Inovasi Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab: Analisis Metode Tarkib Terjemah di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Al Habibi

Innovation in Arabic language learning is an urgent need to improve the linguistic competence of students in the era of globalization. The tarkib translation method applied at the Tahfidz Al Habibi Islamic Boarding School presents an analytical and systematic approach in learning Arabic grammar through a combination of understanding sentence structure (tarkib) and translation. The purpose of this study is to discuss the tarkib method at the Tahfidz Al Habibi Islamic Boarding School as an innovation in Arabic language learning. The research method used is library research as the main method to analyze the application and effectiveness of the tarkib translation method in Arabic language learning at the Tahfidz Al Habibi Islamic Boarding School. The results of the analysis show that the tarkib translation method is able to improve students' cognitive abilities and understanding of the cultural context of Arabic. The advantages of this method lie in the systematic preparation of materials and their application in various learning situations, both in class and in the daily activities of the Islamic boarding school. The support of a conducive learning environment and the integration of technology also strengthen the effectiveness of this method. It was found that the translation tarkib method not only strengthens the language skills of students but also helps them internalize Islamic values ​​through comprehensive understanding of the text.

Nonlinear control of quadrotor trajectory with discrete H∞

Fixed-wing drones generate lift using a wing similar to a conventional airplane, in contrast to rotary helicopters. As a result, these machines use energy solely for propulsion rather than to maintain altitude, making them significantly more efficient. These devices can traverse greater distances and cover larger areas, making them capable of mapping and monitoring specific points over extended periods. This article uses an analytical nonlinear approach to look at how discrete H∞ can be used as a robust controller to manage the path of a quadrotor. The main goal is to create a discrete H∞ nonlinear output feedback algorithm that can accurately track the position of the quadrotor while staying stable, even when there are unknowns, disturbances, or noise. The discrete formulation of this algorithm makes it especially suitable for multi-engine aircraft. By designing the controller in a discrete space first, transitioning to a continuous phase, and then reverting to discrete space for real-world application, more desirable and design-aligned results can be achieved. However, transitioning from continuous to discrete controllers may sometimes cause deviations from the design specifications. Designing the controller directly in the discrete space simplifies the overall process and enhances robustness.

An exploration of tensions amongst career guidance practitioners when it comes to the conceptualisation of digital technology

Abstract This study explores the experiences of career practitioners delivering career guidance using digital technology during the coronavirus pandemic 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. This explored how practitioners experienced and understood using digital technology to deliver career guidance and how this interacted with their professional identities. This research made use of a Bakhtinian analytical approach to draw out tensions. Particular focus was paid to tensions and debates between practitioners where career guidance practitioners presented different and contradictory understandings of using digital technology. The study highlighted tensions relating to access, working alliances and interactivity and how these related to different understandings of embodiment and agency.

An exploration of governance in teaching hospitals in the Netherlands focused on educational objectives

BackgroundMany countries are improving medical education in teaching hospitals through more focus on internal quality assurance, for example by creating new stakeholders like hospital-wide education committees. Adequate oversight is thought essential to ensure the quality of medical education. How teaching hospitals distribute roles and responsibilities for quality control across educational stakeholders to organize this oversight is rarely investigated. This study aims to answer the following exploratory question: Who are the primary stakeholders involved in educational governance, and what are their roles in safeguarding educational quality in teaching hospitals?MethodsWe conducted an exploratory qualitative study of educational governance structures in all teaching hospitals in the Netherlands with at least three training programs. We carried out document analysis of recent governance codes, documents drafted by Dutch teaching hospitals to describe their methods of internal governance for the national accreditor, and analyzed the data using a thematic analysis approach through the lens of organizational theories of Mintzberg and Freidson.ResultsThe study identified key stakeholders in quality management of medical education in all teaching hospitals of the Netherlands. An overview of their roles and responsibilities is given and a stakeholder map is drafted. Teaching hospitals gave the hospital-wide education committee three different roles: an advisory role, a quality controller role and a conflict mediation role.DiscussionHospitals have set up the assignment of decision-making power in different ways, creating different variants of hospital-wide education committees and potentially causing them to be less effective at quality management. Whether these different roles affect the quality management of medical education in practice requires practice-oriented research. The study reveals remarkable ambiguity regarding the assignment and exercise of decision-making power between actors. This study contributes to the literature by identifying key actors and their roles in the quality management of postgraduate medical education, providing a foundation for follow-up research.

Project ECHO Occupational and Environmental Medicine: A Qualitative Study of HealthCare Providers Supporting Workers with Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses.

This qualitative study investigated the needs, barriers, and facilitators that affect primary care providers' involvement in supporting patients' stay-at-work and return-to-work following injury or illness. It also aims to understand the lived experiences of primary care providers who participated in the Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes training program for Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ECHO OEM). By examining both the structural and experiential aspects of the program, this study seeks to provide insights into how ECHO OEM influences providers' approaches to occupational health challenges. Those who attended ECHO OEM sessions were invited to participate in the research study. Four focus groups and five one-on-one interviews were conducted with healthcare providers participating in ECHO OEM. Audio-recordings were transcribed verbatim and analyzed using an inductive thematic analysis approach. This study was structured according to the COREQ Checklist. We discussed six main themes: (1) Challenges with Engaging with Workers' Compensation Boards; (2) Return to Work practices; (3) Health and Well-Being; (4) Communication is Important; (5) Perspective from the Workplace; and (6) Feedback on ECHO OEM. ECHO OEM sessions contribute to and impact healthcare providers' knowledge of supporting injured or ill workers. Topics that deserve further attention include incorporating comorbid physical and mental health conditions, navigating workers' compensation systems, and supporting specific populations such as military veterans and emergency personnel.

A GIS based spatiotemporal modelling approach for cycling risk mapping using crowd-sourced sensor data

ABSTRACT The major objective of this study is to apply integrated data-driven methods to estimate cyclist risk and discomfort in Berlin based on the OpenSenseMap dataset. The proposed approach makes use of crowd-sourced sensor data collected during cycling (speed, bike vibration, distance to other objects), spatial statistics and multi-criteria decision analysis to provide a continuous estimation of cycling discomfort and risk in the traffic network. We employed cycling traffic volume and route discomfort estimation techniques to determine the spatiotemporal patterns of cycling traffic volume and discomfort levels. Accordingly, a GIS-based multiple criteria analysis approach was applied to map areas with high cycling traffic volume based on the condition of the cycling lanes, environmental, road traffic, land use and sociodemographic characteristics. The results show that the central area of Berlin has a high cycling traffic volume as well as a high level of discomfort. In this context, we found a significant spatial correlation between the cycling traffic volume and discomfort with the land use characteristics such as commercial or residential areas, motor vehicle traffic volume and sociodemographic characteristics in Berlin. Furthermore, results revealed a correlation between intensive traffic volume and commercial zones, schools and university areas. As we identified high-risk cycling directions and their autocorrelation with relevant indicators, the obtained results from this study will support decision-makers and authorities in recognizing the high-risk cycling areas and optimizing the risk areas, which accordingly increase the cycling safety and wellbeing of citizens.

A functional data analysis approach for modelling frequency‐modulated tonal sounds in animal communication

Abstract Frequency modulation (FM) is believed to play a major role in encoding information in tonal vocal communication. However, most studies aimed at investigating acoustic variability rely on the manual measurement of acoustic parameters, and the implementation of multivariate techniques, which represent only partially sound FM. Thus, innovative modelling approaches able to capture local FM dynamics are needed for tonal sounds modelling. These kinds of methodological developments in bioacoustics might be key for further understanding animal behaviour and ecology. We propose the application of a functional data analysis (FDA) approach to model extracted FM patterns, which entails the transformation of acoustic signals into continuous functions. We describe a Raven‐to‐R FDA workflow for modelling tonal sounds and we highlight two of its potential applications for classification aims and FM analysis in relation to behavioural, social, and environmental factors. For illustrative purposes, the approach performance was tested on FM patterns (contours) of signature whistles emitted by bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops truncatus), to investigate their acoustic variability and potential information content. Our results show that tonal sounds are inherently of functional nature and can be treated as such for FM analysis. We found that building the FDA sound curves using 25 B‐spline basis functions was the most appropriate setting for the functionalisation of dolphin whistles. Our approach was able to accurately reconstruct the FM patterns of the modelled tonal sounds and even to capture their fine‐scale modulations, with a precision of 80%. Functional clustering showed an accuracy up to 89% for short whistles. Estimated functional coefficients of the regression model suggested that different contextual factors have a significant effect on the FM patterns of SWs. The adoption of an FDA approach appears to be quite promising for the study of frequency‐modulated tonal sounds, both for classification aims and in‐depth FM analysis. The limitations and advantages of the approach were discussed. We developed and tested a new methodology able to fill knowledge gaps in animal communication, and we anticipate it will lead to advances in the ethological and ecological understanding of wild animal populations.

The validity of physical optics for microwave analysis: accuracy through simplicity

Abstract Traditionally, the optics and microwave communities have been separated not only by the THz band but also by differences in technical knowledge, analytical and computational approaches, design processes, and measurement methodologies. In this contribution, we aim to bridge this divide by leveraging a computational asymptotic technique from optics, known as physical optics, which holds significant potential for the microwave/antenna community. This technique allows for precise microwave calculations for radiation patterns, reflection coefficients, material losses, and mutual coupling between antennas.

Comprehensive benefits evaluation of low impact development using scenario analysis and fuzzy decision approach

The comprehensive benefit evaluation of LID based on multi-criteria decision-making methods faces technical issues such as the uncertainties and vagueness in hybrid information sources, which can affect the overall evaluation results and ranking of alternatives. This study introduces a multi-indicator fuzzy comprehensive benefit evaluation approach for the selection of LID measures, aiming to provide a robust and holistic framework for evaluating their benefits at the community level. The proposed methodology integrates quantitative environmental and economic indicators with qualitative social benefit indicators, combining the use of the Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) and ArcGIS for scenario-based analysis, and the use of hesitant fuzzy language sets and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) for decision-making. The framework’s novelty lies in the integration of the hesitant fuzzy weighted average algorithm to handle subjective uncertainties in expert judgment and the incorporation of multi-return period scenarios to enhance the robustness of the evaluation. The comprehensive benefits of 26 LID configurations were conducted in Chenglong Road Subdistrict under five rainfall return period scenarios of 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100 years. The results show that LID measures, particularly combinations of sunken green spaces and permeable paving, offer significant reductions in runoff and peak flow, along with improved flood mitigation across multiple return periods. Additionally, this study identifies practical LID implementation priorities for local decision-makers. The relative closeness is influenced by the indicators and non-calibrated parameters. However, it overall does not affect the main trends and key insights derived. The robustness of the proposed approach is reinforced by four key aspects: the impact of the Thiessen polygon method in ArcGIS, the influence of composite runoff coefficient and iterative optimization in SWMM, the effect of hesitant fuzzy linguistic sets and TOPSIS on weight calculation, and the contribution of simulations under different return periods to stability analysis.

A Comparative Study on Chemical Speciation of Trace Metals as a Function of Solution pH: A Multivariate Analysis and Simulation Approach

ABSTRACT Biogeochemical activity of trace elements in the environment significantly relies on their chemical speciation. Solution pH influences the chemical speciation and biogeochemical activity of trace elements in the soil-plant continuum. The current study was conducted to simulate the influence of solution pH on chemical fractions of 11 trace elements (arsenic, lead, zinc, copper, chromium, cadmium, mercury, nickel, strontium, antimony, and selenium) using Visual Minteq, a chemical equilibrium model used for the calculation of metal speciation, sorption etc. Results delineated that pH-mediated variations in the chemical speciation of trace elements differed with their type. The results of the current study revealed a dominance of chemical trace element species at acidic (1–6), neutral (7.0), and alkaline (8–14) pH. Divalent trace elements (zinc, cadmium, copper, chromium, nickel, and lead) were the dominant species at acidic pH. However, mercury dominance has a narrow pH range (1–3), while strontium dominance has a wider pH range (1–13). Nitrate, sulfate, and phosphate fractions of trace elements also occurred at pH <8. However, at pH >8, trace elements existed in hydroxide (OH) fractions. In the case of arsenic (arsenite As3+ and arsenate As5+), selenium (selenite Se4+ and selenate Se6+), and antimony (antimonite Sb3+ and antimonate Sb5+), their dominant species get oxidized with increasing pH. Multivariate analysis was conducted for various metals for their dominance as a function of pH. Moreover, Principal Component Analysis verified a linear relation of trace element fractions with pH. Results revealed that solution pH affects the chemical fractions and the phytoavailable fraction of trace elements in growth culture and associated health hazards through soil-plant transfer.

A solution to the pervasive problem of response bias in self-reports

Self-reports are used ubiquitously to probe people's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and inform medical decisions, enterprise operations, and government policy and legislation. Despite their pervasive use, self-report measures such as Likert scales have a profound problem: Standard analytic approaches do not control for the confounding effects of idiosyncratic response biases. Here, we present a model-based solution to this problem. Our model disentangles response bias from latent constructs of interest to obtain less biased scores of the latent states of respondents. Inspired by Thurstonian approaches in the psychophysics literature, the model requires nothing further than standard Likert scale design assumptions. The model uses a data-driven approach to control for response biases, without the need to prespecify bias types or response strategies. We demonstrate the model's ability to uncover more precise estimates of latent state associations, outperforming bias-affected standard scoring techniques, and garner insights into previously undetected codependencies between certain latent states and particular forms of response bias. The model is thus a tool which outperforms standard scoring methods and generates insights into, and controls for, the potentially confounding effects of response bias on self-report Likert scale data.

Modeling the astrosphere of LHS 1140. On the differences of 3D magnetohydrodynamic single- and multi-fluid simulations and the consequences for exoplanetary habitability

The cosmic ray (CR) flux, as well as the hydrogen flux into the atmosphere of an exoplanet, can change the composition of said atmosphere. Here, we present the CR and hydrogen flux above the atmosphere. To do so, we study the 3D multi-fluid magentohydrodynamic (MHD) structure of astrospheres. We aim to discuss the shock structure of the stellar wind of LHS 1140 using four different models: hydrodynamic (HD) and ideal MHD single-fluid models, as well as multi-fluid models for both cases, including a neutral hydrogen flow from the interstellar medium (ISM). The CR flux in a multi-fluid model and the ionization rate in an exoplanetary atmosphere are also presented. The astrosphere is modeled using the 3D Cronos code, while the CR flux at LHS 1140b is calculated using both a 1D and a 3D stochastic Galactic CR (GCR) modulation code. Finally, the atmospheric ionization and radiation dose is estimated using the AtRIS code. It is shown that the 3D multi-fluid positions of the termination (TS) differ remarkably from those found in the 3D ideal-single fluid HD case. CR fluxes computed using a 1D approach are completely different from those calculated using the 3D modulation code and show an essentially unmodulated spectrum at the exoplanet in question. Utilizing these spectra, ionization rates and radiation exposure within the atmosphere of LHS 1140 b are derived. It is shown that the multi-fluid MHD TS distances differ remarkably from those of other models, especially from an analytic approach based on ideal single-fluid HD. The TS, astropause, and bow shock distances must be taken from the 3D multi-fluid MHD model to determine the CR fluxes correctly. Moreover, because of the tiny astrosphere, the exoplanet is submerged in the neutral hydrogen flow of the ISM, which will influence the exoplanetary atmosphere. A 3D approach to GCR modulation in astrospheres is also necessary to avoid unrealistic estimates of GCR intensities. Since atmospheric chemistry processes, and with that, the derivation of transmission spectra features and biosignature information, strongly depend on atmospheric ionization, our results highlight that reliable GCR-induced background radiation information is mandatory, particularly for inactive cool stars such as LHS 1140.

Qualitative Research Practices and Family Business Intrapreneurship: a Cas Study on Family Business Incubation of Nomades-Marrakech and Intrapreneurial Orientation Under Focus

Objective: The objective of this research is to explore and understand family incubation and its impact on the family business intrapreneurship growth capacity at organizational level. Literature review: Using a theoretical analysis approach based on contingence Theory. Method: An exploratory study analyzed three axes related to family incubation: 1) The specific characteristics of family businesses that can intensify the family support effort, 2) family support was found to play the greatest role in improving the entrepreneurial orientation of the new generation, 3) the good intrapreneurial orientation process from employee-son to intrapreneur be achieved by family support. Results and discussion: furthermore, the study sophisticatedly explored the new dimension of “Family incubation” and described the sub-dimensions based on this unique case “Nomades-Marrakech, from which new sub-dimensions have emerged to determine the originality of this paper, such as socio-cognitive traits, mutual trust, continuous innovation, consumer loyalty, agility, internal growth, paternal wisdom, training, experimentation, and family values. This study answers the question regarding the relationship between family incubation and entrepreneurial orientation and Intrapreneurial orientation. Further studies are needed to establish causal relationships and develop ways of measure, which will be used to quantify the impact of family incubation on the resilience factors of intrapreneurial small businesses.

Quantum pseudo-harmonic oscillator potential in non-Euclidean space: application to diatomic molecules

Abstract The present work analyzes a physical system with a quantum pseudo-harmonic oscillator in three-dimensional constant curvature spaces within the framework of non-relativistic theory. We present expressions for the energy equation and radial wavefunctions that depend on the curvature parameter k, using the functional analysis approach and the asymptotic iteration method. Additionally, we calculate the energy eigenvalues for diatomic molecules N2, H2, and ScH as a function of the constant curvature k. Using the Hellmann-Feynmann theorem, we derive expressions for the curvature-dependent expectation values of r-2 and p2, which we detail for the diatomic molecule system in this work. Furthermore, we perform a comparative analysis of the results for non-Euclidean space (spherical and hyperbolic spaces with constant curvature) and Euclidean space.

Green Assessment of Sensitive Spectrofluorimetric Methods for Simultaneous Estimation of Formoterol Fumarate and Fluticasone Propionate Using a Micelle-Mediated Approach.

Highly sensitive spectrofluorimetric methods were developed for the quantitative estimation of formoterol fumarate dihydrate (FFD) and fluticasone propionate (FP) in both authentic raw materials and marketed dosage forms using a micellar-enhanced spectrofluorimetric approach. The proposed methods are based on the determination of FP in the presence of FFD using the first derivative emission spectrofluorimetry. The peak amplitude of the emission spectra of the formed micellar fluorescence was measured at 465nm after excitation at 236nm (λ max of FP).The second method quantifies FFD in the presence of FP using second derivative emission spectrofluorimetry. This method measures the peak amplitude of the emission spectra of the formed micelle at 283nm, where there is no interference from FP, following excitation at 214nm. In these methods, the emission spectra of the target drugs are measured after micellar formation, with excitation wavelengths at 214nm for FFD and 236nm for FP. The fluorescence intensity was enhanced using β-cyclodextrin as a micellar system after optimizing parameters affecting native fluorescence, such as diluting solvents, surfactants, and varying concentrations of β-cyclodextrin. A linear relationship was observed between the fluorescence intensity and concentration for FP over the range of 50-100ng/mL and for FFD over the range of 30-700ng/mL. The developed methods are simple, sensitive, non-extractive, economical, and suitable for routine analysis of FFD and FP in their raw materials and combined marketed dosage forms. The proposed techniques were carefully validated for linearity, accuracy, precision, and specificity according to the International Council for Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, demonstrating high sensitivity with lower limits of detection and quantitation. Additionally, the analytical greenness of the suggested procedures was assessed using the Analytical Greenness Metric Approach (AGREE), the Red-Green-Blue model, and the Green Procedure Analytical Index (GAPI).

Exploring the Mediating Role of Information Security Culture in Enhancing Sustainable Practices Through Integrated Systems Infrastructure

The need for sustainable development, coupled with the growth in industrialization, creates a complex environment in which businesses strive to achieve and maintain a competitive advantage. Information now forms a vital part of how firms perform in today’s globalized corporate world. This paper explores the impact of information systems on sustainable organizational operations. Furthermore, it observes how IT infrastructure and information security policy (ISP) play vital roles in the changing business environment. The importance of information security culture (ISC) as a mediator in developing the association between the independent and dependent variables is also investigated. Reviewing these categories’ interactions within the context of transitional economics is the main goal. To assess and predict the impact of ISs, ISP, ITI, and ISC on sustainable organizational performance (SOP), 214 businesses took part in a structured survey. For data cleaning and reliability analysis, SPSS software was used; for mediation analysis, the Preacher and Hayes approach was applied; and, for multiple linear regression analysis, Python was applied. The study is significant for developing countries in the role of IS for the effectiveness of IT governance and strategic integration. The findings indicate that organizational performance is substantially impacted by information security policy (ISP), IT infrastructure (ITI), and information security culture (ISC).

Analysis of Connotative Meaning in Five Songs in the Album "Menari Dengan Bayangan" by Baskara Putra as Teaching Material in Poetry Learning

Music, which involves sound and rhythm, is often used as a form of expression or entertainment, and song lyrics as a form of poetry have similar aspects to poetry, such as rhythm, rhyme, metaphor and emotional expression. In a song lyric, the connotation meaning, both positive and negative, is an important element in understanding the implied message in the song lyrics. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method with a semantic content analysis approach to identify and classify connotative meanings in five songs, namely Membasuh, Secukupnya, Rumah ke Rumah, Efisiensi, and Untuk Apa / Untuk apa, which are included in the album "Menari dengan Bayangan" by Baskara Putra. The results of the analysis of the five songs can be calculated as follows: the song Membasuh found 16 or the equivalent of 16.33% of words or phrases containing connotative meaning. The second song, the song Secukupnya found 28 or equivalent to 16.18% of words or phrases containing connotative meaning. The third song, Rumah ke Rumah found 17 or equivalent to 7.69% of words or phrases containing connotative meaning. The fourth song, the song Efisiensi found 16 or equivalent to 16.33% of words or phrases containing connotative meaning. And the last song, the song Untuk Apa/ntuk apa found 44 or equivalent to 25.29% of words or phrases containing connotative meaning. Of the five songs that have been analyzed in general, there is an average percentage of words or phrases that contain connotative meaning of 15.5%
