Congenital cervical teratoma

: Teratoma, originating from the Greek word "teras" meaning "monster," reflects its diverse tissue composition, often containing ectodermal, mesodermal, and endodermal tissues. These embryonic germ layers contribute to the rarity of teratomas in the neck, though they are more commonly found in the sacrococcygeal area. Notably, teratomas occurring in the cervical region can lead to life-threatening symptoms due to their mass effect.: A 26-year-old multiparous woman highlighted the challenges of managing cervical teratomas. During her 38th week of gestation, an ultrasound revealed a tumour on the foetus's neck, measuring 5.2 x 4.7 cm with doppler, neovascularization, and solid parts suspected to be a teratoma. The patient, despite no prior illness, had not taken prescribed vitamins during pregnancy. She underwent a caesarean section, delivering a baby girl weighing 3100 grams with an Apgar score of 8, who was found to have a solid mass in the posterior neck. The baby underwent surgery three days later, where 200-gram mass was removed and identified as a mature teratoma through anatomical pathology examination. The successful surgery allowed the mother and baby to return home in good condition.: Teratomas emphasized their diverse nature, with cervical teratomas mostly affecting females and originating from early aberrant germ cells. These tumours, often neuroepithelial, rarely become malignant. Diagnosis involves prenatal ultrasonography, aiding in intervention planning, while postnatal imaging guides surgical approaches.: Congenital teratomas pose challenges in prenatal diagnosis and management, requiring a multidisciplinary approach. Early detection through antenatal imaging, surgical excision, and meticulous follow-up are crucial for optimal outcomes, emphasizing the importance of comprehensive care and collaboration across medical specialties.

Central neurocytoma of atypical behavior. Case report and literature review

Central neurocytomas are central nervous system (CNS) tumors that typically show benign behavior and progression. These tumors usually occur in the lateral ventricles of young individuals. We present the case of a 36-year-old male patient who presented with an intraventricular expansive lesion causing hydrocephalus and seizures. The patient underwent an incomplete resection of the lesion but developed persistent postoperative hydrocephalus, requiring a ventriculoperitoneal shunt. The progression was favorable, and the patient was discharged for outpatient follow-up. Anatomic pathology examination revealed central neurocytoma, confirmed through immunohistochemistry. This report aims to present a case of this rare neoplasm, review the literature, and highlight its significance, given the favorable prognosis.

ASPERGILLOSIS IN BROILER CHICKEN IN TUNJUK VILLAGE, TABANAN DISTRICT, TABANAN REGENCY, BALI

In the development of broiler farming in Indonesia, it is necessary to be aware of diseases that often attack livestock, namely Aspergillosis fungal infection. This case study aims to confirm the diagnosis in the death of 30-day-old broiler chickens of male sex who experienced clinical symptoms of lethargy, nasal discharge, shortness of breath, swollen eyelids, and difficulty eating for 3 days so that they were separated from the rest of the chicken population obtained at one of the farms located in Tunjuk Village, Tabanan District, Tabanan Regency, Bali. Examination of case animals included signaling, anamnesis, epidemiological data, clinical symptoms, anatomical pathology and histopathology examination, bacteriology and mycology examination, and parasitology examination. The results of the anatomical pathology examination showed congestion in the brain, petechie in the ventriculus, hemorrhage in the intestines, hemorrhage in the lungs with white nodules and white nodules in the kidneys. Histopathological examination found septa hyphae and conidiophore. In the mycological examination, the case animals identified Aspergillosis in the lung and kidney organs grown on SDA (Sabouraud Dextose Agar) media and observation under a microscope using 10% KOH dye and methylene blue. In the bacteriological examination, samples of lung and intestinal organs were cultured on general Nutrient Agar (NA) media, followed by selective Eosin Methylene Blue Agar (EMBA) media, primary tests, gram staining, biochemical tests and sugar tests until the results showed that there was a secondary infection of Klebsiella sp in the lung organ samples. The results of the examination related to parasites in the feces of case chickens by qualitative methods, namely natif (direct), sedimentation concentration, and buoyancy concentration were confirmed not to be found worm eggs or coccidia. From this case study it can be concluded that the case chicken was infected with Aspergillosis. Prevention of the spread of Aspergillosis should be done by improving farm management such as housing sanitation and good husbandry methods to prevent the risk of livestock experiencing the disease.

COLIBACILLOSIS IN PIGLETS AT TARO VILLAGE, GIANYAR, BALI

Colibacillosis is a disease caused by Escherichia coli bacteria, which attacks piglets and can result in weight loss, stunted growth and, if not treated immediately, will cause death. The aim of this case report is to establish a diagnosis of the death of a 35 day old pig using anamnesis, epidemiological procedures, clinical symptoms, anatomical pathology examination and laboratory examination. The laboratory examinations in question are histopathology, bacteriology and parasitology. The animal case obtained was a young pig suspected of being infected with E. coli, which came from a farm in Taro Village, Tegallalang, Gianyar, Bali. The case pig is a Landrace type, 35 days old weighing ± 7 kg, male. Symptoms observed in the cases were that the piglets looked thin, weak, anorexic, and had yellowish diarrhea. The pig population is 100, during one maintenance period there were approximately 7 pigs who were sick and 2 pigs who died. Based on anamnesis, clinical symptoms, epidemiology, changes in anatomical pathology and histopathological lesions, isolation and identification of colonies on NA media, EMBA, gram staining, primary test, secondary test (biochemical test), and sugar test, E. Coli bacteria were successfully isolated. So a diagnosis was obtained that the pig case was infected with colibacillosis. The results of a stool examination in the parasitology laboratory did not reveal any infection with worm eggs or protozoa. Based on anamnesis, clinical symptoms, epidemiology, anatomical pathological changes, histopathological lesions, and bacterial tests. Conclusion in pig cases diagnosed with colibacillosis by Escherichia coli. It is necessary to carry out good sanitation and management to prevent the occurrence of colibacillosis.

NEWCASTLE DISEASE AND AVIAN INFLUENZA IN BROILER THAT VACCINATED ON ONE DAY OLD

Newcastle disease and Avian Influenza are highly contagious viral diseases that can affect poultry with high mortality rates, and are zoonotic diseases that endanger humans. In this case study, broiler chickens aged 12 days were vaccinated at hatching and came from Yangapi Village, Tembuku, Bangli showed clinical symptoms of drooping neck or torticollis, no appetite, and greenish white diluted feces. Examinations are continued at each laboratory to obtain a definite diagnosis. The methods used are anatomical pathology examination, histopathology preparations, HA-HI examination, bacterial identification, and qualitative examination for paracites. The results of anatomical pathology examination found pathognomonic lesions, like ptechie in the proventriculus and ventriculus, enlargement and congestion in the lungs, hemorrhagic trachea, and hyperemic intestines. The results of histopathological examination showed marked changes with single-core inflammatory cells or lymphoid suggesting an infectious agent in the form of a virus. The results of the virology laboratory examination with the HA and HI test showed that the case chicken was positively infected by Newcastle Disease and Avian Influenza viruses. Bacteriology laboratory by culture of lung and intestinal organ samples was carried out on Nutrient Agar, followed by selective media Eosin Methylene Blue Agar, primary tests, gram staining, biochemical tests and sugar tests until the results showed that Escherichia coli bacteria grew from the chicken intestines and were classified as normal flora. The results of the examination related to parasites in the feces of case chickens by qualitative methods, natif, sedimentation concentration, and floating were confirmed not to be found worm eggs or coccidia. From this case study, it can be concluded that the case chicken was infected with Newcastle Disease and Avian Influenza viruses.

THYPLITIS HAEMORRHAGICA ET NECROTICAN IN THE INCIDENCE OF COCCIDIOSIS IN BROILER CHICKENS AGED 32 DAYS

Coccidiosis is a parasitic disease that often infects the digestive system of poultry and is caused by protozoan parasites from the genus Eimeria spp. Eimeria tenella is one of the most pathogenic protozoan species and has a predilection for the cecum and causes bloody diarrhea. The purpose of this paper is to determine the infectious agent that causes the death of 32 days old, female broiler chickens originating from one of the chicken farms in Petak Village, Gianyar District, Gianyar Regency. Clinical signs observed in chickens are weakness, pale wattles, dull looking feathers, clumps in the corners of the cage, and bloody diarrhea and dirty cloaca. Based on the results of the anatomical pathology examination, it showed that there was hemorrhage and thickening of the cecum wall (thyplitis haemorrhagica et necrotican). On histopathological examination, schizonts, hemorrhage, necrosis and inflammatory cell infiltration were found in the cecum and on parasitological examination, Eimeria sp oocysts were found. which has sporulated in chicken feces samples with moderate infection intensity. Conclusion: the case chicken was diagnosed as infected with coccidiosis by Eimeria tenella. Sanitation and improved cage management need to be carried out to prevent the occurrence of coccidiosis in chickens.

When to take the primary certification examination: sooner or later?

Most Pathology residents take the Anatomic Pathology and/or Clinical Pathology primary pathology certification examination(s) near the end of their final year of training (i.e., Spring), whereas some postpone the examination(s) to the Fall administration of that year or even later. We compared the Spring and Fall administration pass rates of initial primary certification candidates for those who graduated in the same year they took the examination. We also compared the pass rates of same-year graduates with individuals who postponed the examination for a year or more. We also surveyed the candidates regarding the reasons they chose the Spring or Fall administration. Candidates who chose the earlier (i.e., Spring) administration were more likely to pass compared with those who took the later Fall administration (p = 0.0026 for Anatomic Pathology; p = 0.0004 for Clinical Pathology). Delaying the certifying exams beyond the calendar year of residency graduation was associated with a higher failure rate (p < 0.0001 for both Anatomic and Clinical Pathology). The survey results suggest that residents often take their certification examinations earlier to not interfere with fellowship training, because it coincides with the completion of residency training, or it is expected by their program. Pathology residents are more likely to pass the primary certification examinations when they are taken closer to the end of training, rather than postponing it to a later administration. Pathology residency program directors should encourage residents, who are deemed ready, to take their certification examinations at the earliest possible administration.

Analisis Kesesuaian Kode Diagnosis Utama Neoplasma Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Soedirman Kebumen

Neoplasm is a disease associated with abnormal tissue development due to neoplasia, which is the process of abnormal growth and development of body tissues that grow actively with the autonomic (uncontrolled) system. Information for a patient in a hospital will not be complete and useful if it has not been processed, then coding is required. Giving special diagnosis code of neoplasm should consider 3 things to get the right code, namely topography code, morphology, and behavior. However, in its implementation, there are still many errors in the coder's determination of the neoplasm diagnosis code. This has an impact on services to patients such as errors of Action, care and treatment. This study aims to determine the description of the accuracy of topography and morphology codes in neoplasm diagnosis at Dr. Sudirman Kebumen. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. Based on the research obtained from 178 inpatient medical records in the case of neoplasms, the samples taken were as many as 39 C codes determined that the accuracy amounted to 8 (20.51%) inaccurate category amounted to 31 (79.49%). Inaccuracy in writing the neoplasm code due to the results of PA (anatomical pathology) that has not come out at the time of coding the disease, anatomical pathology Examination Result Sheet that often the results come late because the laboratory examination outside the hospital and the coding officer is less thorough, sometimes there is a doctor's writing that is less clear so that the difficulty of the officer in reading the diagnosis. Follicular Ameloblastoma of the Mandible in a Young Adult Patient: Case Report

Introduction: Ameloblastoma is a locally invasive tumor that grows slowly and attacks the maxillofacial area. There are various histological variants of ameloblastoma. The most common is follicular ameloblastoma. They are characterized by slow growth and are relatively aggressive locally, with the primary site of origin being the mandible. Late recurrence after surgical management is relatively common and is related to the histologic type, site of origin, and initial treatment modality. The mandibular bone is also a relatively common location for this tumor. Optimal surgical treatment of ameloblastoma should minimize recurrence, restore function and aesthetics, and minimize morbidity at the donor site. Segmental mandibular resection surgery is tumour surgery by removing part of the mandible. Case report: A 15-year-old female patient came with complaints of a mass in the mandible area. The mass infiltrated the right mandible. The surgical intervention performed on this patient was a segmental resection operation. From the results of the Anatomic Pathology (AP) examination, follicular ameloblastoma was found in the right mandibular region. Tuberculosis Testis In Middle-Aged Male As A Rare Case Of Genitourinary Tuberculosis: A Case Report

Introduction: Testicular tuberculosis is a very rare type of urogenital TB. &#x0D; Case Presentation: A 36 year old man came to the emergency room because of pain in the right testicle accompanied by swelling and discharge. Orchiectomy on the dextra testis was continued with treatment using category 1 OAT for 9 months after the diagnosis was made using anatomic pathology examination.&#x0D; Discussion: The physical examination needs to be done carefully because most general practitioners consider testicular enlargement to be a malignancy. Urogenital tuberculosis requires 6 months of treatment and 9 months of treatment in patients with certain conditions.&#x0D; Conclusion: Prompt and precise diagnosis if testicular TB is necesssary to prevent infertility, the most common complication

Anatomical Pathology and Histology of the Trachea and Lungs of Broiler Infected with Avibacterium paragallinarum

This case study aims to determine the causes of pathological changes in anatomy and histology in the trachea and lungs of the broiler. This study was taken from a broiler of Mr Alif Husbandry, who had clinical symptoms of clear discharge from sinuses, anorexia, conjunctivitis and difficulty breathing on July 5th 2022, in Gresik. The anatomical pathology and histological examination results showed changes in the trachea and lungs, showing hemorrhage and inflammatory cell infiltration. The results of microbiological examination from the sinus swab identified Avibacterium paragallinarum. In this study, clinical symptoms, anatomical pathology, and histology of the trachea and lungs of broiler chickens were caused by infection with Avibacterium paragallinarum.

The Relationship between Degree of Differentiation with the Incidence of Lymphovascular Infiltration Triple Negative Breast Cancer in West Sumatera

Background: The degree of differentiation and the incidence of lymphovascular infiltration in Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) are several determinants of the prognosis and survival of sufferers. This disease has a more aggressive clinical course than other breast cancer phenotypes. Targeted therapy has not been able to improve survival in TNBC patients. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the degree of differentiation and lymphovascular infiltration in Triple Negative Breast Cancer in West Sumatra. Methods: This is an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional approach. The number of study samples was 44 TNBC patients at the Ropanasuri Special Surgery Hospital, Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital, and RSUP Dr. M. Djamil, Padang, in 2016–2021. The data studied were the degree of differentiation and lymphovascular infiltration from the results of anatomical pathology examination which were analyzed using the Chi Square test. Results: The most histopathological types in TNBC were Invasive Carcinoma Mammae of No Special Type (79,5%) with the most age range of patients over 60 years (43,2%). The majority of the degrees of differentiation found were grade II (75%), lymphovascular infiltration negative category (65,9%), and there was a significant relationship (p &lt; 0,001) between the degree of differentiation and lymphovascular infiltration in TNBC Conclusions: There was a relationship between the degree of differentiation and lymphovascular infiltration in TNBC, namely the higher the histopathological grade of cancer cells, the higher the probability of experiencing lymphovascular infiltration.

Mandibular Gingival Pyogenic Granuloma Spreading to Chin Region: a Case Report

Vascular lesions tumors at the maxillo-facial area could be divided into malformations and tumors. Furthermore, vascular tumors are separated into malignant and benign tumors. Benign vascular tumor such as pyogenic granuloma usually only manifests at the gingiva or oral mucosa region. Few studies have reported extensive-sized facial pyogenic granuloma. This case reports a substantial pyogenic granuloma from the mandibular gingiva down to the chin region. In this case report, we presented a 25-year-old female patient with mastication and esthetic disturbance due to a vascular tumor in her mandibular region. Through thorough examination, a benign vascular lesion was diagnosed pre-operatively. The patient was treated with excisional biopsy and primary closure under general anaesthesia followed by anatomical pathology examination with the result of pyogenic granuloma, resulting in satisfying functional and esthetical outcomes. Patients with vascular lesions need well-executed diagnoses and treatment to achieve favourable anatomic and functional outcomes and preserve their quality of life.

ANATOMICAL PATHOLOGY AND HISTOLOGICAL OF SMALL INTESTINAL ORGANS IN BROILER INFECTED WITH ASCARIDIA GALLI

Infection with Ascaridia galli still attacks poultry farms, especially chickens in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the causes of changes in anatomy pathological and histology in small intestine of broiler. The study was taken from Alif which had clinical symptoms of weakness and anorexia on July 5, 2022 in Gresik Jawa Timur. The results of anatomical pathology and histological examination showed changes in the duodenum and jejunum organs showing hemorrhagic and inflammatory cell infiltration. The results of parasite examination found A.galli worms in the lumen of the small intestine and A.galli worm eggs from feces. In this study, clinical symptoms and anatomy pathological and histology changes of the small intestine in the broiler were caused by infection with A. galli worms.

BASOSQUAMOUS CARCINOMA OF THE HEAD

Basosquamous carcinoma (BSC) is a rare skin tumor, but it has a higher potential for invasiveness and metastasis compared to basal cell carcinoma (BCC). This case report describes a 37-year-old woman with BSC in the temporocipital region. The patient presented with the chief complaint of a lump on the back of her head for 5 years. The lump had grown, accompanied by itching and bleeding. Physical examination revealed a soft mass approximately 25 x 20 cm in size. A pre-operative diagnosis of a skin tumor was made, and elective surgical management was carried out in the Operating Room. Wide excision was performed, and the skin defect was covered with a transposition flap from the occipital base and a split-thickness skin graft. Anatomical pathology examination revealed basosquamous cell carcinoma. The patient was discharged without complaints one week after the procedure. The skin defect was closed, and hair began to grow three months after the surgery.

Evaluation of Comt2, Comt3, Cyp1b1, and Esr1 gene polymorphisms as risk factor for endometrial polyp

ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to evaluate COMT2, COMT3, CYP1B1, and ESR1 gene polymorphisms and occurrence of endometrial polyps. In addition, we intended to evaluate the clinical and epidemiological features of patients with and without the presence of the disease, characterizing the possible risk factors. A cross-sectional study was performed, with a total of 309 women, including 236 in the group of women with endometrial polyp confirmed by hysteroscopy and anatomical pathological examination and 73 in the group of people with diagnostic hysteroscopy without abnormal findings from the macroscopic point of view. Polymorphisms of four genes were studied: COMT2 (rs4680), COMT3 (rs5031015), CYP1B1 (rs1056836), and ESR1 (rs2234693). Polymorphism genotyping was determined using real-time polymerase chain reaction. Considering the results, no differences were identified between the two groups with respect to age, body mass index, diabetes, dyslipidemia, or smoking. The group of women without endometrial polyps showed higher use of hormone therapy than the other group (16.4 percent versus 3.8 percent, p < .001). The COMT2, COMT3, CYP1B1, and ESR1 genes exhibited no significant difference for the occurrence of endometrial polyp between the two groups. The research concluded that no correlation was identified between the genetic polymorphisms evaluated and the presence of endometrial polyps.

COCCIDIOSIS IN BROILER CHICKEN CAUSED BY EIMERIA TENELLA

Coccidiosis is one of the most important diseases that attack the poultry industry. This disease is an intestinal disease caused by protozoan parasites from the genus Eimeria. The aim of this case report was to establish a diagnosis of mortality in a broiler chicken aged 21 days. The broiler chicken was obtained from a poultry in Kubu, Bangli Regency, Bali with a population of 12.000 broiler chickens. The number of sick chickens was 145 and 37 diede with the same symptomps within seven days. Based on these data, epidemiological data were obtainded which consisted of 1,20% morbidity; 0,30% mortality; and 25,51% case fatality rate (CFR). The broiler chicken was obtained from a poultry in Kubu, Bangli Regency, Bali with a population of 12.000 broiler chickens. The number of sick chickens was 145 and 37 diede with the same symptomps within seven days. Based on these data, epidemiological data were obtainded which consisted of 1,20% morbidity; 0,30% mortality; and 25,51% case fatality rate (CFR). The chicken was taken to the Veterinary Pathology Laboratory for necropsy. Pathological changes are seen in the hemorrhagic intestine and the hemorrhagic cecum dan mucosal erosin. Furthermore, changes in the histopathology of the cecum include hemorrhage, necrosis, and inflammatory cell infiltration. In addition, the schizont stage was also found. The finding of schizont generation in the cecum indicates coccidiosis infection in chickens. Then, qualitative and quantitative stool examination was carried out. Qualitative examination was carried out using native, sedimentation and buoyancy methods. Quantitative examination with the Mc.Master method to determine the intensity of infection. The results of the qualitative examination found oocysts and oocysts that had sporulated. While quantitatively obtained the number of oocysts as much as 18750/gram. Based on clinical symptoms, blood smear examination, changes in anatomical pathology, histopathology, and stool examination, it can be concluded that case chickens have coccidiosis caused by Eimeria tenella. It is necessary to conduct further studies regarding the assistance of Eimeria spp. in broiler chickens.

Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis in Child Temporal Bone: A Case Report

Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (LCH) is one of the rare disease with atypical clinical manifestations. LCH must be watched out for and considered a differential diagnosis of the other otolaryngology diseases. A 2-years-10-months old boy with a crusted lump in the right ear canal accompanied by a lump behind the right ear that is expanding, bleeding for 3 months, and the patient experience loss of weight. Examination of the ear found a black mass covered with crusts with a firm, fixed consistency, filling the lateral one-third of the right external acoustic canal to the right auricle concha. A solid mass was obtained from the lateral one-third of the right external acoustic canal on a head CT scan, medially obliterating the external acoustic canal to the right internal acoustic canal. FNAB found nonspecific inflammation. Performed mass excision surgery and anatomical pathology examination. The patient was referred to the pediatric haemato-oncology division and underwent chemotherapy. Langerhans cell Histiocytosis in the temporal bone is a rare disease with atypical clinical manifestations, so it should be considered as one of the differential diagnoses if a mass is found in the external acoustic canal.

Effects of ursodeoxycholic acid and glutathione combination in spleen TNF-α and apoptotic index in rats with cholestasis

Background: Cholestasis is a disorder of the formation or flow of bile. Among its contributors, tumour necrosis factor (TNF)-α stands out as the most influential inducer of apoptosis. Meanwhile, ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) is a valuable agent with choleretic properties, protecting the hepatobiliary system. Glutathione (GSH) enhances endothelial response and prevents liver fibrosisObjectives: This study evaluates the effect of a combination of GSH-UDCA on splenic TNF-α expression and apoptosis index in Sprague Dawley (SD) rats with cholestasisMethods: This experiment with a post-tests-only control group design involving 28 male SD rats. They were randomly into four groups: group (K) with 20 mg UDCA, group 1 (P1) with 10 mg UDCA + 10 mg GSH, group 2 (P2) was given UDCA 20 mg + GSH 15 mg, and group 3 (P3) was given UDCA 30 mg + GSH 20 mg. Cholestasis was obtained by ligation of the common bile duct through a laparotomy. During three weeks of trial, rats were administered daily with UDCA orally and GSH intramuscularly. On day 22, rats were sacrificed and spleen samples were taken for anatomical pathology examination. Results: There were significant differences in TNF-α expression between groups K vs P3; P1 vs P3, and P2 vs P3 (p=0.002). There was a significant difference in the apoptotic index between groups K vs P1 (p&lt;0.001); K vs P2 (p=0.004), and K vs P3 (p=0.005).Conclusions: The UDCA-GSH combination demonstrated a prophylactic effect in SD rats with cholestasis and might be an effective supplemental therapy with UDCA for cholestatic diseases. The difference in TNF-α expression and apoptotic index was lower in SD rats UDCA-glutathione combination group than single dose UDCA. Between TNF-α and the apoptotic index, there is a moderate positive relation.

Analysis of Brain Tumor Meningioma Detection System Development Using Convolutional Neural Network Method Mobilenet Architecture

This research aims to design a brain tumor detection tool using the MobileNet architecture Convolutional Neural Network method. The CNN method with MobileNet can effectively detect brain tumors via CT-Scan, with more accurate diagnostic results and reduced errors. This method also speeds up diagnostic time and can help remote areas. The MobileNet application is standalone but requires a web server; it can detect meningioma and glioma brain tumors. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the CNN method provides an understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of this method. The CNN method can potentially improve diagnostic accuracy, time efficiency, and the results of detecting meningioma brain tumors. Analysis of differences in diagnoses before and after using the CNN method provides essential information about the benefits and advantages of its use in clinical practice, including improvements in detection accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity in identifying meningioma brain tumors with consistent and reliable results.
