The goal of the article is that, based on the analysis of the state of the agro-industrial complex of the country, its individual subjects, the cost of the industry, the received budgetary subsidies, substantiate the need to organize effective training for agro-industrial complex workers to combat corruption, to minimize the manifestation of corruption risks. The work was carried out taking into account the analysis of the real state of the agro-industrial complex of the country, Tatarstan, the existing practice of combating corruption both in the country's economy and in its agrarian sphere, the theoretical foundations of the content of this problem. Scientific research has shown that one of the most effective measures is the organization of systemic anti-corruption training, and above all, for managers and specialists of the agro-industrial complex. The study pays attention to the theoretical component of the topic, namely, the importance of agricultural personnel as a strategic resource for the development of the territory is substantiated, the need for analytical research in the organization of professional training of agricultural workers in the field of combating corruption is updated. This implies the need to determine theoretical and methodological approaches to the implementation of the process of forming their competence, substantiation, systematization and differentiation of additional competencies corresponding to the types of professional activity that meet the challenges of the modern agrarian economy. Competence in the field of combating corruption includes a set of special knowledge and skills among students - managers and specialists of the agro-industrial complex, as well as experience in applying this knowledge and skills in solving various problems. On the basis of the analysis carried out, the authors conclude that it is advisable to determine the structure of the educational process, which would include such functions as motivating, formative, developing and diagnostic. The relevance of the research is confirmed by the fact that the developed competency map is designed to help the teacher determine the level of formation of competence in the field of combating corruption among students, systematically assimilate certain competencies in the learning process, correlate with the form of classes and their topics, and exercise adequate control in the learning process.
