time used for three months. Complete Random Design with two factors. The first factor is compound fertilizer (P) composition of N, P and K content 16: 16: 16. The levels tested are four, namely 0 gram (p0), 1 gram (p1), 2 gram (p2) and 3 gram (p3) per poly bag. The second factor is the mixture of peat soil with mineral soil (T) with 4 comparisons: without mineral soil + 100% peat (t0), 5% mineral soil + 95% peat soil (t1), 10% mineral soil + 90% peat soil (t2 ), 15% mineral soil + 85% peat soil (t3). The results of the experiments that have been conducted can be concluded: The effect of interaction between mineral soil and compound fertilizer only occurs on increasing diameter and root wet weight. The parameters of leaf number, height increase, shoot wet weight and root dry weight, interactions were not significantly different. Interactively, the best effect is given by t2p1 = 23.33 mm on increasing diameter. The root wet weight is given by t2p1 = 7.5 grams. Independently mineral soil 5-10% of the polybag provides the best average value of growth against the test parameters. Compound fertilizer provides the best average value at the level of 1-2 grams of compound fertilizer / polybag.

GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF LEGUME AND GRASS COMPONENTS IN MIXED GRASSLANDS GROWN IN THE CENTRAL BALKAN MOUNTAIN

PURPOSE of the present study is to establish the growth, development and competitiveness of grass and legume components in mixed grasslands grown under the conditions of the Central Balkan Mountains. METHODS: In the spring of 2014-2016, the growth and development of typical meadow legumes and grass species for that region were observed in the experimental field of RIMSA - Troyan, in double mixtures: 1. Bird's-foot-trefoil - Red fescue; 2. White clover - Perennial ryegrass; 3. White clover - Kentucky bluegrass; 4. Red clover - Timothy-grass; 5. Blue hybrid alfalfa - Cock's foot; 6. Red clover - Meadow fescue. RESULTS: From all grass crops - Dactylis glomerata L. has the most pronounced competitive ability with respect to the biometric height indicator of plants, while Poa pratensis L. has the slightest one. For the three-year study period, Trifolium repens L. in its mixture with Lolium perenne L. recorded the lowest average growth values compared to the other legumes included in the experiment. CONCLUSIONS: The best intercompatibility and, respectively, the most favorable combination of grass and legume components is found between Trifolium pratense L. and Festuca pratensis L., and the weakest among the components in the blue hybrid alfalfa - cock's foot mixture. The length of the flower-bearing stems and leaf stalks of Trifolium pratense L. in the mixed grassland with meadow fescue have higher values (41.8:89.0 cm) and those with timothy-grass are lower (38.1:52.5 cm).

Horticulture is one of the agricultural sub-sector consisting of vegetables, fruits, biofarmaka mplants (medicinal plants) and floriculture (ornamentals) became one of the commodities subject of international trade, which the demand is increasing in line with increasing household income and growth population. During the period 2005-2014, the average growth value of horticultural exports of developing countries amounted to 69,81 percent higher than the average growth of exports in developed countries as big as 40,78 percent. The global trading of horticulture is faced with price volatility and trade barriers problems. In addition, the increasing demand of these commodities also in line with the increase in household incomes and population growth. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the competitiveness of horticulture commodities in the international market and the factors that influence trade flow. The results of Export Product Dynamic (EPD) show that there are two horticultural export commodity that has dynamic market position in world market, there are bananas (HS.080300) and pineapples (HS.080430). Generally, the panel data analysis results show that prices, trade barriers, population, real GDP per capita, economic distances, and real exchange rates significantly affect export volumes. INFLUENCE OF FEEDING NORMALIZED TRACE ELEMENTS IN MINERAL AND ORGANIC FORM ON GROWTH, DEVELOPMENT AND METABOLISM OF YOUNG CATTLE

The paper presents results of body weight and basic measurements of black-motley breed calves born at the OOO “Priamurye” dairy complex in the Tambov Rayon, the Amur Oblast in 2017. The animals were selected using the analogous pair method taking into account their age, body weight and health status. Three groups of six-month old animals were formed: one control group and two experimental groups with 10 animals in each. The housing conditions were similar in all the groups. Based on the obtained data on the amount of nutrients consumed and excreted with feces, the digestibility coefficients of crude protein, crude fat, nitrogen-free extracts and crude fiber – animal feeding nutrients used at the farm – were determined. The calves in the control group were fed the basic diet adopted in the farm, the animals in the first experimental group were fed the basic diet with addition of normalized trace elements (iodine, cobalt and selenium) in mineral form, the animals in the second experimental group were given the same trace elements in organic form. The experiment lasted for 180 days. The investigation revealed that the highest body weight and daily average growth values were observed in the second experimental group. Similar results were obtained with regard to increasing nutrient digestibility coefficients. Thus, the positive effect of trace elements in organic form on growth and development of calves was proved.

Dampak input (tenaga kerja) dan output (GDP) sektor pertanian terhadap konsumsi pemerintah di Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the development of inputs (labor) and output (GDP) in the agricultural sector and government consumption in Indonesia during the period 1993-2014 and analyze the impact of inputs (labor) and output (GDP) on the agricultural sector on government consumption in Indonesia. The result of the research show during period from 1993-2014 output GDP in agriculture sector is 17% with an average value is 496,9 trillion rupiah. For agricultural sector workers the average value of growth is equal to -0.007%, with an average value of 39,621.18 thousand people, the highest growth occurred in 1998 which amounted to 13.29% and the lowest growth occurred in 1997 which was equal to -7.76%. The regression results show that the GDP variable Output of the agricultural sector has a positive and significant effect on government consumption, while the agricultural sector labor variable has no significant effect on government consumption.

ANALISIS FINANSIAL USAHA KERAMBA JARING APUNG DI PERUSAHAAN PERSEORANGAN DOBRO

This research is intended to know factors influencing fish production, financial performance and business security of private company Dobro. Data which are analyzed including production data (production, feed, seed and worker) for fish production factors analysis, balancing and profit/loss statement 2006 - 2009 for financial performance and business security analysis. The production factors analysis in this research uses regression method with Cobb-Douglas production function approach. The financial performance and business security use financial statement comparison and ratio analysis.
