Tinjauan Yuridis Terhadap Permohonan Dispensasi Nikah Pasca Berlakunya Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 Perkawinan

Marriage is the right of every person who aims to form a family by a husband and wife as regulated in article 1 of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage that Marriage is a physical and spiritual bond between a man (husband) and a woman (isrti) whose aim is to form a happy and eternal family (household) based on belief in Almighty God. However, along with the dynamics that are developing in society, currently there are many underage marriages or what is often referred to as early age marriages. Early Marriage can be interpreted as a marriage that takes place even though they are still children. The age limit for marriage is regulated in article 7 paragraph (1) of Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Marriage which states that marriage is only permitted if the man and woman have reached the age of 19 (nineteen) years. This research uses a Normative Juridical method, which means that this research is based on searches with reference to and based on norms, legislation, legal theories and doctrines, court decisions and other library materials that are relevant and in accordance with the topic discussed in this research.

Pembelajaran Project Based On Alquran (PBQ) dalam Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan Kompetensi Kognitif Pada Materi IPA

The aim of this research is to explain the PBQ learning steps in grade IV science material and determine the effectiveness of the PBQ model on students’ cognitive learning outcomes and P5 profiles. This research is quantitative research with pre-experimental designs. Data in the form of PBQ steps, cognitive learning outcomes, and P5 character. The data analysis technique uses the paired t test and descriptive percentages. The research results show that implementing learning using the PBQ model on science material consists of four steps, namely problem determination, research study, research activities, and reporting. The application of PBQ learning is effective on cognitive competence as an indicator of P5 because t count > t table (3.045 > 2.069), then Ho is rejected. Achieving the character of Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile in SD/MI science material received a score of 81.44074 (good) which has exceeded the KKTP 75. The indicators for each dimension P5 in the dimension of having faith, being devoted to God Almighty (YME), and having noble morals received a score 82.72%, global diversity (83.95%), mutual cooperation (76.54%), and independence (82.72%).

The Holy Quran and Noble Hadith are not only the first and second primary sources of Islamic Legislation but also considered as the primary sources in grammar, eloquence and rhetoric. Arabic language has contributed a lot in the fields of literature and research. The Holy Quran; the miraculous word of Almighty Allah was revealed in the Arabic Language, a challenge for the Arabs in eloquence and rhetoric. Furthermore, the Holy Prophet (Peace be upon him), was the most eloquent among the Arabs and Sunnah is the second primary source of Islamic Legislation. Sunnah has a great status among Muslims. I decided to study the deletions and appreciation in the sayings of the Prophet(Peace be upon him) choosing as a model for this study from the books of hadith, i.e Sahih al-Bukhari, the most authentic book after the Book of God Almighty. I made an inventory of the Ahadis in which the deletion occurred. Moreover, I decided to study the subject of the rhetoric of deletion in the sayings of the Prophet (Peace be upon him), choosing as a model for this study from the books of hadith, and I chose Sahih al-Bukhari as the most authentic book after the Book of God. I studied the term deletion linguistically and terminologically, then I mentioned the four types of deletion, and then the reasons for deletion and its purposes in the noble Prophet’s hadith.

Implementasi Profil Pelajar Pancasila Dalam Kurikulum Merdeka Mandiri Berubah Pada Pembelajaran Biologi Di SMA Kabupaten Kuningan

Student Profile Pancasila, is the goal in the independent curriculum transformation, This independent curriculum also strengthens the achievement of the Pancasila student profile developed according to the themes determined by the government, where to become an outstanding and productive individual in the 21st century, one must have global abilities and character in accordance with Pancasila values. The characteristics of the Pancasila Student Profile are: having faith and devotion to the One Almighty God and noble character, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical thinking, and creativity. Analyzing the Pancasila Student Profile is developed in the learning process, in previous research, there has not been a study regarding the analysis of strengthening the Pancasila student profile. This research is qualitative research, involving participation from high school students in the 10th grade, with a total of 8 schools, data observation with analysis using triangulation. The aim is to analyze the strengthening of the Pancasila student profile in the learning process, viewed from the teaching module with 5 aspects, namely: a) The arrangement of learning objectives according to the achievement of Phase E learning and including prerequisite knowledge. b) Understanding of Biology according to Phase E. c) Project-based or case study learning. d) Literacy and numeracy. e) The Pancasila student profile in the independent curriculum seen from assessment. The implementation of strengthening the Pancasila student profile in biology learning shows that there are still deficiencies in 3 schools, especially in the arrangement of learning objectives, which are not appropriate because the competencies in the learning achievement are not stated and the strengthening of the Pancasila student profile is not included. Issues in project-based learning plans and issues in the module are not contextual and the measurement of biology understanding is in line with the Learning Outcomes, but the presentation of questions is not in accordance with the revised Bloom's taxonomy. The implementation of strengthening the Pancasila student profile in the learning process is crucial in efforts to improve the quality of education in Indonesia in accordance with the needs of the times.

The Arab Islamic City: Building the True Religion

This research aims to find correspondence between the principles of religion and their synonyms at the level of planning and architecture. It monitors the teachings of the true religion by tracing the built environment in the Arab Islamic city. It followed the descriptive analytical approach by looking at urban planning and architecture, and the corresponding Qur’anic verses and Prophetic Hadiths. The problem of the research lies in proving that Islam has harnessed planning and architecture to create an urban space to house its followers and implement its laws on the ground. The research hypothesis is that this city is specific to Islam, as it bears its name and is located within its geography. This research resulted in the fact that the city is essential to the true religion, and it presents it to the world as a living model of the Muslim nation, as it represents his method of calling to God Almighty, and this is unique in the history of cities and religions. It came as a result consistent with the fact that Islam is essentially a religion of civilization, and its city is considered an embodiment of its teachings. In his article, “Islam and Civilization”, Georges Marçais emphasizes that Islam only appeared in a civilized society, and that the city is necessary for the implementation of Islamic rituals, especially congregational prayer. He says: In the city, one finds the virtues of Islam represented by mosques, schools, and other facilities.

The Concept of the Soul (Nafs) in the Philosophical-Thesavvuf Discourse

At the very beginning of the paper, the historicity of the human desire for the Truth was pointed out, with a special reference to the concept of tasawwuf as a way of searching for the Truth within the Muslim religious tradition. An explanation of the concept of Tasawwuf, as well as its historical development and certain teachings that are practiced within the twelve present Tasawwuf (Dervish-Sufi) orders, was presented. On that occasion, it was pointed out that in the Tasawwuf tradition, the path to knowledge is as important as the knowledge itself (Truth), and according to that, in this paper we especially tried to clarify the organs of cognition: ruh (spirit), aql (mind), qalb (illuminated heart), fu’ad (spiritual heart), hiyal (spiritual imagination) and nafs (soul). Special attention was paid to the concept of the soul (soul) as an organ of cognition, where the existence of seven levels of mental cognition was highlighted. Namely, in the Tasawwuf tradition, seven levels of the soul are mentioned, and those are: “the soul that is inclined to evil” (an-nafs al-Ammara), above which is the “soul that chastises itself” (an-nafs al-Lawwama), which is below the “inspired soul” (an-nafs al-Mulhimma). After the third stage, the spiritual journey moves along paths from “calm” (an-nafs al-Mutmainna), through “satisfied” (an-nafsar-Radiyya) and “one with whom God is pleased” (an-nafs al-Mardiyya) to “pure souls” (an-nafs as-Safiyya, or an-nafs al-Kemaliyya). At the very end of the work, the significance of the spiritual journey (as-sayr as-suluq) is emphasized, during which the dervish, through the spiritual struggle (muyahed) with himself and his personal passions, rises to the cognitive horizons where nothing exists but the Almighty God.

THE INTERNAL VALUES OF AKHLAK IN KABA SI SABARIAH FOR EDUCATIONAL CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT

The purpose of this research is to identify the akhlaq (أخلاق‎) values in the literary work. The method used in this study was content analysis, which involved collecting data from Kaba Si Sabariah and analyzing the akhlaq values within it. The result showed eight akhlaq in Kaba. These akhlaq values can be used as teaching material to support the internalization of the dimensions of faithfulness, devotion to the one almighty God, and possession of noble character, one of the six dimensions of the Pancasila student profile. In teaching akhlaq, studying literary works such as Kaba Si Sabariah is highly relevant and can help reinforce the teaching of akhlaq values because literary works have a strong appeal for conveying these messages. Therefore, this study contributes to developing akhlaq education through literary works as a valuable educational resource.

Implementation of Character Education Values in Elementary School Age Students in Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School

purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the inculcation of character education, as well as to identify and analyze the impact of character for education on students of elementary school at the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School. This type of research is qualitative, with the subject being caregivers, administrators, and the person in charge of the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School. Representasi Budaya dan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di Buku Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas VII

This study aims to (1) describe the representation of culture in Indonesian textbooks grade VII, (2) describe the representation of Pancasila student profile in Indonesian textbooks grade VII. This research is a qualitative research and uses case study method with content analysis approach. The data source of this research is the seventh grade Indonesian textbook. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling. Data collection was done by document analysis. The data validity test technique used was data source triangulation. The results of this study are, in the seventh grade Indonesian textbooks, cultural representations are found to be described through Koentjaraningrat's cultural elements in the form of language, technological systems, livelihood systems, social organization, knowledge systems, religious systems, and arts. Second, in the seventh grade Indonesian textbook, there is a representation of the Pancasila student profile which is divided into six dimensions, namely faith, fear of God Almighty; and noble character; global diversity; mutual cooperation; independent; critical reasoning; and creative. Ethics of Motherhood in Chinese Traditions

Abstract In this essay, I aim to highlight the neglected fundamental notion of Motherhood as an ethical principle within Chinese philosophy, particularly in Taoism. Traditionally, it has been relegated to the realm of the Yin-Principle or the Feminine, serving as a complementary as well as opposite pole to the Yang- or Masculine-Principle. However, this interpretation would lead to the narrowing of the primordial essence and potentially misinterpret the fundamental ethos of Taoism. This exploration has implications that reach beyond its very theme. Through the discussions within contemporary Confucianism surrounding concepts like Tian-Xia (天下, All under Heaven), Qinqin (亲亲, Family), or role ethics, it becomes evident that a patriarchal emphasis often prevails, overshadowing the maternal character of Chinese Philosophy and Culture. In contrast to monotheistic traditions where an almighty God creates ex-nihilo (out of nothing), Chinese mythology, as seen in the stories of Pangu and Nüwa, depicts an archaic development of the cosmos, distinct from the creation myths found in Western religions. Notably, the goddess Nüwa is credited with the creation of human beings. In the following, I will explore the ethical dimensions of motherhood within Chinese philosophical traditions, notably within the intertwined contexts of Confucianism, Sinicized Buddhism, and particularly Taoism. Through this examination, my objective is to scrutinize the ethical and cultural underpinnings of Confucianism by juxtaposing the interplay between Confucian tenets like Ren (仁, benevolence, humanity) and self-cultivation with maternal ethical principles. This will underscore the differences between maternal and paternal roles within familial relationships and unveil the implicit authoritarianism inherent in Confucian paternalism.

Analisis Implementasi Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam Membentuk Karakter Siswa Kelas V SDN 2 Balerejo

Education is a process of developing all aspects of human life including knowledge, skills and character values. Western paradigms that enter Indonesia need to be sorted out, especially cultural deviations and Pancasila values. Strengthening character education seeks to shape student character to integrate Pancasila values, in order to create a generation with character, nationalist spirit, and global competence. The independent curriculum aims to realize Pancasila students through the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile which is divided into six dimensions, namely faith, devotion to God Almighty and noble character, critical thinking, global diversity, independence, creativity, and mutual cooperation. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of student character education at SDN 2 Balerejo was carried out through learning activities, extracurricular activities, habituation, and the Student Character Education Strengthening Project. Supporting factors include school commitment, parental support and active student participation. However, there are some obstacles such as the lack of literacy, students' interest and willingness, and the low role of parents. This study suggests increasing school program innovation, improving parental support, and optimizing the learning process. Thus, it is expected that the Pancasila Student Profile can effectively shape students' character in accordance with the values of Pancasila and can be actualized in daily activities.

Implementasi Profil Pelajar Pancasila di Sekolah Dasar

In a study related to the implementation of the Pancasila student profile in driving schools, it was found that students in driving schools had a good understanding of the Pancasila student profile. However, other facts also show that the implementation of the Pancasila student profile is not only happening in driving schools but has started to be implemented in non-moving schools. This creates a gap between previous research and the reality on the ground. The aim of this research is to describe the habits made by teachers in implementing the Pancasila student profile values of faith, devotion to God Almighty, and noble character in class IV A at State Elementary School 80/I Muara Bulian. This research was carried out at SD Negeri 80/I Muara Bulian in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. Research data was obtained through observation, interviews and document study. The results of this research show that the Pancasila student profile of the faith dimension, being devoted to God Almighty has been implemented at SDN 80/I Muara Bulian. The research results show that the implementation stage through project activities has been implemented in line with what is stated in the Ministry of Education and Culture 2020. The implementation of the Pancasila student profile is implemented well through routine and spontaneous habits. The habituation carried out is able to develop students' character who is religious and has noble character. This is in line with the main characteristics of the Pancasila student profile.

Children this age are familiar with the digital style at home, with friends, at school, and in the community. The digital age has both negative and positive impacts. In this case, parents, teachers, and the community try to guide and observe the children to be good, excel, and set positive goals.

Percentage of Pancasila student profile dimensions in the Merdeka curriculum and the implications for high school guidance and counseling programs

The Merdeka curriculum is an improvement on the previous curriculum, namely the 2013 curriculum, whose implementation was based on the implementation of the Pancasila student profile. The aim of this research is to compare the six dimensions of the Pancasila student profile in order to assist counselors in developing guidance and counseling service programs. This research uses a survey method. The research subjects were 90 students in class X at a private Catholic high school in Malang. The results of data analysis in this study found that the percentage of the dimensions of faith, devotion to God Almighty, and having noble morals was 80.56%, the global diversity dimension was 72.83%, the mutual cooperation dimension was 81.61%, the independent dimension was 83.78%, the critical reasoning was obtained at 81.50%, and the creative dimension was obtained at 77.67%. The findings of this study can be utilized as a point of reference for counselors to design guidance and counseling programs in schools to enhance or maintain values that strengthen dimensions within the Pancasila student profile. This includes collaborating with subject teachers, conducting group guidance, using traditional games, art therapy, and various counseling techniques.

Policy Analysis of Pancasila Student Profiles in Strengthening Students’ Character Education

The policy regarding the Pancasila student profile is a policy to increase positive values in students. This study aims to provide a description of the results of the analysis of the Pancasila student profile policy to strengthen the character or values of students at SMA Negeri 1 Belitang III OKU Timur. The research was conducted with reference to qualitative methods, specifically using a case study approach and literature (books, literature, and scientific journals). The results of the research conducted show that the policy regarding the Pancasila student profile has been proven to be able to strengthen the character (faith and devotion to God Almighty, having noble morals, having a cooperative attitude, being creative, independent, and having critical reasoning) of students, especially at SMA Negeri 1 Belitang III Oku Timur.
