Роль китайских пушкинистов в популяризации русской литературы в культурном континууме КНР

The aim of the study is to assess the scale of research and educational activities of Chinese scientists, whose focus is Russian literature, namely the work of Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin. To do this, the authors of the article identify and systematize the scientific works of Chinese scientists using the information capabilities of the scientific platform CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure, “Zhongguo Zhiwan” – hereinafter Zhiwan). Various scientific materials are posted here, including those that provide an opportunity to get acquainted with the most popular works of Chinese Pushkin scholars. An analysis of the entire volume of publications on this site made it possible to highlight the names of outstanding Chinese scientists who devoted their lives to the study and popularization of Russian culture and literature among their com-patriots. The characteristic features of the activities of Chinese Russian scholars are highlighted and described. The authors identified and systematized, according to the degree of publication activity, Chinese printed publications that posted materials on the Zhiwan website that, to one degree or another, related to the study of the works of the great Russian poet and prose writer. Particular attention is paid to the systematization of monographs and articles not only by philologists, but also by representatives of other scientific fields. The authors presented a brief description of public events (conferences, competitions, etc.) held in China by scientific and educational institutions to popularize Russian spiritual culture. The research results reflected in the reports of Chinese Pushkin scholars can be found on the Zhiwan website. The methodological basis is the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, which made it possible to trace the continuity of the scientific research of Chinese Pushkinists. The systematic method revealed the wide capabilities of the CNKI scientific platform. The statistical method for identifying and processing textual information provided a quantitative description of the scale and depth of the study of Russian literature abroad. Thanks to the analytical-synthetic method, not only was a database of scientific works created by Chinese researchers of the life and work of A.S. Pushkin, but also their role in the popularization of Russian culture in China was revealed. The conducted research is interdisciplinary in nature and may be in demand by domestic and Chinese Pushkin scholars (philologists, historians, cultural experts, specialists in the field of art history).

Cognitive foundations of the formation of communicative competencies in the theory of dialogue

Abstract The study of cognitive mechanisms involved in the process of developing communicative competencies, particularly from the perspective of dialogue theory, is relevant and necessary to improve communicative activity and its effectiveness. The purpose of this research is to study the cognitive-communicative interaction in the process of dialogical communication and the cognitive conditionality of the development of communicative competencies. The methods of frame, cognitive and communicative analysis, and the analytical-synthetic method were used in the study. The main frame structures of dialogic speech were considered: using one frame and similar ways of verbalization, using one frame and different ways of verbal expression, and using two frames with different thematic or semantic content. The study examined cognitive-communicative interaction in dialogic communication and the cognitive basis for developing communicative competencies. Among the important conclusions is the discovery of three primary dialogical unity frame structures. It has been found that cognitive functions affect successful communication. The study demonstrated how cognitive-communicative interaction fosters the development of communicative competencies. It was also determined that dialogue structure relates to response shifts represented as interrelated frames. The study concludes that future research should focus on studying cognitions in communicative contexts and improving foreign language communication.

La defensa técnica y la tutela efectiva en delitos contra la integridad sexual en Ecuador

This scientific article proposes as a general objective: To critically review the incidence of practical behavior of technical defense in cases of crimes against sexual integrity in Ecuadorian criminal practice, on the rights to defense and effective judicial protection. To achieve this, a qualitative approach is used, with scientific methods such as historical-logical, exegetical and analytical-synthetic methods. And, as a research technique, case review. The results show that the practical Ecuadorian criminal behavior, with respect to the technical defense, in cases of crimes against sexual integrity, is characterized by placing the anticipated testimony of the victim at the center of the evidentiary assessment, where, generally, the rights of the parties are restricted, such as, for example, the right of contradiction and the right of equality. And, around these testimonies, there are judicial evidentiary evaluations, from other evidentiary means, such as expert ones, which do not delve into the quality of the evidence, turning out to be very superficial, and subject to a weak technical defense and incapable of guaranteeing the established standards. in due process. Therefore, these evidentiary assessments also turn out to be violative of the Right to defense and the right to effective judicial protection.

ENHANCING RECEPTIVE SKILLS IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE LEARNING: THE INTERPLAY OF READING AND LISTENING COMPREHENSION

Receptive skills, particularly reading and listening comprehension, are crucial components of foreign language acquisition. This study explores the interplay between these skills and their significance in language learning by utilizing the scientific literary and analytical–synthetic method. The literature suggests that reading proficiency can enhance other language skills, whereas listening comprehension facilitates foreign language learning through various activities and the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Specific learning disorders, auditory functioning, and instructional materials can influence the development of receptive skills. The relationship between short-term memory (STM) and listening comprehension was also examined, highlighting the importance of enhancing STM capacity in improving listening skills. Additionally, vocabulary knowledge is central to both listening and reading comprehension. The research collectively underscores the importance of targeted strategies and resources to enhance the receptive skills of learners in foreign language contexts. However, individual learner characteristics and prior language experiences may require tailored approaches for effective improvement. While receptive skills are crucial for understanding, some argue that a balanced approach that incorporates both receptive and productive skills may lead to better language outcomes. Although receptive skills are certainly important for comprehension, it can be argued that a more holistic approach to language learning, which includes both receptive and productive skills, may ultimately result in more effective language acquisition. The basic aspects of teaching listening skills involve understanding the cognitive and pedagogical underpinnings of listening comprehension and applying effective strategies, such as top-down and bottom-up processing and a metacognitive approach, to enhance this skill.

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF AN INTEGRATED APPROACH TO TEACHING WRITING SKILLS IN FOREIGN LANGUAGES: A COMPREHENSIVE LITERATURE REVIEW

This study examined the efficacy of an integrated method for teaching writing skills in foreign languages. The hypothesis suggests that an integrated method is superior to traditional methods in fostering language acquisition and development. A comprehensive literature review was performed utilizing scientific literature analysis and analytical-synthetic methods to assess the existing research on the effectiveness of integrated writing instruction. According to the findings, providing integrated writing instruction demonstrates substantial progress in writing proficiency, grammar, vocabulary acquisition, and comprehensive language development, particularly in the context of teaching Arabic as a foreign language (AFL) at the tertiary level. Moreover, integrated writing instruction encourages a more holistic and communicative approach to language learning by engaging students in authentic writing tasks and developing their skills in meaningful contexts. The potential benefits of incorporating technology and multimedia resources into integrated writing instruction are also discussed, as these tools can enhance learning experience and facilitate language development. However, the effectiveness of integrated writing instruction may vary depending on the specific context and needs of the learners, and some studies suggest that it may not be as effective for all learners or situations. Further research is needed to understand these variations and to develop more targeted instructional approaches. The findings of this review article provide strong evidence of the effectiveness of an integrated approach to teaching writing skills in foreign languages, highlighting its importance in meeting the evolving demands of language education in a globalized world. However, it is important to note that the effectiveness of integrated writing instruction may vary depending on the specific context and needs of learners. Some studies have found that integrated writing instruction may not be as effective for all learners or in all situations, and further research is needed to understand these variations and develop more targeted instructional approaches.

ASPERGER'S SYNDROME – SOCIO-HISTORICAL BACKGROUND OF AUTISM AND ITS PEDAGOGICAL CONSEQUENCES. RESEARCH AND SOCIAL PRACTICE AND THE RIGHT TO LIFE

ABSTRACT: Aim: The aim of the publication is to attempt to transpose the medical dimensions of the problem into pedagogy, with the contemporary idea of social and educational inclusion. It is an attempt to point out the consequences of scientific research, which is often in conflict with fundamental moral rights, including the right to life. Methods: The article uses an extensive literature query and an analytical-synthetic method. It leads to an interdisciplinary exploration of the topic, taking into account its pedagogical character. Results: The theoretical analysis of the topic, socio-historical, medical and pedagogical threads show the multidimensionality of autism and disability - in the broad sense of the word - as a significant problem in contemporary education. Conclusion: The intention of the undertaken analyses is to indicate the significance of ethics and moral laws in education and social practice - in its various dimensions. Civilization must move toward the defense of life, not death, for the sake of human perfection. Originality: The article presents the socio-historical background of autism and Hans Asperger's research. It indicates the contemporary implications of medical and ideological assumptions in pedagogy and work with people with disabilities in the context of the value of life and the need to defend it. UPBRINGING OF CHILDREN AND YOUTH ACCORDING TO STEFAN WYSZYŃSKI ON THE BASIS OF PUBLICATIONS IN “ŁAD BOŻY”

ABSTRACT: Purpose: The primary research aim of this study is to analyse nine articles published by Rev. Stefan Wyszyński in the weekly magazine “Ład Boży” (English: “God’s Order”), in the author’s series entitled “Ład w myślach” (English: “Order in thoughts”), immediately after the Second World War, between 1945 and 1946. Methods: The study used the analytical-synthetic method and the method of content analysis of press messages (quantitative system) and structural content analysis (qualitative system). Results: Wyszyński, well-prepared morally and intellectually, already at a young age had a deeply formed worldview on a widely interpreted Christian social doctrine. He perceived many dangers, involving also children and young people, especially in terms of the ideologies of the time. He was acutely concerned with shaping correct educational attitudes in the youngest generation. This is evidenced, among other things, by his numerous journalistic articles. Conclusion: On the pages of the weekly “Ład Boży”, in the author’s series “Ład w myślach”, Wyszyński published forty-six articles. Nine of them he devoted to the upbringing of children and young people. Emphasising, following the code legislator, that among the most important duties of parents is the careful upbringing of their offspring, he draw attention to the need for cooperation in the area of upbringing between the Church, family, nation, state, profession and school. Originality: To date, Wyszyński’s activity as Primate of Poland has been explored primarily academically. RELIGIOUS FREEDOM AND RELATIONS BETWEEN SPIRITUAL AND SECULAR AUTHORITIES IN THE CHRONICLE BY VINCENTIUS KADŁUBEK

ABSTRACT: Aim: The main research objective was to present the constitutional (state) thought in the light of „The Polish Chronicle” by Wincenty Kadłubek. The specific aim was to analyze the relationship between spiritual and secular power in the source. Methods: This article employed an analytical-synthetic method of subject literature supplemented by a historical-legal method. Results: The conclusions drawn from the research indicate that according to the chronicler, the beginning of the legal order of the state before the adoption of Christianity was established by Krak. On the other hand, the second beginning of the legal order falls during the reign of Bolesław the Brave. The foundations of law arise, on the one hand, from customary law, the reforming canon law, and the rediscovered Roman law. Conclusion: Master Wincenty introduces the term „Rzeczpospolita” as an order, a legal-public system. It is represented by centers of spiritual and state power and accepted by the population as just, defining its historical existence and remaining its common good. This chronicler speaks of the beginnings of Polish law in terms of state legislation and regulation of public order by the monarchy. For the first time, Wincenty Kadłubek's political-legal thought establishes the fundamental principles of popular sovereignty, where the source of power is the people conceived as the entirety of all citizens. Originality: The originality of the article is evidenced by the results of scientific research or conclusions drawn from information gathered in the form of a review of previously published works of one's own authorship and others of a theoretical or analytical nature on this issue. FATHER AS A PILLAR OF STRENGTH, GUIDE, FRIEND

ABSTRACT: Aim: The aim of the article is to present the role of father as a pillar of strength, guide and a friend. As a person whose task is to build a relationship with a child and provide him with the elements of internal stability necessary for proper development. Methods: This article uses the observational and analytical-synthetic methods of the literature on the subject. Results: The conclusions drawn from observations and research on the subject literature indicate that modern families are faced with a lack of parenting competences, and the line between the rights and obligations arising from the role of parents has become blurred. It is worth emphasizing the father's authority, which depends on his attitude and involvement in his educational role in the context of transforming fatherhood in the 21st century. The role of the father was raised, which is part of the form of traditional and new fatherhood, because being a father is a challenge, which not every man can cope with. The father plays the role of a teacher, on the one hand shaping the child's personality, raising his awareness, teaching humility, responsibility, introspection, fair treatment of all, and on the other hand teaching the art of coping with everyday life. Originality: The originality of the article is proven by the analysis of the literature on the subject, daily observation of the social behavior of the local community of fathers, the results of scientific research and conclusions resulting from information collected in the form of a review of previously published works of an empirical, theoretical and analytical nature on the issue of fatherhood. CLIMATIC RISKS AND FOREST ECOSYSTEMS: THE INTERACTION BETWEEN DEFORESTATION AND CLIMATE CHANGE

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the interaction between deforestation and climate change, with particular emphasis on the impact of military actions on the reduction of forest ecosystems. The research utilized general scientific methods (data analysis and synthesis), retrospective and comparative analysis, analytical-synthetic methods (study of scientific and statistical data, archival materials, etc.), and remote sensing techniques. The aim of the study was to identify the main causes of the reduction in forested areas in Ukraine and their role in the context of global climate change, as well as their significance for the socio-economic development of the country during wartime and the post-war period. The role of forest ecosystems as a source of a wide range of ecosystem services and as a significant component of the socio-economic status of the Ukrainian Polissya region is analyzed. Special attention is given to the interaction between the reduction of forest-covered areas and the intensification of climate change. The main factors contributing to the reduction of Ukraine’s forest ecosystems are presented, with a particular focus on forest fires, including those caused by military actions. It was established that from April 2023 to April 2024, the highest number of forest fires occurred in the eastern and southern parts of the country, where active military actions are ongoing. An automated methodology for decoding satellite images to detect areas of Scots pine dieback due to infestation by the pine shoot beetle was developed, resulting in a map of the study area showing the boundaries of forestry districts, the grid of forest compartments, the contours of damaged forest areas, and new dieback hotspots. The study demonstrates that forest ecosystems are essential for mitigating climate change and ensuring sustainable regional development. This is particularly true for the Ukrainian Polissya region, especially Zhytomyr Oblast, which has the highest forest cover in the country but also leads in the loss of forest-covered areas.

Análisis de los principales indicadores socioeconómicos del sector agropecuario ecuatoriano (2000-2022)

The agricultural sector in Ecuador, a key player in the country’s economic system, is currently facing important challenges that threaten the sustainability of production. Consequently, the objective of this research was to analyze the main socioeconomic indicators of the Equatorian agricultural sector during the 2000-2022 period. Using a descriptive methodology with quantitative and analytical-synthetic methods, information was sourced from BCE and INEC. Results show that agricultural activities contribute 7.92% to Ecuador’s GDP, generate 35% of foreign exchange earnings, and yield 94.84% of the food consumed by the population. However, agricultural production is concentrated on a few primary goods. In addition, the agricultural frontier has been reduced in recent years, there is evidence of a process of disinvestment by the State in the agricultural sector, and the agricultural GDP growth rate shows a downward trend. Therefore, current administrations in Ecuador have not attempted to change to a model that would honor the efforts of the rural population.

Integrated End-to-End automatic speech recognition for languages for agglutinative languages

The relevance of the problem of automatic speech recognition lies in the lack of research for low-resource languages, stemming from limited training data and the necessity for new technologies to enhance efficiency and performance. The purpose of this work was to study the main aspects of integrated end-to-end speech recognition and the use of modern technologies in the natural processing of agglutinative languages, including Kazakh. In this article, the study of language models was carried out using comparative, graphic, statistical and analytical-synthetic methods, which were used in combination. This paper addresses automatic speech recognition (ASR) in agglutinative languages, particularly Kazakh, through a unified neural network model that integrates both acoustic and language modeling. Employing advanced techniques like connectionist temporal classification and attention mechanisms, the study focuses on effective speech-to-text transcription for languages with complex morphologies. Transfer learning from high-resource languages helps mitigate data scarcity in languages such as Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Uzbek, Turkish, and Azerbaijani. The research assesses model performance, underscores ASR challenges, and proposes advancements for these languages. It includes a comparative analysis of phonetic and word-formation features in agglutinative Turkic languages, using statistical data. The findings aid further research in linguistics and technology for enhancing speech recognition and synthesis, contributing to voice identification and automation processes.

El principio de presunción de inocencia y la aplicación del procedimiento abreviado

The aim is to study the constitutional principle of presumption of innocence and its impact on the application of the fast-track procedure, in criminal matters. A qualitative methodology was used in this research, with the use of different methods, such as the analytical-synthetic method, as well as the historical-logical method, which were based on the exhaustive analysis of the principle of innocence and the fast-track procedure. The main technique used was an observation, since the Ecuadorian legal system was analyzed through a bibliographic-documentary approach in order to conclude that the application of the fast-track procedure is discussed and criticized due to its effectiveness in terms of procedural speed; the judicial system is considered vitiated by irregularities because it is insufficient to decongest the judicial system. When there is a suspension of any of the stages or procedures of the criminal process, a possible consequence is that an improper or erroneous judicial sentence is issued, violating the constitutional principles of due process.

Dopuszczalność wojny w myśli chrześcijańskiej. Refleksja polemologiczna

Aim: The article aims to conduct a multifaceted analysis regarding the permissibility of war in Christian thought within the context of contemporary security, attempting to answer questions such as whether Christians should condemn wars as incompatible with God's law and Christian morality, or if there are situations where war becomes a necessity. What stance should Christians adopt towards war itself? Methods: The article employs an analytical-synthetic method. Analyzing the content of the issues allowed for breaking down the components into parts, examining each separately. Meanwhile, synthesis brought these elements together into a new whole, providing a holistic approach. As a result, this facilitated drawing general conclusions based on acknowledged specific assertions. Results: Reflection on the addressed issues indicates that a pivotal concern in today's world is the reality of the danger of war and the pursuit of maintaining peace. Christian teachings unequivocally state that every possible effort should be made to put an end to wars. Despite the idea of just war and the right to legitimate defense remaining unchanged, this cannot exempt individuals from the obligation to act in favor of peace. This is exceedingly challenging since wars cannot be avoided by mere desires. It should be the duty of a Christian to vehemently protest against tendencies leading to war. Additionally, there should be a search for and discovery of new peaceful means to resolve international disputes. Conclusion: The phenomenon of war and peace is deliberated upon in most publications addressing contemporary civilization's problems, nature, and future. It also finds a place in polemological reflection. Thus far, within the domain of contemporary polemological thought, Catholic reflection deserves distinction. It holds the greatest contribution to the analysis of war and peace issues, especially since the Second Vatican Council and the pontificate of John XXIII. Christians believe that war is a manifestation of disorder existing in the world. They are convinced that in the face of war, they cannot remain indifferent and should react to injustice and suffering primarily affecting civilian populations. Presently, Catholics firmly reject war to solve any international problems. Originality: This work fills a specific gap in an exceedingly interesting area of scientific exploration, providing significant suggestions and conclusions based on the author's analysis and assessments. Preventive Function In Social Media Posts On Safety And Emergency Situations

Introduction. In times of martial law, there is a noticeable demand for preventive media texts particularly in social networks informing the community about safety rules and emergency situations. Research relevance. The Media Relations Department at the State Emergency Service of Ukraine or SESoU prevents or mitigates a potential crisis by informing community about safety rules and regulations. While following the general media standards, in the period of martial law the procedure of informing the public of emergency has several specific features. Research Methods. The analytical-synthetic method has been used to explore the research background and define the main terms. The method of synthesis and generalization has optimized the theoretical outline. The interview has been used to survey the State Emergency Service employees. The observation and information products analysis method has been used to evaluate the content. Results. The phenomenon of preventive is substantiated as an interdisciplinary category that serves as an effective mechanism for preventing undesirable consequences and situations. The experience that the regional head departments of State Emergency Service of Ukraine have regarding public preventive information has been studied. The advantages to using social networks to provide prevention and advert risks have been described. The genre-compositional nature used in posts has been studied. The preventive or informational and explanatory types of posts have been identified. Conclusions. In order to objectively inform and preventively alert citizens to safety rules and emergency situations, it is necessary to actively leverage the potential of social media. Posts should be regularly prepared and published, and materials should be accompanied by the author’s photos and videos, which will help keep the feed active. The social media posts have been interpreted according to their genre characteristics as informational, emotional, ritualistic, exploratory, and argumentative. The preventive, or informational, genre is identified, that is aimed at providing unbiased information about a certain event, phenomenon, fact, and explaining the rules of safety compliance. In terms of composition, posts have a title, the main body, and a conclusion.

Особливості комунікаційної системи профспілкової організації як громадської організації

The purpose of this study is to analyze and systematize the features of the communication system of a trade union as a public organization, taking into account its role in protecting the rights and interests of employees, highlighting the impact of these features on the internal dynamics of the organization and the effectiveness of achieving its main goals. The work uses general scientific methods and approaches. The key scientific approach that we used for the selection and justification of the methodology was socio-communicative. We studied all the sources and works of scientists using the analytical-synthetic method. With the help of a system approach, a single theoretical basis for own research has been created. We used the comparison method to highlight unique features that are unique to the communication systems of trade union public organizations. The inductive method was applied when comparing the views of researchers and scientists on the main concepts and terms of research. The study proved that the communication system of trade union public organizations is special and has its own characteristics. It was found that there are differences in the communication system of public organizations and the communication system of trade union public organizations in information transfer technologies and the number and types of stakeholders. It has been observed that this is influenced by the peculiarity of the Ukrainian legislation, which concerns public associations and the sphere of activity of trade unions. It was determined that «strikes» and «trade union bulletins» belong to the special technologies of information transmission in the communication system of trade union organizations. Also, a unique feature and one of the features in the communication process in trade unions is such a stakeholder as the «employer».

Feel-think: the violin and me. Evelio Tieles and violin teaching in Cuba

Since the seventies of the last century, the methodological component of violin teaching in Cuba took roots in the Russian-Soviet school given by the academic link that favored the exchange of renowned teachers and students between both countries. The experiences, contributions and musings of this exchange and teaching process are collected in a book by the pedagogue Evelio Tieles. Its reading motivated the writing of this article whose objective is to highlight the correlated aspects among the Russian-Soviet school and the methodological principles of the teaching-learning process in Cuba, exposed in the book “Feel-Think: The violin and I”, written by Tieles. For this, analytical-synthetic methods, document analysis and interviews with key informants were combined, which made it possible to identify methodological aspects of the teaching-learning process of the teaching of violin and viola in Cuba that have their foundation located in the Russian-Soviet school.

CONTEXTUAL COMMUNICATION AS A TOOLKIT FOR INCREASING PROFESSIONAL EFFECTIVENESS AND INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION

Introduction. The use of various types and forms of communication in communication activities is of certain research interest and can be learned through appropriate procedures. Unlocking the potential of contextual communication for professional and personal communication is the subject of this article.
 Materials and methods. To carry out this research as an effective epistemological practice, a systemic and axiological approach was applied, as well as a set of modern methods for processing scientific information from various fields of social and humanitarian knowledge. These are various variations of the use of the analytical-synthetic method, making analogies and comparisons, mental movement in deductive and inductive ways, generalization of scientific data and theoretical abstraction.
 Research results. The work consistently reveals the goals, objectives, structure, essence and concept of contextual communication based on the need for its implementation in professional activities and other forms of human interaction. It is noted that the main characteristic of contextual communication is its indirectness from direct communication, when the role of “subject-object of an example” is a real-life person, his actions (deeds) or examples of erroneous decisions. Through the mediation of contextual communication, it is possible to effectively transmit goal settings, value formations or epistemological constructs.
 Discussions and conclusions. The construction of work communication processes and the increasing shortage of time resources for personal communication in modern reality actualizes the problems of using increasingly effective and quickly applied communication tools. Such a tool today also includes contextual communication, which is used purposefully or spontaneously both in business interaction between people and in personal subject-subject communication. Knowledge of contextual communication has great cognitive prospects, the achievement of which was carried out in this work.

Technological advances have had a significant impact on education, leading to increased attention on the development of digital skills in university students. The objective of this article was to conduct a review of current literature related to educational innovations aimed at promoting digital competencies in university students, in order to identify current approaches and provide a comprehensive and updated insight into the topic. This research is qualitative, applied, and bibliographic in nature, with a descriptive scope, under a non-experimental, cross-sectional design that employs the analytical-synthetic method. The main findings highlight that educational software, educational platforms, and social networks can be valuable tools that benefit students in their learning and acquisition of competencies in various fields, as long as they are used responsibly, critically, and as a complement to face-to-face teaching.
