The current economic and information technology disruption has a huge impact on many business sectors. This study aims to determine the effect between current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and earning pershare on Stock Price. The methods used in this research are descriptive and associative methods through a quantitative approach. Data analysis using multiple linear analysis with SPSS application. The population in this study were 46 issuers of Technology Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2022. The sample used in this study amounted to 32 technology sector issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2022 which were obtained using Purposive sampling technique. The research data used in this study include primary data and secondary data, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and documentation. The results of this study There is a significant influence of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Earning Pershare on Stock Price.

Advancing Interpretable Regression Analysis for Binary Data: A Novel Distributed Algorithm Approach.

Sparse data bias, where there is a lack of sufficient cases, is a common problem in data analysis, particularly when studying rare binary outcomes. Although a two-step meta-analysis approach may be used to lessen the bias by combining the summary statistics to increase the number of cases from multiple studies, this method does not completely eliminate bias in effect estimation. In this paper, we propose a one-shot distributed algorithm for estimating relative risk using a modified Poisson regression for binary data, named ODAP-B. We evaluate the performance of our method through both simulation studies and real-world case analyses of postacute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection in children using data from 184 501 children across eight national academic medical centers. Compared with the meta-analysis method, our method provides closer estimates of the relative risk for all outcomes considered including syndromic and systemic outcomes. Our method is communication-efficient and privacy-preserving, requiring only aggregated data to obtain relatively unbiased effect estimates compared with two-step meta-analysis methods. Overall, ODAP-B is an effective distributed learning algorithm for Poisson regression to study rare binary outcomes. The method provides inference on adjusted relative risk with a robust variance estimator.

Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri 2 Babakancikao Purwakarta

Human Resources, especially teachers, have a very large influence and are considered the main key in improving the quality of schools and educational goals. However, there is still a lack of collaboration and cooperation between teachers and between teachers and education staff, and the high rate of absenteeism without obvious reasons is also a significant problem that affects the continuity of learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work environment and work discipline on teacher performance partially and simultaneously at SMP Negeri 2 Babakancikao Purwakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and interviews. The sample used was 31 people (saturated sample). Data analysis using multiple linear regression data analyzer with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of the study show that the work environment has no effect on teacher performance. Meanwhile, work discipline has an effect and is significant on employee performance. Simultaneous hypothesis testing shows that the work environment and work discipline together have a significant influence on teacher performance. This research has important implications for the development of management policies and practices in the educational environment. Good work discipline contributes positively to teacher performance and improves performance to achieve organizational goals..

Minat Beli Ditinjau dari Pemasaran Online, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Tingkat Kepercayaan Kue Lumpur Bakar Shekinah Boyolali

This research aims to determine the influence of marketing online service quality, as well as the level of trust in consumer buying interest. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study is consumers of Kabar Shekinah Mud Cake Shop in 2023-2024, the number of which is not known with certainty. The sampling technique in this research uses techniques purposive sampel with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection using a scale questionnaire linkert to measure respondents' answers. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis with multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. Data analysis was assisted by SPSS version 25 software. The results of this research show that partially online marketing and service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest at the Bakar Mud Cake Shop Shekinah Boyolali. Meanwhile, the level of trust has an insignificant positive effect on purchasing interest at the Bakar Mud Cake Shop Shekinah Boyolali. Purchase interest can be explained by marketing variables online, service quality, and trust level of 64%

Immigrant Youth Adaptation and Risk Involvement: The Case of Immigrant Youth From France and the Former Soviet Union in Israel

Immigration is challenging for youth as it requires reorganization of their developmental system and can increase their vulnerability to risk factors. Adaptation processes may be affected further by the cultural context in which they take place. This study explored immigration and adaptation experiences among youth at risk, who had immigrated to Israel from France and from the Former Soviet Union (FSU), and the impact of these experiences on the youth’s involvement in risk behaviors. The 27 participants interviewed for this qualitative study were 11 immigrant youth from France, 10 from the FSU, and 6 practitioners who work with immigrant youth at risk. Data analysis indicates that immigration is a significant life event that affects all spheres of the youth’s lives: identity, relationships with parents and peers, and school integration. Based on the participants’ interviews, we conceptualized adaptation as a multilevel process, related to youth’s potential involvement in risk behaviors. Moreover, immigrant youth’s experiences on different levels are shaped by their culture of origin—a matrix in which their adaptation and risk behavior occur. The findings, derived from a comprehensive perspective of both the youth and the practitioners, have substantial implications for practice and policy to enhance immigrant youth’s constructive adaptation. Specifically, we emphasize the key role of pre- and post-migration preparation that targets immigrant youth and their parents, and Israeli education institutions that receive immigrants.

Perilaku Konsumen Pembelian Produk Tabir Surya Pendekatan Theory of Planned Behavior

Indonesia has become one of the countries with significantly high sales in the beauty product industry, particularly sunscreen products. Various brands strive to attract consumer attention by offering different innovations and benefits. Consequently, companies need to find ways to increase awareness and consumer loyalty towards sunscreen products by understanding factors such as attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. This research was conducted with the main objective of understanding consumer purchasing behavior of sunscreen products through the TPB approach. Additionally, this study was conducted to provide theoretical benefits by enhancing insights and knowledge related to consumer behavior, especially in terms of consumer decision-making and consumer loyalty based on the TPB approach. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling, specifically purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with a sample size of 199 respondents. The results of this study prove that attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control have a positive impact on consumer decisions directly or indirectly through consumer loyalty. Moreover, consumer decision-making positively influences consumer loyalty. This research contributes to companies in designing marketing strategies to shape consumer decision-making and consumer loyalty towards sunscreen products. Pengaruh Brand Ambassador dan Korean Wave Terhadap Minat Beli NCTzen pada Produk Somethinc

This research aims to investigate the influence of Brand Ambassador and Korean Wave on NCTZen's purchasing interest in Somethinc products. This research is quantitative, with 63.3 thousand NCTzens who are followers of the NCT Dream fan account (yodream25) as the population. The sample size of 96 respondents was calculated using the Cochran formula by applying a non-probability sampling method, purposive sampling type. Data analysis was processed using the path analysis method, with data collection through distributing questionnaires using Google Form. Using data analysis tools with SPSS version 27. The results show that there is a significant positive relationship between Brand Ambassador and the Korean Wave. Apart from that, this research also reveals that Brand Ambassador has a significant influence in influencing NCTzen's buying interest in Somethinc products, the Korean wave phenomenon also influences NCTzen's buying interest in Somethinc products. Meanwhile, Brand Ambassador and Korean Wave simultaneously influence NCTzen's buying interest in Somethinc products.

Dampak Penggunaan Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard Bagi Kinerja UMKM Nasabah KUR PT. Pegadaian Cabang Wonosobo

This study aims to analyze the impact of using the Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard on the Performance of MSMEs that are customers of the KUR at PT. Pegadaian Wonosobo Branch. Utilizing a quantitative approach, this research collected data through survey using non-probability sampling techniques to obtain a representative sample of the population of MSME in Wonosobo and Banjarnegara Regency who use QRIS. The QRIS variable indicators include ease of use, understanding, satisfaction, and security, while the MSME performance indicators encompass profitability, number of customers, sales volume, and asset growth. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 4 software to test the hypotheses and research model. The results indicate that the use of Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard has a positive and significant impact on improving MSME performance, with a coefficient value of 0.839, a t-statistic of 19.085 and p-value of 0.000. these findings suggest that the implementation of QRIS facilitates more efficient and secure transaction processes and contributes to increase profitability, customer number, sales and assets of MSMEs that are KUR customers.

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation on the performance of PT TT Manucfacturing Indonesia employees. To determine the influence of work experience on the performance of employees of PT.YYY Manucfacturing Indonesia. Pengaruh Strategi Marketing Mix Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Alyasini Mart Rembang

In keeping up with the development of the lifestyle of the surrounding residents. As well as business strategy movements such as minimarkets such as Indomart and Alfamart that are familiar everywhere, performance efforts to retain Alyasini Mart minimarket consumers are very important in order to plan the overall marketing communication program process or marketing mix. This study aims to explain the influence of marketing mix strategy on purchasing decisions at Alyasini Mart Rembang, and among the variables are products, prices, promotions, locations. To measure the above influence, the researcher used a quantitative approach with a sample survey type, this study was 100 respondents who were consumers of Alyasini Mart. The data analysis used is analysis with multiple regression analysis, validity test of classical assumption test, hypothesis test (T and F test) with the help of spss, the results of this study show that product variables partially have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Price partially has a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions. Promotions partially have a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions. Places partially have a positive and significant influence impact on purchase decisions. Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place) simultaneously has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Alyasini Mart Rembang.

This research aims to explain and assess the influence of work stress, work motivation and career development on the performance of CV employees. The Universe Supports Indonesia. This research applies quantitative methodology with a sample of 80 respondents. Sampling uses a saturated sampling technique or what can be called a census, where all members of the population are used as samples. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 25.0. The results of this data processing are the results of the validity test, reliability test, f test, coefficient of determination test, and t test results. The results of the research can be concluded that work stress has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, and career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

An Analysis of the English Textbook “Bright” Used for the Ninth Grade of MTSN 6 Agam

This research analyzed the English textbook "Bright" used for ninth grade students at MTsN 6 Agam. This study aims to assess how well the textbook is in accordance with the appropriateness of content based on the 2013 curriculum from the National Education Standardization Agency (BSNP). The method used in this research is qualitative content analysis to assess the appropriateness of the English textbook "Bright" used for ninth-grade students at MTsN 6 Agam. Especially focused on comprehensively analyzing the content of the textbook based on standards set by the Education National Standardization Board (BSNP). Data were gathered from the entirety of the "Bright" textbook, supplemented by documentation notes with an English teacher. The researcher served as the primary instrument, ensuring methodological rigor and transparency throughout the study. The analysis involved coding and reduction techniques to identify patterns and themes related to content appropriateness. Findings from the research aimed to provide insights for English teachers, students, textbook writers, and future researchers. The study contributed to the understanding of how well the "Bright" textbook aligned with educational standards and offered recommendations for improving English teaching materials. The research findings indicated that the English textbook "Bright" used at MTsN 6 Agam aligned well with the objectives and curriculum set by BSNP. Data analysis from documentation notes with teachers showed that the textbook generally met the criteria for content appropriateness. While there were minor shortcomings in its ability to supplement other subjects, the "Bright" textbook was deemed relevant, accurate, and inspiring for students. Overall, the textbook portrayed national themes that strengthened pride and appreciation for the nation's culture. This conclusion provides valuable insights for curriculum developers, affirming the suitability of the "Bright" textbook for teaching English at MTsN 6 Agam and advocating for continuous improvement in English education in Indonesia.

Pengaruh Sosialisasi Perpajakan, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Sanksi Perpajakan Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor di Kota Batam

Compliance with motor vehicle tax obligations is an attitude or action that demonstrates adherence to the law and tax obligations related to the ownership and use of motor vehicles. The purpose of this study is to determine whether Taxation Socialization, Service Quality, and Tax Sanctions simultaneously influence Compliance with Motor Vehicle Tax Obligations in Batam City. This research adopts a quantitative research method. The data source used in this study is primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to taxpayers. The population consists of motor vehicle taxpayers registered at the Batam Centre Samsat Office, totaling 484,829. The sample size determined for this study is 416 respondents, calculated using the Slovin's formula. Data analysis in this study includes instrument testing comprising validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests including normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing consisting of t-test, F-test, and determination coefficient (R2). The results of this study indicate that Taxation Socialization, Service Quality, and Tax Sanctions individually and simultaneously have a significant influence on Compliance with Motor Vehicle Tax Obligations in Batam City.

Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan: Studi Kasus Pada Karyawan CV. Duta Jaya Makmur

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee loyalty (case study on employees of CV. Duta Jaya Makmur). The method used in this study is quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study was 40 people who were employees of CV. Duta Jaya Makmur. The sampling technique used the saturated sample method with all members of the population totaling 40 respondents being used as samples. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling. The data source used in the study is the primary data source obtained from employee respondents of CV. Duta Jaya Makmur, who were selected as objects and samples in the study. Data collection was carried out directly or face to face by giving questionnaires to each respondent. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the hypothesis study showed that compensation and work environment simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Compensation partially had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Likewise, the work environment partially had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty.

Pengaruh Leverage dan Sales Growth Terhadap Financial Distress dengan Profitabilitas Sebagai Moderasi

The transportation sector in Indonesia is one of the important sectors supporting the national economy. This sector consists of a variety of companies and has great potential for development. This research is based on the problem of decreasing demand due to restrictions on mobility and economic activity due to the pandemic. Causing a decrease in revenue and profits for transportation companies which can increase the risk of financial distress. This research uses financial leverage ratio calculations with DER (Debt Equity Ratio) and Sales growth to determine the effect on financial distress calculated using ICR and the role of profitability with ROA (Return On Assets) as moderation. The method used in this research is descriptive methods with a quantitative approach. Research on the transportation sector listed on the BEI in 2022. The research population was 49 companies with a sample of 41 companies. The financial distress method used is to calculate the ICR ratio (Interest Coverage Ratio) which is symbolized by a dummy. Data analysis uses multiple linear analysis and Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) with the SPSS 26 application. Based on the research and discussion that has been carried out, the research results can be concluded that leverage has an effect but is not significant on financial distress. Sales growth has an effect but is not significant on financial distress. Profitability is able to moderate the relationship between leverage and financial distress and sales growth with financial distress.

Transforming learning for adult protective services caseworker certification training: program evaluation of simulation training

ABSTRACT This study assesses the first statewide program to provide simulation training conducted via videoconference to all new caseworkers. The simulation training in Illinois was conducted at a mock house. A mock family played by standardized clients is physically present, and trainees participate remotely. The program evaluation team implemented a survey that asks trainees to rate their confidence in different skills at multiple timepoints, to appraise the quality of feedback and debriefing of the training team, and to write text responses to the questions regarding their learning experience. Analysis of quantitative data over the course of the training showed statistically significant linear increases in trainees’ confidence for all the 14 skills. Their text responses indicated that they received feedback they appreciated and felt they gained ability on a range of different skills. The simulation training makes a valued and effective contribution to the certification training.

The economic burden of long COVID in Australia: more noise than signal?

To estimate the potential economic burden of long COVID in Australia. A stock-and-flow model of weekly estimated numbers of people with long COVID (January 2021 to June 2023); application of proxy cost estimates from people living with myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome; time series analysis of labour market and social security datasets. The working age Australian population. The likely number of Australians severely impacted by long COVID; the economic cost of long COVID; and the impacts of long COVID, determined by analysis of labour market data. At its peak in late 2022, between 181 000 and 682 000 Australians may have experienced some long COVID symptoms, of whom 40 000-145 000 may have been severely affected. Severe cases potentially decreased to affecting 10 000-38 000 people by June 2023. The likely economic burden of long COVID in Australia during 2022 was between $1.7 billion and $6.3 billion (some 0.07% to 0.26% of gross domestic product). Labour market data suggest that between 25 000 (February 2023) and 103 000 (June 2023) more working age Australians reported being unable to work due to long term sickness than would have been predicted based on pre-COVID-19 trends. This does not appear to have translated into increased claims for Disability Support Pensions, but numbers of working age Carer Allowance recipients have grown markedly since 2022. Long COVID likely imposed a small but significant aggregate toll on the Australian economy, while exposing tens of thousands of Australians to substantial personal economic hardship and contributing to labour market supply constraints. Yet while some signal from long COVID is discernible in the labour force data, Australia lacks adequate direct surveillance data to securely guide policy making.

Varying Performance of Low-Cost Sensors During Seasonal Smog Events in Moravian-Silesian Region

Air pollution monitoring in industrial regions like Moravia-Silesia faces challenges due to complex environmental conditions. Low-cost sensors offer a promising, cost-effective alternative for supplementing data from regulatory-grade air quality monitoring stations. This study evaluates the accuracy and reliability of a prototype node containing low-cost sensors for carbon monoxide (CO) and particulate matter (PM), specifically tailored for the local conditions of the Moravian-Silesian Region during winter and spring periods. An analysis of the reference data observed during the winter evaluation period showed a strong positive correlation between PM, CO, and NO2 concentrations, attributable to common pollution sources under low ambient temperature conditions and increased local heating activity. The Sensirion SPS30 sensor exhibited high linearity during the winter period but showed a systematic positive bias in PM10 readings during Polish smog episodes, likely due to fine particles from domestic heating. Conversely, during Saharan dust storm episodes, the sensor showed a negative bias, underestimating PM10 levels due to the prevalence of coarse particles. Calibration adjustments, based on the PM1/PM10 ratio derived from Alphasense OPC-N3 data, were initially explored to reduce these biases. For the first time, this study quantifies the influence of particle size distribution on the SPS30 sensor’s response during smog episodes of varying origin, under the given local and seasonal conditions. In addition to sensor evaluation, we analyzed the potential use of data from the Copernicus Atmospheric Monitoring Service (CAMS) as an alternative to increasing sensor complexity. Our findings suggest that, with appropriate calibration, selected low-cost sensors can provide reliable data for monitoring air pollution episodes in the Moravian-Silesian Region and may also be used for future adjustments of CAMS model predictions.

Effects of Qualitative Interview Participation on Muslim American Identity Integration: A Mixed-Method Investigation

ABSTRACT Participation in research studies about one’s identity has been found to act as a form of counseling intervention. This mixed-method convergent parallel design study sought to examine whether participating in a 45-minute one-on-one semi-structured interview on Muslim American identity integration affected participants’ views of their identity one year later. Participants included 29 ethnically diverse second-generation Muslim Americans residing in the U.S. Midwest who were retained at one-year follow-up from a semi-structured identity interview of 53 participants. Participants completed a survey with measures of identity, identity integration, and open-ended questions inquiring how the study influenced them. Descriptive quantitative analyses and thematic analysis of qualitative data were used to examine the participants’ perceptions of the interview. Qualitative responses displayed five themes (Self-Understanding and Reflection, Affirmation, Connecting With In-Group, “Normal” Conversation Topic, and No Change) aligning with the three primary domains incorporated in ethnic identity development. The blendedness of the participants’ Muslim and American identities, American centrality, and participants’ self-reported positive private regard toward their American identity were lower at Time 2 compared to Time 1. More research is needed regarding the influence of participating in identity-based mixed-methods studies on Muslim American identity formation.

Analisis Peran Bawaslu Provinsi Jawa Timur dalam Pengawasan Netralitas ASN pada Pemilihan Umum

General elections are a form of a country's democratic system. The General Election Supervisory Body is one of the agencies in organizing general elections which is responsible for supervising general elections so that they run honestly and fairly. This research aims to determine the role of the East Java Province Bawaslu in monitoring the neutrality of the State Civil Apparatus in the Election. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of this research data uses the theory put forward by Sururama and Amalia (2020:44) explaining the stages of supervision which consist of setting implementation standards, determining measurement of activity implementation, comparing activity implementation with standards and analyzing deviations, and taking corrective action. The research results show that there is SKB Number 2 of 2022 concerning Guidelines for the Neutrality Development and Supervision of State Civil Service Employees in the Implementation of General Elections and Elections. Apart from that, Bawaslu also held declaration activities to increase the neutrality of ASN during the election and take action against violations that occurred according to the rules.
