Alih Media Arsip Sebagai Upaya Preservasi Di Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Labuhanbatu Utara

This research aims to determine the transfer of archival media as a preservation effort. The research method used is a qualitative method with descriptive research that uses interview methods to describe data obtained directly by researchers. The research results show that the media transfer processing process as a preservation effort must use guidelines, namely SOP (standard operational procedure) or media transfer processing workflow issued by the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia. With this SOP (standard operational procedure), it will be easier for archives to transfer documents. This SOP was prepared to provide guidance or stages in implementing the media transfer process and is expected to make it easier for archivists to carry out the media transfer process. The obstacles/constraints faced in the process of transferring archival media as a preservation effort are the obstacles faced by archivists in processing media transfer collections in a preservation effort, namely the lack of human resources, many archivists in the North Labuhanbatu Library and Archives Service do not yet know about media transfer processing, only 2 archivists who can process transfer of media and also inadequate facilities and infrastructure.

Strategi Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Tanjung Balai dalam Meningkatkan Minat Kunjung Pemustaka

This research aims to find out the causes of the decline in visitor interest at the Tanjung Balai City Library and Archives Service, the strategies implemented by the Tanjung Balai City Library and Archives Service to encourage users' interest in coming to the library, find out what obstacles are faced by the City Library and Archives Service Tanjung Balai in arousing interest in visiting the library. This type of research is qualitative research with a field approach. The subjects of this research are librarians who work at the Tanjung Balai City Library and Archives Service and the community around the library. The data collection techniques used include observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is based on descriptive analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the results of research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that the cause of the decline in interest in visiting the Tanjung Balai City Library and Archives Service is the lack of incomplete facilities and infrastructure and a lack of public awareness about the importance of reading books to increase knowledge. Furthermore, the strategy used by librarians to increase interest in visiting visitors is to create various activities including mobile libraries and several literacy competitions, which are very helpful in attracting people's sympathy for reading.

Efektivitas Layanan Perpustakaan Keliling dalam Mengembangkan Minat Baca Masyarakat di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Sibolga

This research discusses the effectiveness of mobile library services in developing people's reading interest in the Sibolga City Library and Archives Service. The aim of this research is to find out whether the mobile library service at the Sibolga City Library and Archives Service is effective enough in developing people's interest in reading in Sibolga City. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation, while technical data analysis is carried out in 3 (three) ways, namely data triangulation, method triangulation and source triangulation. The results of this research show that the effectiveness of the mobile library service in developing people's interest in reading in the Sibolga city library and archives service has gone quite well, this can be seen in real conditions after the researchers conducted observations and interviews, which can be seen based on the public's fairly good response, and the enthusiasm of children who always welcome mobile library visits to their schools. Factors that influence mobile library services in developing people's reading interest in the Sibolga City Library and Archives Service, namely book collections, users/readers, librarians on duty, and the mobile library facilities provided are supporting factors. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are in terms of funding, as well as inadequate facilities and infrastructure for the 17 sub-districts which are visiting points for mobile libraries for the Sibolga city library and archives service.

Strategi Penerapan Manajemen kearsipan dalam Mendukung Mutu Pendidikan

Achieving good educational goals cannot be separated from the effectiveness of educational institutions in improving the quality of records management. However, in archive management there is often an increase in the number of archives, while archive storage space is limited. Therefore, appropriate strategies are needed for archive management to support the quality of education through archive management. This study uses a qualitative approach with comparative methods. The objects being compared are institutional and archival management at IAIN Palangka Raya and IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. The review is carried out through analysis in order to find similarities and differences in phenomena in factors that may be causes through the data. The selection of the IAIN Palangka Raya and IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon Archives was reviewed because the archives are under the Ministry of Religion and are one of the best archives on the island of Kalimantan and Java. This study reveals that based on the results of a review of archives management in educational institutions, namely IAIN Palangka Raya and IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, they can improve service quality as a strategy. These results can be seen from the analysis using the SWOT method that has been carried out. This comparative study has been carried out on preparedness management in supporting the quality of education at IAIN Palangka Raya and IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. This can be seen from the role of archives management through planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. Apart from that, through a SWOT analysis of IAIN Palangka Raya and IAIN Syekh Nurjati describes solutions and is oriented towards archives management both in organizational, institutional contexts and in the treatment of governance and accountability. The study findings explain that implementing archives management through SWOT analysis can improve the quality of education. Because archives management can provide archival services by making efforts to collect and manage records. Then, archival services can be maximized with archival functions to provide the required document archives. So that ease of archive management can be achieved because you can easily find and open old archives when they are needed.

Penerimaan Sistem Inlislite di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Deli Serdang

This study is about librarians' acceptance of the Inlislite system at the Library and Archives Service of Deli Serdang Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on the Inlislite system at the Library and Archives Service of Deli Serdang Regency. Users have different levels of technical knowledge and may face different levels of difficulty in operating the system. The research method used is descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The respondents used for this study were 80 library visitors. A 4-point Likert scale will be used to distribute questionnaires. From the survey results and data analysis, the majority of users gave a positive response to the acceptance of the Inlislite system. This positive response shows from the level of ease of use, usefulness, behavior, intention, and real action towards the technology system. This shows that users' understanding of the benefits, ease of use, and support provided have a significant impact on the level of adoption.

PENGARUH MANAJEMEN TATA USAHA TERHADAP PELAYANAN ARSIP SISWA DI SMA TAHFIDZUL QUR’AN AN-NAJAH MARTAPURA

This research aims to determine administrative management in archival activities, student archive services and the influence of administrative management on student archive services at Tahfidzul Qur'an An-Najah Martapura High School. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with data mining tools in the form of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. In this research, the sample was taken using Simple Random Sampling with a sample of 75 students from class X A, X B, XI A and XI B. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and simple linear regression. Based on the results of a simple linear regression calculation, the result is Y = 27.737 + 0.344 Student archive services will increase by 0.344. The results of calculating the coefficient of determination show that student archive services are influenced by administrative management by 39% and the other 61% are influenced by other variables. From the results of data analysis using the t test with a significance level of 5%, the value of tcount more than ttable is 6.778 more than 1.992, so that it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of administrative management on student archive services at Tah-fidzul Qur'an An-Najah Martapura High School.

Assessment of Bangsamoro Library and Archives’ Online Library Services: Implications to Users’ Information Needs Satisfaction

As technological advancements continue to reshape the landscape of information access, libraries have transitioned to digital platforms to provide a wide array of resources and services. This study aimed to assess the quality of the online library services of Bangsamoro Library and Archives in relation to the satisfaction of the users’ information needs. A modified questionnaire, which was content-validated, and pilot-tested to establish its internal consistency and reliability was distributed to one hundred (100) actual users of the library. Descriptive statistics was used to organize the data on the participants’ assessment of the quality of the online services and users’ information needs satisfaction and regression analysis to determine the significant influence of service quality on the online services on their information needs satisfaction. Findings reveal that participants assessed the quality of online library services considering Affect of Service and Information Control as very good, while participants’ information needs in terms of educational needs and information needs were rated as generally satisfied, indicating that the library has diverse information resources available and can provide online library services needed by the participants for their informational needs. Moreover, the quality of online library services assessment significantly influenced the participants' information needs satisfaction. It is concluded that the public library understudy can cater to the information needs of the community it is serving and services and information resources in the library are being accessed by the users. This study highlights the need for the library personnel to strengthen the area on the Information Control dimension, and the subscription of electronic databases, audiovisual materials, and updated library resources.

Kinerja Pelayanan Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the process of managing parking retributions in Makassar City, what are the obstacles experienced in its management so far, the mechanism of collection, deposit until it arrives at the acceptance process into PAD which leads to / is beneficial for the development of Makassar City. In the field of library and information services, the library provides library services in various fields of science such as social sciences, humanities, science and technology and many others. One of the areas of circulation that provides information services to the public, libraries are the places most visited by people who want to get information. In this way, service officers at this library are required to improve their performance in order to provide good quality service to the community. However, in reality the existing service structure at the South Sulawesi Province Library and Archives Service is not yet fully in line with what the community expects. Library development and empowerment has not been optimal and library services are also not satisfactory. The existing phenomenon is that the performance of employees and contract workers in providing services is not fully in line with what users and the public expect, so the quality of library services still needs to be improved. This research was conducted to determine the performance of library services at the South Sulawesi Province Library and Archives Service. 
 

Penyederhanaan Birokrasi pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat

Simplification in the bureaucracy is one of the focuses of the 5 (five) priority programs of the Onward Indonesia Cabinet under the leadership of President Joko Widodo and Ma'ruf Amin and as a presidential mandate which is an executive order that must be carried out. We must continue to simplify the bureaucracy on a large scale. Investment for job creation must be prioritized. This study aims to determine the simplification of bureaucracy in the Regional Library and Archives Office of West Java Province. The method used in this study is qualitative by using data collection techniques by observing, interviewing and documenting. The results of this study are that the services available at the Regional Library and Archives Service of West Java Province are appropriate and in the alignment of administrative positions to functional positions because the simplification of the bureaucracy has the advantage that services become simpler, agile, fast and less verbose Regional Library and Archives Services West Java Province simplified the bureaucracy on the basis of government policy with the aim of facilitating the delivery of services to the community more quickly.

Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Perpustakaan Digital terhadap Peningkatan Minat Baca Mahasiswa pada Dinas Perpustakaan Daerah Kota Medan

This research was aimed to examine empirically the effect of service quality digital library on Reading interest. The analysis used an independent variable (Quality Service Digital Library) and dependent variable (Reading Interest). The sample was conducted by purposive sampling method. This study location at perpustakaan PEMKO Medan Jalan Iskandar Muda Collecting data was conducted by a questionnaire distributed directly to responden and visitor as much 30 questionnaires. The statistical method used was multiplied analysis linear regression, with hypotheses testing of statistic t-tests. The result of this research showed that There is a significant positive influence between the quality of digital library services on students' reading interest in the regional library of Medan City (Library and Archives Service). Obtained based on the significance value that by partial test the significance value of t is 0.001 < than 0.05 this value shows the t value is smaller than the significance value of 0.05.

Implementation of Archives Digitalization through Belajar.id Account in Improving Data Organization

The purpose writing this article is to understand the process of structuring digitized data at SDN 8 Rambang, due to archive services conventional which is ineffective and we are trying to change to a digital archive service. Due to the preservation of archives in the current era of Society 5.0 leads to how the public can access archival information that is capable of implementing technology in it. Archive arrangement includes several types of archives including textual, audio and audio-visual archives. The process of moving current archive contents saving it in different media, takes place continuously from old media to new media. Both documents and archives that are in digital format or still analog. Document digitization/archives are a process of change from conventional ones in various styles and forms to electronic archives.

KESIAPAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DINAS PERPUSTAKAAN DAN KEARSIPAN KOTA PALEMBANG DALAM MENGHADAPI TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL

This research aims to test the readiness of human resources in facing digital transformation. The method used is quantitative, the object of research is employees of the Palembang City Library and Archives Service. The respondents in this research were 94 employees of the Palembang City Library and Archives Service, collecting data using a questionnaire. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely sampling carried out as a whole from the total population. The analysis technique used in this research is logistic regression, which is a type of regression analysis used to describe the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables, with the dependent variable (Y) being assumed to be binary qualitative/having two categories. The data analysis technique was carried out using SPSS version 20. Based on the results of the binary logistic regression analysis, it was found that significant factors in the readiness of human resources in facing digital transformation were age, length of work, personality and skills. Meanwhile, factors that were not found to be significant in the readiness of human resources in facing digital transformation were innovation & optimism. It is hoped that this research can add information and reading references, thereby increasing knowledge about the digital transformation process.

Strategi Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Aceh Tengah dalam Pengelolaan Perpustakaan Berbasis Digital

Digital-based libraries play a role in disseminating information to all levels of society, taking into account the information needs of digital society. The aim of this research is to determine the strategy of the Central Aceh Library and Archives Service in Digital-Based Library Management regarding provision, provision of facilities and infrastructure, and human resources. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. The findings in this research are that the Central Aceh library and archives service has not yet fulfilled a digital library management strategy that covers the entire general public. Where their funds are still very minimal to manage digital libraries. Facilities and infrastructure that are still inadequate mean that the library cannot keep up with the rapid development of the times. And inadequate human resources make the progress of digital libraries a bit time-consuming.

Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin

The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on the Performance of Library and Archives Service Employees in Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province. The sample uses the Slovin formula. The data collection method used was by giving questionnaires to employees of the Musi Banyuasin Regency Library and Archives Service. Data were analyzed using the Quantitative Method, namely using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation analysis, determination analysis and t tests with the help of SPSS 22.0 for Windows software. The results of the research show that there is an influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at the Musi Banyuasin Regency Library and Archives Office. The coefficients for leadership style and work discipline are positive, indicating a unidirectional relationship, in other words, leadership style and work discipline will have a significant effect on performance. The relationship between leadership style and work discipline on employee performance shows a moderate relationship (R=0.506). The coefficient of determination or R square number is 0.256, which means that 25.6 percent of employee performance variables are influenced by leadership style and work discipline.

Strategi Komunikasi Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Bangkalan dalam Meningkatkan Literasi Pemustaka Usia Sekolah

Literacy in Indonesia is relatively low at 0.001 percent. Referring to literacy data from East Java Province, Bangkalan Regency has a level of reading interest (TGM) of 67,2. As a strategy to increase the literacy of school-aged users, the Department of Library and Archives Regency Bangkalan carried out several program stages. This research aims to find out how the communication strategy of the Bangkalan Regency Library and Archives Service improves the literacy of school age users. The method used in the research is a descriptive qualitative method by collecting observation data and in-depth interviews with staff, librarians and school age users. The results of this research indicate that to increase the literacy of school-age users at the Department of Library and Archives Regency Bangkalan, they have implemented a communication strategy which was analyzed using a five-step strategy model. Apart from that, specific strategies to increase literacy consist of 4 forms, namely Internal (Library Development Training and TPBIS Development), External (BangLabang, Kubiling, eBecah, Library Visits, Literacy Seminars, Selection of Literacy Ambassadors, and Storytelling Competitions), Digital (Social media management: Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and TikTok), and Collaboration (Bangkalan Children's Forum and PT Gramedia).

Electronic Archive Management in an Effort to Improve Service Quality at IAIN Palangka Raya

<p>The development of internet technology in Indonesia is entering the digital era which greatly affects the community to fulfill information needs through archives in electronic form. This study aims to review the management of electronic archives in improving the quality of service at IAIN Palangka Raya as one of the best archive units in Central Kalimantan. The analysis of electronic archive management in improving service quality is reviewed through the dimensions of tangible, responsive, assurance, reliability, and empathy. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques carried out by triangulation with primary and secondary data sources. Data collection methods were obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation by testing data sources through checking data from sources that were obtained repeatedly. In analyzing the data, the researcher used data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study as a whole explain that the application of electronic archive management has been proven to improve service quality through tangible, responsive, assurance, reliability, and empathy dimensions at the archives unit of IAIN Palangka Raya. This condition is due to the quality of user services to the archive access service management system at IAIN Palangka Raya based on the percentage shown is satisfied. However, the electronic archive service quality management system at IAIN Palangka Raya still needs to be completed and improved because some services are still manual and not standardized for archive management from ANRI.</p>

Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pengunjung perpustakaan di dinas perpustakaan dan kearsipan Kota Surakarta

<p><em>This study aims to determine (1) The effect of service quality on library visitor satisfaction at the Surakarta City Library and Archives Service, (2) The effect of facilities on library visitor satisfaction at the Surakarta City Library and Archives Service, and (3) The influence of service quality and library facilities together on library visitor satisfaction at the Surakarta City Library and Archives Service. This research was conducted using a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The results showed that (1) there was a positive and significant effect on quality on visitor satisfaction at the Surakarta City Library and Archives Service. This was shown from the value of t<sub>count</sub> (2.841) > t<sub>table</sub> (1.989) (2) There was a positive and significant influence between facilities on library visitor satisfaction. The satisfaction of library visitors at the Surakarta City Library and Archives Service is shown from the analysis of the F test, which shows the value of F<sub>count</sub> 46.500 > Ftable 3.09.</em></p>

ПЕРВЫЕ ПОСЛЕРЕВОЛЮЦИОННЫЕ ГОДЫ В НИЖЕГОРОДСКОЙ ГУБЕРНИИ: ВЛАСТЬ, АРХИВЫ И АРХИВИСТЫ (1919-1924 ГГ.)

The article considers the initial stage of formation and establishment of the state archival service in the Nizhny Novgorod province from the moment of creation in the region of the post of a provincial commissioner of the General Archives Department and appointment to it of Alexander Yakovlevich Sadovsky, chairman of the Nizhny Novgorod Provincial Scientific Archival Commission. Sadovsky held that position until the beginning of 1924, when the service was headed by Nikolai Semenovich Burmistrov, far from archival work, but ambitious and energetic. The first archivists had to organize their work in very difficult conditions: the lack of suitable, heated, guarded premises, which made it possible to fully work only in the warm season; frequent looting of archives caused by a deficiency and high cost of paper, often accompanied by fires; extremely low salaries and constant delays in payments, meager rations, household disorder and, as a result, “personnel defections”; the unwillingness of newly created Soviet institutions to cooperate with archives and transfer departmental archives of former institutions to state custody, and many other reasons. However, despite everything, Nizhny Novgorod archivists managed to ensure the preservation of the historical and documentary heritage of their native land and create favorable conditions for the formation and further development of the branch.

In memory of Igor Nikolaevich Kiselyov (03/15/1947 - 01/19/2024)

This memorial article is dedicated to the memory of Igor Nikolaevich Kiselyov, a man who did a lot in the field of informatization of historical science and archival business. Igor Nikolaevich started working as a quantifier historian, a specialist in the field related to the application of mathematical methods and computer technologies in historical research. He actively participated in research projects on historical demography and other areas of historical science, in 2002 for a series of works on the history of the Russian population in the 1930s, Yu.A. Polyakov, V.B. Zhiromskaya and I.N. Kiselyov were awarded the V.O. Klyuchevsky Prize of the Russian Academy of Sciences. In the 1990s, the main Igor Nikolaevich became interested in archival issues: issues of informatization of archival business, creation and analysis of online archival resources. Igor Nikolaevich was one of the leading experts in the field of historical informatics, was a member of the Council of the Association "History and Computer", conducted teaching work as an associate professor at the IAI of the Russian State University. The article uses the memoirs of colleagues, materials of publications by I.N.Kiselyov in historical journals, in the journals "Domestic Archives" and "Archivist's Bulletin", "AIK Newsletter". as well as materials about his leadership in the development of the Concept and Program for the Informatization of Archival Affairs in Russia, the first version of the Archives of Russia portal, and participation in many archival information projects. The article highly appreciates the research work of I.N.Kiselyov and his scientific and organizational activities at the Rosarchive, where he headed departments related to informatization, the organization of research work of the Federal Archival Service of Russia and the introduction of automated archival technologies. Igor Nikolaevich was seriously engaged in both theoretical and methodological problems of archival science. Literally until the last day, Igor Nikolaevich conducted active scientific and organizational work in breakthrough areas of archival science. His latest article "On the use of artificial intelligence in text recognition" was published in the first issue of the VNIIDAD Bulletin posthumously, and a joint scientific report "The use of artificial intelligence in document management in archives: practice, trends and prospects" was presented by his colleagues after Igor Nikolaevich passed away.

Kualitas Fisik Dan Bakteriologi Udara Dalam Ruang Terhadap Gangguan Kesehatan Di Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Provinsi Maluku

The Maluku Province Library and Archives Service found that the physical quality of the space did not meet the requirements, such as no ventilation, air conditioning and only a few windows that were open. This causes a lack of air coming in from outside so that employees feel hot and stuffy in the room. The aim of this research is to determine the physical and bacteriological quality of indoor air on health problems in the Maluku Province Library and Archives Service. The method used in this research is descriptive to determine the physical and bacteriological quality of indoor air on health problems at the Maluku Province Library and Archives Service. The population in this research is the entire library and archives space of Maluku Province. The samples in this research were 2 sample points, namely the reading room and the staff room of the Maluku Province Library and Archives Service. The research results show that lighting, temperature and germ numbers meet the requirements, while humidity does not meet the requirements. In accordance with Minister of Health Regulation No. 2 of 2023 concerning Environmental Health.
