Analysis of Labor Absorption in Art Shop Businesses in the Tourism Area of Kuta Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency

This research aims to analyze the influence of wages, turnover and length of business on labor absorption in art shop businesses in the Kuta Village tourism area, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency. This study employs quantitative methodologies. This research utilizes primary data collected through the census method. The population in the study were 34 art shop businesses in the Kuta Village tourism area. This research employs a multiple linear regression analytical approach. The data analysis conducted using IBM SPSS 29 indicates that the pay variable exerts a negative and significant effect on labor absorption, whereas the turnover variable demonstrates a positive and substantial influence on labor absorption. Simultaneously, the length of the business variable exerts a favorable albeit insignificant influence on labor absorption within the art store sector. The research findings indicate that wages, turnover, and business longevity positively and significantly influence labor absorption in art shop enterprises.

This study focused on examining recent trends and solutions for urban revitalization through cultural means, responding to the heightened concerns and growing interests of many cities in augmenting the value and competitiveness of city. Accordingly,a case study of the Gongju Cultural City Center was conducted as a model to address the enhancement of urban competitiveness through cultural means, focusing on aspects such as facility expansion, population growth, and the activation of economic activities from a problem-solving perspective. Gongju City was designated as a cultural city by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism(2021). Leveraging preliminary investigations and specialized textual studies, it has spearheaded specific projects focusing on future cultural heritage domains. As a core project, efforts were made to enhance the competitiveness of the region and the city through initiatives such as the Gongju Art Shop Street and the Gallery Weekly Project. Analytical results revealed significant achievements across all aspects related to urban competitiveness, including the expansion of cultural facilities, population growth and development, and the activation of economic activities. To enhance the role and sustainability of the Cultural City Center, it is considered essential to facilitate diverse collaboration among various stakeholders and engage in multifaceted consultations with administrative bodies from the planning to the execution stages of a broader spectrum of initiatives. This study is considered valuable not only for establishing theoretical frameworks but also as foundational data that can be utilized in the field for deriving future directions and advancements in the Cultural City project.

Artificial intelligence in fine arts: A systematic review of empirical research

Artificial intelligence (AI) tools are quickly transforming the traditional fields of fine arts and raise questions of AI challenging human creativity. AI tools can be used in creative processes and analysis of fine art, such as painting, music, and literature. They also have potential in enhancing artistic events, installations, and performances. In this systematic review, we investigated empirical studies on the use of AI in fine arts We gathered the data from three major bibliographic databases. After an initial search, we screened 723 articles based on pre-established inclusion criteria, resulting in 44 studies. Over half concerned visual arts, such as paintings and drawings, and one quarter concerned music. Experimental studies focused on human responses to AI art showed that people generally do not recognize the difference between human-made and AI-made art, but human-made art was valued more than AI-made art in some studies. The power of AI lies in the analysis of large-scale datasets. Case studies have reported development of an AI painter, DJ, performance artist, and music accompaniment for improvisations. AI tools have been applied to enhance consumer experience in online art shops and to provide virtual reality (VR) access to historical cathedrals. Fast development of AI will likely pose a challenge for the current concept and understanding of fine arts. AI challenging human creativity is one of the most powerful signs of the cultural and societal transformation stemming from AI.

ANALISIS PENDAPATAN USAHA ART SHOP DI KAWASAN SEMINYAK KABUPATEN BADUNG

Bali Province is a rich tourist destination with diverse attractions. One of the well-known regions for tourism in Bali is Badung Regency. The Seminyak area in Badung Regency has experienced rapid development in the tourism and trade sectors. One indicator of this is the increasing number of art shops in the Basangkaja Traditional Village area, which is frequented by tourists. This study aims to analyze the influence of capital, labor, and product variation on the implementation of technology in art shop businesses in the Seminyak area of Badung Regency, and to evaluate the impact of capital, labor, and product variation on the income of art shop businesses through technology implementation. The research sample consists of 99 art shop owners in the Seminyak area of Badung Regency, selected using nonprobability sampling method. Data collection was conducted through observation and structured interviews. Data analysis employed descriptive analysis, path analysis, and Sobel test. The findings confirm the theory that capital, labor, product variation, and technology have an influence on the income of art shop businesses.

PENYELESAIAN MASALAH TRANSSHIPMENT DENGAN METODE PERBAIKAN ASM DAN REVISED DISTRIBUTION

One example of transportation problems is the Shvan Art Shop, which is engaged in exporting 20 cm rattan bags. In distributing rattan bags, Shvan Art Shop does not directly send goods to their destination, but still through intermediaries. To overcome this problem, a transshipment model can be used to get a distribution line so that the outgoing costs are minimal. The purpose of this study is to compare distribution costs before applying the transshipment model with after applying the transshipment model using the ASM Repair and Revised Distribution methods. The results showed that the Revised Distribution method resulted in a distribution cost that was less than the Revised ASM method, which was Rp. 42,884,288.00.

Analysis Of Product Design And Product Quality To Purchase Decisions

This study aims to determine the analysis of product design and product quality on purchasing decisions (a survey of consumers who buy bag products at the Tazik Art Shop). The method used is a quantitative approach with the survey method. With a research sample of 100 consumers who buy bag products at the Tazik Art Shop. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that the design of the bag product at the Tazik Art Shop shop had a very good rating classification, the quality of the bag product at the Tazik Art Shop shop had a very good rating classification, the decision to buy a bag at the Tazik Art Shop shop had a good rating classification. Simultaneously product design and product quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partially Product Design has an insignificant effect on the increase in purchasing decisions, partially Product Quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions

PENGARUH KETERAMPILAN KERJA, REWARD DAN PUNISHMENT TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

This research was used to determine the influence of work skills, rewards and Punishments both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Art Shop Akor Nature Bag in Kerobokan Badung. This research was conducted at the Art Shop Akor Nature Bag in Kerobokan Badung with the number of population and the research sample was an employee at the Art Shop Akor Nature Bag in Kerobokan Badung, which was as many as 40 people using saturated sampling. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, T test and F test. The results of the study found that 1) Job skills had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with β1 = 0.246 and thitung values = 3,793 > ttabel = 2,028. 2) Rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with β2 = 0.289 and thitung value = 2,214 > ttabel = 2,028. 3) Punishment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of β3 = 0.348 and a thitung value = 2.048 > ttabel = 2.028. 4) Job skills, rewards and Punishments have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with Ftabel = 2.84 < Fhicalc = 8,959. Advice given so that employees are able to better understand and master procedures that can be used to facilitate work, so as to improve employee performance.

PERAN LAMA USAHA DALAM MEMODERASI PENGARUH MODAL USAHA, JUMLAH VARIASI PRODUK DAN JUMLAH PELANGGAN TERHADAP PENDAPATAN

This study aims to analyze the role of business long in moderating the influence of venture capital, the number of product variations and the number of customers on revenue. The population in this study was 82 art shop owners in Ubud District. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that venture capital, the number of product variations sold, the number of customers and the length of business simultaneously have a significant effect on income. Business capital, the number of product variations sold, the number of customers and the length of business have a partially positive and significant effect on income. Length of effort moderates (strengthens) the effect of venture capital on income. The length of effort to moderate (strengthen) the effect of the amount of variety of products sold on income. Length of effort moderate (strengthen) the influence of the number of customers on the owner's income.

Identification of adulterants in artistic earth pigments using a multi-technique approach

The composition of natural earths from Kremer and others bought in different art shops in Lima was studied to determine their authenticity. They were analyzed by Raman Microscopy, X-ray Diffraction, X-ray Fluorescence, and Light reflectance. The results show that Kremer pigments have a natural origin, as they are rich in minerals and clay. By contrast, the pigments bought in Lima are synthetic and contain adulterants. One manufacturer used Cadmium-based pigments for adulteration in Umbers and Siennas, probably to obtain a color similar to the original. A second manufacturer used talc as a filler for adulteration in Sienna and Ochre. The third brand is probably a case of re-packaging construction pigments as art pigments. Manufacturers should label these pigments as Mars instead of Earth pigments, and their actual composition should be known prior to their use.

Commodification Forms of the Tenganan Gringsing Double Ikat Woven Cloth at Karangasem Bali in the Globalization Era

The development of tourism in Bali, especially in Tenganan Village, Karangasem, has caused the double ikat gringsing woven cloth which was previously used as a means of complementing ceremonies, wrapping sacred objects, and as traditional clothing of the Tenganan Pegringsingan community, now seems to be experiencing a shift. Internal factors and external factors the stronger influence on the Tenganan community, especially the gringsing double ikat weavers. This study aims to understand the form of commodification of double ikat gringsing woven fabrics in Tenganan, Karangasem in the era of globalization. Data obtained through interviews, observation, and document study. The data analysis applied descriptive analytical approach, namely data reduction, data presentation, verification, and data interpretation. The study revealed that the forms of commodification of the Tenganan gringsing double ikat woven cloth, Karangasem are the commodification of production, distribution and consumption. Production commodification consists of process commodification and form of commodification. Process commodification occurs from cotton supply, cotton processing, spinning, and dyeing. While the process of forming motifs and weaving are still the same. The commodification of shape is related to the new motif of modified gringsing cloth, which has, in ten new motifs, such as patola motif, cakra motif, temple motif, yudha motif, padma motif, padma sari motif, pitara motif, lanang motif, ombo jero luh motif and ombo jero gede motif. Distribution commodification is commodification of place and type of distribution of Tenganan gringsing double ikat cloth. Commodification of place, in addition to direct distribution at the outlets of production, distribution is also carried out outside the area of the production outlets, such as art shops, websites, Facebook, Instagram, salons, shops and markets. Finally, consumption commodification includes commodification of the Tenganan gringsing double ikat woven cloth in the context of culture, tourism and fashion.

SISTEM REKOMENDASI PEMILIHAN ART SHOP MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS DAN ELIMINATION ET CHOIX TRADUISANT LA REALITE (STUDI KASUS WILAYAH KABUPATEN BADUNG BALI)

Art shops in Bali are developing, but only a few areas are known to tourists as central art shops. Lack of knowledge of tourists about art shops in an area, tourists have to go around to many art shops to get an art shop that matches the tourist criteria. To overcome the problems, it is necessary to design a computerized system, because with a computerized system, finding an art shop in the Badung Regency, Bali will be easier and faster. A computerized system can also help to see which art shop recommendations are available in an area, and what criteria are available in the art shop. The decision support system (Decision Support System / DSS) is one type of application system that is very well known among organizational management. DSS is designed and created to help management in the decision-making process and the quality of decision making, one of which is Multi Attribute Decision Making. In Multi Attribute Decision Making, there are many decision support system methods, such as the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Realité (ELECTRE). In this decision support system, it uses two methods, namely the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of each criteria and the next process is to rank the best attributes using the Elimination Et Choix Traduisant (ELECTRE) method. With this method, it is hoped that it can make it easier to find an Art Shop that fits the desired criteria.

Pengaruh Keterampilan Kerja, Team Work, dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Produksi pada Art Shop Cahaya Silver di Celuk, Gianyar

Employee performance is the work of an individual from a plan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work skills, teamwork, and motivation on the performance of production employees at the Cahaya Silver Art Shop in Celuk, Gianyar. This research was conducted at the Cahaya Silver Art Shop in Celuk, Gianyar. The number of samples taken was 32 employees, with a saturated sampling method. The research instrument was tested by validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The influence of work skills, teamwork, and motivation on the performance of employees in the production department at the Cahaya Silver Art Shop in Celuk, Gianyar with the t-calculated value of each variable including work skills (X1) 2.172 and t-table value of 1.701 when compared, the t-count value is greater than t-table and t-count values ​​are in the rejection area of ​​Ho, teamwork (X2) 2,342 and t-table value 1.701, motivation (X3) 3,935 and t-table value 1.701 The results of the f-test show that there is the influence of work skills, teamwork, and motivation on the performance of production employees at the Cahaya Silver Art Shop in Celuk, Gianyar.

Sistem Informasi Pemasaran dengan Penerapan CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Berbasis Website menggunakan Metode Waterfall dan Agile

Bella Frame ART shop is a business shop that is engaged in selling paintings, calligraphy, and frames. Until now, the promotion method still uses brochures, posters, and pamphlets, so shop owners need a lot of money to convey information to a broad target market. Storing the results of feedback, or messages from customers is also needed, in order to assist the store in making decisions in product marketing and customer service in the future. With the application of CRM in the website-based marketing information system at the Bella Frame ART Shop, data storage can be stored neatly and in detail, and delivery of product information to customers can be done more easily and quickly and is expected to help the store make decisions in marketing products and customer service for the future. In this study, the authors used application development methods, namely the waterfall and agile methods. Web-based information systems with the proposed Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method are systems that meet the needs and have the advantage of being integrated with systems related to marketing information systems. As well as using the waterfall method can help writers in the first stage of application development because testing is carried out after the application has been run while the agile method is used at a later stage so that it can cover deficiencies in the first stage of application development, namely requests for changing needs so that applications can continue to be developed despite requests needs change and application testing can continue at any time so that errors or bugs can be found more easily.Keywords:Information Systems, Customer Relationship Management, Website, Waterfall, Agile.

Pidginized English Formation by Art Shop Attendants in Seminyak Street

This study aimed at finding out forms of pidginized English which used by the shop attendants in Seminyak. The data was analyzed qualitatively. Population and Sample Techniques was based on the sociolinguistics theory, particularly the theories of Wardhaugh (1986), Holmes (1992), Hudson (1980), Todd (1984), and Quirk and Greenbaum (1985). The method of collecting data used in this data was observation, interview and questionnaire. The data was collected by note taking technique by observing the shop attendance when ever they speak English with foreign customers. The Findings showed that the forms of pidginized Englishused by the shop attendants was positive, negative, and interrogative forms. As for the functions they used expressive, descriptive, argumentative, and signaling function.

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MENENTUKAN KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN MEMBELI KERAJINAN PERHIASAN PERAK DI PUSPA MEGA SILVER KABUPATEN GIANYAR

This study aims to analyze the factors that determine the decision of consumers to buy silver jewelry crafts in Puspa Mega Silver, Gianyar Regency. The analysis technique used in this study is factor analysis. The variable used in this study is a single variable, namely the consumer's decision to buy silver jewelry crafts in Puspa Mega Silver, Gianyar Regency. The steps taken are distributing questionnaires to consumers who come to the Art Shop Puspa Mega Silver, Gianyar Regency and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling (determining the sample with certain considerations). The results obtained after analyzing the factors using SPSS from 12 statement items to analyze the factors that determine the decision of consumers to buy silver jewelery at Puspa Mega Silver, Gianyar Regency, from 12 statement items can be reduced to 4 factors including location factors with an eigenvalue of 4.955 and variance of 41.295%; product factor with eigenvalue of 1.741 and variance of 14.505%; product quality factors with eigenvalue of 1.222 and variance of 10.215% and personal factors with eigenvalue of 1.002 and variance of 8.335%. Based on the results of this study it has been seen that the factors that determine the decision of consumers to buy silver jewelry crafts in Puspa Mega Silver, Gianyar Regency are location factors, product factors, factors of product quality and personal factors. The most dominant factor on consumer decisions is the location factor of Puspa Mega Silver. Thus the advice taken into consideration in increasing sales of the company must maintain its location, make jewelry with quality materials with various variants and forms of silver jewelry. So that consumers feel happy and continue to buy jewelry products from Puspa Mega Silver, Gianyar Regency.

PEMBINAAN KEPARIWISATAAN MELALUI PELATIHAN ETIKA PELAYANAN PEKERJA WANITA DI ART SHOP DESA ADAT SEMINYAK KABUPATEN BADUNG

The tourism industry is very fast growing nowadays in Desa Adat Seminyak. One of the tourism industries that supports the existence of tourism in Desa Adat Seminyak is the art shop. The existence of art shop invites tourists who visit the area of Seminyak and surrounding areas to shop for various needs at the venue. Usually goods purchased by tourists to be brought as a fruit hand to place of origin. Not infrequently tourists also shop at the art shop for business purposes, because the goods purchased can also be resold in the area of origin. The Art shop in Desa Adat Seminyak is expected to benefit the local community in this village. Therefore most workers are expected to come from the village. Most art shop workers in Desa Adat Seminyak are female workers. This is because working in the art shop does not require heavy power and can set the time because it is not bound by the work time. Female workers are considered very suitable to work in the art shop because it has good selling ability. But not just the ability to sell that must be owned by female workers, another ability that must be owned by female workers is the ability to serve consumers in this case tourists. Good service is needed by female workers so that tourists can comfortably shop at the art shop in Desa Adat Seminyak. One way that can be done to implement good service by female art shop workers is by providing training of service ethics to these workers. The service ethics training model that can be applied to female workers in art shop is in various ways, such as the ethics of foreign-language communication, good-looking ethics and good conduct ethics. Through this devotion is expected to form a good service ethics to female art shop workers so that the quality of service can be good. Good service quality is expected to be able to make a positive impact for the existence of tourism in Desa Adat Seminyak.

Strategi Pemasaran Usaha Art Shop Lokal Dalam Menghadapi Persaingan Global Di Lingkungan Batu Belig, Kelurahan Kerobokan Kelod, Kabupaten Badung

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy for the local art shops at Batu Belig, Badung Regency. This research is interesting to be conducted because there is a difference between local and foreign art shops which could be identified from several aspects. This research is both interesting as well as important to make the local peoples as locals entrepreneurs to be able to compete with the investors.
 The data in this study are qualitative data, which were obtained based on the results of observation, in- depth interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. The amount of sampling is 60 respondents and they were selected using purposive and accidental sampling.
 In order to survive in this tourism business, local owners must have a marketing strategy to increase the promotion by introducing Balinese culture, creat the innovative design of new product, making corporate identity, and increasing market segmentation, the positive image, product quality and the quality of service. The suggestion in this study is local entrepreneurs should be able to create some innovative products that are more representing Balinese culture.

Deterioration effects of coupled blisk blades

Performance degradation due to wear of high pressure compressors (HPC) is a major concern in aero-engine operation and maintenance. Among other effects especially erosion of airfoils leads to changed aerodynamic behavior and therefore to deterioration. These affects engine performance parameter like thrust specific fuel consumption (TSFC) and exhaust gas temperature (EGT). Reaching EGT-limit, the engine typically has to be overhauled during a shop visit to restore safety standards and performance. During state of the art shop visits, engines are repaired based on EGT-specifications. To further enhance the maintenance, tailored repairs for each jet engine based on engine history and operation conditions are necessary to take TSFC into account. To ensure such an effective maintenance, the aerodynamic behavior of deteriorated and repaired airfoils is the key factors. Therefore, geometric properties with high influence on aerodynamic performance have to be known. For blisks (BLade-Integrated-diSK) the approach of tailored maintenance will be even more complicated because the airfoil arrangement cannot be changed or individual airfoils cannot be replaced. Thus, the effects of coupled misshaped airfoils have a high significance. This study will present a Design of Experiments (DoE) for circumferential coupled HPC-airfoils to identify the geometric properties which lead to a reduction of performance. To focus on geometric variations, quasi3D (Q3D) simulations are taken out. Based on a sensitivity analysis, the thickness related parameters, the stagger angle as well as the max. profile camber thickness are identified as the most important parameters which are influencing adjacent airfoils and reduce the aerodynamic performance.

Strategi Pemasaran Usaha Art Shop Lokal Di Desa Tegallalang Kabupaten Gianyar

Art shop in Tegallalang is one of the businesses that were built by the community with a small capital as well as the livelihoods of local communities. The expansion of the art shop in Tegallalang causing the large number of tourists visiting Tegallalang, it is also supported by the presence of a tourism destination with the beauty of rice fields across the village that is known for its slender stones.
 This research uses qualitative descriptive method, i.e. by doing interviews, observation, documentation, library studies and questionnaires. The technique of determination of informants used is purposive sampling technique and determination of the sample using the quota sampling and accidental sampling.
 The result of this study show a marketing strategy that can be used by traders to face competition that is creating cultural tourism atttractions activities, introducing product manufacturing techniques to consumer, improving the ability in technologi, providing parking lots and transit places, providing facilities that can facilitate employes in work, improving quality or multiplaying product models, working with other in buying raw materials, make arrangement of prices agreement with other art shop and angage in English training.
