Batik Marunda as Cultural Heritageand Role in Sustainable Development

Batik Marunda is a batik producer in Jakarta that has a role in supporting one of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), such as empowering relocation communities in three flats in the North Jakarta area. The study analyzes how Batik Marunda's role in the cultural preservation program while still contributing to economic empowerment, waste management to batik and batik materials. Methods of research are field studies, interviews with batik producers, the concept of collaboration in three flats and their governance. The findings show that Batik Marunda empowers especially women in the three flats area, through various skills training that has an impact on increasing skills, insights and economic levels for local residents, to waste management to reduce textile waste and support one of the SDG goals, namely responsible production and consumption. The three flats collaboration in the North Jakarta area is expected to strengthen the creative, environmentally friendly economic network and improve the quality of empowerment in the surrounding community. In summary, this research sees the important role of governance integration between cultural preservation programs, community empowerment, innovation and governance to support the SDGs agenda in the aspects of decent work, economic growth, climate change in sustainable development efforts.

Local Coffee Product Development Strategy

Kopi Kali Place is one of the popular coffee shops in the North Jakarta area that has been established since 2019. The purpose of this study is to determine the market penetration and development of local coffee products of Coffe shop Kopi Kali. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to understand the development of local coffee products in Kopi Kali Coffee shop. The research methods used include in-depth interviews, participatory observation, documentation, and data triangulation. The results of the research show that Kopi Kali Coffee shop, since its establishment in 2019 until 2024, has undergone an impressive evolution in facing challenges and changes in the coffee industry. With strong adaptability and a high commitment to innovation, Kopi Kali has successfully developed an effective market penetration strategy. The main focus on innovative product development such as the transformation of "Kopi Belies" into a non-alcoholic version and the introduction of a variety of excellent coffee menus demonstrates a dedication to maintaining quality and creating a variety of flavors that appeal to customers. Smart marketing strategies, including the use of social media and partnerships with influencers, have been successful in increasing brand awareness and reaching a wider market segment.

The Influence of Incentives, Quality, and Product Availability on Attitude toward Purchase Decision of Battery Electric Vehicle at the Greater Jakarta

Transport and mobility have significant contributions to the emissions in urban cities in Indonesia. The Indonesian government has supported the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) as part of the commitment to zero emissions by 2060. According to The Association of Indonesia Automotive Industries (GAIKINDO), in 2022 the electric vehicle contributes 1.49% of the total domestic passenger car sales in Indonesia. This EV population was too small compared to what the government targeted for the adoption of EVs. This study aims to analyze the influence of government incentives, product quality, and product availability on consumer’s attitudes toward purchase decisions of battery electric vehicles (BEV). A sample of 149 respondents, who have a driving license, live in the greater area of Jakarta were collected through a questionnaire-based primary data. Through a rigorous procedure of structural equation modeling (Smart-PLS), it is found that variables of government incentives and product quality have no significant effect on consumer purchase decision for BEVs. Product availability and attitude variable has positive and significant effect on consumer purchase decision for BEVs. Moreover, the product availability variable is imperative since it is found to be the most significant variable construct. Thus, as the managerial implication, BEV dealer and manufacturer could consider the availability of various choices of electric cars with the price and driving range capabilities. Future research is recommended to cover all types of EVs, collect wider respondents on different areas and also explore different variables that influence EV customer purchase decision.

The Influence of Brand Image, Brand Trust, Service Quality through Customer Satisfaction on Honda Brand Motorcycle Brand Loyalty in DKI Jakarta

The automotive industry in Indonesia plays a crucial role in the country's economic development, with motorcycles being one of the most popular modes of transportation. Honda motorcycles have a significant market share among various brands due to their strong brand image, trust, and service quality. This study analyses the influence of brand image, trust, and service quality on Honda brand motorcycle brand loyalty through customer satisfaction in DKI Jakarta. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, data was collected from 200 respondents who used Honda motorcycles in the DKI Jakarta area. Data was analysed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The study results show that brand image, trust, and service quality significantly affect customer satisfaction, impacting brand loyalty. Customer satisfaction is essential to strengthening the relationship between independent variables and brand loyalty. These findings underscore the importance of improving service quality, strengthening the image, and building trust to create loyal customers for the Honda brand.

Peran Patroli Perintis Presisi dalam Mencegah Terjadinya Tawuran di Wilayah Hukum Polda Metro Jaya

The phenomenon of brawls in the DKI Jakarta area is increasing due to environmental, economic, and population density factors in the region. The literature references that form the main basis of this research are situational crime prevention theory, iceberg theory, social conflict theory, youth identity theory, as well as the concepts of community policing, and precision inspector patrols. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques of interviews and document studies. The results showed that the role of the Precision Inspector Patrol in preventing fighting in the jurisdiction of Polda Metro Jaya is to ensure that patrols and general guards can run smoothly, be responsible for each assignment, training, and supervision of patrol teams in other units, be the front guard to carry out various preventive and responsive efforts, conduct routine patrols, respond to reports from the public, and maintain the situation in the jurisdiction of Polda Metro Jaya to remain conducive and under control. Through this role, the strategies that can be carried out by the Metro Jaya Police Precision Inspector Patrol Team in preventing fighting crimes are preemptive, preventive, and repressive strategies that are investigative in nature. The community policing policy model in an effort to maximise the implementation of the Precision Pioneer Patrol to prevent horizontal conflicts in the Polda Metro Jaya jurisdiction can be realised through several management stages which include communication and synergy, cooperation, handling, and performance evaluation. Thanks to this, the Precision Pioneer Patrol has been able to reduce the number of horizontal conflicts that occur in the Polda Metro Jaya jurisdiction. The suggestions are for the Precision Pioneer Patrol Team to increase the frequency of patrols at night in the red and yellow zones, for future researchers to apply GIS as an early detection map of conflict-prone areas, and for cooperation partners to expand the scope of programme implementation P2TP2A Unit, PPA Unit, and FKDM to provide an understanding of the importance of Precision Pioneer Patrol in preventing horizontal conflicts.

Analysis Of Factors Influencing Consumer Purchase Intention For Electric Cars: A Case Study In Greater Jakarta

The demand for electric cars has significantly increased in recent years, but it represents only a small fraction of the total new vehicles sold globally. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing consumer purchase intentions towards electric cars in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). Using a survey method, data were collected from individuals who are considered capable of purchasing electric cars, either through installment plans or cash payments, and analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the research hypotheses. The results indicate that government incentives, ease of access to charging infrastructure, perception of resale value, product diversification, social influence, environmental concern, and consumer attitudes significantly and positively influence purchase intentions towards electric cars. However, the perception of purchase price did not show a significant effect. The findings suggest that strategic initiatives by policymakers and manufacturers, such as continuous government incentives, expansion of charging infrastructure, and effective marketing strategies leveraging social influence and environmental benefits, are crucial for promoting electric car adoption in Jabodetabek. This study provides valuable insights for understanding consumer behavior towards electric cars in emerging markets and offers useful information for enhancing market penetration.

The Effect Of Product Innovation And Lifestyle On Brand Trust, Customer Satisfaction And Repurchase Intention

This study aims to identify the relationship between product innovation and lifestyle on brand trust, customer satisfaction and repurchase intention at Pizza Hut Restaurants in the West Jakarta area. The population in this study were all Pizza Hut Restaurant customers in the West Jakarta area. This study involved 230 respondents who were collected using questionnaire distribution with purposive sampling technique. The requirement for purposive sampling is that customers have visited Pizza Hut Restaurants in the West Jakarta Area, at least twice. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Smart-PLS software. The results of this study indicate a significant influence between product innovation on brand trust, customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. In addition, lifestyle also influences and has a significant impact on brand trust, customer satisfaction and repurchase interest. Brand trust has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction also has a significant impact on repurchase intention. As a result, it is important to maintain trust in consumers in an effort to improve purchasing decisions. Therefore, it is important to maintain brand trust and satisfaction in an effort to increase repurchase interest. Because the higher the level of customer trust and satisfaction with a brand, the higher their interest in making repeat purchases.

Association of Gut Microbiota Composition with Stunting Incidence in Children under Five in Jakarta Slums.

Stunting can be linked to various factors, one of which is dysbiosis. This study aims to analyze the microbiota composition and related contributing factors of stunted and non-stunted children in the slum areas of Jakarta. The subjects in this study included 21 stunted (HAZ ≤ -2SD) and 21 non-stunted children (-2SD ≤ HAZ ≤ 3SD) aged 2-5 years. Microbiota analysis was performed by extracting DNA from the subjects' feces and then via 16S rRNA sequencing using next-generation sequencing (NGS). The results of this study showed that in stunted children, the abundance of Mitsuokella (24,469 OTUs), Alloprevotella (23,952 OTUs), and Providencia alcalifaciens (861 OTUs) was higher, while in non-stunted children, that of Blautia (29,755 OTUs), Lachnospiraceae (6134 OTUs), Bilophila (12,417 OTUs), Monoglobus (484 OTUs), Akkermansia muciniphila (1116 OTUs), Odoribacter splanchnicus (42,993 OTUs), and Bacteroides clarus (8900 OTUs) was higher. Differences in microbiota composition in the two groups were influenced by nutrient intake, birth history, breastfeeding history, handwashing habits before eating, drinking water sources, and water sources for other activities. This study highlights that stunted children have a significantly different gut microbiota composition compared to non-stunted children, with higher levels of pathogenic bacteria and lower levels of beneficial bacteria. Future research should focus on interventions that can improve the gut microbiota composition to prevent stunting in children.

The Mediating Role of Financial Self-Efficacy in the Relationship between Financial Inclusion, Literacy, and Investment Behavior among Banking Employees in Jakarta

The aim of this study is to identify and analyse the impact of Financial Inclusion, Financial Literacy on investment decisions through Financial Self-Efficacy on employees working in the banking sector of Jakarta region. This research uses a quantitative approach, the type of data in this study uses primary data obtained from the spread of the questionnaire. The population in this study is employees who work in the banking sector in the area of Jakarta, this study uses the Probability Sampling Technique that is Simple Random sampling so that the sample used is equal to 100 respondents. Data processing in this study uses SmartPLS. The results of this research show that the Financial Inclusion has an effect on Financial Self-Efficacy, Financial Literacy has no effect on Financial Self-Efficacy, Financial Self-Efficacy has no effect on Investment Decisions, Financial Inclusion has no effect on Investment Decisions, Financial Literacy has no effect on Investment Decisions, Financial Inclusion has no effect on Investment Decisions through Financial Self-Efficacy and Financial Literacy has no effect on Investment Decisions through Financial Self-Efficacy.

THE INFLUENCE OF MONEY ETHICS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TAXATION TO EMBEZZLEMENT TAX (TAX EVASION) MODERATED WITH RELIGIOSITY

This study aiming to examine the effect of money ethics and tax information technology on tax evasion moderated by religiosity. The population of this study were individual taxpayers located in the areas of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi. This study uses a causal design. The number of individuals taxpayers who were sampled in this study were 145 respondents. The data were processed and analyzed using the Structural Modeling Equating (SEM) technique operated by SmartPLS 4.0 software. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that money ethics has an effect on tax evasion, tax information technology has no effect on tax evasion, religiosity has note been able to moderate money ethics on tax evasion and religiosity are able to moderate tax information technology on tax evasion.

Transforming Leadership Style: Enhancing Organizational Culture, Innovative Behavior and Employees Performance

Research aims: This study aimed to investigate how positive Employees Performance can be achieved when leadership behavior fosters Organizational Culture and Employees Innovative Behavior.Design/Methodology/Approach: This quantitative study obtained data through an online questionnaire, where responses were collected from 150 employees of private companies in DKI Jakarta area. The data were then analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS version 25.Research findings: The results showed that Transformational Leadership had no direct effect on Organizational Culture, Employees Innovative Behavior, or Employees Performance. However, Transactional Leadership had a direct effect on Organizational Culture and Employees Innovative Behavior, but not on Performance. Even when mediated by Organizational Culture and Innovative Behavior, Transformational Leadership still had no effect on Performance. On the other hand, Transactional Leadership, when mediated by Organizational Culture and Employees Innovative Behavior, had more significant influence on Performance.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study offered a novel perspective by showing that neither Transformational nor Transactional Leadership had a direct impact on Employees Performance. However, the mediating role of Organizational Culture and Innovative Behavior strengthened the influence of Leadership on Employees Performance.Practitioners/Policy Implications: To improve Employees Performance through Transactional Leadership, leaders should cultivate innovative Organizational Culture and foster Employees Innovative Behavior. In addition, leaders should address deviations in employees behavior and recognize positive contributions, ranging from verbal praise to offering promotion opportunities.Research Limitations/Implications: This study focused on Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership, Organizational Culture and Employees Innovative Behavior, as well as Employees Performance. Future studies were recommended to consider adding independent variables such as Creative Self-efficacy and Humble Leadership. Meanwhile, companies were expected to maintain a flexible culture to adapt to changes, and continuously nurture employees' creative ideas by providing opportunities. Leaders should also consistently monitor employees behavior and acknowledge good performance.

Family, Friends, and Financial Know-How: Influences on Students' Intentions to Pursue Entrepreneurship, with the Moderating Role of Self-Efficacy

<p>ABSTRACT</p><p>The decline in unemployment rates in Indonesia is a major focus of the government, with entrepreneurship considered a potential solution. This study aims to examine the influence of family economic education, peer groups, economic literacy, and self-efficacy on students' entrepreneurial intentions. The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing a survey method with a Likert scale distributed to 292 students actively enrolled in universities in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). Data analysis was conducted using <em>Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling</em> (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that family economic education and peer groups have a positive and significant effect on economic literacy and entrepreneurial intentions. Economic literacy was found to mediate the influence of family economic education and peer groups on entrepreneurial intentions. Furthermore, self-efficacy moderates the relationship between economic literacy and entrepreneurial intentions, enhancing the impact of economic literacy on entrepreneurial intentions when self-efficacy is high.</p><p>This research offers valuable insights for developing entrepreneurship education programs that involve families and create positive peer interactions among students. It suggests the need for educational institutions to integrate family-based economic education workshops and seminars, as well as establish entrepreneurship clubs and networking events to foster a conducive environment for entrepreneurial growth. Strengthening self-efficacy through personal development programs is also recommended to ensure that students can effectively apply their economic literacy in entrepreneurial contexts. These combined efforts can significantly enhance entrepreneurial intentions among students, contributing to reducing unemployment rates and promoting economic growth in Indonesia.</p>

The Effect of Information Sharing, Supply Chain Collaboration and Supply Chain Agility on Supply Chain Performance in Food and Beverage SME in the Bogor Region

This study analyzes the influence of information sharing, supply chain collaboration, and supply chain agility on supply chain performance in the food and beverage industry in the Greater Jakarta area. The main focus of this study is to evaluate the extent to which information sharing practices and collaboration between supply chain partners, as well as the ability of the supply chain to respond to change, affect overall supply chain performance. The method used was a survey with SME respondents in the food and beverage sector. The results showed that information sharing has a significant positive influence on supply chain collaboration and supply chain agility, which in turn improves supply chain performance. This research makes an important contribution to the development of supply chain management theory and practice, particularly in the context of SME in the food and beverage sector.

Pengelolaan Cold Storage 1.000 Ton Di Muara Baru Jakarta: Perspektif Ekonomi Kelembagaan Baru

Fish cold storage was built by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries in various regions as one of the implementations of the National Fish Logistics System policy, which aims to maintain the availability of fish for industrial raw materials and domestic consumption. The cold storage of 1,000 tons was established to become a role model for the government's buffer stock facility in the Jakarta area. However, its implementation is still experiencing obstacles because its use is not optimal and has not attracted the interest of fisheries players in the broader scope. The research objective is to examine the institutional system implemented in managing cold storage of 1,000 tons from a business perspective. The research uses a case study method in government cold storages located in Muara Baru, North Jakarta. The institutional analysis of cold storage management was analyzed descriptively and qualitatively using the New Institutional Economic Theory approach. The research results show that the institution of cold storage of 1,000 tons still needs to improve its management. The aspects that contribute most to the lack of business performance in cold storage are property rights and, flexibility and adaptability. The implications that can be given are institutional improvements through 1) developing business models that are more tailored to user needs, 2) establishing bodies or institutions that are more authoritative in public services, 3) aligning incentives and building cooperation with a wider range of users, 4) implementation of standard procedures balanced with commitment to compliance from stakeholders and strong controls, 5) increased speed and flexibility of services and 6) competitive pricing.

ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPENTINGAN DAN KINERJA (IMPORTANCE-PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS) NILAI KEGUNAAN APLIKASI M-COMMERCE

Good application quality can bring user satisfaction to form user’s loyalty and trust in the company. The level of user satisfaction is different between Gojek and Grab even though each them has similarities in application features. Gojek and Grab are trying to make position as the most popular by the community in getting people's needs quickly and efficiently with huge competitive. This study aims to analyze and compare the usability qualities of Gojek and Grab based on the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) approach on the dimensions of attractiveness, perception, efficiency, dependability, stimulation and novelty. Measurements are made using Importance-Performance Analysis to graphically measure customer satisfaction so that service quality improvement priorities can be established. The data was collected by questionnaire to 32 selected respondents who accessed the Gojek and Grab applications in the Greater Jakarta area in August-December 2022. Based on the results of the study, the position of the usability quality attributes in Gojek and Grab was visually almost the same for each IPA quadrant. The Gojek application is superior in 5 dimensions to Grab, in terms of attractiveness, perception, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. Grab has one dimension that is superior to Gojek, in terms efficiency.

Understanding Tax Compliance: The Interplay between Tax Morale, Tax Rates, and Mediating Intentions

Small, and Medium Enterprises(SMEs) play a crucial role in the national economy. The stability of the economy can be maintained through the tax compliance, which contributes significantly to economic stability. This study aims to examine the impact of tax morale and tax rates on tax compliance. Additionally, it investigates the role of taxpayer intention as a mediator between tax morale and tax rates on tax compliance. The research involved 100 SMEs respondents in the DKI Jakarta area and employed quantitative analysis using Smart-PLS as the analytical tool. The results show that tax morale significantly influences both tax intention and tax compliance. However, tax rates do not have a significant impact on tax intention or tax compliance. The role of intention as a mediating variable partially mediates the effect of tax morale on tax compliance, while intention does not mediate the effect of tax rates on tax compliance. This study contributes additional literature on tax compliance and provides practical insights for tax authorities, emphasizing the need to enhance tax morale through effective tax education to motivate taxpayers to fulfill their tax obligations.

The Influence of "Dear Me Beauty" Product Quality and Innovation on Consumer Satisfaction in the Greater Jakarta Region

This research aims to determine the influence of Dear Me Beauty product quality and innovation on consumer satisfaction in the Greater Jakarta Area. This research used 100 samples with the criteria of consumers who had used Dear Me Beauty products and were domiciled in Greater Jakarta. The data analysis used SPSS version 25 and the data analysis methods used, namely the data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient (R2) test. The results of this study show that product quality has a positive and partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction, which shows the results of the t-test with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Product innovation has a positive and partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction, which is shown by the product quality t-test value with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Product quality and innovation have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on consumer satisfaction, which shows the results of the F test of 102,961 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Customer Satisfaction Analysis On Tokopedia Marketplace Services In Jakarta Area

This research aims to determine the satisfaction factors of Tokopedia marketplace users in Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis methods. The population in this study includes individuals who currently or have used the Tokopedia marketplace. In this study, samples were taken using no-probability purposive sampling and distributing questionnaires online via Google From. The sample used in this research was 240 respondents. The sample criteria in this research consist of individuals who live in the Jakarta area, aged 17-45 years and users of the Tokopedia marketplace. This research uses validity and reliability tests as research instrument tests. This research only uses two analytical techniques, namely descriptive analysis with the aim of describing or illustrating Tokopedia marketplace user data and then classifying it so that later it can be formulated to get a clear picture of the problems that cause customers to feel satisfied. Then there is the factor analysis technique or Expolatory Factor Analysis which aims to form new factors to support customer satisfaction. This research uses the e-service quality dimension as a measurement of customer satisfaction. There are seven indicators in this research, namely, Efficiency, Fulfillment, Reliability, Privacy, Responsiveness, Compensation, Contact. The results of this research say that by using the EFA analysis technique, three factors have been formed to support customer satisfaction, the names of these three factors are: service reliability and security, customer service quality, customer comfort and efficiency.

The Influence of Safety Compliance on Safety Climate with Safety Culture as a Mediator among Grab Drivers in South Jakarta

This study aims to analyze the influence of safety compliance, safety culture and safety climate among Grab drivers in South Jakarta. By gaining an in-depth understanding of these factors, it is expected that more effective safety strategies and programs can be developed to ensure the safety of both drivers and passengers, as well as to enhance security in future online transportation operations. The research employs a quantitative methodology with descriptive and inferential approaches. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to 98 Grab drivers in the South Jakarta area. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 software with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the study indicate a significant influence of safety compliance on safety culture, as well as on safety climate. These findings confirm that good safety compliance contributes to the formation of a strong safety culture and overall enhancement of the safety climate. Additionally, it was found that safety culture has a strong positive impact on safety climate.

The Relationship Between Marriage Satisfaction and Anxiety of Pregnant Women in Facing Childbirth

The birth process is interpreted by a mother as a difficult process and full of struggle so it causes anxiety for pregnant women in facing childbirth. Excessive anxiety has a negative impact on the birth process and even causes birth complications. This study aimed to determine the relationship between marriage satisfaction and the anxiety of pregnant women in facing childbirth. This research used a cross-sectional method and the number of pregnant women in the Central Jakarta area with a sample size of 110 people. The research instrument used the Pregnancy-Related Anxiety Questionnaire-Revised 2 (PRAQ-2) questionnaire and the Marital Adjustment Test (MAT) questionnaire. In this study, data analysis used the Spearman Rho test. The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between marriage satisfaction and anxiety about facing childbirth (p value=0.036). Marriage satisfaction has a fairly large influence on pregnant women's anxiety in facing childbirth in the moderate category (R Square=0.051). The role of the maternity nurse is to be able to take preventive measures to reduce the heavy or excessive anxiety of pregnant women through mentoring and counseling programs together with the family, especially the husband.
