Fiber-shaped memristors have attracted enormous attention as potential wearable electronics. Here, a Cu-ion diffusive memristor with fiber shape was proposed for artificial synapse and neuromorphic computing. The fiber-shaped diffusive memristor exhibits gradual conductance modulation characteristics under consecutive voltage sweeps. Typical synaptic plasticity including EPSC, PPF, PPD, LTP/LTD and learning behaviors were all successfully achieved by the memristor.
