This work is devoted to the creation of an information and analytical system (hereinafter - IAS), which is being developed to manage data obtained in experiments and researches to justify the safety of atomic energy, which have been conducted at the National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan for over 30 years. The main components of the IAS, which determines its consumer capabilities, is an analytical unit that will allow creating programs for planned experiments based on technical requirements to them and based on the results of previous experiments, generalized and consolidated by processing and comparison tools provided by the IAS. The analytical block of the information and analytical system provides opportunities for processing experimental information using various methods - graphical, computational, statistical and others. The information and analytical system are able to work on different platforms and support different interface languages for stored data, which makes it potentially interesting for use in different environments and for different users. The information and analytical system are based on the Microsoft SQL Server platform, the software is implemented in the Microsoft Visual Studio ASP.NET Core Blazor development environment.
