ACUAN DAN RUANG LINGKUP EVALUASI PADA MATA PELAJARAN FIQH DI SMP ISLAM AMANAH UMMAH MOJOLABAN SUKOHARJO

This research aims to investigate the references and scope of evaluation in the Fiqh subject at SMP Islam Amanah Ummah Mojolaban Sukoharjo. With a deep focus, this study employs a qualitative approach involving observation, interviews, and document analysis. The main objectives are to explore the role of Islamic religious teachers in enhancing students' learning motivation and to assess the success of integrating religious values into the evaluation. The qualitative method is chosen to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomena, with data collection through direct observation and interaction with teachers and students. The research findings indicate that the evaluation in the Fiqh subject at SMP Islam Amanah Ummah Mojolaban Sukoharjo has successfully integrated religious values. However, there is a need to enhance the variety of evaluation methods, provide additional training for teachers, and refine annual evaluation reports. Concrete recommendations are presented to improve the effectiveness of educational evaluation in the Fiqh subject.

Implementation of PSAK 107 and the Effect of Ijarah Financing on the Profitability of BPRS Amanah Ummah Leuwiliang Before and After the Covid-19 Pandemic Period

There are several Islamic private banks that have experienced setbacks in generating profits so that the assets and capital generated are not so good due to covid-19. Bank Amanah Ummah is experiencing declining profitability. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ijarah financing on the profitability before the covid-19 pandemic and afterwards of BPRS Amanah Ummah Leuwiliang. The data used are financial statements and interview results regarding the application of PSAK 107 for the 2017-2020 period. The data analysis method is simple linear regression using Microsoft excel 2010. Profitability is calculated by ROE net income divided by total equity. The results of this study indicate that ijarah financing has an effect on profitability before and after the pandemic, the ijarah financing scheme is sufficient to help the community, and the application of PSAK 107 regarding ijarah accounting is in accordance with the provisions.

Analysis of the Health Level of Bank (BPRS) Amanah Ummah Bogor Before and During the Covid-19 Pandemic (2019-2020 Period)

The 2019 Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic that hit the territory of Indonesia had a significant impact on the real sector including micro, small and medium enterprises, which greatly affected the performance of banks, including Islamic people's financing banks. The performance of the BPRS has slowed down a bit along with the Covid-19 pandemic. Referring to the regulation (OJK) Number 20/PJOK.03/2019, the purpose of this study is to determine the soundness of the Amanah Ummah Sharia People's Financing bank, in terms of aspects of capital, asset quality, profitability and liquidity. This type of comparative descriptive research. The data source is obtained primarily, from the financial statements for the 2019-2020 period. The results of the 2019 assessment: CAR of 25.47%, NPF of 2.62%, ROE of 27.87%. ROA is 3.31%, and CR is 20.82%. The results of the 2020 assessment: CAR of 18.40%, NPF of 3.74%, ROE of 24.10%, ROA of 2.99 and CR 21, 11%. There was an insignificant decrease in 2020 in the capital ratio and profitability ratio but still ranked 1. Conclusion BPRS Amanah Ummah before the pandemic and during the covid-19 pandemic the criteria for assessing the bank's soundness level was ranked 1, VERY HEALTHY statement.

Manajemen Risiko Pembiayaan Murabahah di BPR Syariah Amanah Ummah Cabang Bogor

This research aims to determine the Murabahah mechanism as well as the practices and risk management mechanisms for Murabahah financing at the Sharia People's Financing Bank or BPRS Amanah Ummah Bogor Branch Office. The research method used is a descriptive method in the form of words, images and not numbers due to the application of qualitative methods. Apart from that, everything that is collected may be the key to what has been researched. The results of the research show that 1) Murabahah financing carried out by BPRS Amanah Ummah, especially the Bogor Branch office, is financing aimed at financing both assets, capital and building materials based on criteria and specifications that are completely handed over to the customer. So the Murabahah mechanism is to submit first, after that the BPRS will analyze the needs, survey, and also 5C + 1S analysis, after everything has been analyzed then the next stage is the contract. 2) In the murabahah financing risk management process, this process has 3 stages, namely identification, measurement and risk control.

Analisis Implementasi Bagi Hasil Pada Simpanan Akad Mudharabah dalam Tinjauan Fiqh Muamalah

This research has the aim of knowing that the implementation of Profit Sharing at BMT Amanah Ummah Jambangan Surabaya Branch on Mudharabah contract savings is appropriate in terms of Muamalah Fiqh. This research is field research, namely by collecting data obtained directly from the field. This method is a descriptive qualitative method, with data sources from observations, direct interviews and documentation. And data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, then drawing conclusions. The result is, BMT Amanah Ummah Jambangan Surabaya Branch has set a profit sharing ratio of 20% of real profits for Shahibul Maal and 80% for Mudharib. These provisions have been determined by BMT, then agreed between both parties. Muamalah Fiqh review regarding the implementation of this profit sharing, in terms of harmony and the terms of cooperation according to Jumhur Ulama have been fulfilled. Also from a legal perspective, the fulfillment of the pillars and conditions of Mudharabah have been fulfilled.

Pendidikan sebagai Reproduksi Nilai Menurut Ibnu Khaldun dan Implementasinya di SMP Islam Amanah Ummah

Many philosophers have contributed their thoughts to the field of education, including Ibn Khaldun. He was a bold individual who introduced innovative ideas. Specifically in the realms of knowledge and education, he successfully mapped and positioned Islamic and general knowledge effectively, making it easy for anyone to study and conduct further research. This study aims to analyze Ibn Khaldun's thoughts on education as the reproduction of values and its implementation in Amanah Ummah Junior High School, Sukoharjo. The research employs a qualitative method (Field Research). The results obtained by the author include the following: concerning the aspect of Islamic educational goals, Ibn Khaldun's perspectives are; 1) shaping the Complete Individual (Insan Kamil), 2) the importance of teachers having models and approaches in teaching, 3) using techniques appropriate to the subject matter, and 4) implementing knowledge into positive values.

Islamic Bank: Fatwa Perspective from The National Sharia Council of The Indonesian Ulama Council on Resolving Financing Problems

Financing in Islamic banks has a level of risk that the possibility of default occurs, so it is necessary to analyze the correct financing by bank staff so as not to cause losses and require handling that is fast, precise and in accordance with sharia provisions. This study aims to determine the efforts to resolve problematic financing, the factors causing problematic financing and the suitability of the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council with existing financing at PT.BPRS Amanah Ummah. Qualitative-descriptive method by collecting data through interviews and documentations. During 2022, the percentage of non-performing financing at PT.BPRS Amanah Ummah Bogor Branch is 0% lower than the maximum percentage limit for non-performing financing determined Bank Indonesia of 5%, the performance of PT.BPRS Amanah Ummah Bogor Branch in 2020 -2022 is categorized as very healthy. Efforts made by PT.BPRS Amanah Ummah in dealing with problematic financing, namely taking an intensive approach to financing customers, providing customer summons, rescheduling and selling joint guarantees. Factors causing problematic financing consist of bank internal factors and bank external factors. Settlement of non-performing financing at PT.BPRS Amanah Ummah with the DSN-MUI Fatwa is in accordance with the review of the DSN-MUI Fatwa No.48/DSN-MUI/II/2005 concerning rescheduling murabahah bills and DSN-MUI Fatwa No.47/DSN-MUI /II/2005 concerning the settlement of murabahah receivables for customers unable to pay.

Personal Selling Strategy in an Effort to Increase the Number of Mudharabah Savings Customers at BMT Amanah Ummah Surabaya

Personal selling strategy strategy in increasing the number of mudharabah savings customers and to find out what factors were an obstacle when doing personal seling on mudharabah savings customers at BMT Amanah Ummah Surabaya. This typeof research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach, using primary data, namely conducting observations, interviews with the head manager of BMT Amanah Ummah, and documentation. and through secondary data sources by obtainingdocuments from BMT Amanah Ummah, checking the validity of this research data using a focus on testing the credibility of the data which is done by triangulation.

Analisis Sharia Compliance pada Produk Pembiayaan di PT. BPRS Amanah Ummah Leuwiliang Bogor

BPRS has a role in stabilizing the financial sector which can save the national economy. BPRS are required to be able to perform their functions properly, with this the Islamic macroeconomic system can be implemented properly. Sharia principles are very important in Islamic banking, because this is a factor for prospective customers in choosing financial products at Islamic banks themselves. Sharia compliance is the main key or basic principle for Islamic banks in carrying out their practices in Islamic banks. This study aims to analyze sharia compliance on financing products at PT. BPRS Amanah Ummah. The method used is descriptive qualitative research method based on the type of case study. Researchers use data collection techniques by observation, which will go directly to the field, then conduct interviews with sources in a structured manner and carry out technical documentation by testing the validity of the data using triangulation. The results of the study show that in business activities on financing products at PT. BPRS Amanah Ummah has fully complied with the principles of sharia compliance.

PENGARUH PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN INDEX CARD MATCH TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATA PELAJARAN FIQIH

This research, alms to determine the influences of conventional model and Index Card Match model towards learning outcomes on fiqih lesson in grade IV-B Amanah Ummah Islamic Elementary School Surakarta. This research is quantitative research with pre-experimental research. The sample of this research were all grade IV-B student, which in total 26 students. Data collecting instrument used written test. The test included: pre-test and post-test as many as 20 multiple choices questions. Data analysis technique in this research used paired sample t-test. The result of this research proved that: 1) The fiqih learning outcomes of the students who thought with conventional learning model in grade IV-B Amanah Ummah Islamic Elementary School Surakarta got average score 71,9. 2) The fiqih learning outcomes that taught with Index Card Match model in grade IV-B Amanah Ummah Islamic Elementary School obtained by average score 86,1. This is also evidenced by hypothesis test where the value of t-count is 5,712 > t-table 1,7081 and Sig. value (2-tailed) 0,00 < 0,05 then Ho was rejected, and Ha was accepted. Thus it could be concluded that the Index Card Match learning model has an effect and influenced on improving fiqih learning outcomes for student in grade IV-B Amanah Ummah Islamic Elementary School.

Financing Customer Default Risk Control System at BMT Amanah Ummah Surabaya

An Islamic financial institution such as BMT Amanah Ummah hopes for soundness in financing its customers, but the running of financing activities certainly emphasizes that technical rules must be implemented so that default problems will occur so that risk control is the main thing for BMT analysts. The purpose of this study is to determine the BMT risk control system in the occurrence of the risk of default on financing customers. While this research is a type of field research which then uses qualitative research as its approach. In order to get credible results, the researchers carried out data collection techniques, data analysis to the validity of the data. The results of his research are that an BMT Amanah Ummah analyst puts forward the precautionary principle as initial control because it is the main basic part that must be considered besides also having to review based on the character of the customer.

Pengaruh Standar Operasional Prosedur dan Pengawasan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT BPRS Amanah Ummah

Employee performance is certainly mani factors that suppot its success. An employee is said to be successful or failed if there are standards that measure his work and evaluation as a supervisory system set by the company. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of standar operating procedures and supervision on the performance of employees of PT BPRS Amanah Ummah. Quantitative research method with explanatory approach, data collection by questionnaire as many as 30 respondents. The results of the study indicate that standar operating prosedures have a very high influence on employee performance. While the variable of supervision on employee performance has a high influence. Furthermore, the variables of standard operating prosedures and supervision together have an influence on the performance of employee of PT BPRS Amanah Ummah.

Analisis Strategi Pemasaran BPR Syariah Amanah Ummah Dalam Meningkatkan Minat Masyarakat Berinvestasi Emas

In modern times and technology that continues to develop today, every human being is required to keep up with the times where everything is sophisticated. Therefore, all human needs will continue to grow by following the advancement of technology and the times. One of them is by working hard to meet all their needs, but apart from working hard, investing is one way to meet one's needs, especially gold investment which has a stable value compared to other investments. The purpose of this study is to find out what the marketing strategies of BPR Syariah Amanah Ummah are in attracting public interest in investing in gold at BPR Syariah Amanah Ummah and to find out the reasons why gold is an alternative investment in BPR Syariah Amanah Ummah. This study uses a qualitative method through a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were obtained from the results of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy carried out by BPR Syariah Amanah Ummah in increasing public interest in investing in gold is as follows: 1) Marketing strategy through print media. 2) Marketing Strategy through online media. 3) Marketing strategy through Face To Face. And besides this gold investment product can be used as an alternative investment because gold prices tend to be stable, but for now the economic conditions of the surrounding community have not made it possible to use gold investment products because the economic conditions are not good.

DIGITISATION’S IMPACT ON ISLAMIC FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS: WEBSITE-BASED FINANCING SYSTEM SERVICES

This study will examine the effect of efficiency, reliability, privacy, fulfilment, responsiveness, and compliance on members' interest in applying for website-based financing products at BMT Amanah Ummah (AUM) Sukoharjo Central Java, Indonesia. This research is quantitative; the data come from a questionnaire distributed to all sharia financing customers at BMT AUM, and the data is analysed using multiple regression statistical techniques. The study's results prove that efficiency positively and significantly affects members' interest in submitting website-based online financing products at the BMT AUM. Reliability, privacy, and fulfilment do not affect members' interest in applying for a website-based online financing product at BMT AUM. Responsiveness has a positive but insignificant effect on members' interest in applying for website-based online financing products at BMT AUM. Compliance positively and significantly affects members' interest in applying for website-based online financing products at BMT AUM.

Analisis Dampak Bunga Bank (Riba) Terhadap Perekonomian di Indonesia


 
 This study aims to determine how the Bank BPRS Amanah Ummah conduct marketing strategy in marketing the product pledge of gold, and whether the implementation of the strategy is able to influence the development of the number of customers at BPRS Amanah Ummah. This study uses primary data from interviews with Admin Pawn systematically to obtain data and information, as well as the use of secondary data from literature, books, and other sources relevant to this article. From these results, that the marketing strategy undertaken by BPRS Amanah Ummah is Product Strategy, Pricing Strategy, Location Strategy, Promotion, Service strategy, Process, and Physicl Evidence. So it is known that the product marketing strategy of gold pawn at Bank BJB Syariah Cabang Bogor is able to influence the development of the number of customers, is evidenced by the achievement of targets and an increase in turnover of Islamic business and growth of number of customers from year to year is increasing, and the way of promotion through verbal media is the best strategy to attract customers and increase revenues of the bank itself to pawn their gold at the BPRS Amanah Ummah, thus affecting the income of banks.

Dampak Covid-19 Terhadap Minat Nasabah Pada Produk Gadai Emas Syariah (Rahn) di BPRS Amanah Ummah

The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the whole world has had a huge impact on the economy. Household consumption and the fulfillment of basic needs are a problem in the midst of restrictions on social mobility and rampant cases of layoffs. Emergency funds as a fulfillment of needs become important in the midst of a situation of uncertainty about a crisis that will never end. Pawn transactions are a way to get cash by mortgaging their belongings. The rahn contract already exists at BPRS Amanah Ummah and is practiced to help customers in particular and the public in general to obtain direct funds in accordance with sharia principles. This research is a qualitative research that aims to find out whether Covid-19 affects customer interest in sharia gold pawn products and what factors affect customer interest in sharia gold pawn products (rahn) in the Covid-19 era at BPRS Amanah Ummah. Money data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, questionnaires and observations. The employees of BPRS Amanah Ummah and customers who made pawn transactions became research respondents. The results showed that the covid-19 pandemic caused a decrease in the number of customers. Gold pawn customer data calculated from before and after Covid-19 stated that in 2019-2020 the total pawn customers were 7068 and from 2020-2021 as many as 6960 there was a decrease of 108 gold pawn customers. The economic factor is one of the most important factors in using the pawn services available at the Amanah Ummah BPRS. Economic factors include economic needs or economic problems that hit customers due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This economic factor can be seen by the economic problems it causes that still affect the motives that determine the customer's decision to pawn the goods.

PROSEDUR GADAI EMAS DIERA DIGITALISASI DENGAN AKAD QARDH PADA PT. BPRS AMANAH UMMAH KANTOR PUSAT LEUWILIANG

<p><em>The gold pawn procedure in the digitalization era at PT. BPRS Amanah Ummah. In Indonesia, there is a dualism of sharia pawning institutions, namely in sharia pawnshops and sharia banking, sharia pawnshops serve objects other than gold and the like. While Islamic banks do not accept pledges other than gold, of course this does not escape using two transaction techniques, namely Qardh and Ijarah contracts. As for the mechanism of the sharia gold pawn procedure at PT. BPRS Amanah Ummah is a customer must and must come to the bank with gold to be pawned, then the bank checks or checks the quality of gold and gold content brought by the customer. As for how to pay installments or pay off debts to the bank, customers can make payments using digital methods such as ATMs, Mobile Banking, funds, OVO, and Link Aja. However, this cannot be separated from the transaction, which often encounters several problems, namely, the calculation of the estimated gold both for extension and at the time of repayment. Therefore PT. BPRS Amanah Ummah must develop an information system for the extension and repayment of the gold pawn. To develop a system of relations between tables (RAT), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) to see the flow of the system, while to build the flow of this system used system development tools Miscrosof Basic net and Myiso database. which will be used later..</em></p>

Increasing the Customer Retention Rate with Digital Banking Performance Optimization during the Covid-19 Pandemic (Study at BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura, Sukoharjo)

Customer retention is the maintenance of sustainable business relationships with customers over the long term. A high customer retention rate is inversely proportional to customers leaving the company (defection). Entering the industrial era 4.0, where all economic activities began to shift to all digital, financial institutions were required to adapt, including Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT). As a financial institution that has played an important role in the development of the Islamic economy, it has become a necessity for BMT to adapt to this change. The economic slowdown due to Covid-19 has reduced payment activity, but has accelerated the adoption of digital financial technology. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the implementation of digital banking by BMT Amanah Ummah as one of the steps in retaining its customers during this covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study was a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, which seeks to describe the condition of digital banking at BMT during the COVID-19 pandemic where all data generated and presented are in the form of descriptions. The results of this study, BMT seeks to retain customers by optimizing the application of digital banking with BMT Mobile in its operations during this covid-19 pandemic. In line with the widespread use of digital instruments during the pandemic, digital economic and financial transactions continue to grow. In its application there are already various digitization used by BMT. Learning Management, Covid-19 pandemic

The purpose of this research is to describe 1) the learning planning during the Covid-19 pandemic in RA Amanah Ummah 8 is correct, 2) the implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in RA Amanah Ummah 8 is correct, 3) Evaluation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at RA Amanah Ummah 8 right.This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data in this study used triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: (1) lesson plans prepared during the pandemic use RPPM. (2) the implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic uses 2 learning models, namely through parents and home visit. (3) evaluation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic using weekly evaluations.
